pollutant monitoring and early-warning method and an air
pollutant monitoring and early-warning cloud platform. The air
pollutant monitoring and early-warning cloud platform comprises a
data acquisition module, a
data processing platform and a communication module, wherein the
data acquisition module is used for acquiring a pollutant concentration in the air, a
wind direction and a
wind speed; the
data processing platform is used for acquiring data output by the
data acquisition module, adopting a puff
orbit model for conducting three-dimensional flow
field simulation, correcting error data through utilizing fitted historical pollutant concentration and
wind speed monitoring data, predicting a pollutant concentration at a fixed location in future and calculating an
air pollution index, and conducting three-dimensional flow
field simulation by means of the puff
orbit model to obtain pollutant concentration planar distribution by utilizing pollutant concentrations at monitoring points and the
wind speed monitoring data for tracking a
pollution source precisely; and the communication module is used for connecting a
management system in a wired or
wireless manner, connecting a user terminal in a
wireless manner, and issuing air quality inspection reports, prediction reports, pollutant distribution contour diagrams and possible
pollution source locations to the user terminal.
