[0046] The electronic component 1 that can be manufactured by the manufacturing method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes, for example, an electronic component having an electric circuit or other electronic components. As shown in Fig. 1, the electronic component 1 includes, for example, a transformer 10, which has a coil 20 formed by winding a copper wire 30, a conductor 40, or an electric wire 50. That is, the manufacture of the transformer 10 as the electronic component 1 is performed by first manufacturing the copper wire 30, the conductor 40, or the electric wire 50, and then winding the copper wire 30, the conductor 40, or the electric wire 50 around the iron core 10A of the transformer 10 to form the coil 20.
[0047] In other words, the manufacturing method of the electronic component 1, more specifically the transformer 10, coil 20, copper wire 30, conductor 40, and electric wire 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that the electronic component 1, more specifically the transformer 10, coil 20, copper wire 30, conductor 40, and electric wire 50 are impregnated or coated with an additive 100 containing nanodiamond 100A shown in FIG. 2 as a noise reducing body 100' that reduces noise, and the nanodiamond 100A is added as a noise reducing body 100' to the surface of the electronic component 1, more specifically the transformer 10, coil 20, copper wire 30, conductor 40, and electric wire 50 as shown in FIG. 4, thereby adhering, coating, or infiltrating the nanodiamond 100A.
[0048] Impregnation of the electronic component 1, more specifically the transformer 10, the coil 20, the copper wire 30, the conductor 40, and the electric wire 50 with the additive 100 can be carried out by immersing the electronic component 1, more specifically the transformer 10, the coil 20, the copper wire 30, the conductor 40, and the electric wire 50 in a bath filled with the additive 100. Furthermore, application of the additive 100 to the electronic component 1, more specifically the transformer 10, the coil 20, the copper wire 30, the conductor 40, and the electric wire 50 can be carried out by spraying the additive 100 onto the electronic component 1, more specifically the transformer 10, the coil 20, the copper wire 30, the conductor 40, and the electric wire 50 with a spray gun or the like.
[0049] The nanodiamond 100A contained in the additive 100 is preferably a conductive nanodiamond having electrical conductivity. Furthermore, the nanodiamond 100A is preferably in the form of a cluster, and the nanodiamond 100A is preferably a cluster diamond or a graphite cluster diamond.
[0050] The cluster diamond or graphite cluster diamond preferably has a spherical fullerene structure, and the particle size of the cluster diamond or graphite cluster diamond is preferably 5 to 10 nm. 3 The diamond nucleus has a structure surrounded by sp 2 It is preferable that the amorphous carbon has a structure and a predetermined functional group.
[0051] Here, it is preferable that the additive 100 further includes a powdered conductive material 100B as the noise reducer 100', and that the powdered conductive material 100B as the noise reducer 100' is further added to the surfaces of the electronic component 1, more specifically, the transformer 10, the coil 20, the copper wire 30, the conductor 40, and the electric wire 50, and adhered, coated, or penetrated thereto.
[0052] As shown in FIG. 3, the powdered conductive material 100B preferably contains at least one of powdered silver 100B1, powdered copper 100B2, and powdered aluminum 100B3, more preferably powdered silver 100B1, powdered copper 100B2, and powdered aluminum 100B3, and even more preferably powdered silver 100B1 (silver 100B1 is preferable because it has a relatively high conductivity).
[0053] From the viewpoint of noise reduction, it is more preferable that the nanodiamond 100A and the conductive material 100B are equal in amount, more specifically, equal in weight. The required effect of noise reduction can also be achieved by making the nanodiamond 100A and the conductive material 100B the same in volume (it is more preferable that the nanodiamond 100A and the conductive material 100B be the same in weight rather than volume).
[0054] In this embodiment, when silver is used, it is understood to include silver and / or silver compounds, when copper is used, it is understood to include copper and / or copper compounds, and when aluminum is used, it is understood to include aluminum and / or aluminum compounds, and so on.

It is preferable that the Urethane 100C, Hexamethyltetracosane 100D, and Xylene 100E are in liquid form, and it is preferable that the additive 100 is in a slurry form.
[0056] The urethane 100E functions as a binder for adhering the nanodiamond 100A and the conductive material 100B to the electronic component 1, and the hexamethyltetracosane 100D and the xylene 100E function as solvents for dispersing the nanodiamond 100A and the conductive material 100B. [0057] That is, the additive 100 is preferably a slurry in which powdered nanodiamond 100A and powdered conductive material 100B are suspended in at least one of liquid urethane 100C, hexamethyltetracosane 100D, and xylene 100E (strictly speaking, in addition to nanodiamond 100A and conductive material 100B, at least one of urethane 100C, hexamethyltetracosane 100D, and xylene 100E is added to the surface of the electronic component 1, more specifically, the transformer 10, coil 20, copper wire 30, conductor 40, and electric wire 50, and at least one of urethane 100C, hexamethyltetracosane 100D, and xylene 100E also contributes as a noise reducer 100').
[0058] More specifically, it is even more preferable that the additive 100 is a slurry in which powdered nanodiamond 100A and powdered conductive material 100B are suspended in liquid urethane 100C, hexamethyltetracosane 100D, and xylene 100E (strictly speaking, in addition to nanodiamond 100A and conductive material 100B, urethane 100C, hexamethyltetracosane 100D, and xylene 100E are added to the surfaces of the electronic component 1, more specifically, the transformer 10, coil 20, copper wire 30, conductor 40, and electric wire 50, and the urethane 100C, hexamethyltetracosane 100D, and xylene 100E also contribute as noise reducers 100').
[0059] In particular, the powdered conductive material 100B is silver 100B1, and powdered nanodiamond 100A and powdered silver 101B1 as the noise reducer 100' are suspended in liquid urethane 100C, hexamethyltetracosane 100D, and xylene 100E to form a slurry. This is an even more preferred embodiment from the standpoint of compatibility between the noise reducer 100' and the solvent, etc., and the stability of the slurry and the stability of addition to the electronic component 1.
[0060] The composition of the additive 100 is, for example, nanodiamond 100A and conductive material 100B, more specifically silver 100B1, in total 1 wt% or less (preferably nanodiamond 100A and conductive material 100B, more specifically silver 100B1, are equal in weight), hexamethyltetracosane 100D is 5 wt% or less, and urethane 100C and xylene 100E are 94 wt% or less in total, which is preferable from the viewpoint of the stability of the slurry and the stability of addition to the electronic component 1. [0063] 5(a) shows the voltage waveform when no nanodiamond 100A or conductive material 100B is added to the surface of the transformer 10, and FIG. 5(b) shows the voltage waveform when silver as the nanodiamond 100A and conductive material 100B is added to the surface of the transformer 10. The addition of the nanodiamond 100A and silver as the conductive material 100B to the transformer 10 was performed by immersing the transformer 10 in an additive 100 containing the nanodiamond 100A, silver as the conductive material 100B, urethane 100C, hexamethyltetracosane 100D, and xylene 100E.
