[0037] Figure 1 It is a schematic structural diagram of a refrigerator 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is Figure 1 A partial enlarged view of region A in the figure.

[0038] This embodiment provides a refrigerator 10, including: a box body 100 having a top plate 110; a cover plate 120 covering the front end of the top plate 110, defining a receiving cavity 130 with the top plate 110, and a speaker 140 is disposed in the receiving cavity 130; the cover plate 120 forms a recess 121 in front of the speaker 140, and an opening 1211 is formed on the end face of the recess 121 opposite to the speaker 140.

[0039] The solution of this embodiment solves the problems of the over-thick door body 200 and the poor aesthetics of the refrigerator 10 caused by disposing the speaker 140 on the door body 200 of the refrigerator 10 by disposing the cover plate 120 on the top plate 110 of the refrigerator 10 and disposing the speaker 140 in the receiving cavity 130 formed by the top plate 110 and the cover plate 120.

[0040] Further, in the solution of this embodiment, by providing a recess 121 in front of the speaker 140 and forming an opening 1211 on the end face of the recess 121 opposite to the speaker 140, the sound of the speaker 140 is emitted through the opening 1211 towards the front of the refrigerator 10 (i.e., the side of the door body 200 of the refrigerator 10), thus ensuring the sound effect of the speaker 140. Further, even when the refrigerator 10 is placed in a cabinet for use, a good sound effect can be guaranteed, thereby ensuring the user experience.

[0041] Figure 3 It is a schematic structural diagram of another angle of the refrigerator 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 4 is Figure 3 A partial enlarged view of area B in Figure 5 It is a schematic structural diagram of the cover plate 120 of the refrigerator 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 6 is Figure 5 A partial enlarged view of area C in

[0042] The bottom surface of the recess 121 is a trapezoidal inclined surface, which is formed by inclining and gradually expanding from the bottom end of the opening 1211 upwards towards the front of the refrigerator 10.

[0043] In the solution of this embodiment, by setting the bottom surface of the recess 121 as an inclined trapezoidal surface, the sound emitted by the speaker 140 can be better diffused towards the front of the refrigerator 10 under the guidance of the trapezoidal surface, thereby further improving the sound effect of the speaker 140.

[0044] Generally, the cover plate 120 may include: a speaker shielding portion 122, covering the upper part of the speaker 140; a sound transmission portion 123, extending from the front end of the speaker shielding portion 122, and the recess 121 is arranged at the central position of the sound transmission portion 123. The sound transmission portion 123 is further configured to form a structural strengthening cavity 124 connected to the space where the speaker 140 is located on both sides of the recess 121.

[0045] In the solution of this embodiment, by arranging the recess 121 at the central position of the sound transmission portion 123 and arranging the sound transmission portion 123 to form a structural strengthening cavity 124 connected to the space where the speaker 140 is located on both sides of the recess 121, the strength of the cover plate 120 is improved.

[0046] In the solution of this embodiment, generally, the accommodation cavity 130 may include a space formed by the speaker shielding portion 122 for placing the speaker 140, two structural strengthening cavities 124 formed by the sound transmission portion 123, and a space formed between the recess 121 and the top plate 110.

[0047] In some preferred embodiments, the top plate 110 and the cover plate 120 can form a plurality of accommodation cavities 130, and a speaker 140 is disposed in each accommodation cavity 130. By providing a plurality of accommodation cavities 130 and speakers 140, the sound effect of the refrigerator 10 can be improved, thereby further enhancing the user experience. Among them, the number of accommodation cavities 130 and speakers 140 can be set according to actual situations.

[0048] As Figures 4-6 shown, the sound transmission part 123 forms a U-shaped structural reinforcement cavity 124 on each of the left and right sides of the recessed part 121. Among them, one structural reinforcement cavity 124 (i.e., the structural reinforcement cavity 124 located on the left side of the refrigerator 10) provides an accommodation space for the wire 142 connected to the speaker 140. The wire 142 is led out from the periphery of the recessed part 121, enters the space formed by the speaker shielding part 122 through this structural reinforcement cavity 124, and is connected to the speaker 140 to supply the energy required for the operation of the speaker 140.

[0049] In addition, in the solution of this embodiment, a plurality of card members 126 are spaced apart and disposed on the cover plate 120 to fix the wire 142, which not only improves the aesthetics of the wire 142, but also ensures the stability and safety of the wire 142.

[0050] Figure 7 is a partial exploded view of the refrigerator 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Among them, in order to better show the positional relationship between the upper hinge 210 and the cabinet 100 and the cover plate 120, Figure 7 the door body 200 and other structures inside the cabinet 100 are hidden.

[0051] The refrigerator 10 of this embodiment further includes: a door body 200, which is disposed at the front of the cabinet 100 and is rotatably connected to the cabinet 100 through an upper hinge 210 disposed on the top plate 110; among them, the cover plate 120 extends along the transverse direction to both ends of the top plate 110 to shield the upper hinge 210.

[0052] In the solution of this embodiment, by setting the cover plate 120 to extend to both ends of the top plate 110, not only can the upper hinge 210 be shielded to improve the aesthetics of the refrigerator 10, but also the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.

[0053] As Figure 7 shown, the refrigerator 10 in this embodiment is a double-door refrigerator, and an upper hinge 210 is disposed at each of both ends of the top plate 110, and the sound transmission part 123 of the cover plate 120 extends to both ends of the top plate 110, thereby shielding the upper hinge 210 and improving the aesthetics of the refrigerator 10.

[0054] In some other embodiments, the refrigerator 10 may also be a single-door refrigerator, and the cover plate 120 may also be arranged to extend only to the side where the upper hinge 210 is located to shield the upper hinge 210.

[0055] As Figure 6 shown, a positioning portion 125 formed by protruding downward from the cover plate 120 is provided in the accommodation cavity 130, and a fixing portion 141 corresponding to the positioning portion 125 is provided on the speaker 140. The fixing portion 141 and the positioning portion 125 are connected by a fastener 150 to fix the speaker 140 in the accommodation cavity 130.

[0056] In the solution of this embodiment, by respectively providing the corresponding positioning portion 125 and fixing portion 141 on the cover plate 120 and the speaker 140, and then connecting the positioning portion 125 and the fixing portion 141 together by the fastener 150, the speaker 140 is fixed in the accommodation cavity 130 formed by the cover plate 120 and the top plate 110.

[0057] In some preferred embodiments, a fixing portion 141 may be respectively provided on the left and right sides of the speaker 140, and two corresponding downwardly protruding positioning portions 125 are also formed on the cover plate 120. The two groups of positioning portions 125 and fixing portions 141 act together to improve the installation stability of the speaker 140.

[0058] As Figures 4-6 shown, the fastener 150 is a fastening screw, and a through hole 131 is provided at a position corresponding to the positioning portion 125 on the rear wall of the accommodation cavity 130 to facilitate the fastening screw to enter the accommodation cavity 130 through the through hole 131; wherein, the through hole 131 is a flanged hole to prevent liquid from entering the accommodation cavity 130 through the through hole 131.

[0059] In the solution of this embodiment, choosing a fastening screw as the fastener 150 for connecting the positioning portion 125 and the fixing portion 141 not only has a simple structure but also has a low cost.

[0060] Furthermore, by providing the through hole 131 at a position corresponding to the positioning portion 125 on the rear wall of the accommodation cavity 130, the fastening screw can enter the accommodation cavity 130 through the through hole 131, and the air gun can also extend into the accommodation cavity 130 through the through hole 131 to drive the screw for fixing, thus solving the problem that it is difficult to fix the fastening screw in the accommodation cavity 130, reducing the installation difficulty of the refrigerator 10, and further improving the production efficiency of the refrigerator 10.

[0061] In addition, the through hole 131 is set as a flanged hole, making it difficult for external liquid to enter the accommodation cavity 130 through the through hole 131, thereby ensuring the safety of the speaker 140 in the accommodation cavity 130.

[0062] As Figures 5-6As shown, a first rib 160 is provided between the speaker 140 and the opening 1211, and the first rib 160 extends downward from the cover plate 120; wherein, the first rib 160 is provided with uniformly arranged sound holes 161 at positions corresponding to the opening 1211; a turned eaves 162 is further provided at the top end of the first rib 160, which extends forward in the horizontal direction from the top end of the first rib 160.

[0063] In the solution of this embodiment, by providing the first rib 160 between the speaker 140 and the opening 1211, it is possible to prevent liquid from directly flowing from the opening 1211 to the speaker 140 and causing damage to the speaker 140.

[0064] Furthermore, uniformly arranged sound holes 161 are provided at positions corresponding to the opening 1211 of the first rib 160, ensuring that the sound of the speaker 140 can pass through these sound holes 161 smoothly.

[0065] In addition, a turned eaves 162 extending forward is provided at the top end of the first rib 160, which can not only block dust, but also prevent external liquid from directly entering the accommodation cavity 130 from above the opening 1211 of the recess 121, thus ensuring the normal operation of the speaker 140.

[0066] A second rib 170 spaced from the first rib 160 is further provided in the accommodation cavity 130, and the second rib 170 extends from the opening 1211 to the side wall of the accommodation cavity 130; a notch 132 is formed on the side wall of the accommodation cavity 130, and the notch 132 is located between the first rib 160 and the second rib 170, for discharging the liquid entering the accommodation cavity 130 from the opening 1211.

[0067] In the solution of this embodiment, by providing the second rib 170 extending from the opening 1211 of the recess 121 to the side wall of the accommodation cavity 130, the structural strengthening cavity 124 of the sound transmission part 123 of the cover plate 120 is isolated from the speaker shielding part 122, preventing external liquid from flowing into the structural strengthening cavity 124 of the sound transmission part 123 from the opening 1211.

[0068] In addition, first rib 160 and second rib 170 are also provided with first rib plate 171 and second rib plate 172 respectively formed by extending along the side wall of recess 121. Among them, the rib plate close to structural strengthening cavity 124 where wire 142 is arranged is first rib plate 171, and its height is flush with that of first rib 160 and second rib 170, so as to prevent external liquid from flowing into first rib 160 and second rib 170 through opening 1211 and then flowing into first structural strengthening cavity 124 where wire 142 of speaker 140 is arranged, causing damage to wire 142 of speaker 140. The rib plate close to another structural strengthening cavity 124 (i.e., the structural strengthening cavity 124 on the right side of refrigerator 10) is second rib plate 172, and the height of second rib plate 172 is slightly lower than that of first rib 160 and second rib 170. On the one hand, it is convenient to drain the liquid entering between first rib 160 and second rib 170, and on the other hand, it can also prevent larger impurities from entering accommodation cavity 130.

[0069] Further, notches 132 are provided at positions on the side wall of accommodation cavity 130 opposite to first rib 160 and second rib 170, so that the liquid flowing into the space between first rib 160 and second rib 170 can flow through second rib plate 172 and then drain out from these notches 132, thereby preventing the liquid from entering speaker 140 and causing damage to speaker 140, and ensuring the normal operation of the sound effect function of refrigerator 10.

[0070] Figure 8 It is a schematic structural diagram of cabinet 100 of refrigerator 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 9 It is Figure 8 A partial enlarged view of area D in Figure 10 It is Figure 8 A partial enlarged view of area E in. Among them, Figure 8 It is a schematic structural diagram of looking up refrigerator 10 from bottom to top. And, in order to better show the structure inside top plate 110 of cabinet 100, Figure 8 Other structures of refrigerator 10 are hidden.

[0071] Fastener sets 180 are also provided around accommodation cavity 130 to fix cover plate 120 on top plate 110; among them, a metal sheet 181 is also pasted at the position on the inner side of top plate 110 corresponding to fastener sets 180 to prevent fastener sets 180 from slipping.

[0072] In the solution of this embodiment, the fastener group 180 generally may include three fasteners (the fasteners may be fastening screws), and the three fasteners are distributed in a triangular shape around the horn 140, thereby ensuring the structural stability after the cover plate 120 and the top plate 110 are connected together. In some other embodiments, the number of fasteners in the fastener group 180 may also be set to other numbers, including but not limited to three (for example, it may be two or four, etc.), and the specific number may be set according to actual needs.

[0073] Furthermore, a metal sheet 181 is attached at a position on the inner side of the top plate 110 corresponding to the fastener group 180, avoiding problems such as slippage of the fastener group 180 causing noise.

[0074] In the solution of this embodiment, a reinforcing iron 182 is further provided at the front end of the inner side of the top plate 110. After the fastening screw in the fastener group 180 located in front of the horn 140 passes through the cover plate 120 and the top plate 110, it is directly connected to the reinforcing iron 182 on the inner side of the top plate 110. Therefore, there is no need to repeatedly provide the metal sheet 181 on the inner side of the top plate 110. In some other embodiments, in the case where the reinforcing iron 182 is not provided on the inner side of the top plate 110, a metal sheet 181 may be attached at each position on the inner side of the top plate 110 corresponding to each fastening screw in the fastener group 180.

[0075] In some preferred embodiments, the metal sheet 181 may be a 1.2-mm thick non-porous aluminum sheet, and the specific material and thickness may be set according to actual needs.

[0076] The refrigerator 10 of this embodiment may further include: a sponge strip 190, arranged in a partial area where the cover plate 120 contacts the top plate 110, to eliminate the noise generated by the vibration between the cover plate 120 and the top plate 110.

[0077] As Figure 6 shown, in the solution of this embodiment, by arranging the sponge strip 190 in the area where the horn shielding part 122 and the recessed part 121 contact the top plate 110, the noise generated by the vibration between the cover plate 120 and the top plate 110 is eliminated, the sound emission effect of the horn 140 is improved, and thus the user experience is enhanced.

[0078] In the solution of this embodiment, by providing the cover plate 120 on the top plate 110 of the refrigerator 10 and arranging the horn 140 in the accommodation cavity 130 formed by the top plate 110 and the cover plate 120, the problems that the door body 200 of the refrigerator 10 is too thick and affects the aesthetics of the refrigerator 10 caused by arranging the horn 140 on the door body 200 of the refrigerator 10 are solved.

[0079] Furthermore, in the solution of this embodiment, by specially setting the structure of the cover plate 120, the speaker 140 is arranged in the space formed by the speaker shielding portion 122 of the cover plate 120, and structures such as a sound transmission portion 123 and a recessed portion 121 are arranged on the front side of the speaker 140. While ensuring the sound production effect of the speaker 140, problems such as dust prevention and waterproofing of the speaker 140 are also solved, ensuring the operation effect of the speaker 140, and thus improving the user experience.
