[0024] [Explanation of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure]

[0025] First, an embodiment of the present disclosure is explained.

[0026] The wiring member of the present disclosure is as described below.

[0027] (1) The wiring member is provided with a flat wiring member having a plurality of end portions and a plurality of identification portions provided corresponding to at least two of the plurality of end portions, the plurality of identification portions being configured to provide mutually different identification information, the flat wiring member being capable of changing in form between a folded form in which at least a part is folded and an unfolded form in which the folding of the folded form is unfolded, the plurality of identification portions being provided to the flat wiring member in such a manner that a distribution area of the plurality of identification portions in the folded form is smaller than a distribution area of the plurality of identification portions in the unfolded form. Since identification using a plurality of identification portions can be performed in a relatively narrow distribution area, identification of the end portions of the flat wiring member can be easily performed.

[0028] (2) The unfolded form can also be a form expanded larger than the folded form. Thereby, in the form folded relatively small, identification of the end portions of the flat wiring member is easily performed.

[0029] (3) The plurality of recognition portions can also be markers that can be photographed as mutually different images by a camera. Recognition of the tip portion is performed by performing image recognition processing or the like on the images photographed by the camera.

[0030] (4) The plurality of markers can also be in the same posture in the folded state. Thereby, recognition of the tip portion can be performed more easily in the folded state of the wiring member. Further, the plurality of markers can also be photographed at the same time.

[0031] (5) The plurality of markers can also be disposed at positions that can be observed from the same face side in the folded state. Thereby, the plurality of markers can be easily observed in the folded state of the wiring member. Further, the plurality of markers can also be photographed at the same time.

[0032] (6) The flat wiring member can also include a portion that is folded along a line inclined with respect to the width direction of the flat wiring member in the folded state. Thereby, in the state in which the flat wiring member is folded, the overlapping portion can be reduced, and the markers can be easily exposed.

[0033] (7) The folded state can also be a state in which another portion is folded on the base portion, and a base recognition portion can be provided on the base portion. Thereby, the base portion can be easily recognized. Further, in a state in which the base portion is used as a reference, the unfolding work or the like of the other portion can be easily performed.

[0034] (8) The plurality of recognition portions can also include sequence information. Thereby, in accordance with the sequence information, the unfolding, connection work, or the like of the tip portion can be smoothly performed.

[0035] (9) The plurality of recognition portions can also include recognition information provided by the edge shape of the plurality of tip portions. Thereby, mutually different recognition information is provided by the edge shape of the tip portion.

[0036] [Details of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure]

[0037] Hereinafter, specific examples of the wiring member of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. Further, the present disclosure is not limited to these examples, but is represented by the claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the equivalent meaning and scope of the claims.

[0038] [Embodiments]

[0039] Hereinafter, the wiring member of the embodiment will be described. Figure 1 and Figure 2 is a plan view that shows the wiring member 10. Figure 1 shows the wiring member 10 in an unfolded state. Figure 2The wiring member 10 in the folded state is shown. The wiring member 10 in the unfolded state is, for example, a state in which the wiring member 10 is mounted on a vehicle or the like. In this state, the wiring member 10 is fixed to the vehicle. In addition, the terminal portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E are connected to various devices of the vehicle via the connectors 23 at the terminals. The wiring member 10 in the folded state is, for example, a state for storing or transporting the wiring member 10. For example, the wiring member 10 is transported in the folded state and is disposed in the vicinity of a vehicle that is an assembly target. Also, the wiring member 10 is directly disposed on the assembly target of the vehicle in the folded state and is unfolded on the assembly target.

[0040] The wiring member 10 includes a flat wiring member 20 and a plurality of identification portions 30.

[0041] The flat wiring member 20 is a flat wire harness in which a plurality of wire-like transmission members are gathered in a state of having a plurality of terminal portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. Here, the flat wiring member 20 includes a plurality of electric wires 22, a sheet 24.

[0042] The electric wire 22 is an example of the wire-like transmission member. The electric wire 22 includes a core wire, a covering layer. The core wire is a wire-like conductor formed of a conductive member such as a metal. The covering layer is an insulating portion that covers the periphery of the core wire. The wire-like transmission member can be a member that transmits electricity or light and the like. For example, the wire-like transmission member can be a bare conductor, a shielded wire, a stranded wire, an enameled wire, a nichrome wire, an optical fiber, or the like in addition to the electric wire.

[0043] The sheet 24 is a sheet-like member that holds the plurality of electric wires 22 in a flat state. The sheet 24 is formed of a resin or the like. The sheet 24 can also include a metal. The sheet 24 can also include a nonwoven fabric sheet. The plurality of electric wires 22 are branched on one main surface of the sheet 24 and are fixed in a parallel state. The fixing of the electric wires 22 to the sheet 24 is performed by fusion, adhesion, bonding, or the like. The fusion can be ultrasonic fusion or heat fusion. By fixing the plurality of electric wires 22 to one main surface of the sheet 24, the plurality of electric wires 22 are held in a flat state.

[0044] The flat wiring member 20 can be branched according to the positions of the respective electric components that are connection destinations. Here, an example in which the plurality of electric wires 22 are branched at a plurality of places (here, three places) is shown. In this case, the sheet 24 can be formed so as to be branched along the branching paths of the electric wires 22. The portion of the flat wiring member 20 in which the largest number of electric wires 22 are provided can be referred to as a trunk portion. In addition, the portion in which the electric wires 22 described above are branched from the trunk portion can be referred to as a branch portion. A cover can be attached to the sheet 24 from the electric wire 22 side.

[0045] Connectors 23 are attached to the ends of the plurality of electric wires 22. Here, at both ends of the trunk portion and at the ends of the branch portions, the electric wires 22 extend from the ends of the pieces 24. Terminals are attached to the ends of the electric wires 22 that extend from the ends of the pieces 24, and the terminals are inserted into the cavities of the connectors 23. The connectors can also be fixed to the ends of the pieces. In this case, the electric wires 22 can also not extend from the ends of the pieces 24.

[0046] In the present embodiment, end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E are provided at both ends of the trunk portion and at the ends of the plurality of branch portions. It can also be understood that the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E include the ends of the pieces 24, the ends of the electric wires 22 that are provided along the ends, and the connectors 23 to which the ends of the electric wires 22 are attached.

[0047] The flat wiring member 20 is not limited to the example described above. The plurality of electric wires can also be held in a flat state by a flat frame member or the like. The plurality of electric wires can also be directly joined in a state in which they are juxtaposed in a flat form. In addition, the flat wiring member 20 can also be held in a flat state in a state in which the plurality of wire-like conductors are insulated from each other by an insulating member, like an FPC (Flexible printed circuit), an FFC (Flexible Flat Cable), or the like. That is, the flat wiring member is a wiring member in which a plurality of wire-like conductors are held in a flat form in a state in which they are insulated from each other, and the overall thickness is formed to be smaller than the width. In addition, it is not necessary for the flat wiring member to have branch portions.

[0048] In the folded form, at least a portion of the flat wiring member 20 is folded. In the unfolded form, the portion that was folded in the folded form is unfolded. The flat wiring member 20 in the unfolded form is expanded to be larger than the flat wiring member 20 in the folded form. In other words, the flat wiring member 20 in the folded form becomes an area that is smaller than the flat wiring member 20 in the unfolded form.

[0049] Here, the trunk portion of the flat wiring member 20 is bent at a plurality of places (here, 2 places). The 2 bending places L1, L2 are present at positions separated in the length direction of the trunk portion. One bending place L1 is located at a position close to one end of the trunk portion, more specifically, at a position closer to the center in the length direction of the trunk portion than the end portion 28C. The other bending place L2 is located at a position close to the other end of the trunk portion, more specifically, at a position closer to the center in the length direction of the trunk portion than the end portion 28E. Thus, in the folded state, the both end portion sides of the trunk portion in the flat wiring member 20 are folded toward the center side. Thereby, the flat wiring member 20 in the folded state becomes relatively small. Here, the both end portion sides of the trunk portion in the flat wiring member 20 are folded in a non-coinciding manner with each other. Further, it is understood that the bending place is a place where, for example, rigidity is low in the flat wiring member 20. For example, the bending place can be a place where thickness is small in the flat wiring member 20. In addition, it is also understood that the bending place is a place where a crease is formed on the flat wiring member 20.

[0050] The plurality of identification portions 30 are provided in correspondence with a plurality of the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. Here, the plurality of identification portions 30 are provided in correspondence with all of the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. The plurality of identification portions can be provided in correspondence with at least 2 of the plurality of end portions.

[0051] The plurality of identification portions 30 are configured to provide mutually different identification information. The identification information can be provided as information that can be recognized by a human sense, or as information that can be recognized by a device. The information that can be recognized by a device can be, for example, information that is captured as mutually different images by a camera. In this case, the captured images can be recognized by image recognition processing such as pattern matching processing. In addition, the information that can be recognized by a device can be, for example, information provided via wireless communication.

[0052] In the present embodiment, a case where the plurality of recognition portions 30 are two-dimensional codes is shown. The two-dimensional code is a recognition display having information in two-dimensional directions by dots or the like. As the recognition portion 30, for example, a QR code (registered trademark) can be used. The plurality of recognition portions 30 can also be one-dimensional bar codes or the like. The plurality of recognition portions 30 respectively contain different recognition information. The recognition information contains numbers, letters, or the like that distinguish the respective end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. In a case where the order in which the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E are connected to the device is decided, it is desirable that the recognition information contain order information. In the recognition portion 30, kind information (whether the vehicle model, whether the device is always connected regardless of the option, or whether the device is connected or not connected depending on the vehicle model, the option, or the like) of the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D can also be contained. In the recognition portion 30, the kind (product number information) of the wiring member 10 or the like can also be contained.

[0053] In managing the wiring member 10, a person or a robot or the like reads the above-described recognition portion 30 using a code reading device, thereby distinguishing the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E.

[0054] Here, the recognition portion 30 is constituted by, for example, a label in which a two-dimensional code is printed on one side of a base material and an adhesive surface is formed on the other side. The recognition portion 30 is attached to either one of the faces of the sheet 24 or the connector 23 in the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. The recognition portion 30 can also be attached to the sheet 24 from the upper side of the electric wire 22. In a case where a cover is installed on the sheet 24, the recognition portion 30 can be attached to the cover. The recognition portion 30 can also be directly printed on the connector 23, the sheet 24, or the like by laser printing or the like. The recognition portion 30 can be provided at the width direction center of the sheet 24, the connector 23, or can be provided at a position close to one side in the width direction. Other examples of the recognition portion 30 are also described in the following modified examples.

[0055] The plurality of recognition portions 30 are provided to the flat wiring member 20 in a manner that the distribution area E2 of the plurality of recognition portions 30 in the folded state is smaller than the distribution area El of the plurality of recognition portions 30 in the unfolded state. When the bending portions LI, L2 of the flat wiring member 20 are bent, the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C approach each other from the end portions 28D, 28E. Therefore, the area in which the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E expand in the unfolded state is larger than the area in which the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E expand in the folded state. Further, here, the arrangement relationship of the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C is not changed between the unfolded state and the folded state. Similarly, the arrangement relationship of the end portions 28D, 28E is not changed.

[0056] In addition, in this case, the recognition portions 30 are attached to the end portions of the pieces 24 or the connectors 23 in the tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. In Figure 1 and Figure 2 In the tip portions 28A, 28E, the recognition portions 30 are provided to the connectors 23. In the tip portions 28B, 28C, 28D, the recognition portions 30 are provided to the end portions of the pieces 24. Therefore, the distribution area El of the recognition portions 30 in the unfolded state is larger than the distribution area E2 of the recognition portions 30 in the folded state. Further, the distribution areas El, E2 can be understood as, for example, the smallest square area including a plurality of the recognition portions 30.

[0057] In addition, in the folded state, it is desirable that the plurality of recognition portions 30 are set to the same posture. In Figure 2 In the example shown in FIG. 8, in the folded state, the plurality of recognition portions 30 are set to the same posture. Therefore, in the case where the plurality of recognition portions 30 are simultaneously imaged, the plurality of recognition portions 30 are observed in the same orientation. The posture of the recognition portions 30 in the unfolded state is determined in such a manner that the plurality of recognition portions 30 are set to the same posture in the folded state.

[0058] In addition, in the folded state, the plurality of recognition portions 30 can be provided to positions where they can be observed from the same side. In Figure 2 In the example shown in FIG. 8, in the folded state, the plurality of recognition portions 30 are provided to positions where they can be observed from the side of the folded side. In this case, the side of the surface (the surface in Figure 2 In this case, the both end portions of the flat wiring member 20 are each folded at one place at the bending portions LI, L2. Therefore, with respect to the tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E, the recognition portions are provided on the surface on the side opposite to the above-mentioned observation surface side.

[0059] According to the present embodiment, the plurality of recognition portions 30 are provided in correspondence with a plurality of the tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. In addition, in the state where the flat wiring member 20 is folded, the distribution area E2 of the plurality of recognition portions 30 is narrowed. Therefore, if the relatively small distribution area E2 is observed in the state where the flat wiring member 20 is folded, the recognition of the plurality of tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E can be performed. For example, if the relatively narrow distribution area E2 is imaged with a camera, the recognition of the plurality of tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E can be performed using the imaged image. Therefore, the recognition of the plurality of tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E of the flat wiring member 20 can be easily performed.

[0060] If the multiple ends 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, and 28E of the flat wiring component 20 are identified, then operations such as unfolding and connecting the multiple ends 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, and 28E performed by a robot can be easily carried out.

[0061] Furthermore, if the multiple recognition units 30 are marks that can be captured by a camera as different images, such as QR codes, then by performing image recognition processing on the captured images, the end units 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, and 28E can be recognized.

[0062] Furthermore, in the folded state, the multiple recognition units 30 are in the same posture. Therefore, in the folded state, it is easy to simultaneously capture images of multiple recognition units 30, thereby making it easier to identify each recognition unit 30 through image processing or the like.

[0063] Furthermore, in the folded state, multiple recognition units 30 can be viewed from the same side. Therefore, in the folded state, multiple recognition units 30 can be easily observed simultaneously.

[0064] Furthermore, when multiple identification units 30 contain sequence information, operations can be easily performed according to that sequence information. For example, operations such as smoothly connecting the end units 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, and 28E to the device in the order of unfolding from their folded state can be performed.

[0065] [Variation Example]

[0066] Various modifications based on the above-described embodiments will be described.

[0067] exist Figure 3 In the wiring component 110 of the first modified example shown, besides Figure 2 In addition to the folded shape shown, the end portion 28C is also bent along the bending portion L3 in a direction that intersects (or is orthogonal to) the bending portions L1 and L2. Therefore, the identification portion 30 corresponding to the end portion 28C is close to the identification portion 30 corresponding to the end portion 28B, etc. As a result, the distribution area of the multiple identification portions 30 is further reduced, making it easier to identify the multiple identification portions 30.

[0068] In this case, it is also preferable that the multiple identification parts 30 have the same posture. As in this first modified example, when there is an end part 28C that is bent in the vertical direction, the identification part 30 can also be attached upside down in the unfolded state, and in the bent state, the identification part has the same posture as the other identification parts in the vertical direction.

[0069] In addition, in the first modification example, it is also preferable to view the plurality of recognition portions 30 from the same surface side. With the portion remaining in the flat wiring member 20 that is not folded serving as a reference, the end portion 28C is bent at the two bending sites LI, L3. In this case, with respect to the recognition portion 30 corresponding to the end portion 28C, it is preferable to provide the recognition portion 30 to the end portion 28C on the same side as the observation surface with respect to the flat wiring member 20. That is, with the portion remaining in the flat wiring member that is not folded serving as a reference, it is preferable to provide the recognition portion to the portion folded an odd number of times on the opposite side as the observation surface with respect to the flat wiring member 20. In addition, with the portion remaining in the flat wiring member that is not folded serving as a reference, it is preferable to provide the recognition portion to the portion folded an even number of times on the same side as the observation surface with respect to the flat wiring member 20.

[0070] In Figure 4 In the wiring member 210 of the second modification example shown in FIG. 12, the bending site L2 is a line inclined with respect to the width direction of the flat wiring member 20. Therefore, the trunk portion of the flat wiring member 20 is folded along the bending site L2 inclined with respect to the width direction thereof. In this case, the portion of the trunk portion that is ahead of the portion folded obliquely becomes in an inclined posture with respect to the other portion. Therefore, the area in which the portion folded obliquely overlaps with the other portion becomes less. Therefore, the end portion of the trunk portion is folded into a more compact form in such a manner that the end portion does not coincide with the other portion as much as possible. Thus, the flat wiring member 20 is folded more compactly in a state in which the plurality of recognition portions 30 are exposed as much as possible.

[0071] The recognition portion 30 is preferably provided to the flat wiring member 20 in such a manner that the recognition portion 30 coincides with the posture of the other recognition portion 30 in the folded form corresponding to the posture.

[0072] In the second modification example, the intermediate portion of the flat wiring member 20 folded with the other portion is the base portion 20B. As shown in Figure 5 As with the wiring member 310 of the third modification example shown in FIG. 13, a base recognition portion 30B can also be provided to the base portion 20B. The base recognition portion 30B is not an end portion, but is a mark indicating that the base portion 20B.

[0073] In the case where the above-described base portion 20B is present, the wiring member 310 in the folded form can also be directly carried to the assembly target site in the vehicle, and be spread on the assembly target site. In this case, it is preferable that the base portion 20B be placed at a predetermined position of the assembly target site. If this work is taken into consideration, when the base portion 20B is recognized by the base recognition portion 30B, the wiring member 310 in the folded form can be easily carried to the assembly target site in such a manner that the base portion 20B is positioned at the predetermined position of the assembly target site. In addition, in a state where the base portion 20B serves as a reference, the spreading work of the other portion and the like can be easily performed.

[0074] In Figure 6 In the wiring member 410 of the fourth modification shown in FIG. 28, the identification portion 430 corresponding to the identification portion 30 is information that a person can identify as different, and here, a label to which a different number is added. The number can also indicate the order of work of the tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E.

[0075] According to the present modification, in the case where a person performs work, the tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E can be easily identified by the identification portion 430.

[0076] The identification portion 430 can also be photographed by a camera. In this case, a computer such as an image processing device can also perform pattern matching processing or the like on the photographed image, and perform identification of the tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E.

[0077] The plurality of identification portions 430 can also be adhesive tapes with colors. For example, in each of the identification portions 430, if at least one of the color, size, and number of pasting of the adhesive tape is different, it can be used as the identification portion 430 for identifying the tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. If the color and size of the adhesive tape are different, both a person and an image processing device can identify the tip portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E by the identification portion 430.

[0078] In Figure 7 In the wiring member 510 of the fifth modification shown in FIG. 29, the identification portion 530 corresponding to the identification portion 30 is a wireless communication device that stores identification information and can wirelessly transmit the identification information. As the wireless communication device, a device called a wireless tag or the like can also be used. The wireless communication device can also be configured as an electronic chip. For example, as shown in FIG. 30, the identification portion 530 is provided with a storage portion 534, a transmission and reception circuit 532, and a control portion 533. The storage portion 534 stores identification information related to the tip portions. The transmission and reception circuit 532 transmits and receives a wireless signal through an antenna 531. The control portion 533 is a processor that controls the processing of the storage portion 534 and the transmission and reception circuit 532 in accordance with a program stored in advance. Further, the control portion 533 transmits the identification information stored in the storage portion 534 to the outside through the transmission and reception circuit 532 and the antenna 531 in accordance with an instruction from the outside. Thereby, in a reading device on the outside, the identification information stored in the identification portion 530 can be read. Figure 8

[0079] For example, the operator or the robot moves the reading device near each of the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E, whereby the identification information of each of the identification portions 530 can be read in, and each of the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E can be identified. In this modification, the identification portion 530 does not need to be exposed in a manner that can be observed from the outside.

[0080] In Figure 9 In the wiring member 610 of the sixth modification shown in the drawing, the identification portion 630 corresponding to the identification portion 30 is a kind of mark provided by the edge shape of the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. That is, the shape of the sheet 24 of the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E is formed into mutually different shapes. The edge of the sheet 24 can be constituted by a curved line or formed by a straight line. For example, by changing the radius of curvature, size, and the like of the curved line, the identification portions 630 of mutually different shapes are formed.

[0081] In this case, the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E are identified by the identification portions 630 constituted by the edge shape of the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. A person can identify the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E by observing the edge shape of the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E. In addition, the end portions 28A, 28B, 28C, 28D, 28E can also be identified by image processing and the like by photographing the above edge shape by an image processing device.

[0082] Further, each of the structures explained in the above embodiments and each of the modifications can be appropriately combined as long as they do not contradict each other. For example, in the identification portion, both a two-dimensional code and a number that can be identified by a computer or the like can be printed. In addition, in the identification portion, a mark that can be photographed by a camera and a wireless communication device can be used in combination.
