A system (100) for a multi-feature digital platform, comprising: a user interface configured to establish communication between a plurality of users (112); a controller (208) in communication with the user interface, the controller (208) comprising one or more processors, wherein the one or more processors are operatively coupled with a memory (204), the memory (204) storing instructions executable by the one or more processors to: receive registration requests from users through the associated user interface; generate a unique identification number for each user upon registration; enable the registered users to perform a plurality of tasks including sending and receiving information and files with other registered users; enable communication over any of an audio call or a video call between the one or more registered users; allow the registered users to forward an incoming call to the other registered users; transmit a notification to the associated registered user when the call is in a waiting state, enable the associated registered user to attend the incoming call and an ongoing call; create a chat box for communication with the registered users, facilitating sharing of pictures, recording and sending audio, sharing location, sharing files and sharing contacts; and enable the registered users to search for the other registered users taking into consideration at least one of geographical location and age.

2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (208) is communicatively coupled to a server (130), wherein information is stored on the server (130).

3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (208) is configured to enable forwarding of the incoming call, after fifteen seconds of ringing.

4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (208) is configured to enable the call forwarding when the registered user declines an incoming call.

5. The system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising, enabling each registered user to set maximum duration of ringing prior to forwarding the incoming call, by the associated user interface.

6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the registered users are able to accept or reject the incoming call by the user interface.

7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (208) is configured to keep the ongoing call on hold while the incoming call is in the waiting state.

13. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (208) is further configured to enable the registered users to add and remove contacts by the associated user interface.

14. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (208) is further configured to enable the registered users to update settings of the associated user interface.

15. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user interface comprises a contact box to display contacts and enable the registered users to invite non-registered users to utilize the multi-feature digital platform.

16. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller is configured to verify the transmission status of messages sent to the registered users and display the status on the user interface.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (208) is further configured to enable the registered users to create a group chat box through the associated user interfaces, wherein the created group chat box allows the users to add and communicate with the registered users, facilitating sharing of pictures, recording and sending audio, sharing location, sharing files and sharing contacts.

The system as claimed in claim 1 wherein to enable audio calls and the video calls through the user interface, the controller (208) utilizes over Internet Protocol (VoIP) over Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) / User Datagram Protocol (UDP), Web Real- Time Communication (WebRTC), and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) audio framework.

A method (300) for operating a multi-feature digital platform, the method comprising the steps of: receiving (302), at a controller (208), registration requests from users through a user interface; generating (304), by the controller (208), a unique identification number for each user upon registration; enabling the registered users to perform tasks including sending and receiving information and files with other registered users; facilitating (306), by the controller (208), communication over any of an audio call or a video call between the users, and allowing the user to forward an incoming call to another user;transmitting (308), by the controller (208), a notification to the associated user when the call is in a waiting state, enabling the associated user to attend the incoming call and an ongoing call; creating (310), by the controller (208), a chat box for communication with the registered users, facilitating sharing of pictures, recording and sending audio, sharing location, sharing files, and sharing contacts; and enabling (312), by the controller (208), the registered users to search for other registered users considering at least one of geographical location and age.

20. The method as claimed in claim 19, further comprises forwarding the incoming call after fifteen seconds of ringing.
