Abstract

The present invention provides a blade swing hydraulic cylinder for robot motion joints, which can withstand a large overturning moment, has the characteristics of simple structure, reasonable space layout, small internal leakage, low starting pressure, and easy integration, and meets the motion requirements of robot motion joints. It includes a cylinder body and an output shaft, wherein a concave stopper is provided at the radial position of the inner ring of the cylinder body, and threaded holes are provided at the concave stopper corresponding to the positions of the two side walls of the cylinder body, and a joint body is inserted in each threaded hole. The output shaft is arranged at the central axis position corresponding to the central cavity of the cylinder body, and the axial ends of the output shaft are respectively protruding from the corresponding end faces of the cylinder body, and the upper exposed part of the output shaft protruding from the cylinder body is covered with a first end cover assembly, and the lower exposed part of the output shaft protruding from the cylinder body is covered with a second end cover assembly, and the first end cover assembly and the second end cover assembly are component structures arranged symmetrically with respect to the axial vertical plane of the output shaft.
