[0001] PORTABLE LASER MARKING DEVICE DEVELOPED FOR USE IN AESTHETIC SURGERY
[0002] Technical Field
[0003] The present invention relates to an aesthetic device for use in female genital aesthetic surgery, which is easily applicable and is the first of its kind in the world with its feature, that allows the labiaplasty performed by the Freya approach technique to be carried out by preserving genital harmony alone or by means of combined surgeries together with additional procedures such as hoodoplasty, vaginoplasty, and labia majoraplasty. This device enables a patient-based aesthetic perception, unique for each woman like fingerprints, thus helps users to reach the most suitable and beautiful results for themselves by achieving an aesthetic appearance which eliminates surgeon-based aesthetic perception. The developed device is designed to enhance post-surgery sexual satisfaction and genital aesthetics.
[0004] State of the Art
[0005] Female genital aesthetic surgery is a comprehensive term that includes various procedures aiming to alter the anatomy of the vulvovaginal region, such as labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, perineoplasty, clitoral hood reduction, hymenectomy, labia majora augmentation, and G-spot amplification. Among these procedures, labiaplasty is the most preferred.
[0006] Labiaplasty, being a significant procedure in the field of genital aesthetic surgery, refers to the surgical intervention to change the shape and size of the labia in the female external genital area. This process can be performed for various purposes, such as reducing the size of the labia, increasing symmetry, or minimizing the difference between the labia.
[0007] Labiaplasty is a plastic surgery procedure which is performed in order to shape or alter the skin folds known as the labia minora (inner lips) and labia majora (outer lips) of the human vulva. It is usually performed to improve the aesthetic appearance of the labia minora, fix the sagging of the inner and outer lips, and reduce annoying excessive tissues. Women often apply for labiaplasty due to discomfort or aesthetic concerns, such as having large or asymmetrical labia. The labia minora are the inner lips being on the outer part of the female genital organ, protected by the labia majora (outer lips). Labia minora are situated just beside the entrance of the vagina (the vaginal opening) and are usually contained within the labia majora. The labia minora (inner lips) are typically hidden by the labia majora when viewed from the outside but can swell and become more visible during sexual arousal. The labia minora play an important role in protecting the outer opening of the vagina and the clitoris. Besides, they can enhance a woman's sexual pleasure by increasing blood flow during sexual arousal.
[0008] The labia minora, that is the inner lips on the outer part of the female genital organ, has various functions. Firstly, they form a barrier against external factors by protecting the entrance of the vagina and the clitoris, thereby protecting sensitive internal structures. Additionally, the labia minora helps to maintain a moist and healthy environment in the vagina, preventing the skin from drying out and preserving the health of the genital area. Lastly, the labia minora provides flexibility of the vagina during sexual intercourse and other activities. With this feature, they assist the vagina in comfortably expanding and contracting and adapting to external factors. Generally, the labia minora contribute to sensory and erectile tissue for sexual arousal and intercourse.
[0009] The labia majora are the outer lips on the outer part of the female genital organ. These structures form a barrier that protects the entrance of the vagina and internal structures, also shielding the genital area from external factors. Additionally, the labia majora protects internal organs from impacts and trauma that may come from outside. The labia majora, commonly referred to as the outer lips are supported and protected by body fat and skin. The labia majora play roles in maintaining the moisture balance of the genital area, increasing sensitivity during sexual arousal, and protecting the outer part of the vagina.
[0010] Labiaplasty is a procedure used in female genital aesthetic surgery and a surgical intervention to alter the shape and size of the inner labia (inner lips). In the general application of labiaplasty, the patient's medical history, overall health condition, and any previous surgical interventions are reviewed. Additionally, information about chronic diseases and medication usage is gathered to determine pre-surgical risks. Then, the surgeon examines the patient's genital area, assessing the size, shape, symmetry, and structural abnormalities of the labia. This examination helps determine whether the patient is a suitable candidate for labiaplasty. Surgical operation is performed based on the measurements identified at this stage, which are shaped by the surgeon's aesthetic perception and the desires of the patient. In the prior art, the golden ratio plays a significant role in aesthetic surgery. In aesthetic surgery, the principles of the golden ratio are used to balance facial features and body shape, to increase symmetry, and to achieve a more aesthetic appearance. In rhinoplasty, facelifts, eyelid aesthetics, and other facial surgical procedures, the principles of the golden ratio are utilized to balance facial features and improve proportions. For example, in rhinoplasty, the proportions of the nose can be shaped according to the principles of the golden ratio. In breast aesthetic procedures, such as breast enlargement or reduction, the proportions of the breasts and chest muscles can be adjusted according to the principles of the golden ratio, helping to achieve a more natural and balanced appearance.
[0011] Significant advancements have been recorded in general aesthetic surgery and its methods. Thus, in genital aesthetic surgery procedures such as labiaplasty, the principles of the golden ratio can also be used. The size and shape of the labia (lips) can be regulated according to the golden ratio principles, symmetry can be achieved, and a more aesthetic appearance can be obtained.
[0012] In the prior art, the International Patent Application No: W02012092508A2 discloses a device and method used for treating the anatomical, functional, and aesthetic conditions of the vagina. In a preferred application, the surgery aims to restore harmony, proportion, and symmetry to the female sexual organ through a consensus on aesthetic criteria such as Binet Formula and Vitruvius's divine proportions. The concept of <p, also known as the golden number or divine section, is believed to achieve the optimal proportions of the vulva.
[0013] As another prior art document, Korean Patent No: KR102568029B1 discloses a design tool for shaping the labia minora and a method of shaping the labia minora using said design tool. More specifically, when the shaping of the labia minora is carried out even after injecting an anesthetic solution, a cut can be made according to the initially determined design, thereby ensuring the completion and satisfaction of the surgery.
[0014] As another prior art document, Chinese Utility Model No: CN219048665U relates to the field of the labia vulgaris shaping, specifically to minimal invasive stitching equipment for the labia vulgaris, including an elastic tweezer body and a curved sewing needle.
[0015] As another prior art document, Chinese Patent Application No. CN114224700A discloses a system and method for reshaping the vagina and treating gynecological diseases. The vaginal remodeling system includes a flexible, inflatable vaginal balloon that can transfer thermal and mechanical stresses in a controlled manner to restore vaginal function. Accordingly, in the prior art, there are various methods available worldwide for vaginal renewal in labiaplasty surgery. However, these methods generally relate to equipment to be used in the operating room. Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure which aims to change the shape and size of the lips in the female genital area. And there is a need for a device that can determine the ideal proportions of the lips in line with aesthetic concerns, designed to allow a unique aesthetic appearance for each individual, similar to fingerprints, and capable of marking with the help of Fibonacci's golden ratio, such as VR glasses.
[0016] Technical Problems Addressed by the Invention
[0017] In the prior art, for genital aesthetic surgery procedures, there exist various techniques, such as labiaplasty, aiming to change the shape and size of the inner and outer labia in women's genital areas. However, through the Freya approach and a VR-integrated glasses system, in combined or individual surgeries such as gender reassignment surgeries, labia majoraplasty, labia minbraplasty, vaginoplasty (vaginal tightening), perineoplasty, and hoodoplasty, unlike other methods, it offers the possibility to simulate the pre-operative golden ratio of the patient's external genital area without requiring any training for usage of special device, sterilization or surgical experience, and without the need for the surgeon's aesthetic judgment. These features allow every patient to have an unique and personal aesthetic appearance.
[0018] According to the present invention, another advantage of the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery is its ability to determine the most suitable measurements used in genital aesthetic surgery with the Freya approach. At the same time, it guides the development of the criteria specific to female genital aesthetic surgery procedures and serves as a guide for aesthetic perception in gender reassignment surgeries. In accordance with this purpose, a genital aesthetic surgery device adapted for genital aesthetic surgery procedures has been designed, wherein said device maps the external genital anatomy automatically and simulates said map with the golden ratio (phi (<p) ratio approximately 1.618) by being inspired from the Fibonacci sequence and then detects the individual-based golden ratio, enables laser marking during surgeries through the software included.
[0019] The advantage of the portable laser marking device according to the present invention aims to provide individualized genital harmony for patients undergoing genital aesthetic surgery or gender reassignment surgery or for those desiring such kind of surgery. For this purpose, the patient's genital region photos will be simulated using a phone, tablet, or computer application, and genital harmony will be calculated during the pre-operative period by considering these simulations according to the Fibonacci (golden ratio) ratio. Thus, before the surgery, the patient and surgeon will have the opportunity to discuss and express their opinions on the visuals obtained. Then, individualized genital harmony will be provided using a laser holographic marking and mapping system, and it would be used in real time operating rooms / clinics or offices.
[0020] Another advantage of the device according to the present invention is that the portable laser marking device facilitates marking by guiding the surgeon during the surgery and makes the surgery more efficient. It prevents unnecessary or invasive tissue removal. At the same time, it ensures the breakdown of the surgeon-based aesthetic perception during the perioperative period. In this way, the surgeon's work becomes easier, and the desired aesthetic results are achieved more consistently.
[0021] According to the present invention, another advantage of the portable laser marking device for aesthetic surgery is that it is the world's first combined device (VR-based glasses + phone, tablet, PC application integration) which is designed according to each individual's own body ratios such as their own fingerprints and provides an ideal aesthetic appearance. This feature makes surgical procedures more individualized and better suited to patients' desires. Surgical plans designed according to each patient's unique anatomical structures and aesthetic preferences can help to achieve more satisfying results.
[0022] According to the present invention, another advantage of the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery is that, through the laser holographic marker, it simulates the patient's external genital area with the golden ratio in the preoperative period and is used during surgery without depending on surgical experience or the surgeon's aesthetic perception. This feature ensures the formation of an ideal external genital appearance specific to each patient, as independent of the surgeon's individual preferences. The use of the golden ratio offers a consistent surgical approach in line with aesthetic concerns.
[0023] According to the present invention, another advantage of the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery is that it will provide an ideal external genital appearance specific to the patient, by making the gender reassignment surgeries easy. Thanks to the portable laser marking device for genital aesthetic surgery procedures, it is provided that the surgical procedures are more concentrated and consistent, then the patients could get the desired results. This feature is especially important in gender reassignment surgeries because changes in patients' appearances affect their identity and quality of life significantly.
[0024] According to the present invention, another advantage of the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery is that it does not require the surgical team to receive training on the device usage. This feature allows surgical teams to use their time and resources more effectively. Surgeons can perform the procedure more efficiently without needing special training on the device's use.
[0025] According to the present invention, another advantage of the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery is that it reduces unnecessary invasive operations. This feature can speed up the healing process of patients and reduce the risk of complications by making surgical procedures more minimally invasive. Fewer invasive procedures also help patients to relax post-surgery.
[0026] According to the present invention, another advantage of the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery is that it will allow for the evaluation of the planned and desired image with the patient without the need for a hospital environment or examination, owing to increased virtual reality additions in the preoperative period. This feature can reduce pre-surgical stress and increase patient satisfaction by enabling patients to have a better understanding of the surgical outcomes.
[0027] According to the present invention, another advantage of the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery is the elimination of the need for sterilization. This feature allows surgical teams to use their time and resources more effectively for sterilization processes. Additionally, the lack of a sterilization requirement enables surgical procedures to be performed more quickly and practically.
[0028] According to the present invention, the portable laser marking device developed for aesthetic surgery offers another advantage through substructure systems integrated into said device, making the device open to developments (e.g., detection of precancerous cervical lesions, integration of steps in surgeries for female genital cancers). This feature ensures that the device can adapt to future innovations and needs. The integrated substructure of said device can facilitate the integration of new technologies that can be used in surgical applications, potentially improving surgical outcomes.
[0029] The Freya approach is an innovative surgical approach described for the first time in the literature, which can be easily applied regardless of anatomical variations, providing genital harmony, encountering fewer complications in the postoperative period, preventing unnecessary invasive procedures, and increasing sexual satisfaction and satisfaction scores compared to previous technical approaches. This approach contributes to reaching the individual-specific Golden Ratio not only in labiaplasty but also in combined female genital aesthetic surgery procedures and additionally in gender reassignment surgeries, achieving a holistic Vulva harmony specific to the individual (like a fingerprint). Through the glasses with this VR-integrated Freya approach, it is easier for the patient and surgeon to visualize the ideal aesthetic image based on the golden ratio before and after the surgery. In this way, surgical interventions can be planned previously (without the need for a hospital environment) and results in accordance with the patient's expectations can be obtained.

[0064] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0065] The present invention presents a revolutionary approach, through the Freya method, to genital aesthetic surgical procedures, allowing each individual to have a unique fingerprint-like approach. Unlike other traditional techniques aiming to alter the shape and size of the vulva's inner and outer labia, the Freya approach integrated with VR glasses offers the possibility to simulate the pre-operative golden ratio of the patient's external genital area without requiring sterilization or surgical experience. An individualized aesthetic appearance is provided for every patient.
[0066] Through the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery according to the invention, surgeons can make more precise markings during the operation and achieve the desired aesthetic results more consistently. Its ergonomic design and portability allows it to be used anywhere, because it is not a fixed operating room device system. This method emerges as a critical tool for achieving results that meet patients' expectations and for planning surgical procedures previously.

[0087] Figure-6 shows an exploded view of the layers of the second alternative of the device, according to the present invention . There are two versions for the glasses. These are shown in Figures 1 and 6. In the second version shown in Figure-6 and in the first version shown in Figure-1 , layers A, B, and C are common. Because the layer D provided in Figure-1 and the layer E given in Figure-6 are different from each other, these two versions arise.

[0095] Figure-8 illustrates the top and side view of the portable laser marking device of the present invention. In particular, it illustrates the detachable accessory (17) showing the device's detachable feature and ventilation openings (16).
[0096] According to the present invention, the Freya approach applicable with the portable laser marking device developed for aesthetic surgery is inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, first defined in Indian mathematics. The ratio of two consecutive Fibonacci numbers, known as the Golden Ratio (q> or phi), is approximately 1.618. This value is obtained by dividing a line. The ratio of the shorter part to the longer part is equal to the ratio of the longer part to the whole line. In the Freya approach, this ratio of Fibonacci is used to achieve harmony in the external genital organs.
[0097] In this approach, values such as the longitudinal and latitudinal lengths of the labia minora, and the distances between the vaginal entrance and the upper point of the anus / vaginal entrance are measured and the grooves of the labia majora are drawn, simulating the Fibonacci spiral. These measurements are marked according to the distance of the labium minus from the vaginal entrance. Additionally, the middle upper and lower points of the labia minora are connected to determine the length of the labium minus. Based on this information, a central resection in the form of wedge is performed to ensure the symmetry of the labia minora and to preserve its natural color and contour.
[0098] For the vaginal opening, by measuring the ratio of the vaginal opening to the distance between the clitoris and the perineum, it is intended to restore, narrow, and restructure the vaginal entrance according to the Golden Ratio. The Freya approach integrates mathematical principles into surgical practice, focusing on preserving symmetry and the ideal natural appearance in genital aesthetic surgery.
[0099] The Freya approach can be easily applied with the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery according to the present invention. This technique has the potential to prevent unnecessary surgeries after surgical interventions, leading to fewer complications and higher sexual satisfaction. It can also be used in gender reassignment surgeries. An individualized Golden Ratio is determined through inspiration by Fibonacci. This process automatically maps the external genital anatomy and performs a patient-specific plan based on a simulation of the Golden Ratio. This method, used in operating rooms, guides the surgical team by making laser markings on a tripod, ensuring more consistent results.
[0100] There are two versions of the portable laser marking device. The first version is shown in Figure-1 , comprising layers A, B, C, and D, The second version is shown in Figure-6, comprising layers A, B, C, and E. Layers A, B, and C are common for both the first version shown in Figure-1 and the second version shown in Figure-6. The only difference between these two versions is layers D and E which are closest to the eye. In the layer D which is the first version and shown in Figure-1 , there is a third protective layer (20) that not only allows the person wearing the glasses to see ahead directly without activating the device but also provides protection against external factors (impacts, temperature, liquid, and dust). In layer D, there is the third protective layer (20) for ergonomic purposes, to prevent eye fatigue during prolonged surgeries.
[0101] The second alternative of the same device is illustrated in Figure-6. Since the third protective layer (20) does not exist in layer E, shown in Figure-7 in detail, it will be possible to use the glasses by looking at the optical unit / holographic (4) positioned between the eyebrows when the device is active.
[0102] For the first version of the device of the present invention, through the on-off switch (6) which is one of the components in layer D shown in Figure-2 and in layer E for the second version shown in Figure-7, turning on / off of the device can be performed.
[0103] According to the present invention the laser marker (3), included in the portable laser marking device is shown in Figure-4. The laser marker (3) exists within the B layer of the device and to protect the laser marker (3) from external factors (such as impacts, temperature, liquid, and dust that may be encountered during surgery), a component called second protective layer (19) is added to other layers, including A, C, layer D for the first version, and layer E for the second version.
[0104] The laser marker (3) enables the real time projection of the image, simulated according to the golden ratio determined before the surgery. Thus, the surgeon can proceed with the operation on the correct plan while minimizing the error rate. Moreover, immediately after the completion of the surgery, the compliance of the procedures with the golden ratio can be determined using enhanced virtual reality. With green and red markings integrated into the glasses, the surgeon can easily distinguish between correct and incorrect areas. Green laser marking indicates that the surgery is proceeding on the correct plan, while red laser marking is dynamically designed to show the user that it is on the wrong plan. The laser marker (3) will perform the operation without leaving marks or burns on the patient, and the integrated technology in the glasses can be used without distorting the user's perspective or harming eye health. This advanced system can be used in coordination not only in aesthetic surgery but also in other surgeries for female diseases.
[0105] Another component within the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery is the motion sensor / stabilizer (2) and is included in the B layer which is one of the inner layers of the device as shown in Figure-4.
[0106] The motion sensor / stabilizer (2) ensures symmetric bilateral integration to the device to remain unaffected by the user's head movements. Said motion sensor / stabilizer (2) is designed to work in conjunction with the artificial intelligence algorithm in the chip (9) to be used. The system is developed based on the principle of approaching the target without being affected by wind or turbulence in the air, inspired by hunting movements in nature. Thus, it aims to prevent deviations in the image projection and target displacement during surgery.
[0107] Another component within the portable laser marking device, developed for use in aesthetic surgery is the optical unit / holographic (4). Said optical unit / holographic (4) is located in the B layer of the device, as indicated in Figure-4 according to the present invention. In other layers of the device of the present invention, including A, C, layer D for the first version, and layer E for the second version, there is the component called the first protective layer (18) which serves for protection and protect the optical unit / holographic (4) against external factors (such as impacts, temperature, liquid, and dust that may be encountered during surgery).
[0108] As shown in Figure-4, the optical unit / holographic (4) within the device is designed for use either in an active VR (holographic) mode or an inactive VR mode (using only the adaptive lens system). It is designed to work with the VR integrated and adaptive lens system to reduce the margin of error of the algorithm to be applied. Through the optical unit / holographic (4), it is designed to present the real time golden ratio simulation holographically during surgery or intervention. This can be visually demonstrated with augmented reality or golden ratio simulation. In particular, it is developed for gender reassignment surgeries and all-body aesthetic surgery. However it can be utilized in other surgical procedures due to technological advancements and algorithm developments. For instance, it has potential use in areas such as the detection of precancerous lesions of the female cervix or surgery for female cancers. This development can assist surgeons in making more precise and accurate interventions, contributing to improved surgical outcomes. At the same time, positioning of the optical unit / holographic (4) section between the eyebrows on the glasses aims to ergonomically provide a perspective angle and aesthetic perception.
[0109] Another component within the portable laser marking device developed for aesthetic surgery and shown in Figure-4 is the storage area (11), located in the B layer. The storage area (11) allows easy storage of real-time surgery videos and screenshot data taken with the help of the on-off button (6) from the image in the optical unit / holographic (4). Furthermore, the integration and storage of VR-based algorithms in the glasses will enable future update features along with technological advancements.
[0110] Another crucial component of the portable laser marking device is the electronic control unit
[0111] (7). Located in the B layer, which can be referred to as the inner layer of the device, the electronic control unit (7) is also displayed in Figure-4. The function of the electronic control unit (7) is to ensure the continuation of the dynamic operation between the laser marker (3), mapping unit (8), optical unit / holographic (4), storage areas (11), and lens (12), as seen in Figure-4. It is designed in two different locations within the B layer, to prevent issues like overheating. The electronic control unit (7) enhances the success of surgical operations by ensuring continuous and reliable laser marking.
[0112] According to the present invention, another feature of the portable laser marking device developed for aesthetic surgery is the ventilation spaces / channels (1), shown in the B layer in Figure-4. The ventilation spaces / channels (1) are added to the system to prevent the electronic control unit (7), chip (9), and processor (15) from being damaged through overheating . The ventilation openings (16) located at the top of the glasses aim to minimize the impact of hot air on the user.
[0113] Another component of the portable laser marking device of the present invention is the mapping unit (8). Said mapping unit (8) is a fundamental component for calculating the individual-specific golden ratio. This unit performs the necessary operations to determine the golden ratio from data and makes the results accessible through software. The mapping unit
[0114] (8) analyzes image data, takes measurements, and makes these data usable for calculating the golden ratio.
[0115] The mapping unit (8) utilizes advanced algorithms and data processing techniques to determine the critical golden ratio for defining the external genital anatomy. This process involves analyzing the visual data, taking relevant measurements, and accurately calculating the golden ratio. The mapping unit (8) allows for the creation of an individualized surgical plan adapted to each patient's anatomical structure. This enables surgeons to adopt a more precise and accurate approach in external genital aesthetic surgery, leading to more satisfactory surgical outcomes.
[0116] Another component of the portable laser marking device of the present invention is the ventilation openings (16). Said ventilation openings (16) are shown in Figure-8 and positioned outside the device. The ventilation openings (16) are designed with specific depths and lengths. Channel depths are in the range of 0.2 to 0.5 centimeters and lengths are in the range of 0.3 to 0.6 centimeters. This design aims to prevent potential damage from overheating. The expulsion of air, coming out of the ventilation spaces / channels (1) is carried out by the ventilation openings (16).
[0117] According to the present invention, another component within the portable laser marking device developed for aesthetic surgery is the chip (9). Said chip is located in the B layer of the device and shown in Figure-4 and can easily integrate into the components such as the lens (12), storage area (11), optical unit / holographic (4), and USB port (10), providing external connectivity. These systems are controlled by means of a chip (9). Said chip houses algorithms and allows the loading of artificial intelligence systems. Because it is cloud-based, user data can be stored through a digital network. The data is preserved on cloud technology without occupying space in the device's, phone's, tablet's, or computer's memory. At the same time, this facilitates the integration of artificial intelligence and the addition of future developments or updates, making them easier and more sustainable. The chip (9), positioned among the ventilation spaces / channels (1), is designed so as to prevent damage to the chip connections during overheating or device transportation. This allows the components to work harmoniously and enhances the system's durability.
[0118] Another component shown in Figures 2 and 7 is the USB port (10). The USB port (10) is located in layer D for the first version of the device and in layer E for the second version of the device. It is designed to establish connectivity with the external world. In this context, the purpose is to carry out the functions such as system updates, charging processes, and data transfer for surgery images via external hard drives. In addition, it enables connection to desktop computer models. Through these features, the USB port (10) makes the use of the device more flexible, allowing easy updates and seamless data transfer.
[0119] According to the invention, the power source (14) specified in layer D for the first version and in layer E for the second version of the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery, is a crucial component for the device's active use. Rechargeable and replaceable batteries made from various materials such as lithium, lead, or nickel, are used. These batteries are based on the technology commonly used in portable electronic devices. Lithium batteries have high energy density and lightweight structure, while lead batteries are more cost-effective and durable. Nickel-based batteries typically offer longer lifespans and can meet high energy demands. This variety offers a choice of battery options that suit users’ needs and preferences, helping to optimize the device's performance. In the first version in layer D and in the second version in layer E, a snap-in notch (13) is positioned so that when the power source (14) runs out or a replacement is desired, it can be removed easily, wherein said power source (14) is shown in Figure-2 and Figure-7 and connected to the device. It is positioned behind the device for changing the power source (14) practically.
[0120] One of the most critical components of the portable laser marking device developed for aesthetic surgery is the processor (15) and is located in layer D in Figure-2 for the first version, and in layer E in Figure-7 for the second version. Said processor (15) is a system that adapts to evolving technologies and can be updated (with the Freya algorithm loaded). The processor (15) can integrate with artificial intelligence or operate independently, updated via the USB port (10) in line with technological advances and, ensuring effective use and performance of the glasses by working compatibility with other electronic components. The processor (15) aims to optimize the integration between the laser marker (3), optical unit / holographic (4), and other components to enable the glasses to be used with maximum efficiency. After the production and beta version of the VR glasses, the processor (15) is designed in a way that it is optimized for specific purposes, such as detecting female cancers or precancerous lesions, expanding its application range. This processor (15) is located near the ventilation spaces / channels (1), it works in harmony with the lens (12) and optical unit / holographic (4). It can also integrate synchronously or asynchronously with external connections (USB port (10)) and storage area (11). This arrangement makes the device more flexible and versatile, allowing users to obtain customized solutions according to different medical needs.
[0121] According to the present invention, another component of the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery is the lens (12) which is located in the B layer as shown in Figure-4. In addition, in the device's structure, layers A, C, layer D for the first version, and layer E for the second version, the lens (12) is protected against external factors (such as impacts, temperature, liquid, and dust that may be encountered during surgery) by a third protective layer (20) which serves as a protector component. The reason for designing the lens (12) as a dual ring is to be intended as an adaptive lens. Besides it works synchronously with motion sensors / stabilizers (2), it allows for simultaneous operation with the user's eye movements and enables use without activating the artificial intelligence or holographic system. The lens (12) is designed so as to be motion-sensitive, through inspiration from dynamic headlight systems used in driving technology. This innovative approach used in driving technology has been adapted to the glasses. The lens (12) is positioned in the B layer as an adaptive lens system. The glasses with the features that it is located in the outermost layer closest to the exterior for a long life and is designed so as to be easily replaceable, aims to maintain users' vision quality at the maximum level by allowing quick and practical replacement when the lens's (12) life ends or their clarity decreases.
[0122] According to the present invention, the second alternative of the portable laser marking device is provided in Figure-6. A closer view of layer E in Figure-6 is as shown in Figure-7. According to the present invention, in the second version of the portable laser marking device found in layer E, there are the power source (14) and the snap-in notch (13) for easily changing the power source (14), the processor (15), the USB port (10), and the on-off switch (6).
[0123] According to the present invention, the top and side view of the portable laser marking device developed for aesthetic surgery is provided in Figure-8. For users who prefer not to wear the glasses over the ears, and those who want to use additional parts serving as temples made of neither metal nor organic materials, the device of the present invention can be used with a completely surrounding "Elastic bandage" apparatus thanks to the detachable accessory (17). This function has been developed as a solution for users who may be uncomfortable with the glasses' temples (pain, pressure damage on the ears and the bridge of the nose after long surgery durations). This apparatus offers an extra option to secure the glassAs illustrated in Figure-9, the operating method of the portable laser marking device developed for use in aesthetic surgery involves the following stages:
[0124] Data acquisition (100)
[0125] Calculation of the individual-specific golden ratio based on data (200) Projection of the golden ratio hologram onto the area to be treated (300)
[0126] This process flow represents the system's overall operation. The details of each step and / or process are given below:
[0127] Data Acquisition (100): Initially, the process starts by pressing the on-off button (6). At this stage, images are captured and sent to the processor (15) and then to the storage area (11). The image capture process is preferably performed with VR glasses, where images can be captured in the same manner for both versions of the glasses. The only difference between the two alternatives is related to their ergonomy features. In the glasses in the first version of the device, shown in Figure-2, image capture can be performed by looking at both the lenses (12) and the optical unit / hologramic (4) simultaneously. Thanks to the third protective layer (20) which is included to protect lenses (12) in the first alternative in layer D the lenses (12), the person wearing the glasses can see ahead clearly even when the device is off, and images can be captured in this way. This development ensures that the user does not experience any vision-related discomfort or pain during prolonged surgeries, as the viewpoint is directly forward. In the other alternative of the device, shown in Figure-6, image can be seen when the glasses are active and by looking at the optical unit / holographic (4) positioned between the eyebrows. There is no opening for the eyes to see forward when the device is off. Also image capture is possible in this version. As another option except for VR glasses, images can also be captured using devices like phones, tablets, or computers. The transfer of images captured with such devices to the glasses is facilitated by the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth feature (5) included in the VR glasses. This allows patients to take photos of the vulva (external genital area) from any desired location without needing to visit healthcare facilities like hospitals, clinics, or medical offices. Thus, the captured image can be simulated according to the golden ratio and can be viewed in the application which the doctor and the patient has.
[0128] Calculation of the Individual-Specific Golden Ratio Based on Data (200): The image captured with VR glasses or other devices like phones, tablets, or computers reaches the mapping unit (8) with the help of the electronic control unit (7) that ensures synchronous operation of the components. The data in the mapping unit (8) is processed and calculates the golden ratio with the help of software. The golden ratio is a critical factor in defining the external genital anatomy, and then the device uses this golden ratio to simulate the ideal external genital anatomy. This allows for the creation of an individualized surgical plan adapted to each patient's anatomical structure.
[0129] Projection of the Golden Ratio Hologram onto the Area to Be Treated (300): After calculating the golden ratio, the process passes to the chip (9) unit which is integrated with the Fibonacci algorithm and artificial intelligence. The chip (9) performs the simulation at this stage. After that, by synchronizing the chip (9) with the adaptive lens (12) designed as an optical unit / holographic (4), motion sensor (2), and the laser marker (3) used to mark the ideal external genital anatomy, the hologram's projection onto the relevant area is achieved.
[0130] Then, by means of the chip (9), it is provided that the hologram is projected onto the relevant area by synchronously operating together optical unit / hologram (4), which is designed as an adaptive lens (12) and allows to work in synchronization with sensors that detect the surgeon's eye movements, the motion sensor (2) and the laser marker (3) used to mark the ideal external genital anatomy and provides the surgical team to intervene in the correct areas during surgery. Industrial Application of the Invention
