Description

BACKGROUND Field of the Invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a tool hanging tag, and more particularly to an anti-theft tool hanging tag structure. Description of Related Art

[0002] The anti-theft hanging tag is a kind of security device used for retail goods, which can prevent the goods from being stolen or taken away without checkout. This kind of hanging tag is usually attached to the goods, especially in open sales environments such as supermarkets or hardware stores.

[0003] In the design of the anti-theft hanging tag for scissors, common methods include using a strap to securely fix the scissors on a paper base plate, or wrapping part of the scissors with a foam shell, and then using a stapler to securely fasten the foam shell to the paper base plate to achieve the anti-theft function.

[0004] However, these methods have problems in terms of environmental protection when it comes to actual operation. For example, when removing the straps to take out the scissors, the straps become waste that is difficult to recycle, imposing a burden on the environment. Similarly, when the foam shell is removed from the paper base plate, since it is mostly made of plastic materials, it is also difficult to recycle, which also causes environmental protection problems. In addition, since the materials of the strap and the foam shell are different from that of the paper base plate, they need to be manufactured separately, which not only increases the production cost but also highlights the drawback of low cost-effectiveness in the manufacturing process of the hanging tag. SUMMARY

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0016] Referring to Figs. 1 to 3, the first embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-theft tool hanging tag structure suitable for fixing a tool 10, exemplified by scissors but not limited thereto. The tool 10 includes an annular handle portion 11 and a working portion 12 connected to the annular handle portion 11. The anti-theft tool hanging tag structure essentially includes a base plate 20, a positioning member 30, and a limit label 40.

[0017] The base plate 20 is made of paper material and includes three transversely spaced and longitudinally formed first clamping holes 21 and three second clamping holes 22 located below the first clamping holes 21 and corresponding to the first clamping holes 21 respectively. In this embodiment, each of the first clamping holes 21 is divided into a first lower hole section 211 and a first upper hole section 212. In addition, a horizontally arranged pressing strip portion 23 is provided above the respective first clamping holes 21. As shown in Figure 2, the pressing strip portion 23 is used for the insertion and positioning of the working portion 12 of the tool 10.

[0018] The positioning member 30 is made of paper material and includes a main body portion 31, two first insertion arms 32, and two second insertion arms 33 corresponding to the first insertion arms 32. Each of the first insertion arms 32 includes a first insertion arm portion 321 extending backward from the main body portion 31 and inserted through the first lower hole section 211, and a first hook portion 322 extending downward from the first insertion arm portion 321 and located on another side of the base plate 20. The inner end of the first hook portion 322 is engaged with the peripheral edge of a corresponding one of the first clamping holes 21. Each of the second insertion arms 33 is located below a corresponding one of the first insertion arms 32 and includes a second insertion arm portion 331 extending backward from the main body portion 31 and inserted through a corresponding one of the second clamping holes 22, and a second hook portion 332 extending downward from the second insertion arm portion 331 and located on another side of the base plate 20. The inner end of the second hook portion 332 is engaged with the peripheral edge of the corresponding one of the second clamping holes 22. In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 2, the main body portion 31, the two first insertion arms 32, the two second insertion arms 33 of the positioning member 30, and the base plate 20 collectively form a positioning space A that covers the annular handle portion 11 of the tool 10.

[0019] The limiting label 40 is fixed on the base plate 20 and covers the two first upper hole sections 212 to prevent the positioning member 30 from detaching from the base plate 20. In this embodiment, the limiting label 40 is made of paper material and is in the form of a sticker, but is not limited thereto.

[0020] The above is the description of the structure and configuration of the main components in the first embodiment of the present invention. The operation mode and efficacy of the present invention are described as follows.

[0021] Referring again to Figures 1 and 2, insert the working portion 12 of the tool 10 through the pressing strip portion 23 of the base plate 20, and make the annular handle portion 11 of the tool 10 located between the two first clamping holes 21 and the two second clamping holes 22 of the base plate 20, so that the tool 10 is initially positioned on the base plate 20 by the pressing strip portion 23. Then insert the first insertion arms 32 and second insertion arms 33 of the positioning member 30 into the first clamping holes 21 and the second clamping holes 22 of the base plate 20 respectively, so that the positioning space A of the positioning member 30 covers the annular handle portion 11, and the first hook portions 322 and the second hook portions 332 of the positioning member 30 pass through the first clamping holes 21 and the second clamping holes 22 respectively and are located on another side of the base plate 20, as shown in Figure 4.

[0022] Referring to Figure 5, then move the positioning member 30 downward. In particular, make the first insertion arm portions 321 of the positioning member 30 pass through the first lower hole sections 211 of the base plate 20, and make the inner ends of the first hook portions 322 and the second hook portions 332 engage with the peripheral edges of the first clamping holes 21 and the second clamping holes 22 respectively.

[0023] Referring to Figure 3, finally, fix the limiting label 40 on the base plate 20 to cover the two first upper hole sections 212. At this time, the lateral displacement of the first insertion arm 32 of the positioning member 30 relative to the base plate 20 is restricted by the first hook portions 322, preventing detachment, and the longitudinal displacement of the first insertion arm 32 of the positioning member 30 relative to the base plate 20 is restricted by the limiting label 40, preventing detachment. Therefore, the positioning member 30 is securely inserted into the clamping holes of the base plate 20 through its insertion arms and is fixed on the base plate 20 via the structural design of the limiting label 40, thereby effectively preventing the positioning member 30 for positioning the tool 10 from falling off the base plate 20 and achieving the anti-theft effect

[0024] The present invention has at least the following advantages:

[0025] First, reduced production costs.

[0026] Since both the positioning member 30 and the base plate 20 of the present invention are made of paper materials, they can be manufactured in one go in the same production process. That is, the positioning member 30 and the base plate 20 are cut out together at appropriate positions on the same cardboard and then folded into shape. Therefore, the positioning member 30 and the base plate 20 do not need to be manufactured separately, effectively reducing production costs.

[0027] Second, reduced environmental impact.

[0028] Since both the positioning member 30 and the base plate 20 of the present invention are made of paper materials, which are recyclable materials, the positioning member 30 can be recycled after being removed from the base plate 20, thereby reducing the impact on the environment.

[0029] Third, enhanced brand promotion.

[0030] Since the positioning member 30 mainly uses the main body portion 31 and the insertion arms in conjunction with the base plate 20 to position the working portion 12 of the tool 10, a display area can be set on the outer surface of the main body portion 31 of the positioning member 30. The display area can be printed or pasted with trademarks, slogans and other text patterns as required, so as to enhance brand promotion effects.

[0031] Referring to Figure 6, an anti-theft tool hanging tag structure provided by the second embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that:

[0032] The two second clamping holes 22 of the base plate 20 each are divided into a second lower hole section 221 and a second upper hole section 222.

[0033] The two second insertion arms 33 of the positioning member 30 each include a second insertion arm portion 331 inserted through a corresponding one of the second lower hole sections 221, and a second hook portion 332 extending downward from the second insertion arm portion 331 and having its inner end engaged with the peripheral edge of the corresponding one of the second clamping holes 22.

[0034] The limiting label 40 is fixed on the base plate 20 and covers the two second upper hole sections 222 to prevent the positioning member 30 from detaching from the base plate 20.

[0035] Referring to Figure 7, an anti-theft tool hanging tag structure provided by the third embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that:

[0036] In addition to being fixed on the base plate 20, the limiting label 40 also fixes the respective first hook portions 322 of the positioning member 30 on the base plate 20 and seals the two first clamping holes 21 of the base plate 20, but is not limited thereto. The limiting label 40 can also fix the respective second hook portions 332 of the positioning member 30 on the base plate 20 and seal the two second clamping holes 22 of the base plate 20. Of course, the limiting label 40 can also fix all or part of the first hook portions 322 and second hook portions 332 of the positioning member 30 on the base plate 20, so that the positioning member 30 cannot be detached from the base plate 20, thus achieving another anti-theft structural design.

[0037] Referring to Figure 8, an anti-theft tool hanging tag structure provided by the fourth embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that:

[0038] In the fourth embodiment, the setting of the limiting label is omitted, which further saves production and material costs. That is, through the first hook portions 322 and the second hook portions 332 of the positioning member 30 being engaged with the peripheral edges of the first clamping holes 21 and the second clamping holes 22 of the base plate 20 respectively, the positioning member 30 for positioning the tool is effectively prevented from falling off the base plate 20, achieving the anti-theft effect. However, it is not limited thereto. The first hook portions 322 and the second hook portions 332 of the positioning member 30 can also be fixed on the base plate 20 at the same time by means of gluing, double-sided tape or cold-pressing, which can have a better anti-theft effect.
