[0023] It can be understood that the above notification and user authorization process is only illustrative, and does not limit the implementation manner of the present disclosure, and other manners meeting the relevant laws and regulations can also be applied to the implementation manner of the present disclosure.
[0024] Figure 1 A schematic diagram of an example environment 100 in which embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented is shown. In this example environment 100, an application 120 is installed in a terminal device 110. A user 140 can interact with the application 120 via the terminal device 110 and / or an attached device of the terminal device 110.
[0025] In embodiments of the present disclosure, the application 120 can be any suitable application that can provide services associated with forms. The services associated with forms include form creation services, form editing services, form viewing services, form deletion services, and the like. In Figure 1 In the environment 100, if the application 120 is in an active state, the terminal device 110 can present a page 150 of the application 120. The page 150 can include various types of pages that the application 120 can provide, such as a creation page, an editing page, and the like for a form.
[0026] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 communicates with the server 130 to implement the provision of services of the application 120. The terminal device 110 can be any type of mobile terminal, fixed terminal, or portable terminal including a mobile handset, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a notebook computer, a netbook computer, a tablet computer, a media computer, a multimedia tablet, a personal communication system (PCS) device, a personal navigation device, a personal digital assistant (PDA), an audio / video player, a digital camera / camcorder, a positioning device, a television receiver, a radio broadcast receiver, an electronic book device, a game device, or any combination thereof, including accessories and peripherals of these devices, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can also support any type of interface to the user (such as "wearable" circuitry, etc.). The server 130 can be various types of computing systems / servers capable of providing computing power, including but not limited to mainframes, edge computing nodes, computing devices in a cloud environment, and the like.
[0027] It should be understood that the structure and functionality of the various elements in the environment 100 are described for illustrative purposes only and do not imply any limitation on the scope of the present disclosure.
[0028] Conventionally, when a user desires to perform batch processing on multiple forms, the user can check multiple forms desired to be batch processed on a form list page including the multiple forms, and trigger a batch processing control. The electronic device can present multiple batch processing controls having different functions in response to the batch processing control being triggered. The user can perform different batch processing operations on the multiple forms by triggering different batch processing controls. However, the conventional batch processing method for multiple forms has a problem of separation of user batch operation and form content. If the checked forms include forms different from other forms (e.g., different in type, different in node, or different in corresponding items, etc.), there can be batch processing controls (e.g., the controls are grayed out and cannot be triggered by the user) that are not allowed to be triggered among the multiple batch processing controls presented by the electronic device. At this time, the user needs to exit the batch processing operation and check which one or more forms are different from (or have problems with) other forms one by one. This affects the efficiency of the user performing batch processing on the multiple forms.
[0029] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, an improved solution for form batch processing is proposed. According to the solution of the embodiment of the present disclosure, in response to receiving a batch editing request for a plurality of forms, a batch editing page is presented, the batch editing page at least includes a first list of the plurality of forms and at least one batch editing control and an editing confirmation control for the plurality of forms, and the plurality of forms are identified as selected in the list. In response to receiving a viewing request for a first form in the first list, the detail information of the first form is presented on the batch editing page while maintaining the presentation of the first list and the at least one batch editing control.
[0030] In this way, in the scenario of batch operation on multiple forms, the problem of separation of user batch operation and individual form content is solved. The solution enables the user to directly select the forms he wants to batch edit, enter batch operation, and also switch to form viewing at any time to view the specific content of the individual form and determine whether / how to perform batch editing. This helps to improve the efficiency of batch editing.
[0031] Some example embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with continuous reference to the drawings.
[0032] Figures 2A to 3E Schematic diagrams of example pages 200A to 300E (which can also be referred to simply as examples 200A to 300E) according to some embodiments of the present disclosure are shown. It should be understood that the pages shown in the drawings are merely examples, and various page designs can actually exist. Various graphical elements in the pages can have different arrangements and different visual representations, one or more of which can be omitted or replaced, and one or more other elements can also exist. Embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in this respect.
[0033] The pages shown in examples 200A to 300E can be presented at terminal device 110. For ease of discussion, examples 200A to 300E will be described with reference to the environment 100 of Figure 1 It should be noted that the operations performed by the aforementioned terminal device 110 and the operations performed by the terminal device 110 described later can be specifically performed by a relevant application (e.g., application 120) installed on the terminal device 110. In some embodiments, the operations performed on the electronic device can be completed with the assistance of server 130.
[0034] In embodiments of the present disclosure, the terminal device 110 can present a batch editing page in response to receiving a batch editing request for a plurality of forms (sometimes also referred to as "tickets", "service tickets", etc.). The batch editing page may, for example, include at least a first list of the plurality of forms and at least one batch editing control for the plurality of forms and an editing confirmation control, and the plurality of forms are identified as being in a selected state in the list. The batch editing control(s) here can include any suitable control(s), including but not limited to input boxes, options, action controls, etc.
[0035] In some embodiments, the at least one batch editing control for the plurality of forms includes batch editing controls of a plurality of types, each type of batch editing control including at least one batch editing control. The batch editing controls included by batch editing controls of different types here can be different. Illustratively, if a total of 10 batch editing controls (batch editing controls 1-10) are included, and the 10 batch editing controls are of 3 types, batch editing controls of a first type can include 3 batch editing controls (batch editing controls 1-3), batch editing controls of a second type can include 3 batch editing controls (batch editing controls 4-6), and batch editing controls of a third type can include 4 batch editing controls (batch editing controls 7-10).
[0036] Regarding the specific manner of presenting the batch editing page, in some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can present a form list page including a second list of forms editable by the user, and the second list includes at least the plurality of forms. The number of all forms included by the second list should be greater than or equal to the number of the plurality of forms to be batch edited. In the case where the plurality of forms in the second list are in a selected state (e.g., the plurality of forms are checked), if a batch editing request is received, the terminal device 110 can switch from the form list page to the batch editing page.
[0037] Illustratively, as shown in Figure 2A Example 200A shows one example of a form list page. The list 201 (i.e., the second list) included in Example 200A can include all forms editable by the user. Each form in the list 201 can correspond to a box (e.g., the box located on the left side of each form in the figure). The terminal device 110 can determine that an editing request for the form corresponding to a box is received in response to detecting a triggering operation (e.g., a click operation, a long press operation, a double-click operation, etc.) on the box, and switch the presentation state of the box (the presentation state can be switched in any suitable manner, such as presenting a checkmark in the box, switching the color of the box, switching the size of the box, etc.).
[0038] The terminal device 110 can present editing controls of the multiple forms corresponding to the multiple boxes in response to receiving the triggering operation for the multiple boxes. As shown in Figure 2A The terminal device 110 can present an operation bar 202 including at least the editing controls of the multiple forms corresponding to the multiple boxes (i.e. the control “Batch Edit” in the figure) in response to receiving the triggering operation for the multiple boxes. The terminal device 110 can determine that a batch edit request for the multiple forms is received in response to receiving the triggering operation for the editing control. The terminal device 110 can further switch from the example 200A to a batch edit page in response to receiving the batch edit request.
[0039] Figures 2B to 2D Several examples of the batch edit page are shown (i.e. the example 200B to the example 200D). The terminal device 110 can switch from the example 200A to the example 200B in response to receiving the batch edit request, for example. The example 200B includes a region 210 for presenting a first list including the multiple selected forms and a region 220 for presenting at least one batch edit control for the multiple forms and an edit confirmation control 221. In the example of the example 200B, the at least one batch edit control corresponds to multiple options for each question. The multiple options for each question can be regarded as multiple batch edit controls of the same type, and the options for different questions can be regarded as batch edit controls of different types. Figure 2B
[0040] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can perform a batch edit operation corresponding to the at least one batch edit control on the multiple forms identified as checked in the first list (e.g. the multiple forms including a check mark at the corresponding boxes in the region 210) in response to receiving a triggering operation for the at least one batch edit control (e.g. a selection operation for at least one option) and a confirmation operation for the edit confirmation control 221 (e.g. a click operation for the edit confirmation control 221) in the batch edit page (e.g. the example 200B).
[0041] It is noted that in some embodiments, the user can only trigger at least part of the at least one batch edit control in the batch edit page. The terminal device 110 can only perform the batch edit operation corresponding to the at least part of the batch edit control. For example, as shown in Figure 2B As shown, the region 220 presents 3 questions (i.e. 3 types of batch editing controls). The user can select one or more options for each question (i.e. only 1 batch editing control for each type), to complete the editing operation under the corresponding type. The terminal device 110 can further perform the batch editing operation corresponding to the 3 selected options (i.e. 3 selected batch editing controls), based on the 3 selected options.
[0042] In embodiments of the present disclosure, the terminal device 110 can present the detail information of the first form in the batch editing page in response to receiving the viewing request for the first form in the first list, while maintaining the presentation of the first list and the at least one batch editing control. Illustratively, as shown in Figure 2C As shown, the terminal device 110 can determine that the viewing request for the form C is received in response to receiving the click operation on any form (e.g. form C) presented in the first list in the region 210. The terminal device 110 can further present the detail information of the form C in the region 220 in response to the viewing request for the form C. In response to receiving the viewing request for the form C, the terminal device 110 can present a plurality of sub-regions in the region 220. The terminal device 110 can continue to present the at least one batch editing control and the editing confirmation control in the sub-region 224 of the region 220, to enable the user to continue to complete the batch processing as needed while viewing the detail information of the single form. The terminal device 110 can present the detail information of the form C in other sub-regions (e.g. sub-region 222 and sub-region 223) of the region 220. The detail information of the form C can include, for example, the name of the form C, the project name, the operator, the creator, the content summary, etc.
[0043] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can further identify at least one form in the first list as unselected in response to receiving the cancel request for the at least one form in the batch editing page. The terminal device 110 can further perform the batch editing operation corresponding to the at least one batch editing control on the forms in the first list identified as selected in response to receiving the selection operation on the at least one batch editing control and the confirmation operation on the editing confirmation control. Illustratively, as shown in Figure 2D As shown, in the case where the plurality of forms in the first list are all identified as selected, the terminal device 110 can determine that the cancel request for at least one form is received in response to receiving the click operation of the user on at least one box corresponding to the at least one form in the region 210, and identify the at least one form as unselected (e.g. cancel the check mark in the box).
[0044] For example, if the first list includes 6 forms, and all the 6 forms are selected, the terminal device 110 can respond to the received cancel request of form B and form C by indicating form B and form C as unselected, and only the remaining 4 forms (i.e., form A, form F, form G, and form H) in the first list are selected. The terminal device 110 can respond to the received selection operation of the at least one batch editing control and the confirmation operation of the edit confirmation control 221 by performing the batch editing operation corresponding to the at least one batch editing control on the forms (e.g., form A, form F, form G, and form H) in the first list that are identified as selected.
[0045] Regarding the specific way of presenting the batch editing page, alternatively or additionally, in some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can also present a form editing page of the second form. For example, as shown in Figure 3A Figure 3A An example of a conversation page (i.e., example 300A) is shown. The example 300A can present a conversation message including a form link 301, for example. The terminal device 110 can respond to the received triggering operation of the form link 301 by switching to present a form editing page of a form (e.g., the second form) corresponding to the form link 301. It can be understood that this is only an example, and the terminal device 110 can present the form editing page of the second form based on any suitable operation.
[0046] The form editing page of the second form can include at least details of the second form (e.g., can include the name of the second form, the project name, the operator, the creator, the content summary, etc.), a third list of forms that are editable by the user, and a batch request control for each group of forms in the third list. In some embodiments, each group of forms in the at least one group of forms includes multiple forms that are to be executed with the same at least one batch editing operation. For example, each group of forms can include at least one form corresponding to the same type, the same creator, or the same project, and the forms in each group can be executed with the same at least one batch editing operation.
[0047] Figure 3B Two examples of a form editing page (i.e., example 300B and example 300C) are shown in examples 300B and 300C. For example, as shown in Figure 3B As shown, example 300B is a form editing page for a second form (e.g., Form 1). Example 300B includes regions 310 and 320, wherein region 310 is used to present a third list of user-editable forms and respective batch request controls for at least one group of forms in the third list (e.g., batch request control 311 for Group A forms, batch request control 312 for Group B forms, etc.), and region 320 is used to present detailed information for Form 1 (e.g., detailed information for Form 1 is presented in sub-regions 321 and 322 of region 320) and at least one edit control for Form 1 (e.g., multiple options in sub-region 323 of region 320, where the multiple options corresponding to each question can be considered as multiple batch edit controls of the same type, and the options corresponding to different questions can be considered as different types of batch edit controls. It will be understood that the at least one batch edit control shown in the figure is merely an example and may also be any appropriate control, such as an input box).
[0048] Furthermore, in some embodiments, when multiple forms in a group of forms in the third list are selected, the terminal device 110 may present a batch edit page in response to receiving a trigger operation of a batch request control for a group of forms. Figure 3C and Figure 3D As shown, in example 300C, when Form 1 and Form 2 in Group A are selected, the terminal device 110 can switch to presenting example 300D in response to receiving a trigger operation on the batch request control 311 for Group A. Example 300D is an example of a batch edit page.
[0049] Example 300D includes area 330 and area 340, wherein area 330 is used to present a first list including multiple forms. In some embodiments, the first list presented by the terminal device 110 in the batch edit page obtained by switching via the form edit page and the third list in the form edit page may include the same content. The terminal device 110 may also present batch request controls for at least one group of forms in the first list (for example, batch request control 331 for group A forms, batch request control 332 for group B forms, etc.), and area 340 is used to present at least one batch edit control for multiple forms (for example, multiple options in the figure, where the multiple options corresponding to each question can be regarded as multiple batch edit controls of the same type, and the options corresponding to different questions can be regarded as different types of batch edit controls. It can be understood that the at least one batch edit control in the figure is only an example, and it can also be any appropriate control such as an input box) and an edit confirmation control 341.
[0050] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can perform the batch editing operation corresponding to the at least one batch editing control on the multiple forms in the first list identified as the selected state (e.g., Form 1 and Form 2 in the A group of forms in the region 330 including the hooks at the corresponding boxes) in response to receiving the triggering operation (e.g., the selection operation on the at least one option) on the at least one batch editing control and the confirmation operation (e.g., the clicking operation on the edit confirmation control 341) on the edit confirmation control 341 in the batch editing page (e.g., the example 300D).
[0051] It should be noted that in some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can only perform the batch editing operation on the multiple forms belonging to the same group at a time. For example, if the user selects Form 1 and Form 7 in the example 300D, the terminal device 110 can present a prompt information prompting the user that the batch processing cannot be performed on the selected multiple forms belonging to different groups at the same time.
[0052] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can also delete at least one form from the first list in response to determining that the editing operation (e.g., which can include the editing operation on a single form and the batch editing operation on multiple forms) on the at least one form in the first list has been completed. For example, as shown in the example 300E, the terminal device 110 can delete Form 1 and Form 2 from the first list in response to receiving the triggering operation on the at least one batch editing control on Form 1 and Form 2 and the confirmation operation on the edit confirmation control 341 in the example 300D. Figure 3D and Figure 3E As shown in the example 300E, the example 300E can also be an example of the batch editing page. The terminal device 110 can perform the batch editing operation corresponding to the at least one batch editing control on Form 1 and Form 2 in response to receiving the triggering operation on the at least one batch editing control on Form 1 and Form 2 and the confirmation operation on the edit confirmation control 341 in the example 300D. The terminal device 110 can present the example 300E in response to the completion of the batch editing operation. In the first list in the example 300E, the terminal device 110 can delete Form 1 and Form 2 and only present the other forms that have not been processed. In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can also present the prompt text prompting the user to select the form to be processed and process the form in the region 340.
[0053] In summary, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, in the batch operation scenario, the problem of separating the user batch operation from the form content is solved. The user can directly select the form that he or she wants to batch edit, enter the batch operation, and also can switch the form to view the specific content at any time to determine whether to batch edit. In addition, in some embodiments, when the user views or processes a single form, the form set that can perform the batch processing and the batch editing control can also be automatically recommended in the same page to enable the user to quickly trigger the batch processing. This helps to improve the efficiency of batch editing.
[0054] Figure 4A flowchart of a process 400 for form batch processing is shown in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. The process 400 can be implemented at the terminal device 110. Reference is made below to Figure 1 The process 400 is described.
