A device and method for testing the compressive strength of recycled plastic granules

Abstract

This invention discloses a device and method for testing the compressive strength of recycled plastic granules. The device includes a testing chamber with a rotating shaft rotatably connected to its top. A turntable is fixedly mounted on one end of the rotating shaft, located outside the testing chamber. The top of the turntable has four first circular holes, and the bottom of the turntable has four second circular holes and four mounting holes, with the four second circular holes communicating with the four first circular holes. This invention achieves uniform heating or cooling of the recycled plastic granules during cam rotation through the coordinated operation of a rotating feeding assembly and a processing assembly, improving material processing efficiency and the accuracy of subsequent compressive strength testing. It can test the compressive strength of recycled plastic granules under different temperature conditions, and is easy to operate. Furthermore, the rotation of the receiving plate enables automatic collection of the tested recycled plastic granules, improving efficiency and safety.
