Abstract

According to the present invention, by using polysorbate and polyethylene glycol in combination, the solubility of a thiazolidinedione-based compound, particularly a thiazolidinedione-based compound having PPAR-γ agonistic activity, can be effectively improved. Therefore, the compound can be maintained in a homogeneous state in a composition without precipitation or crystal formation, and formulation stability suitable for local injection or local application can be ensured. In addition, the composition of the present invention can stably maintain the dissolved and dispersed state of the thiazolidinedione-based compound even at a low surfactant concentration, and thus can improve the reproducibility and application suitability of the formulation.
