Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a weeding device, and in particular to a grass burning burner. [Background technology]

[0002] In the existing technology, a high-voltage arc grass burning burner is adopted, and an electrode assembly for generating a high-voltage arc is disposed at the bottom of the grass burning burner. When using the grass burning burner, the machine body part of the grass burning burner needs to be in contact with the weeds or close to the weeds, otherwise it cannot be used. However, the high-voltage arc generated when the grass burning burner is operated can easily go off-target, not only damaging the plants that are not desired to be removed, but also affecting the safety of the user. For example, China Patent Application Publication No. 113170773 discloses a grass burning burner, in which a positive electrode (62) and a first negative electrode (63) electrically connected to a high-voltage discharge device (61) are provided in the machine body. A second negative electrode (64) electrically connected to the high-voltage discharge device (61) is provided at the bottom end of the handle, and the first negative electrode (63) is located between the positive electrode (62) and the second negative electrode (64). In the above-mentioned existing technology, when a user uses a grass burning burner, the user needs to adjust the position of the weeds relative to the positive electrode and the first negative electrode or the position of the weeds relative to the positive electrode and the second negative electrode. When a user uses a grass burning burner, the positive electrode, the first negative electrode, and the second negative electrode are in a position that is not visible to the user, and it is relatively difficult to judge the relative positional relationship between the weeds and the positive electrode, the first negative electrode, and the second negative electrode. Therefore, the user's operation is relatively inconvenient, which may affect the weeding efficiency and effect, and deteriorate the user experience. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] China Patent Application Publication No. 113170773 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] The objective of the present invention is to provide a grass burning burner, which solves the problem that it is difficult for users to aim at weeds when using it, and does not require users to consider the relative positions of the weeds and the electrode assembly, thereby improving the convenience of users. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solution: The grass burning burner includes a machine body and an operating part, and the machine body includes a base part and an operating part. The base part is connected to the operating part, and the operating part protrudes forward relative to the base part. The operating part is provided with an arc cavity for entering plants, and an electrode assembly for emitting a high voltage arc toward the plants in the arc cavity. The arc cavity penetrates the operating part, and the opening at the bottom end of the arc cavity is located on the bottom surface of the operating part. The electrode assembly includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode, the positive electrode is provided in the operating part and inclines downward into the arc cavity, and the negative electrode is provided on the bottom surface of the operating part and surrounds the opening at the bottom end of the arc cavity.

[0006] By adopting the above technical solution, the present invention has the following advantages: The adopted negative electrode is installed on the bottom surface of the working part and surrounds the opening at the bottom end of the arc cavity. When the user uses the grass burning burner, there is no need to consider the relative positional relationship between the electrode assembly and the weeds, but only needs to let the weeds enter the arc cavity. The arc cavity penetrates the working part, and the user can directly observe whether the weeds have entered the arc cavity, and at this time the annular negative electrode surrounds the weeds. Therefore, the annular negative electrode can reliably ensure that the high voltage arc emitted by the positive electrode is conducted to the negative electrode through the weeds, which can burn the weeds and greatly improve the convenience of the user. In addition, by directly observing, it can be determined whether the plants that have entered the arc cavity are the plants that are to be burned, and whether the plants that are not to be removed have entered the arc cavity, thereby improving the accuracy of the weeding operation.

[0007] Furthermore, the working part includes a base plate, an upper cover, and a cylinder forming an arc cavity, the upper end of the cylinder is connected to the upper cover, and the bottom end is connected to the base plate. The arc cavity passes through the base plate and the upper cover, the positive electrode passes through the cylinder and enters the arc cavity, and the negative electrode is attached to the lower surface of the base plate. By adopting the above technical solution, the base plate and the upper cover can be assembled to form an installation space for the positive electrode. The upper end of the cylinder is connected to the upper cover, and the bottom end is connected to the base plate, which can support the base plate and the upper cover, and improve the structural strength after the working part is assembled. The negative electrode is attached to the lower surface of the base plate and can directly contact the ground, which is favorable for guiding the high voltage arc to the roots of the weeds and is favorable for improving the effect of burning the weeds.

[0008] Furthermore, the cylinder is integral with the upper cover or integral with the base plate. The above technical solution is integral with the upper cover or the base plate, which can reduce the number of parts and is convenient for assembly. When the cylinder is integral with the base plate, the base plate can form a structural support for the cylinder in the circumferential direction, which can improve the structural stability of the cylinder and thereby improve the service life of the cylinder.

[0009] In addition, the bottom end of the cylinder has a trumpet mouth on the inner wall of the arc cavity, which guides the plants to enter the arc cavity. By adopting the above technical solution, the weeds can enter the arc cavity more naturally and quickly along the trumpet mouth, which further improves the convenience of user operation.

[0010] Moreover, the cylinder and the negative electrode are both annular and concentric. By adopting the above technical solution, after the weed enters the arc cavity, no matter how inclined the weed is, the shortest distance between the weed and the negative electrode is necessarily generated, which is favorable for the conduction of high voltage arc, thereby improving the efficiency and effect of weeding. If the negative electrode adopts an annular structure, it can have the largest area under the same circumferential condition, and the opening of the bottom end of the arc cavity can be made larger, which is favorable for the weed to enter.

[0011] Furthermore, the operating part includes a handle and a connecting tube, and the connecting tube is connected between the handle and the base part. A battery is provided at the bottom of the handle to supply power to the electrode assembly, and the battery and the operating part are located on both sides of the connecting tube in the horizontal direction, respectively, to balance the center of gravity. When the above technical solution is adopted, when the user moves the grass burning burner under the condition that the weight of all parts does not change, the grass burning burner can be lifted with the hand holding the connecting tube, and the operating part can be lifted off the ground, and the position where the hand holds the connecting tube is used as a fulcrum, and the whole grass burning burner forms a lever. A certain degree of balance has already been achieved for the relative fulcrum of the weight of the battery and the operating part, and when the user wants to change the position of the operating part, he does not need to fully bear the weight of the entire machine body. Therefore, the hand holding the handle can easily change the position of the operating part relative to the ground, which not only saves the user's effort, but also allows the weeds to enter the arc cavity more accurately and quickly, thereby improving the efficiency of the weeding operation.

[0012] In addition, an operation switch is provided on the top of the handle to control the operation of the electrode assembly. The above technical solution requires the user to frequently control the power supply and power supply of the electrode assembly, but provides the user with convenience in operation.

[0013] In addition, the base part is provided with a safety switch electrically connected to the electrode assembly, a slide groove opening downward is provided on the bottom surface of the base part, and a slide block is provided in the slide groove. An elastic part is provided on the slide block to hold the slide block protruding from the slide groove, and an operating part is provided on the slide block to operate the safety switch when the bottom surface of the slide block and the bottom surface of the operating part are on the same plane. By adopting the above technical solution, when the machine body is vertical to the ground to perform grass burning work, the slide block rises along the slide groove, and when the bottom surface of the slide block and the bottom surface of the machine body are on the same plane, the operating part of the slide block operates the safety switch, and the electrode assembly can be normally started. The combination of the slide block and the safety switch reliably ensures that the electrode assembly can only be started when the machine body is vertical to the ground, prevents the electrode assembly from being started without reason, and increases the safety of use. The slide groove opens downward, and the slide block slides along the slide groove. When the bottom surface of the machine body is lifted off the ground, the slide block can move the operating part away from the safety switch by its own gravity, thereby stopping the electrode assembly and realizing automatic machine stop. Even if a sudden operating situation occurs during use by the user, the operation of the electrode assembly can be stopped simply by lifting the bottom surface of the machine body off the ground, such as tipping the grass burning burner to the ground. This reduces the possibility of dangerous accidents occurring and further enhances the safety of the present invention. Next, an elastic part is provided on the slide block, which can keep the slide block protruding from the slide groove all the time, which reliably ensures that the operating part can be lifted off the safety switch when the bottom surface of the machine body is lifted off the ground, and further reduces the possibility of the electrode assembly being started up without reason. Furthermore, when the machine body is toppled over, the elastic part can also push the slide block out of the slide groove, which reduces the possibility of the electrode assembly being started up without reason.

[0014] In addition, the operating part is provided with a transparent insulating cover covering the upper end of the arc cavity. By adopting the above technical solution, the transparent insulating cover does not affect the user's line of sight to observe the arc cavity, and can form a shield at the top of the arc cavity. It can prevent the scattering of dust generated during the weeding process, and can keep the upper surface of the machine body relatively cleaner, improving the user experience. The transparent insulating cover can also prevent the scattering of sparks generated during the weeding process, reducing the possibility of dangerous accidents, and further reducing hidden safety hazards. The transparent insulating cover can also prevent the human body from entering the top of the arc cavity and causing an accident when the grass burning burner is operated.

[0015] In addition, a display interface is provided on the upper end surface of the base; and / or a speaker is provided on the base. The adoption of the above technical solution further improves the user experience. It is convenient for the user to directly observe the operating status of the grass burning burner through the display interface; the speaker can be used to inform the user by voice.

[0022] The technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail below through specific examples. These specific examples can be selected to be combined or substituted with each other based on actual conditions, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described again in some examples.

[0023] As shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the present invention provides a grass burning burner. The machine body 100 includes a machine body and an operating part 200. The machine body 100 includes a base part 11 and an operating part 12. The base part 11 is connected to the operating part 200, and the operating part 12 protrudes forward from the base part 11. The operating part 12 is provided with an arc cavity 101 for entering plants, and an electrode assembly for emitting a high voltage arc toward the plants in the arc cavity 101. The arc cavity 101 penetrates the operating part 12, and an opening at the bottom end of the arc cavity 101 is located on the bottom surface of the operating part 12. The electrode assembly includes a positive electrode 121 and a negative electrode 122. The positive electrode 121 is provided in the operating part 12 and inclines downward into the arc cavity 101, and the negative electrode 122 is provided on the bottom surface of the operating part 12 and surrounds the opening 1011 at the bottom end of the arc cavity 101.

[0024] The negative electrode 122 adopted in the present invention is provided on the bottom surface of the working part 12 and surrounds the opening 1011 at the bottom end of the arc cavity 101. When the user uses the grass burning burner, he does not need to consider the relative positional relationship between the electrode assembly and the weeds, but only needs to let the weeds enter the arc cavity 101. The arc cavity 101 penetrates the working part 12, and the user can directly observe whether the weeds have entered the arc cavity 101, and at this time the annular negative electrode 122 surrounds the weeds. Therefore, the annular negative electrode 122 can reliably ensure that the high voltage arc emitted by the positive electrode 121 is conducted to the negative electrode 122 through the weeds, which can burn the weeds and greatly improve the convenience of the user. In addition, by directly observing, it can be determined whether the plants that have entered the arc cavity 101 are the plants that are to be burned, and whether the plants that are not to be removed have entered the arc cavity 101, thereby improving the accuracy of the weeding operation.

[0025] As a specific structure, in one embodiment, the working part 12 can be designed to include a base plate 123, an upper cover 124, and a cylinder 125 forming an arc cavity. The upper end of the cylinder 125 is connected to the upper cover 124, and the bottom end is connected to the base plate 123. The arc cavity 101 penetrates the base plate 123 and the upper cover 124, the positive electrode 121 penetrates the cylinder 125 and enters the arc cavity 101, and the negative electrode 122 is attached to the lower surface of the base plate 123. The base plate 123 and the upper cover 124 can be assembled to form an installation space for the positive electrode 121. The upper end of the cylinder 125 is connected to the upper cover 124, and the bottom end is connected to the base plate 123, which can support the base plate 123 and the upper cover 124, thereby enhancing the structural strength of the working part 12 after assembly. The negative electrode 122 is attached to the lower surface of the base plate 123 and can directly contact the ground, which is advantageous for inducing a high voltage arc to the roots of the weeds and for enhancing the effect of burning the weeds.

[0026] In one embodiment, the cylinder 125 is integral with the upper cover 124, and in another embodiment, the cylinder 125 is integral with the base plate 123. For example, as shown in Fig. 3, not only does it reduce the number of parts and facilitate assembly, but the base plate 123 can also form a structural support for the cylinder 125 in the circumferential direction, thereby improving the structural stability of the cylinder 125 and thereby increasing the service life of the cylinder 125. Of course, the cylinder 125 can also be processed separately so as to be assembled and fixed to the upper cover 124 and the base plate 123.

[0027] In one embodiment, to further enhance the convenience of user operation, the bottom end of the tube 125 can be designed to have a trumpet mouth 1012 on the inner wall of the arc cavity 101, which guides plants to enter the arc cavity 101. The weeds can enter the arc cavity 101 more naturally and quickly along the trumpet mouth 1012.

[0028] In one embodiment, the cylinder 125 and the negative electrode 122 can be selected to be both annular and concentric. Under such circumstances, when a weed enters the arc cavity 101, no matter how inclined the weed is, the shortest distance between the weed and the negative electrode 122 is necessarily generated, which is favorable for the conduction of high voltage arc, thereby improving the efficiency and effect of weeding. If the negative electrode 122 adopts an annular structure, it can have the largest area under the same circumferential condition, and the opening 1011 at the bottom end of the arc cavity 101 can be made larger, which is favorable for the weed to enter.

[0029] In one embodiment, in order to increase the user's operating radius, the operating part 200 is generally designed to include a handle 21 and a connecting pipe 22, and the connecting pipe 22 is connected between the handle 21 and the base part 11. A battery 23 for supplying power to the electrode assembly is provided at the bottom of the handle 21, and the battery 23 and the operating part 12 are respectively located on the front and rear sides of the connecting pipe 22 in the horizontal direction, and the center of gravity is balanced. The front and rear directions can be referred to in FIG. 2, the left is the front, the right is the rear, the operating part 12 is located on the left side of the chain line, and the battery 23 is located on the right side of the chain line. When a user uses the grass burning burner, he generally holds the handle 21 with one hand and the connecting pipe 22 with the other hand, so that under the situation where the weight of all parts does not change, when the user moves the grass burning burner, the grass burning burner can be lifted with the hand holding the connecting pipe 22 and the operating part 12 can be lifted off the ground, and the position where the connecting pipe 22 is held by this hand is used as a fulcrum, and the entire grass burning burner forms a lever. A certain degree of balance has already been achieved with respect to the relative fulcrum of the weight of the battery 23 and the operating unit 12, so that the user does not need to fully bear the weight of the entire machine body 100 when he wants to change the position of the operating unit 12. Therefore, the hand holding the handle 21 can easily change the position of the operating unit 12 relative to the ground, which not only saves the user's effort, but also allows the weeds to enter the arc cavity 101 more accurately and quickly, thereby improving the efficiency of the weeding operation.

[0030] During the weeding process, the user needs to frequently control the energization and de-energization of the electrode assembly, so in order to improve the convenience of operation, in one embodiment, an operation switch 24 for controlling the operation of the electrode assembly is provided on the top of the handle 21. Of course, the operation switch 24 may be provided on the bottom of the machine body 100, and a pedal may be installed. The user can control the energization of the electrode assembly by stepping on the pedal, and the electrode assembly stops energizing when the user releases the pedal.

[0031] In one embodiment, in order to enhance the safety when a user uses the grass burning burner, the base part 11 may be provided with a safety switch 111 electrically connected to the electrode assembly. A slide groove 112 opening downward is provided on the bottom surface of the base part 11, and a slide block 113 is provided in the slide groove 112. An elastic part 114 that holds the slide block 113 so as to protrude from the slide groove 112 is provided on the slide block 113, and an actuating part 115 that actuates the safety switch 111 when the bottom surface of the slide block 113 and the bottom surface of the operating part 12 are on the same plane is provided on the slide block 113. When the machine body 100 is vertically placed on the ground to perform grass burning, the slide block 113 rises along the slide groove 112, and when the bottom surface of the slide block 113 and the bottom surface of the machine body 100 are on the same plane, the actuating part 115 of the slide block 113 actuates the safety switch 111, and the electrode assembly can be normally started. The combination of the slide block 113 and the safety switch reliably ensures that the electrode assembly can only be started when the machine body 100 is vertical to the ground, preventing the electrode assembly from being started without reason and improving the safety of use. The slide groove 112 opens downward, and the slide block 113 slides along the slide groove 112. When the bottom surface of the machine body 100 is lifted off the ground, the slide block 113 can move the operating part 115 away from the safety switch 111 by the action of its own gravity, thereby stopping the electrode assembly and realizing automatic machine stop. Even if a sudden activation situation occurs during use by the user, the operation of the electrode assembly can be stopped simply by lifting the bottom surface of the machine body 100 off the ground, for example, by tipping the grass burning burner to the ground. This reduces the possibility of dangerous accidents occurring, and further improves the safety of the present invention. Next, the slide block 113 is provided with an elastic part 114, which can keep the slide block 113 protruding from the slide groove 112 all the time, and can reliably ensure that the operating part 115 can separate from the safety switch 111 when the bottom surface of the machine body 100 is lifted off the ground, and further reduce the possibility of the electrode assembly being activated without reason.Furthermore, when the machine body 100 falls over, the elastic part 114 can also push the slide block 113 out of the slide groove 112, reducing the possibility of the electrode assembly being activated without reason. The safety switch 111 can adopt a micro switch, and the actuating part 115 includes a protrusion provided at the upper end of the slide block 113, and the protrusion acts to make the elastic piece of the micro switch conductive. In another embodiment, the safety switch 111 can select a magnetic switch, and the actuating part 115 includes a magnet provided at the upper end of the slide block 113, and the magnet is close to the magnetic switch and makes the magnetic switch conductive or disconnected. The magnetic switch can select a compact component such as a Hall element or a reed switch, and furthermore, the space occupied by the safety switch 111 can be reduced. The volume of the machine body 100 can be reduced, making the whole invention more compact and convenient, which is convenient for transportation and storage. The elastic part 114 can select a spring, a spring washer, or an elastic metal piece.

[0032] In one embodiment, the operating part 12 is provided with a transparent insulating cover 126 that covers the upper end of the arc cavity 101. The transparent insulating cover 126 does not affect the line of sight of the user observing the arc cavity 101, and can form a shield on the upper part of the arc cavity 101. It can prevent the scattering of dust generated during the weeding process, and can keep the upper surface of the machine body 100 relatively cleaner, improving the user experience. The transparent insulating cover 126 can also prevent the scattering of sparks generated during the weeding process, reducing the possibility of dangerous accidents and further reducing hidden safety hazards. The transparent insulating cover 126 can also prevent the human body from entering the upper part of the arc cavity 101 when the grass burning burner is operated, causing an accident. The transparent insulating cover 126 can be removably connected to the cylinder 125, for example, by a simple interference fit, and is convenient for the user to remove and clean it.

[0033] To further improve the user experience, in one embodiment, a display interface 116 can be provided on the top surface of the base part 11, which is convenient for directly observing the operating status of the grass burning burner. To further improve the user experience, in one embodiment, a speaker can be provided on the base part 11 to inform the user by voice. For example, when the user starts to operate the grass burning burner, the speaker informs the user that the electrode assembly is about to emit a high voltage arc, so as to remind the user of safety, etc. The speaker can also be selected to be provided on the operation part 200, which is closer to the user.

[0034] In addition to the above preferred embodiments, the present invention also has other implementations. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without the need for creative labor, all fall within the scope of protection claimed by the present invention.
