Abstract

Load-bearing system of a multi-story building with several separate units of use (9', 9''), such as office units and / or residential units, comprising: - a main wall arrangement (2) extending along a main axis (1), which is formed from at least one load-bearing main wall (3), - several load-bearing secondary walls (4) extending perpendicular to the main axis from the main wall arrangement (2) towards the outer wall (14), - several non-load-bearing partition walls (5) extending between the main wall arrangement (2) and the secondary walls (4), - a beam (6) extending parallel to the main axis (1) in the central area between the main wall arrangement (2) and the outer wall (14) and supported on the secondary walls, - and a row of columns, the columns (7) of which are each arranged between the secondary walls (4) and on which the beam (6) is supported, - wherein the positioning of the columns (7) along the course of the beam (6) is adaptable and is in particular chosen such thatthat the columns (7) are integrated into or abut the partition walls (5).
