A tachograph chart marking device for marking at least indicator lines on a disk-shaped tachograph chart, comprising: a chart base portion on whose top surface the tachograph chart is placed and which has a positioning projection in its center; a restriction hole portion with which the chart base portion engages; one or more first guide portions with one or more guide edges for marking radial indicator lines on the tachograph chart with a specified writing implement; and one or more second guide portions with guide holes into which the writing implement is inserted and which, when rotated, mark circumferential indicator lines on the tachograph chart.

2. 2. A tachograph chart marking tool according to claim 1, wherein the chart base comprises a base body having a flat upper surface and an anti-slip sheet having a rubber anti-slip surface at least on a portion thereof, the anti-slip sheet being fixed to the upper surface of the base body.
