[0047] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of this disclosure clearer, the following detailed description is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative and are not intended to limit the scope of this disclosure.
[0048] It should be noted that when a component is referred to as being "fixed to" or "set on" another component, it can be directly on or indirectly on that other component. When a component is referred to as being "connected to" another component, it can be directly connected to or indirectly connected to that other component.
[0049] Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly specifying the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of this disclosure, "a plurality of" means two or more, unless otherwise expressly specified.
[0050] In this disclosure, references to "one embodiment," "some embodiments," or "embodiment" mean that one or more embodiments of this disclosure include a specific feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with that embodiment. Therefore, phrases such as "in one embodiment," "in some embodiments," "in other embodiments," "in still other embodiments," etc., appearing in different parts of this specification do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment, but rather mean "one or more, but not all, embodiments," unless otherwise specifically emphasized. Furthermore, in one or more embodiments, specific features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner.
[0051] As shown in Figure 1, the cleaning roller brush in the cleaning equipment is cylindrical with a circular cross-section. This shape means that when the cleaning equipment is facing a wall, table corner, cabinet panel, or other object, and is cleaning the surface to be cleaned, the cylindrical cleaning roller brush cannot reach areas close to these objects. After cleaning, a stain will remain on the surface 4 to be cleaned, with a width approximately equal to the radius of the cleaning roller brush. For example, if the radius R of the cleaning roller brush is 30mm, the stain width will be approximately 30mm. For ease of explanation, in this embodiment, the portion of the object at an angle to the surface to be cleaned that is close to the surface is referred to as the "area border 3".
[0052] In view of the above problems, this disclosure provides a roller brush assembly, a cleaning head, and a cleaning device to solve the technical problem of limited cleaning range.
[0053] To illustrate the technical solution of this disclosure, the following description is provided in conjunction with specific accompanying drawings and embodiments.
[0054] Please refer to Figures 5, 10, and 11. This embodiment of the present disclosure provides a roller brush assembly 1, including a cleaning roller brush 11. The cleaning roller brush 11 is a columnar structure extending along a first direction X. The outer peripheral surface of the cleaning roller brush 11 parallel to the first direction X is a cleaning surface 111 for scrubbing the surface 4 to be cleaned. The outer contour of the cross section of the cleaning roller brush 11 perpendicular to the first direction X is a Reuleaux triangle.
[0055] It should be noted that the Reuleaux triangle is a special type of triangle. It is a curvilinear triangle formed by drawing arcs with the vertices of an equilateral triangle as centers and their sides as radii. The characteristics of the Reuleaux triangle are: it can rotate freely between two parallel lines at a distance equal to the radius of its arcs (equal to the side length of the equilateral triangle) on an axis perpendicular to the plane of the Reuleaux triangle and passing through its center point, and the Reuleaux triangle always remains in contact with both lines (as shown in Figure 12). The center of gravity of the Reuleaux triangle floats up and down along the dotted line between the two lines. Furthermore, when the Reuleaux triangle rotates within a square whose side length is equal to its width (the side length of the equilateral triangle), at any given time, four points of the Reuleaux triangle are in contact with the four sides of the square; and the positions of these contact points constantly change as the Reuleaux triangle rotates; that is, the movement path of the Reuleaux triangle's outer contour is a rounded square (as shown in Figure 13). In the machining industry, this property is used to create drill bits with a Reuleaux triangle cross-section, allowing square holes to be drilled into parts.
[0056] In the roller brush assembly 1 provided in the embodiments of this disclosure, since the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning roller brush 11 parallel to the first direction X is the cleaning surface 111 used to scrub the surface to be cleaned 4, and the outer contour of the cross section of the cleaning roller brush 11 perpendicular to the first direction X is a Reuleaux triangle, the outer contour of the cross section of the cleaning surface 111 perpendicular to the first direction X is a Reuleaux triangle.
[0057] The Reuleaux triangle has the following characteristics: when the Reuleaux triangle rotates within a square whose side length is equal to its width, at any given time, the Reuleaux triangle has four points in contact with the four sides of the square; and as the Reuleaux triangle rotates, the positions of the contact points constantly change; that is, the Reuleaux triangle can rotate so that the path of movement of the outer contour of the Reuleaux triangle is a rounded square.
[0058] Based on the characteristics of the Reuleaux triangle, it can be seen that when the cleaning roller brush 11 rotates, the moving path of the cleaning surface 111 can enclose and form a rounded prism. Compared with a conventional cylinder, the rounded square prism (as shown in the dashed box A in Figure 2) can extend more into the space set at an angle (as shown in Figure 2), so that the cleaning surface 111 can contact the area of the surface to be cleaned 4 that is set at an angle with the area border 3 and is closer to the area border 3, thereby increasing the cleaning range of the cleaning roller brush 11.
[0059] It should be noted that when the Reuleaux triangle rotates within a square whose side length is equal to its width (the side length of an equilateral triangle), the axis of rotation of the Reuleaux triangle is not fixed on a straight line. That is, while the Reuleaux triangle rotates around its center point, the position of the axis of rotation passing through its center point is moving and not fixed on a straight line. In other words, the Reuleaux triangle both rotates and translates or revolves, which is why the movement path of the outer contour of the Reuleaux triangle is a rounded square. In this embodiment of the present disclosure, in order for the movement path of the cleaning surface 111 to form a rounded square prism, the axis of rotation of the cleaning roller brush 11 needs to be not fixed on a straight line. That is, while the cleaning roller brush 11 rotates around its axis of rotation, its axis of rotation needs to float up and down relative to the surface to be cleaned 4.
[0060] The Reuleaux triangle has two parallel and spaced-apart axes of rotation. While rotating on its own axis around its center point, the Reuleaux triangle also revolves around the other axis of rotation, resulting in a rounded square shape for the outer contour of the Reuleaux triangle. In this embodiment, the movement path of the cleaning surface 111 encloses a rounded square prism, requiring the cleaning roller brush 11 to rotate simultaneously around two spaced-apart axes of rotation.
[0061] It should be noted that in the cleaning head having the cleaning roller brush 11 of the present disclosure embodiment, one end of the cleaning roller brush 11 is rotatably connected to the moving platform 23 in the cleaning head. The cleaning roller brush 11 can be mounted on the moving platform 23 in the form of a cantilever beam by strengthening the components on the moving platform 23 that are connected to the cleaning roller brush 11.
[0062] Referring to Figures 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the roller brush assembly 1 further includes a mounting handle 12, which includes a mounting shaft 121 and a first adapter 122. The first adapter 122 is rotatably connected to the mounting shaft 121 and rotatably connected to the cleaning roller brush 11. The cleaning roller brush 11 rotates relative to the first adapter 122 about a first rotation axis L1, and the first adapter 122 rotates relative to the mounting shaft 121 about a second rotation axis L2. Both the first rotation axis L1 and the second rotation axis L2 are parallel to the first direction X, and the first rotation axis L1 and the second rotation axis L2 are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the first direction X.
[0063] With the above configuration, the mounting handle 12, together with the moving platform 23, can support the cleaning roller brush 11. This not only reduces the risk of breakage of the components on the moving platform 23 connected to the cleaning roller brush 11, but also balances the force on the cleaning roller brush 11, making its movement more stable. Furthermore, the combination of the mounting handle 12 and the moving platform 23 reduces the risk of the cleaning roller brush 11 falling.
[0064] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, since the cleaning roller brush 11 rotates relative to the first adapter 122 about the first rotation axis L1, and the first adapter 122 rotates relative to the mounting shaft 121 about the second rotation axis L2; both the first rotation axis L1 and the second rotation axis L2 are parallel to the first direction X; therefore, the cleaning roller brush 11 can rotate about the second rotation axis L2 while rotating relative to the mounting shaft 121 about the first rotation axis L1. And since the first rotation axis L1 and the second rotation axis L2 are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the first direction X, the movement path of the cleaning surface 111 on the cleaning roller brush 11 can be enclosed to form a rounded square prism.
[0065] In some embodiments, the first rotation axis L1 coincides with the central axis of the cleaning roller brush 11, so that the cleaning roller brush 11 can rotate about its own central axis.
[0066] Please refer to Figures 6, 7 and 8. In some embodiments, the first adapter 122 includes a first rotating shaft 1221 and a second rotating shaft 1222, and the first rotating shaft 1221 and the second rotating shaft 1222 are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the first direction X. In the first direction X, one end of the first rotating shaft 1221 is rotatably inserted into the mounting seat 121, and the other end of the first rotating shaft 1221 is connected to the second rotating shaft 1222. The end of the second rotating shaft 1222 opposite to the first rotating shaft 1221 is rotatably inserted into the cleaning roller brush 11.
[0067] The first rotating shaft 1221 and the second rotating shaft 1222 are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the first direction X. This can be understood as the central axis of the first rotating shaft 1221 and the central axis of the second rotating shaft 1222 being spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the first direction X.
[0068] In the above embodiment, the first rotating shaft 1221 can rotate relative to the mounting seat 121 around its own central axis, and the cleaning roller brush 11 can rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 1222 around the central axis of the second rotating shaft 1222. The second rotation axis L2 coincides with the central axis of the first rotating shaft 1221, and the first rotation axis L1 coincides with the central axis of the second rotating shaft 1222.
[0069] Referring to Figure 6, in some embodiments, the mounting handle 12 further includes a bearing 123, through which the first rotating shaft 1221 is rotatably mounted on the mounting seat 121. The rotatable connection via the bearing 123 effectively reduces friction, thereby improving the operating efficiency of the machinery and enhancing the movement accuracy of the first adapter 122.
[0070] Please refer to Figures 7, 8 and 10. In the above embodiment, the second rotating shaft 1222 is an optical shaft, and the cleaning roller brush 11 is provided with a first insertion hole 112. The second rotating shaft 1222 is rotatably inserted into the first insertion hole 112.
[0071] To achieve the above objectives, the technical solution adopted in the second aspect of this disclosure is: a cleaning head, including a driving body 2 and a cleaning roller brush 11.
[0072] The driving body 2 is used to move on the surface 4 to be cleaned, which is parallel to the first direction X; the cleaning roller brush 11 is a columnar structure extending in the first direction X, and the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning roller brush 11 parallel to the first direction X is the cleaning surface 111 used to scrub the surface 4 to be cleaned. The outer contour of the cross section of the cleaning roller brush 11 perpendicular to the first direction X is a Reuleaux triangle. The cleaning roller brush 11 is mounted on the driving body 2. Under the drive of the driving body 2, the cleaning roller brush 11 can rotate around the first rotation axis L1. The center of gravity of the cleaning roller brush 11 floats up and down relative to the surface 4 to be cleaned (the first rotation axis L1 floats up and down relative to the surface 4 to be cleaned).
[0073] Referring to Figure 12, the Reuleaux triangle rotates freely between two parallel lines at a distance equal to its radius (equal to the side length of an equilateral triangle) on an axis perpendicular to the plane of the Reuleaux triangle and passing through its center point. The Reuleaux triangle always remains in contact with both lines. The center of gravity of the Reuleaux triangle floats up and down along the dotted line between the two lines. When the cleaning roller brush 11 rotates around the first rotation axis L1 under the drive of the driving body 2, and the center of gravity of the cleaning roller brush 11 floats up and down relative to the surface to be cleaned 4 (the first rotation axis L1 floats up and down relative to the surface to be cleaned 4), the movement path of the cleaning roller brush 11 is consistent with the movement path of the Reuleaux triangle shown in Figure 12, so that the movement path of the cleaning surface 111 of the cleaning roller brush 11 encloses a rounded square prism.
[0074] In the cleaning head provided in this embodiment, since the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning roller brush 11 parallel to the first direction X is the cleaning surface 111 used to scrub the surface 4 to be cleaned, and the outer contour of the cross section of the cleaning roller brush 11 perpendicular to the first direction X is a Reuleaux triangle, the outer contour of the cross section of the cleaning surface 111 perpendicular to the first direction X is a Reuleaux triangle. Driven by the driving body 2, the cleaning roller brush 11 can rotate around the first rotation axis L1, and the center of gravity of the cleaning roller brush 11 floats up and down relative to the surface to be cleaned 4 (the first rotation axis L1 floats up and down relative to the surface to be cleaned 4). Therefore, according to the characteristics of the Reuleaux triangle, the moving path of the cleaning surface 111 of the cleaning roller brush 11 can be enclosed to form a rounded square column. Compared with a conventional cylinder, the rounded square column (as shown in the dashed box A in Figure 2) can extend more into the space set at an angle (as shown in Figure 2). When the driving body 2 drives the cleaning roller brush 11 to move to the area on the surface to be cleaned 4 that is closer to the area border 3, the cleaning surface 111 can contact the area on the surface to be cleaned 4 that is set at an angle to the area border 3, thereby increasing the cleaning range of the cleaning roller brush 11.
[0075] It should be noted that when the cleaning roller brush 11 rotates on the surface 4 to be cleaned, the cleaning surface 111 contacts the surface 4, and as the cleaning roller brush 11 rotates, the distance from the first rotation axis L1 to the surface 4 to be cleaned repeatedly changes between a minimum and a maximum value. The maximum and minimum values are determined by the dimensions of the outer contour of the section of the cleaning roller brush 11 perpendicular to the first direction X, i.e., by the side length of the Reuleaux triangle. The maximum value is the distance between the center point and the vertex of the Reuleaux triangle, and the minimum value is the perpendicular distance from the center point to the side length of the Reuleaux triangle.
[0076] In some embodiments, the first rotation axis L1 coincides with the central axis of the cleaning roller brush 11, so that the cleaning roller brush 11 can rotate about its own central axis.
[0077] Please refer to Figures 5, 6, and 7. In some embodiments, the driving body 2 includes a driving component 21 and a transmission component 22. The input end of the transmission component 22 is connected to the driving end of the driving component 21, and the output end of the transmission component 22 is connected to the cleaning roller brush 11. Under the drive of the driving component 21, the input end of the transmission component 22 can rotate around the second rotation axis L2, and the output end of the transmission component 22 can rotate around the first rotation axis L1. The first rotation axis L1 and the second rotation axis L2 are both parallel to the first direction X, and the first rotation axis L1 and the second rotation axis L2 are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the first direction X.
[0078] In the above embodiment, the cleaning roller brush 11 can rotate under the drive of the drive component 21, and the cleaning roller brush 11 rotates around the first rotation axis L1 and also around the second rotation axis L2. Since the first rotation axis L1 and the second rotation axis L2 are both parallel to the first direction X, and the first rotation axis L1 and the second rotation axis L2 are spaced apart in the direction perpendicular to the first direction X, when the cleaning roller brush 11 rotates, the moving path of the cleaning surface 111 can be enclosed to form a rounded square column.
[0079] In some embodiments, the first rotation axis L1 coincides with the central axis of the cleaning roller brush 11, so that the cleaning roller brush 11 rotates on its own axis around the first rotation axis L1 and revolves around the second rotation axis L2.
[0080] Please refer to Figures 3 and 4. In some embodiments, the drive body 2 includes a mobile platform 23, and the drive component 21 and the transmission component 22 are both disposed on the mobile platform 23.
[0081] Referring to Figures 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the transmission assembly 22 includes a second adapter 221, a gear ring 222, and a planetary gear shaft 223; the planetary gear shaft 223 meshes with the gear ring 222 and is connected to the cleaning roller brush 11; the second adapter 221 includes a third rotating shaft 2211 and a fourth rotating shaft 2212 connected to each other, and the third rotating shaft 2211 and the fourth rotating shaft 2212 are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the first direction X, and the central axis of the fourth rotating shaft 2212 is perpendicular to the first direction X. The rotation axis L1 coincides; in the first direction X, the end of the third rotating shaft 2211 opposite to the fourth rotating shaft 2212 is connected to the driving end of the drive assembly 21, and the end of the fourth rotating shaft 2212 opposite to the third rotating shaft 2211 is rotatably inserted through the planetary gear shaft 223; under the drive of the drive assembly 21, the second adapter 221 can drive the planetary gear shaft 223 to revolve around the second rotation axis L2 along the gear ring 222, so as to drive the planetary gear shaft 223 to rotate relative to the fourth rotating shaft 2212 around the first rotation axis L1.
[0082] In the above embodiment, the third rotating shaft 2211 is the input end of the transmission component 22, and the planetary gear shaft 223 is the output end of the transmission component 22.
[0083] In the above embodiment, the drive assembly 21 drives the second adapter 221 to rotate around the second rotation axis L2, causing both the planetary gear shaft 223 and the cleaning roller brush 11 to revolve around the second rotation axis L2. Since the planetary gear shaft 223 meshes with the gear ring 222, the planetary gear shaft 223 will also roll within the gear ring 222, causing the planetary gear shaft 223 to rotate relative to the fourth rotating shaft 2212 around the first rotation axis L1, thereby causing the cleaning roller brush 11 to rotate around the first rotation axis L1.
[0084] In some embodiments, the ratio of the number of teeth on the gear ring 222 to the number of teeth on the planetary gear shaft 223 is 4 / 3. For example, the gear ring 222 has 24 teeth and the planetary gear shaft 223 has 18 teeth; or, the gear ring 222 has 40 teeth and the planetary gear shaft 223 has 30 teeth.
[0085] Referring to Figures 3, 4, 6, and 7, in some embodiments, the drive assembly 21 includes a mounting base 211, a drive member 212, a driving wheel 213, a driven wheel 214, and a transmission belt 215. The mounting base 211 and the drive member 212 are both fixed to the moving platform 23. The driving wheel 213 and the driven wheel 214 are rotatably mounted on the mounting base 211, and the driving wheel 213 is connected to the drive end of the drive member 212.
