Abstract

The present invention specifically relates to an electromagnetic induction heating device for a weld seam of a dual-frequency steel rail and a use method therefor. The electromagnetic induction heating device for a weld seam of a dual-frequency steel rail comprises: a flatbed trailer, comprising an upper connecting column and a lower connecting column respectively arranged on an upper top plate and a lower bottom plate of the flatbed trailer; a lifting device, arranged at the front end of the flatbed trailer, and comprising: a front shaft, a rear shaft, a hydraulic rod, and a plurality of support rods; fitting devices, arranged at the front ends of the support rods, wherein each fitting device comprises: a fitting plate, a support plate, a telescopic rod, and a support column; induction heaters, arranged on the support columns, wherein each induction heater comprises: a left coil and a right coil. The left coil and the right coil are split-core coil structures having the same shape and size. The lower part of each coil structure is a bent structure profiling a steel rail, the middle part is provided with a hinge, and the top part is provided with a transmission rod extending transversely in the front-rear direction. The transmission rod passes through an arc-shaped slot and is in rotatable fit with a connecting rod. The left coil and the right coil are symmetrically arranged. The middle part is in movable fit with the support column by means of the hinge. The present invention has the advantages of achieving automatic operation of a heating coil and achieving precise and intelligent positioning.
