For a mixing integer non-linear planning problem corresponding to the above model, the invention provides a two-stage optimization algorithm to solve. A simulation example shows that under the condition that a new energy utilization rate of an integration energy system is guaranteed, the method can be used to effectively restrain the power fluctuation on a connection line under different season scenes.
