Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention belongs to the field of soil improvement technology, specifically a white soil conditioner based on a microbial-animal interaction network and its preparation method. Background Technology
[0002] Soil conditioners, also known as soil amendments, are substances that improve the physical, chemical, and biological properties of soil and promote nutrient absorption by crops. Based on their main components and mechanisms of action, they can be divided into: organic conditioners, which mainly include farmyard manure, green manure, humic acid fertilizers, bark, soybean cake, lignin, and biogas residue; biological conditioners, which include microbial agents and plant growth regulators; and compound conditioners, which are mixtures of organic, inorganic, and biological conditioners in a certain proportion, possessing multiple improvement effects.
[0003] Soil conditioners are essential for soil improvement and optimization, especially for albic soils. The acidic, hard, and infertile characteristics of albic soils hinder the downward growth and development of crop roots and make water, fertilizer, air, and heat exchange difficult. As a soil with a typical barrier layer, its low organic matter content can negatively impact crop growth and development. Existing soil conditioners mainly work by applying fertilizers or adding microbial agents. However, in practice, the excessive use of chemical fertilizers can easily pollute the environment and even damage the original ecosystem of albic soils, causing an imbalance. Furthermore, relying solely on chemical or biological conditioners results in low nutrient cycling and utilization rates in the soil, thus prolonging the improvement time for albic soils. Therefore, improvements are needed. Summary of the Invention

[0019] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the soil conditioner is applied evenly to the soil of corn, wheat, and vegetable gardens at a dosage of 100-150 kg per hectare.
[0020] As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, it mainly includes the following steps:
[0021] Step 1: Microbial sampling
[0022] Use a shovel to collect good quality soil, then mix and dissolve the collected soil in pure water to prepare a suspension, which allows microorganisms to be released and dispersed. Then filter the prepared suspension to remove impurities, and divide the processed suspension into four equal parts and put them into four different petri dishes.
[0023] Step 2: Enrichment Culture
[0024] Neutral enrichment nutrient solution and inhibitors that inhibit the growth of other microorganisms were added to four petri dishes respectively. The petri dishes were then placed at room temperature for one week to allow the microorganisms in the four petri dishes to multiply in large quantities.
[0025] Step 3: Purebred Isolation
[0026] The microbial suspensions in the four petri dishes were serially diluted and then inoculated into four different solid culture media. Then, the nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms, potassium-solubilizing microorganisms and helper microorganisms in the solid culture media were isolated by dilution plating method, so that the individual microorganisms formed independent colonies on the culture media.
[0027] Step 4: Filtering
[0028] The growth rate, metabolites, and enzyme activities of different independent colonies were tested. Then, nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms, potassium-solubilizing microorganisms, and helper microorganisms with consistent morphology, clear edges, smooth surfaces, and good colony growth were screened and placed in slant culture medium and stored at room temperature.
[0029] Step 5: Collection of Soil Animals
[0030] Collect an appropriate amount of earthworms, then clean the collected earthworms to remove impurities and pathogens. Then select earthworms that are healthy, active, and similar in size and shape and put them into a culture tank and store them at room temperature.
[0031] Step Six: Raw Material Preparation
[0032] Select pure straw and earthworm castings, then mix them evenly in a 2:2 ratio. Next, add three inorganic fertilizers, namely urea, superphosphate and potassium sulfate, in a 21:15:16 ratio. At the same time, add two organic fertilizers, namely humic acid and amino acids, in a 1:1 ratio. Finally, mix them thoroughly to obtain the mixture.
[0033] Step 7: Soil amendment preparation
[0034] The pH value of the mixture was tested, and then fulvic acid and biochar were added according to the measured pH value. The ratio was 1:2 for acidic soil, 1:1 for neutral soil, and 2:1 for alkaline soil. By using fulvic acid and biochar as regulators, the pH value of the mixture was adjusted to maintain a neutral pH. Subsequently, soil animals, nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms, potassium-solubilizing microorganisms, and auxiliary microorganisms were added to the mixture in sequence. The mixture was then placed in a tank for cultivation at room temperature. At the same time, a multi-layer biological network analysis method was used to construct a soil fertility network for albic soil. Key microbial nodes were identified to regulate the soil microbial community, allowing soil animals, nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms, potassium-solubilizing microorganisms, and auxiliary microorganisms to reproduce fully. This ensured that soil animals, nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms, potassium-solubilizing microorganisms, and auxiliary microorganisms coexisted harmoniously, forming a stable microbial-animal symbiotic system. In this way, an albic soil conditioner based on a microbial-animal interaction network can be prepared.
[0035] Step 8: Packaging
[0036] The prepared soil conditioner is packaged in equal amounts into bags of the same size for easy use.
[0037] Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows:
[0038] Compared to traditional soil conditioners, this invention constructs a stable symbiotic ecosystem by adding microorganisms and soil animals to the conditioner. It utilizes the interaction between soil animals and microorganisms to promote soil fertility improvement and topsoil properties. Simultaneously, it combines directed multilayer biological network analysis to construct a multilayer biological network for albic soil, identify key microbial nodes to regulate the albic soil microbial community, and achieve more efficient multi-biological synergistic albic soil improvement, addressing the characteristics of poor soil structure and low available nutrients. Detailed Implementation
[0039] Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0040] In this embodiment of the invention, a microbial-animal interaction network-based albican soil conditioner comprises the following components: nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms, potassium-solubilizing microorganisms, auxiliary microorganisms, soil animals, carrier substances, nutrients, and regulators, wherein, by weight fraction:
[0041] Nitrogen-fixing microorganisms: 1-3 portions;
[0042] Phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms: 1-3 parts;
[0043] Potassium-solubilizing microorganisms: 1-3 portions;
[0044] Supporting microorganisms: 1-3 parts;
[0045] Soil animals: 6-12 parts;
[0046] Carrier substance: 10-20 parts;
[0047] Nutrients: 3-5 servings;
[0048] Regulator: 2-4 parts.
[0049] The presence of nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms, potassium-solubilizing microorganisms, and auxiliary microorganisms will facilitate the decomposition and release of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and other nutrients, thereby providing a suitable growth environment for soil animals. The presence of carrier materials increases soil porosity and aeration, which is conducive to the survival and activity of microorganisms and soil animals. A stable symbiotic cooperative relationship is formed between microorganisms and soil animals, thereby constructing a more complex and stable microbial-animal symbiotic ecosystem, accelerating the decomposition of organic matter and the release of nutrients, and thus improving the characteristics of albic soil that is hard and has low organic matter content, forming an efficient nutrient cycling system and improving the improvement efficiency of albic soil.
[0050] Among them, nitrogen-fixing microorganisms were selected from *Azospirillum*, phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms were selected from *Pseudomonas* spp. (*Pseudomonas* spp. is a high-yield species of extracellular polysaccharides), potassium-solubilizing microorganisms were selected from silicate bacteria, and auxiliary microorganisms included putrefactive microorganisms, growth-promoting microorganisms, disease-resistant microorganisms, and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. Putrefactive microorganisms were selected from *Bacillus amyloliquefaciens* and *Laurella vegetans*, growth-promoting microorganisms were selected from *Bacillus belye* and *Bacillus subtilis*, and disease-resistant microorganisms were selected from *Streptomyces*.
[0051] Azospirillum has nitrogen-fixing capabilities, which increases the nitrogen content in the soil, providing more food sources for soil animals. The activity of these soil animals, in turn, helps the distribution and reproduction of free-living azospirillum in the soil. Pseudomonas, as one of the bacteria with phosphorus-solubilizing capabilities, can convert insoluble phosphorus into soluble phosphorus. This phosphorus-solubilizing activity improves phosphorus utilization in the soil, promotes the growth and reproduction of soil animals, and also promotes the formation of soil aggregates. Silicate bacteria can decompose silicate minerals, releasing potassium and other nutrients. This potassium-solubilizing activity increases the available potassium content in the soil, providing more potassium nutrition for soil animals. The activity of these soil animals also helps the spread and reproduction of silicate bacteria in the soil. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can promote plant growth and development, improve plant performance, enhance plant resistance, and produce glomerulonephrine, which promotes the formation of aggregates, thereby improving soil structure. Straw-decomposing microorganisms can promote the decomposition of straw.
[0052] Among them, soil animals are selected from one or more of earthworms, nematodes, and ants.
[0053] Earthworms, nematodes, and ants, as soil animals, can turn over the soil, increasing its aeration and permeability. They can also promote the decomposition of organic matter and nutrient cycling through their feeding and excretion activities. The activities of soil animals can also improve soil structure, increase soil aggregates, and reduce soil compaction. At the same time, combined with the directed multilayer biological network analysis method, a fertile soil multilayer biological network for albic soil can be constructed. The directed multilayer biological network analysis method can take into account time factors and dynamic changes, providing a more comprehensive view of the biological system, thereby more accurately describing the dynamic behavior of the biological system. It helps to discover the interactions and potential connections between soil animals and nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms, potassium-solubilizing microorganisms, and auxiliary microorganisms at different levels, thereby identifying key microbial nodes, realizing the regulation of the fertile soil microbial community, and ensuring that a stable and efficient symbiotic cooperative relationship can be formed between soil animals and nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms, potassium-solubilizing microorganisms, and auxiliary microorganisms.
[0054] The carrier material is a mixture of straw and earthworm castings, which are mixed in a 2:2 ratio to form the carrier material.
[0055] Straw and earthworm castings can adsorb and fix microorganisms and soil animals, improve the stability and application effect of soil conditioners, provide a good living environment for microorganisms and soil animals, increase the porosity and aeration of soil conditioners, which is conducive to the growth and reproduction of microorganisms. At the same time, the activity of soil animals can also promote the decomposition of carrier materials, thereby releasing nutrients in the carrier materials.
[0056] The nutrients include urea, superphosphate, and potassium sulfate, which are used as inorganic fertilizers in a ratio of 21:15:16.
[0057] Urea is a long-acting nitrogen fertilizer, suitable for use when crops have a long growth cycle; superphosphate is a phosphate fertilizer with high phosphorus content, characterized by long-lasting effect and easy water solubility, which can promote the growth and development of plant roots; potassium sulfate also has the characteristics of long-lasting effect and easy water solubility, which can promote the growth and development of plant stems and enhance the plant's resistance to lodging.
[0058] Among them, the conditioning agents are humic acid and biochar, which are applied according to the soil acidity and alkalinity. For acidic soil, the ratio is 1:2; for neutral soil, the ratio is 1:1; and for alkaline soil, the ratio is 2:1.
[0059] Fulvic acid is a type of humic acid. Because biochar is alkaline and has a high biochar content, fulvic acid and biochar are used to adjust the pH, which can prevent acidic or alkaline environments from affecting the growth of microorganisms and soil animals.
[0060] The soil conditioner should be applied evenly to the soil of corn, wheat, and vegetable gardens at a rate of 100-150 kg per hectare.
[0061] The specific amount of soil conditioner to be used can be determined based on the actual conditions of the soil in corn, wheat, and vegetable gardens, and additional application can be made in the later stages.
[0062] A method for preparing a limestone amendment based on a microbial-animal interaction network mainly includes the following steps:
[0063] Step 1: Microbial sampling
[0064] Use a shovel to collect good quality soil, then mix and dissolve the collected soil in pure water to prepare a suspension, which allows microorganisms to be released and dispersed. Then filter the prepared suspension to remove impurities, and divide the processed suspension into four equal parts and put them into four different petri dishes.
[0065] Step 2: Enrichment Culture
[0066] Neutral enrichment nutrient solution and inhibitors that inhibit the growth of other microorganisms were added to four petri dishes respectively. The petri dishes were then placed at room temperature for one week to allow the microorganisms in the four petri dishes to multiply in large quantities.
[0067] Step 3: Purebred Isolation
[0068] The microbial suspensions in the four petri dishes were serially diluted and then inoculated into four different solid culture media.
[0069] Step 4: Filtering
[0070] The growth rate, metabolites, and enzyme activities of different independent colonies were tested.
[0071] Step 5: Collection of Soil Animals
[0072] Collect an appropriate amount of earthworms, then clean the collected earthworms to remove impurities and pathogens. Then select earthworms that are healthy, active, and similar in size and shape and put them into a culture tank and store them at room temperature.
[0073] Step Six: Raw Material Preparation
[0074] Select pure straw and earthworm castings, then mix them evenly in a 2:2 ratio.
[0075] Step 7: Soil Conditioner Preparation
[0076] The pH value of the mixture was tested, and then fulvic acid and biochar were added according to the measured pH value.
[0077] Step 8: Packaging
[0078] The prepared soil conditioner is packaged in equal amounts into bags of the same size for easy use.
[0079] When sampling microorganisms, sterile tools should be used to ensure that the samples are not contaminated during the collection process. At the same time, during the preparation process, it is necessary to ensure that the activity of microorganisms and soil animals is not damaged and that all components are mixed evenly.
