Battery assembly system

Abstract

A battery assembly system (100), comprising plurality of cells (110) forming at least a cell assembly (120) arranged in a horizontal plane; a battery casing formed through plurality of covering members and encapsulating the battery assembly system (100); wherein at least a covering member has fins (190) to enhance air cooling for the battery assembly system (100) for effective thermal management; at least a battery management system (BMS) (170) for controlling the operation of the battery assembly system (100); wherein the BMS (170) placed externally on the battery casing.
