The method provided by the invention comprises: determining a first resource set used for D2D control information transmission according to the configuration parameters of a received D2D control signaling and/or stored radio resource pre-configuration information; determining a second resource used for D2D data transmission; sending D2D control information in the first resource set, and/or sending D2D data in the second resource.
