AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Conventional pump-equipped containers become unstable and prone to tipping when subjected to pressure from the dispensing operation, especially when the contents decrease, due to the thin bottom wall design, leading to potential buckling and deformation.
Method used
A pump-equipped container design featuring a rigid bottom and top members with a flexible tubular member, where the suction pipe's lower end has mountain-shaped notches, ensuring stability and independent standing during use, and allowing easy volume reduction for disposal.
Benefits of technology
The container maintains stability and independent standing during use and can be easily reduced in volume for disposal, addressing the issues of buckling and instability in conventional designs.

Abstract
To provide a container with a pump which can stably self-stand at the time of use and which can be easily reduced in volume at the time of disposal.SOLUTION: A container with a pump includes a bottom surface member, a top surface member, a cylindrical member joined to the bottom surface member and the top surface member and having flexibility, a mouth part provided at the top surface member, a pump part connected to the mouth part for discharging the contents; and a suction pipe extended to the bottom surface member from a lower end of the pump part. At the lower end of the suction pipe, a plurality of ridge-shaped notch parts are formed across the whole periphery. The bottom surface member, the top surface member and the suction pipe have rigidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
