The useful solution refers to a system for processing and sterilizing fresh sugarcane juice. The system includes: a sugarcane juice stabilization tank, a dissolved oxygen removal device, a microfiltration unit, a rapid sterilization device, a rapid cooling device, and a sterile filling device. Furthermore, the solution also addresses the production process of sterilized fresh sugarcane juice and a multi-product sugarcane processing line, including the sterilized fresh sugarcane juice processing system.
