Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of medicinal chemistry, specifically relating to ionizable phospholipids for nucleic acid delivery and their applications. The technical problem this invention aims to solve is the limited variety of ionizable phospholipids currently available for preparing LNPs for mRNA delivery. The technical solution of this invention is to provide a novel ionizable phospholipid molecule that can be used to prepare nucleic acid delivery carriers and LNP formulations prepared based on it. LNP formulations prepared using the ionizable phospholipids of this invention as raw materials exhibit good stability. Experiments show that the LNPs of this invention can efficiently deliver therapeutic RNA to various human and murine tumor cells and achieve high levels of protein expression, demonstrating unique advantages and promising application prospects in this field.
