Then, through a contour-following positioning and opening / closing assembly process, the interference problem of the assembly corner of the super-semi-cylindrical glass is solved, ultimately producing small-radius semi-cylindrical and super-semi-cylindrical tempered laminated glass that meets building curtain wall standards. This invention is compatible with both semi-tempered and fully tempered performance modes, covers a bending arc central angle range of 180°~320°, and is suitable for various commonly used substrates such as float glass, ultra-clear glass, and Low-E coated glass with thicknesses of 3mm~19mm. It can meet the design and safety performance requirements of different building curtain walls and has a wide range of applications.
