Computerized system for integration, standardization, prioritization and notification of health laboratory data, CHARACTERIZED BY comprising: (a) data acquisition module, adapted to capture clinical laboratory data from multiple public and private sources, via standardized application programming interfaces (APIs); (b) patient management module, configured to associate data with unique identifiers, preferably the CPF (Brazilian taxpayer identification number), storing them in a centralized relational database; (c) data processing module, capable of detecting and consolidating duplicates, applying a temporal prioritization algorithm, and converting data to the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standard; (d) interoperability module, which promotes the standardized exchange of data with other health systems, using the FHIR standard;(e) automatic notification module, responsible for identifying diseases subject to mandatory notification and establishing direct communication with SINAN; (f) emergency access module, which enables authorized access in real time to clinical and laboratory data using a CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), in cases of medical emergency.
