Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: insulating system
[0001] The invention relates to a structure comprising a wall Prior art
[0002] The insulation of a room or a home is done from the inside or from the outside. This insulation consists of covering the surface of a wall with an insulating material and then covering the whole thing. In the case of external insulation, the insulation is covered with cladding while for internal insulation, the insulating material is hidden by plasterboard. In both cases, a structure made of a profile or beam is mounted on the wall to carry the cladding or plasterboard.
[0003] The insulating materials used mainly come in the form of insulating mineral fiber panels. These panels are installed using a tool such as a dowel or support between the profiles or beams of the structure. This tool is fixed to the wall and pierces the insulating mineral fiber panel, the latter being similar to a fiber mat.
[0004] It is envisaged to replace the insulating materials in the form of mineral fibers with more rigid panels of the polystyrene or earth type, for example stabilized, or wood fibers. These rigid panels are mounted between the profiles or beams of the structure. The fixing of these rigid panels is done by screws or nails or by anchors fixed directly to the wall.
[0005] The disadvantage of these systems is that the panels are damaged during their fixing, which leads to a loss of performance.
[0006] In addition, fixing rigid or non-rigid insulating panels with dowels, supports, screws or nails makes dismantling more complex. However, when recycling or reusing these materials, being able to dismantle them easily is a plus. Summary of the invention

[0041] In [Fig.l], an insulating system 10 arranged on a wall P is shown. The wall or surface on which the insulating system is fixed is the wall P of a wall or a roof slope. The insulating system 10 comprises a structure 100 fixed to the surface of the wall. This structure 100, also called a frame, comprises a plurality of structural elements 101 such as beams or profiles. These structural elements 101 are made of wood or metal or plastic. These structural elements 101 are fixed to each other by screwing or bolting or nailing or welding.
[0042] This structure or framework is made such that the structural elements 101 define openings capable of acting as housing when they are partially closed. These openings 102 allow the installation of an insulating material 104 as visible in Figures 2a, 2b, 2c and 3. This insulating material is in the form of a plate or a panel. This plate or panel is made of a so-called rigid insulating material, that is to say earth, for example stabilized, polystyrene, wood fibers, cork, etc.
[0043] When the structure is leaning against a wall, the openings 102 are closed by the surface of said wall.
[0044] These plates or panels 104 are then arranged to fit into the housings 102 formed by the structural elements.
[0045] The structure 100 may be such that each housing 102 allows the insertion of a plate or panel or allows the insertion of several plates or panels. For this, the thickness of the beams or profiles is at least equal to the thickness of the panels to be inserted.
[0046] According to the invention, the insulating system 100 further comprises holding means 110 as visible in [Fig.4]. These holding means 110 are used to hold the panels or plates in their housing. Indeed, it is thus understood that the plates or panels are not fixed to the wall but simply held in their housing as visible in [Fig.5].
[0047] The holding means 110 comprise at least one holding device 111, said holding device comprising a movably mounted plate 112. This plate 112 is movably mounted around a pivot 113.
[0048] In a first embodiment visible in [Fig.6], the holding device 111 comprises a plate 112 pierced with a through hole 112a. This through hole 112a allows the passage of a screw. This screw allows the plate to be fixed to the structure, that is to say to one of the structural elements. The fixing of the plate to the structural element is carried out so that the plate can be rotated around the screw, the screw acting as a pivot 113.
[0049] In a second embodiment visible in [Fig.7], the holding device 111 comprises a base 114 on which the plate 112 is pivotally mounted. The base is fixed to a structural element 100. The base optionally comprises stops 115 making it possible to limit the rotation of the plate as visible in [Fig.8].
[0050] In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the plate 112 is mounted movably so as to be able to take at least two positions as visible in [Fig.9]. In a first position, the plate 112 extends substantially in the same direction as the structural element 101 on which it is fixed. In a second position, the plate 112 extends substantially in a direction orthogonal to that of the structural element 101 on which it is fixed. It is then understood that in the second position, the plate 112 extends towards the space between the structural elements.
[0051] The insulating system 10 comprises several holding devices 111, at least two. The operation of these plates is as follows.
[0052] In a first step or preliminary step, the holding devices 111 are manipulated so that the plate 112 extends substantially in the same direction as the structural element 100 on which it is fixed. This manipulation makes it possible to free access to the housing(s) between the structural elements 101.
[0053] In a second step, the panels or plates 104 are positioned. For this, the operator takes the panels or plates and inserts them into the housing between the structural elements 101. Depending on the shape of the panels or plates, these can be cut before their installation.
[0054] Once the panel 104 is installed in its housing 102, the holding devices 111 are manipulated to move from the first position to the second position, i.e. the position in which the plate 112 extends substantially in a direction orthogonal to that of the structural element 101 on which it is fixed. This manipulation allows the plate of the holding device 111 to oppose the tilting of the plate or panel out of its housing. Preferably, each panel or plate is held by at least two holding devices 111.
[0055] If the panel needs to be changed, the holding device(s) 111 are manipulated to move from the second position to the first position in which the plate 112 extends substantially in the same direction as the structural element to which it is fixed. This thus allows the plate or panel to be released for removal.
[0056] In a variant, the plate 112 of the holding device 111 is arranged to extend on either side of the structural element 101 on which the device 111 is fixed as visible in [Fig. 10]. For this, the plate has a length greater than the width of the structural element. Thus, when the plate 112 is placed in the second position, it extends substantially in a direction orthogonal to that of the structural element 101 on which it is fixed and extends on either side of the structural element. Thus, the plate 112 of the holding device 111 is capable of holding two plates or panels in their housing.
[0057] In another variant, the plate 112 of the holding device 111 is, at its end(s) (in the case where it extends on either side of the structural element 101, flared as visible in [Fig. 11]. It is then understood that the end(s) of the plate 112 have a greater width. This greater width makes it possible to have a larger holding surface. Indeed, if the width of the plate is too small, it is possible that, depending on the material used, said plate 112 damages the plate or panel due to the mass of the plate resting on the plate. By increasing the surface area of the plate, the mass of the plate on the plate is better distributed, which reduces the risk of damage.
[0058] In another variant, the holding device 111 is provided with means 116 for locking the position of the plate.
[0059] In a first example not shown, the locking means 116 comprise a screw which is tightened to fix the position of the plate. This screw can act as a pivot around which the plate is rotated or be added to said pivot. In both cases, tightening the screw makes it possible to pinch the complaint and therefore to fix its position. The use of a screw makes it possible to have a simple means of fixing the position while maintaining flexibility on the position of the plate.
[0060] In a second example visible in Figures 12 to 14, the locking means 116 comprise at least one pair comprising a lug 116a or projecting part and a groove 116b. The groove and the lug are made so as to cooperate, that is to say so that the lug is inserted into the groove. Preferably, the groove is made on the structural element by deformation or cutting and the lug is arranged on the plate. Preferably, the number of pairs is equal to the number of positions to be locked.
[0061] The plate 112 can have various and varied shapes. It can be rectangular or in the form of a trapezoid or a semicircle or a semi-ellipse.
[0062] The insulating system 10 is then configured to have a plurality of holding devices 111 as visible in [Fig.15]. The insulating system 10 comprises at least two holding devices. Preferably, the number of holding devices for each panel 104 is equal to the number of sides of said panel. It is then understood that for a square or rectangular panel, four holding devices are necessary. For a triangular panel, three holding devices are used.
[0063] Optionally, once the insulating panels are positioned and held in place, a lining layer 30 is added as seen in [Fig. 16]. This lining layer 30 consists of gypsum-type panels mounted on rails. This lining makes it possible to hide the insulating panels while still providing a clean visible surface suitable for hanging objects. The insulating system and the lining layer form an insulating assembly.
[0064] In an alternative, the structure comprising the structural elements is not backed by a wall. The structure then acts as a dividing wall. In this alternative, the holding devices are then arranged on both faces of the structure as seen in [Fig. 17]. The structure then comprises a first series of holding devices arranged on a first face and a second series of holding devices arranged on a second face. In this case, the holding devices of the first series or the second series are manipulated so that the plates take the second position in which the plate extends substantially in a direction orthogonal to that of the structural element on which it is fixed. These plates make it possible to partially close the openings formed by the structural elements and, with the structural elements, to define at least one housing in which a panel made of insulating material is placed. The holding devices on the other face are then manipulated to make them take the second position and thus hold the panel in the housing. The two faces of the structure are then, optionally, hidden using gypsum board acting as a lining. This configuration makes it possible to obtain a partition, i.e. a separating and non-load-bearing wall.
[0065] In a variant of this alternative, the openings of the structure are, on the second face, partially closed by non-rotatable plates fixed to the structural elements.
[0066] In a variant of the invention, the structural elements are hollowed out or excavated locally as seen in [Fig. 18]. These hollows or excavations are located at the locations where holding devices are placed. This allows said holding devices not to protrude or to protrude as little as possible from the surface of the structural elements. Thus, the lining layer can be placed as close as possible to the structural elements and therefore to the insulating panels.
[0067] Of course, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example but is susceptible to various variants and modifications which will appear to those skilled in the art.
