Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of solenoid valves, more specifically to a solenoid valve. State of the art
[0002] Solenoid valves are one of the essential components of automotive products. Their main function is to control the on / off function of the pipeline.
[0003] The valve core is typically achieved through a connection between the guide rod and the movable iron core of the electromagnetic components. In existing solenoid valves, the magnetic components are used to drive the valve core when energized, thus regulating the opening of the working port. In the event of a power failure, the return spring triggers the valve core to reset.
[0004] A plastic guide ring is required on the valve body, with its inner hole fitted onto the guide rod. Its outer surface is snugly attached to the valve body. The guide ring guides and seals the guide rod. During operation, the guide ring and guide rod are prone to jamming, compromising the stability of the valve core operation and causing the sealing performance to deteriorate over time. Description of the invention
[0005] Considering the shortcomings and deficiencies of the prior art, a solenoid valve with compact structure, good sealing performance, and stable and reliable operation is provided.
[0006] A solenoid valve comprising: a housing provided with an electromagnetic drive assembly including a static iron core, a coil unit provided above the static iron core, and a movable iron core arranged inside the coil unit; a valve seat arranged below the static iron core and provided with a receiving chamber, a working opening and a flow channel; wherein the working opening is arranged below the receiving chamber and is connected thereto; a valve core arranged in the receiving chamber and drivingly connected to the movable iron core; wherein the valve core is moved up and down by the movement of the movable iron core so that the valve core has a position in which the working opening is opened or closed; an elastic diaphragm, the inner end of which is sealingly connected to the peripheral side of the valve core and the outer end of which is sealingly connected to the valve seat; wherein the elastic membrane is elastically deformable so that the inner end moves with the valve core and a sealing effect is always maintained.
[0007] With the above structure, a solenoid valve according to the present invention has the following advantages compared with the prior art: When the coil unit is energized, the movable iron core moves downward until it cooperates with the static iron core and drives the valve core to tightly close the working port, whereby the connection of the working port to the flow channel is cut off and the medium cannot pass through; When the coil unit is de-energized, the return unit (a spring pressed against the static iron core and the movable iron core) drives the valve core upward to open the working port and move the movable iron core upward, whereby the working port is connected to the flow channel and the medium can pass through; The valve core is driven by the electromagnetic force of the coil unit to tightly close or open the working port, featuring fast response speed and rapid opening or closing of the media flow, as well as precise control of the media flow and pressure. This makes it suitable for situations where precise control is required.
[0008] The elastic membrane between the valve seat and the valve core forms an effective seal between the valve core and the valve seat, preventing overflow of the medium in the receiving chamber and at the same time not impairing a normal connection between the working opening, the receiving chamber and the flow channel.
[0009] The elastic diaphragm deforms elastically during the reciprocating movement of the valve core to accompany the change in position of the valve core. The elastic diaphragm is able to maintain a sealing effect at all times, ensuring reliable operation of the device.
[0010] As an improvement of the present invention, the elastic membrane is provided with a first T-shaped block at the inner end and a second T-shaped block at the outer end;
[0011] The valve core is provided with a first fitting slot for the first T-shaped block, and the valve seat is provided with a second fitting slot for the second T-shaped block.
[0012] As an improvement of the present invention, an upwardly extending connecting portion is provided above the valve seat and is detachably connected to the underside of the static iron core; On the inside of the connecting portion, an inwardly extending flange is formed, above which an upwardly extending limiting projection is provided, wherein a first locking slot is formed between the inside of the connecting portion and the limiting projection; The valve seat is passed through the top of the receiving chamber; The static iron core is provided with a counterbore on the underside, which is opposite the receiving chamber; Below the static iron core there is a second locking slot, which is opposite the first locking slot; The second locking slot is combined with the first locking slot to form a first fitting slot.
[0013] As an improvement of the present invention, the movable iron core is connected to a guide rod whose lower end penetrates into the counterbore of the static iron core and is connected to the valve core; The guide rod is provided on the peripheral side with an outwardly extending extension, under which a third locking slot is formed; The valve core is provided with a fourth locking slot opposite the third locking slot, the fourth locking slot being combined with the third locking slot to form a second fitting slot.
[0014] As an improvement of the present invention, the coil unit comprises a coil former and a coil wound in a wire slot on the outside of the coil former; On the inside of the coil support, a sliding hole is arranged which extends upwards and downwards, the inner wall of the sliding hole being provided with a guide portion which extends in the moving direction of the movable iron core; The guide sections are provided in multiples and arranged at intervals around the movable iron core, the inner side of the guide sections being in contact with the outer circumference of the movable iron core and serving as a guide for the movable iron core when the movable iron core moves up and down.
[0015] As an improvement of the present invention, a coil insertion pin is provided above the coil carrier; A complete rubber encapsulation of the coil carrier takes place after winding and the coil unit formed by the complete rubber encapsulation is inserted precisely into the inner bore of the housing.
[0016] As an improvement of the present invention, the upper end face of the static iron core is pressed against the lower end face of the coil support and the housing is provided with a snap slot for snapping onto the outside of the static iron core; The upper end face of the static iron core is provided with an upwardly extending cam that extends to the bottom of the sliding hole; The cam is provided with a guide hole through which the guide rod passes and serves as a guide for the guide rod.

Detailed description of the embodiments
[0020] The present invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures and the exemplary embodiments: The green line in the Fig. 3 shows a path of the medium when the valve core opens the working opening. The red line in the Fig. Figure 4 shows a flow path of the gas when the atmospheric pressure is equalized at the top and bottom of the elastic membrane.
[0021] Referring to the Fig. 1 - 4, a solenoid valve comprising: a housing 1 provided with an electromagnetic drive assembly comprising a static iron core 2, a coil unit 3 provided above the static iron core 2, and a movable iron core 4 arranged on the inside of the coil unit 3; a valve seat 5 arranged below the static iron core 2 and provided with a receiving chamber 5.1, a working opening 5.2 and a flow channel 5.3; wherein the adjustment is such that the working opening 5.2 is arranged below the receiving chamber 5.1 and is in communication with it, and that the flow channel 5.3 is located on the outside of the receiving chamber 5.1 and is in communication with the receiving chamber 5.1; a valve core 6 arranged in the receiving chamber 5.1 and drivingly connected to the movable iron core 4; wherein the valve core 6 is moved up and down by the movement of the movable iron core 4, so that the valve core 6 has a position in which the working opening 5.2 is opened or closed; an elastic membrane 7, the inner end of which is sealingly connected to the peripheral side of the valve core 6 and the outer end of which is sealingly connected to the valve seat 5, wherein the elastic membrane 7 is elastically deformable so that the inner end moves with the valve core 6 and a sealing effect is always maintained.
[0022] When the coil unit 3 is energized, the movable iron core 4 moves downwards until it interacts with the static iron core 2 and drives the valve core 6 to tightly close the working opening 5.2, whereby the connection of the working opening 5.2 with the flow channel 5.3 is cut off and the medium cannot pass through;
[0023] When the coil unit 3 is de-energized, the return unit (a spring pressed against the static iron core 2 and the movable iron core 4) drives the valve core 6 upward to open the working opening 5.2 and move the movable iron core 4 upward, whereby the working opening 5.2 is connected to the flow channel 5.3 and the medium can pass through;
[0024] The valve core 6 is actuated by the electromagnetic force of the coil unit 3 to tightly close or open the working port 5.2, which features fast response speed and rapid opening or closing of the media flow, as well as precise control of the media flow and pressure. This is suitable for situations where precise control is required.
[0025] The elastic membrane 7 between the valve seat 5 and the valve core 6 forms an effective seal between the valve core 6 and the valve seat 5, so that overflow of the medium in the receiving chamber 5.1 is prevented and at the same time a normal connection between the working opening 5.2, the receiving chamber 5.1 and the flow channel 5.3 is not impaired.
[0026] The elastic membrane 7 elastically deforms during the reciprocating movement of the valve core 6 to accompany the position change of the valve core 6. The elastic membrane 7 is able to constantly maintain a sealing effect, so that the device operates reliably.

[0028] Referring to the Fig. 3 - 4, the elastic membrane 7 is provided with a first T-shaped block 7.1 at the inner end and a second T-shaped block 7.2 at the outer end;
[0029] The valve core 6 is provided with a first fitting slot for the first T-shaped block 7.1, and the valve seat 5 is provided with a second fitting slot for the second T-shaped block 7.2.
[0030] According to the above improvement, the inner end of the elastic diaphragm 7 is reliably connected to the valve core 6 and the outer end is reliably connected to the valve seat 5, so that the connection of the elastic diaphragm 7 is stable and the operation of the device is very reliable.
[0031] Above the valve seat 5, an upwardly extending connecting portion 8 is provided, which is detachably connected to the underside of the static iron core 2.
[0032] On the inside of the connecting section 8, an inwardly extending flange 8.1 is formed, above which an upwardly extending limiting projection 8.11 is provided, wherein a first locking slot 8.12 is formed between the inside of the connecting section 8 and the limiting projection 8.11; The adjustment is carried out in such a way that the valve seat 5 is guided through the top of the receiving chamber 5.1; The static iron core 2 is provided on the underside with a counterbore 2.1 which is opposite the receiving chamber 5.1; Below the static iron core 2, a second locking slot 2.2 is arranged, which is opposite the first locking slot 8.12; The second locking slot 2.2 is combined with the first locking slot 8.12 to form a first fitting slot.
[0033] According to the above improvement, the valve seat 5 forms an integral first locking slot 8.12 after molding. The static iron core 2 forms an integral second locking slot 2.2 after molding. After the static iron core 2 is bonded to the valve seat 5, the first locking slot 8.12 and the second locking slot 2.2 can be combined to form a first fitting slot, which can be structurally more compact, contributes to the miniaturization of the whole, and is suitable for use in a vehicle where space is limited.
[0034] The first locking slot 8.12 and the second locking slot 2.2 are clamped to the top and bottom of the first T-shaped block 7.1, respectively, which ensures a good sealing effect; The static iron core 2 has an opening body on the underside for inserting the connecting section 8, wherein the outer wall of the connecting section 8 is connected to the opening body by a press fit to ensure tightness.
[0035] Referring to the Fig. 2 - 4, the movable iron core 4 is connected to a guide rod 5.4, the lower end of which penetrates into the counterbore 2.1 of the static iron core 2 and is connected to the valve core 6, The guide rod 5.4 is provided on the peripheral side with an outwardly extending extension, under which a third locking slot is formed; The valve core 6 is provided with a fourth locking slot 6.2 which is opposite to the third locking slot, wherein the fourth locking slot 6.2 is combined with the third locking slot 5.42 to form a second fitting slot.
[0036] The movable iron core 4 is provided with an internal threaded hole extending upwards and downwards, and the upper end of the guide rod 5.4 is inserted from the lower part of the internal threaded hole and screwed to the internal threaded hole; The guide rod 5.4 forms a third locking slot 5.42 after molding. The valve core 6 forms a fourth locking slot 6.2 after molding. After the guide rod 5.4 and the valve core 6 are assembled, the third locking slot 5.42 and the fourth locking slot 6.2 can be combined to form a second fitting slot, which can be structurally more compact. The elastic membrane 7 can be fixed using the connection structure formed by the inherent structure of the parts, which contributes to the miniaturization of the whole and is suitable for use in a vehicle where space is limited.
[0037] According to the Fig. 2-7, the coil unit 3 comprises a coil carrier 3.1 and a coil 3.2 wound in a wire slot on the outside of the coil carrier 3.1; On the inside of the coil carrier 3.1 there is a sliding hole 3.11 which extends upwards and downwards, wherein the inner wall of the sliding hole 3.11 is provided with a guide portion 3.111 extending in the moving direction of the movable iron core 4;
[0038] The guide sections 3.111 are present in multiples and arranged at intervals around the movable iron core 4, wherein the inner side of the guide portions 3.111 is in contact with the outer periphery of the movable iron core 4 and serves as a guide for the movable iron core 4 when the movable iron core 4 moves up and down.
[0039] The inside of the traditional coil carrier 3.1 is to be provided with a metallic magnetically insulated sleeve, wherein the movable iron core 4 is inserted into the sliding hole 3.11 of the metallic magnetically insulated sleeve, wherein the metallic magnetically insulated sleeve serves to guide the movable iron core 4.
[0040] In the present application, the guide portions 3.111 provided in the sliding hole 3.11 of the coil bobbin 3.1 play a guiding role in the upward and downward movement of the movable iron core 4, eliminating the metallic magnetically insulated sleeve in the traditional structure, integrating the function of guiding and positioning into the guide portions 3.111 of the coil bobbin 3.1 itself and replacing the function of the magnetically insulated sleeve, thereby reducing a part and reducing costs.
[0041] The guide section 3.111 is vertically reinforced and is formed in one piece with the coil carrier 3.1.
[0042] Referring to the Fig. 4 - 6, an insertion pin 3.12 of the coil 3.2 is provided above the coil carrier 3.1; A complete rubber encapsulation 3.13 of the coil carrier 3.1 takes place after winding and the coil unit 3 formed by the complete rubber encapsulation 3.13 is inserted precisely into the inner bore of the housing 1; The coil carrier 3.1 is wound and the yoke is mounted, then the complete rubber encapsulation 3.13 is overmolded to mold the mounting level and the connector housing 1.
[0043] The advantage of this process is that there are fewer parts to assemble and the dimensional tolerances of the individual parts are reduced, so that only the most basic functions of the individual parts are retained, which significantly reduces costs.
[0044] Referring to the Fig. 2 - 8, the upper end face of the static iron core 2 is pressed against the lower end face of the coil carrier 3.1 and the housing 1 is provided with a snap slot for snapping into place on the outside of the static iron core 2; The upper end face of the static iron core 2 is provided with an upwardly extending cam 2.3 which extends to the bottom of the sliding hole 3.11; The cam 2.3 is provided with a guide hole 2.31 through which the guide rod 5.4 can pass and which serves as a guide for the guide rod 5.4.
[0045] The above improvements result in high strength of the connections between the parts after assembly, resulting in reliable operation of the device.
[0046] The guide rod 5.4 is guided through the guide hole 2.31 on the cam 2.3. Compared with the traditional guide and positioning structure, this is characterized by a simple and compact structure, which facilitates miniaturization and is more cost-effective. The guiding action of the guide hole 2.31 on the guide rod 5.4 is used in combination with the guiding action of the guide portion 3.111 on the movable iron core 4, so that the movement of the valve core 6 is stable and smooth and the reliability of the operation of the device is improved.
[0047] The guide rod 5.4 is a hollow structure. The valve core 6 is provided with an upward and downward flow guide hole 6.1. The movable iron core 4 is provided with an upward and downward through hole 4.1. A first gap 9 is formed between an adjacent guide portion 3.111 and the movable iron core 4, and a second gap 10 is formed between the guide hole 2.31 and the guide rod 5.4. The flow guide bore 6.1, the inner bore of the guide rod 5.4, the through bore 4.1, the first gap 9 and the second gap 10 form a flow guide structure which serves to connect the counter bore 2.1.
[0048] The flow guide bore 6.1 is internally threaded. The lower part of the guide rod 5.4 is provided with an external thread and is screwed into the internally threaded bore of the valve core 6.
[0049] The flow guide hole 6.1, the inner hole of the guide rod 5.4, the through hole 4.1, the first gap 9 and the second gap 10 form a flow guide structure connecting the counter hole 2.1 and communicating the upper space of the elastic diaphragm 7 with the outside atmosphere, ensuring a balance between the internal and external pressures, wherein the internal and external pressures respectively act on the two sides of an elastic diaphragm 7, the ends of the elastic diaphragm 7 are compressed and fixed, the intermediate portion separates the internal and external passages, whereby the elastic diaphragm 7 can be stably deformed and a sealing effect can be maintained.
[0050] As in the Fig. 2-4, a support slot 8.111 is formed between the inside of the limiting projection 8.11 and the inside of the connecting section 8, into which a support disc 11 is fitted, which rests on the lower part of the elastic membrane 7, the inner diameter of the support disc 11 being the same as the inner diameter of the counter bore 2.1.
[0051] After the valve seat 5 is formed, an integrated support slot 8.111 for mounting the support disk 11 can be formed, thereby making the structure more compact and facilitating miniaturization of the device.
[0052] The support disc 11 plays a supporting role for the lower outer side of the elastic membrane 7. The bottom wall of the counter bore 2.1 plays a supporting role for the upper outer side of the support disc 11. The two supporting roles are combined to make the assembly of the elastic membrane 7 more stable.
[0053] In addition, the inner diameter of the support disk 11 is the same as the inner diameter of the counter bore 2.1, so that the upper and lower surfaces of the diaphragm have the same leakage area, thus unifying the upper and lower pressurized surfaces to ensure that the diaphragm can effectively deform elastically, thus improving operational reliability.
[0054] A shock-absorbing spring 12 is provided between the upper end of the movable iron core 4 and the upper end of the sliding hole 3.11. The use of the shock-absorbing spring plays a shock-absorbing buffer role between the upper end of the movable iron core 4 and the upper end of the sliding hole 3.11, which is characterized by a long service life and high operational reliability compared with the conventional shock-absorbing sponge structure.
