Abstract
Description
[0001] This application is a divisional application of a patent application with an application date of December 20, 2019, application number 201911330370.0, and invention name "Wiling device for a coil with biocompatibility". Technical Field
[0002] The present disclosure relates generally to the field of coil winding, and in particular to a coil winding apparatus having a coating mechanism. Background Art
[0003] The coil is a common circuit element that works on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The coil winding process has a great influence on the performance of the coil and will affect the application range of the coil. With the continuous development of electronic and electrical technology, coil winding technology has gradually attracted people's attention.
[0004] Patent document 1 discloses an alcohol-soluble automatic winding method: the enameled wire first passes through an alcohol filter and is then fixed to a winding mechanism, the winding machine is started, the winding mechanism winds the enameled wire into a coil, and finally, a hot air mechanism is used to dry the coil to complete the winding of the coil.
[0005] Patent document 2 discloses a linear and planar motor coil winding device for winding flat or round enameled wires. The linear and planar motor coil winding device also includes an alcohol tank containing alcohol, and the enameled wire passes through the alcohol tank and is transferred to a winding die to be wound into a coil.
[0006] In the above coil winding technology, the cables used for winding the coil are all enameled wires with enameled layers. During the winding process, the enameled wire first passes through a container containing alcohol. The enameled layer of the enameled wire softens and becomes sticky after being soaked in alcohol. The enameled wire with the softened enameled layer is sent to the winding device and wound into a coil. Finally, the softened and sticky enameled layer bonds the enameled wires in the coil together. After the coil is wound, the alcohol evaporates to re-solidify the enameled layer, so that the coil is solidified and shaped.
[0007] However, the enameled layer of the enameled wire used in the above coil winding technology is usually not biocompatible, and the alcohol used to soften the enameled layer has certain biotoxicity. The coil wound by the above coil winding technology is usually not biocompatible and is not suitable for the field of biomaterials.

[0011] The inventors of the present disclosure found that how to wind a biocompatible coil is an aspect of the current prior art that still needs to be improved when studying the existing coil winding technology. To this end, the inventors of the present disclosure, after many experiments and studies, set a container containing a biocompatible adhesive in the winding device, and make the metal wire pass through the adhesive in the container and then wind it into a coil, so that the wound coil can be coated with the adhesive to make the coil biocompatible.
[0012] The present disclosure is made in view of the above situation, and its purpose is to provide a coil winding device with biocompatibility.
[0013] To this end, the present disclosure proposes a winding device for a biocompatible coil, which includes: a winding mechanism having a winding shaft for winding a metal wire; and a coating mechanism having a container for containing a biocompatible adhesive, in which a guide path is formed for allowing the metal wire to pass through the adhesive in the container and be wound around the winding mechanism to form a coil.
[0014] In the present disclosure, a winding mechanism having a winding shaft for winding a metal wire and a coating mechanism having a container for containing a biocompatible adhesive are provided, and a guide path is formed in the winding device so that the metal wire passes through the adhesive in the container and is wound on the winding mechanism to form a coil. Therefore, during the winding process, the metal wire passes through the biocompatible adhesive and is then wound on the winding mechanism to form a coil. As a result, the coil wound by the winding mechanism will be coated with the biocompatible adhesive, thereby improving the biocompatibility of the coil.
[0015] In the winding device involved in the present disclosure, optionally, the winding mechanism further includes a wire core connected to the winding shaft, the wire core is linked to the winding shaft, and the metal wire is wound on the wire core. In this case, the wire core can be rotated by rotating the winding shaft, so that the metal wire can be wound using the wire core.
[0016] In the winding device involved in the present disclosure, optionally, the winding mechanism also includes an auxiliary winding shaft coaxially arranged with the winding shaft.
[0017] In the winding device involved in the present disclosure, optionally, the winding mechanism further includes a first clamping member provided on the winding shaft and a second clamping member provided on the auxiliary winding shaft, and a gap for clamping the metal wire and the coil is formed between the first clamping member and the second clamping member. In this case, the metal wire and the coil can be clamped between the first clamping member and the second clamping member, and the metal wire is wound into a coil under the guidance of the first clamping member and the second clamping member, so that the metal wire can be stably guided and wound into a coil in the winding mechanism.
[0018] In the winding device of the present disclosure, optionally, the second clamping member has an opening arranged along the length direction of the winding shaft. In this case, an adhesive can be injected into the metal wire and the coil clamped between the first clamping member and the second clamping member through the opening, so that the metal wire and the coil are more fully covered by the adhesive.
[0019] In the winding device involved in the present disclosure, optionally, it also includes a shaping sleeve, and the shaping sleeve is used to fix the first clamping member and the second clamping member.
[0020] In the winding device involved in the present disclosure, optionally, it also includes an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the distance between the first clamping member and the second clamping member. In this case, the distance between the first clamping member and the second clamping member can be adjusted by operating the adjustment mechanism, so that the first clamping member and the second clamping member can better clamp the metal wire and the coil.
[0021] In the winding device involved in the present disclosure, optionally, the adjustment mechanism includes an adjustment member, an adjustment bracket, a connecting member and a push rod, the adjustment bracket is used to fix the adjustment member, the push rod is arranged in the auxiliary winding shaft and is used to push the second clamping member, the connecting member is used to connect the adjustment member and the push rod, and the adjustment member is operated to push the push rod, and then the push rod pushes the second clamping member, thereby adjusting the distance between the first clamping member and the second clamping member. In this case, the distance between the first clamping member and the second clamping member is adjusted by an adjustment mechanism with a specific mechanical structure, so that the process of adjusting the distance between the first clamping member and the second clamping member can be made more stable and convenient.
[0022] In the winding device involved in the present disclosure, optionally, a synchronization mechanism is further included to make the winding shaft and the auxiliary winding shaft rotate synchronously. In this case, during the process of the winding shaft rotating to drive the metal wire to be wound into a coil, the winding shaft and the auxiliary winding shaft can be kept rotating synchronously.

In this case, the synchronous rotation of the winding shaft and the auxiliary winding shaft is maintained by a synchronization mechanism with a specific mechanical structure, so that the process of keeping the winding shaft and the auxiliary winding shaft rotating synchronously can be made more stable.
[0024] In the winding device involved in the present disclosure, optionally, it also includes a driving mechanism connected to the winding shaft, and the driving mechanism is used to drive the winding shaft to rotate. In this case, by operating the driving mechanism, the winding shaft can be driven to rotate to drive the metal wire to be wound into a coil, so that power can be provided for the process of winding the metal wire into a coil in the winding device.

[0056] All references cited in the present disclosure are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety, as if fully set forth. Unless otherwise defined, the technical and scientific terms used in the present disclosure have the same meanings as those generally understood by those of ordinary skill in the art to which the present disclosure belongs. A general guide to the many terms used in the present disclosure is provided for those skilled in the art. Those skilled in the art will recognize that many methods and materials similar or equivalent to those described in the present disclosure can be used in the practice of the present disclosure. In fact, the present disclosure is by no means limited to the described methods and materials.
[0057] The present disclosure relates to a winding device, which can prepare a biocompatible coil that can be used as, for example, a circuit element by coating a biocompatible adhesive on the surface of, for example, a metal wire and winding the metal wire coated with the biocompatible adhesive. The winding device of the present disclosure is described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
[0058] Figure 1 1 is a schematic diagram showing the three-dimensional structure of a winding device 1 of a biocompatible coil 3 according to the present disclosure. Figure 2 It shows Figure 1 The three-dimensional structure of the winding device 1 is shown in FIG. Figure 3 It shows Figure 1 The winding device 1 shown is a schematic diagram in the winding state. Figure 4 It shows that Figure 3 The winding device 1 shown is a cutaway perspective view taken along the section line AA' in the winding state. Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 The winding device 1 is described in detail.
[0059] In this embodiment, if Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the winding device 1 may include a winding mechanism 10 and a coating mechanism 20. Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the winding mechanism 10 can be used to wind the metal wire 2, and the coating mechanism 20 can be used to coat the metal wire 2 with a biocompatible adhesive. In addition, a guide path L is formed in the winding device 1, and the guide path L can allow the metal wire 2 to pass through the adhesive and be wound on the winding mechanism 10 to form a coil 3.
[0060] In the process of using the winding device 1 of the present disclosure to wind the coil 3, the metal wire 2 may first pass through the biocompatible adhesive and then be wound into the coil 3 in the winding mechanism 10. Thus, the coil 3 wound by the winding mechanism 10 will be coated with the biocompatible adhesive, thereby improving the biocompatibility of the coil 3.
[0061] Figure 5 It shows Figure 1 A schematic structural diagram of a winding mechanism 10 in a winding device 1 is shown. Figure 6 It shows Figure 1 Another schematic structural diagram of the winding mechanism 10 in the winding device 1 is shown. Figure 7 It shows Figure 1 The schematic diagram of the connection between the winding reel 11 and the wire core 12 in the winding device 1 is shown. Figure 8 It shows Figure 7 The winding device 1 is a schematic diagram showing the separation of the winding spool 11 and the wire core 12. Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 and Figure 8 The wire winding mechanism 10 will be described in detail.
[0062] In some examples, the winding mechanism 10 may have a winding shaft 11 for winding the metal wire 2. In some examples, the winding shaft 11 may be substantially in the shape of an elongated cylinder and may rotate along its own circumferential direction with its own axis as the central axis (see Figure 5 and Figure 6 ). When the winding shaft 11 rotates, the metal wire 2 can be driven to be wound into the coil 3. In this case, the guide path L can be arranged along the circumference of the winding shaft 11, so that the metal wire 2 can be wound around the winding shaft 11 along the circumference of the winding shaft 11 to form the coil 3.
[0063] In addition, in some examples, the winding shaft 11 may include two cylinders, namely a first cylinder 11a and a second cylinder 11b (see Figure 7 ). In some examples, the bottom diameter of the first cylinder 11a can be greater than the bottom diameter of the second cylinder 11b. In some examples, the bottom surfaces of the first cylinder 11a and the second cylinder 11b are attached to each other to form a winding shaft 11. In some examples, the first cylinder 11a and the second cylinder 11b can be connected in a coaxial manner. In this case, the guide path L can be set on the side of the first cylinder 11a along the circumference of the first cylinder 11a, and the metal wire 2 can be wound around the side of the first cylinder 11a along the guide path L to form a coil 3.
[0064] In addition, in some examples, a flat cylinder 11c may be provided at the connection between the first cylinder 11a and the second cylinder 11b (see Figure 7 ). In some examples, the base radius of the oblate cylinder 11c may be slightly smaller than the base radius of the first cylinder 11a and the second cylinder 11b, and the two bases of the oblate cylinder 11c are respectively connected to the bases of the first cylinder 11a and the second cylinder 11b. In some examples, the oblate cylinder 11c may be connected to the first cylinder 11a and the second cylinder 11b in a coaxial manner.
[0065] In some examples, a groove 11 d (described later) for accommodating the wire core 12 may be further provided at one end of the first cylinder 11 a away from the second cylinder 11 b .
[0066] In some examples, the second cylinder 11b can be used to connect the winding shaft 11 and the fixing frame 30. In some examples, a protrusion 11e (described later) for connecting the driving mechanism 40 can also be provided at the end of the second cylinder 11b of the winding shaft 11 away from the first cylinder 11a.
[0067] The examples disclosed herein are not limited thereto, and the winding mechanism 10 may include a plurality of winding shafts 11. The plurality of winding shafts 11 may rotate simultaneously. In this case, the metal wire 2 may also be a plurality of metal wires, and the plurality of metal wires may be respectively driven by a plurality of winding shafts 11 to be wound into coils 3. The simultaneous rotation of a plurality of winding shafts 11 enables the winding of a plurality of coils 3 to be performed simultaneously, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the coils 3. In some examples, the winding shaft 11 may also be roughly in the shape of a prism, a truncated cone, a cone, a pyramid, or the like.
[0068] In some examples, the winding mechanism 10 may further include a wire core 12 coupled to the winding shaft 11 (see Figure 5 ).
[0069] In addition, in some examples, the wire core 12 can be linked with the winding shaft 11. The metal wire 2 can be wound into a coil 3 at the wire core 12 (see Figure 3 and Figure 4 ). In this case, the wire core 12 can be rotated by rotating the winding shaft 11, so that the metal wire 2 can be wound by the wire core 12. In this case, the guide path L can be set at the wire core 12, and when the wire core 12 rotates, the wire core 12 can drive the metal wire 2 to be wound into the coil 3 at the wire core 12 along the guide path L.
[0070] In addition, in some examples, the core 12 may be in the shape of a flat and long rectangular parallelepiped (see Figure 8), that is, the wire core 12 can have a smaller thickness and a larger length. In some examples, the wire core 12 can be accommodated in the groove 11d so as to be able to rotate with the winding shaft 11.
[0071] In addition, in some examples, the groove 11d may be in the shape of a flat rectangular parallelepiped that matches the wire core 12 (see Figure 8 ), that is, after the core 12 is placed in the groove 11d, the core 12 can be coaxial with the groove 11d. In some examples, the cross-section of the groove 11d along its depth direction is slightly larger than the cross-section of the core 12 along its axial direction. In some examples, the depth direction of the groove 11d can be parallel to the axial direction of the first cylinder 11a. In some examples, the center point of the cross-section of the groove 11d along its depth direction can be located on the central axis of the first cylinder 11a. In this case, after the core 12 is placed in the groove 11d, the core 12 can be coaxial with the first cylinder 11a.
[0072] In some examples, the wire core 12 can be removed from the groove 11d to achieve a detachable connection between the wire core 12 and the winding shaft 11 (see Figure 8 ).
[0073] In some examples, after the core 12 is placed in the groove 11d, a small portion of the core 12 may be exposed from the groove 11d (see Figure 5 ), that is, the length of the core 12 can be greater than the depth of the groove 11d. At this time, the guide path L can be set at the exposed portion of the core 12, and the metal wire 2 can be wound around the exposed portion of the core 12 along the guide path L to form the coil 3.
[0074] In some examples, the exposed portion of the wire core 12 may be further provided with a wire groove (not shown) for fixing the metal wire 2, and one end of the metal wire 2 is inserted into the wire groove to fix the metal wire 2 to the wire core 12. In some examples, the wire groove of the wire core 12 is located on the guide path L. When the wire core 12 rotates, since one end of the metal wire 2 is fixed to the wire core 12, the metal wire 2 can be wound into a coil 3 under the action of the rotation of the wire core 12.
[0075] In some examples, after the coil 3 is wound, the coil 3 and the wire core 12 can be removed from the winding shaft 11 together with the wire core 12 while the coil 3 is still wound around the wire core 12 .
[0076] In some examples, the winding shaft 11 may also have an elastic component (not shown). In some examples, the elastic component may be placed in the winding shaft 11 and fit with the wire core 12 placed in the groove 11d to provide a certain elastic force for the wire core 12 to slide in the groove 11d.
[0077] In some examples, the elastic component can be a column spring, whose axis can coincide with the axis of the cylinder of the winding shaft 11, and one end of which fits the wire core 12 placed in the groove 11d. In this case, when the wire core 12 slides in the groove 11d, it squeezes the column spring, thereby limiting the sliding of the wire core 12 in the groove 11d.
[0078] The examples disclosed herein are not limited thereto, and the elastic component in the winding reel 11 may be a leaf spring, a torsion spring, a spiral spring, etc. In some examples, the elastic component may also be a part made of elastic materials such as rubber, plastic, rubber, etc. In some examples, the elastic component may be an elastic cylinder made of rubber.
[0079] Fig. 9 It shows Figure 1 The first clamping member 13, the second clamping member 14, the wire core 12 and the winding shaft 11 in the winding device 1 are shown in FIG. Fig. 9 The first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 are described in detail.
[0080] In some examples, the wire winding mechanism 10 may have a first clamping member 13 and a second clamping member 14 disposed opposite to each other (see Figure 5 and Figure 6 In some examples, a gap 17 for clamping the metal wire 2 and the coil 3 may be formed between the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14 (see Fig. 9 In this case, the metal wire 2 and the coil 3 can be clamped between the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14, and the metal wire 2 is wound into the coil 3 under the guidance of the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14, so that the metal wire 2 can be stably guided and wound into the coil 3 in the winding mechanism 10.
[0081] At this time, the guide path L can be set between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 , and the metal wire 2 is clamped between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 and is wound into the coil 3 under the guidance of the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 .
[0082] In addition, in some examples, the first clamping member 13 may be in the shape of an oblate cylinder, and the second clamping member 14 may also be roughly in the shape of an oblate cylinder. In some examples, the bottom diameter of the first clamping member 13 may be equal to or slightly larger than or slightly smaller than the bottom radius of the second clamping member 14. In some examples, the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 are arranged opposite to each other, that is, the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 may be arranged coaxially, so that the circular bottom surfaces of the two oblate cylinders are opposite to each other and a gap 17 for clamping the metal wire 2 and the coil 3 is formed between the two opposite circular bottom surfaces. In some examples, the width of the gap 17 may be equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the metal wire 2. At this time, the guide path L may be set in the gap 17, and the metal wire 2 is clamped in the gap 17 between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14, and is wound into the coil 3 under the guidance of the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14.
[0083] In addition, in some examples, the first clamping member 13 may have a through slot (not shown). In some examples, the wire core 12 may pass through the through slot to pass through the first clamping member 13. In other examples, the wire core 12 may pass through the first clamping member 13 and be exposed from the through slot to form an exposed portion 12a. In some examples, the exposed portion 12a may be formed in the gap 17 (see Fig. 9 In some examples, the length of the exposed portion 12a may be equal to or slightly smaller than the width of the interval 17. At this time, the guide path L may be provided at the exposed portion 12a, and the metal wire 2 may be wound into the coil 3 at the exposed portion 12a.
[0084] In some examples, the through slot of the first clamping member 13 may be in a rectangular parallelepiped shape that matches the wire core 12. The axis of the through slot may coincide with the axis of the winding shaft 11. In some examples, the axis of the wire core 12 may be perpendicular to the bottom surface of the first clamping member 13.
[0085] The examples disclosed herein are not limited thereto, and the first clamping member 13 may also be in the shape of a flat rectangular parallelepiped, a truncated cone, etc. In some examples, the number of grooves 11d through which the wire core 12 can pass may also be multiple. In some examples, the surface of the first clamping member 13 may also be provided with a texture that is conducive to guiding the winding of the metal wire 2. In some examples, the first clamping member 13 may also have a structure that cooperates with the winding shaft 11, and is detachably connected to the winding shaft 11.
[0086] In some examples, the first clamping member 13 may also be provided with a fixing portion made of a magnet or other material having viscosity or suction force, so as to fix the first clamping member 13 to the winding reel 11 .
[0087] Fig.10 It shows Figure 1The schematic diagram shown is a state where the auxiliary winding shaft 15 and the second clamping member 14 in the winding device 1 are separated. Fig.11 It shows Figure 1 Another schematic diagram of the auxiliary winding shaft 15 and the second clamping member 14 in the winding device 1 is shown in the figure. Fig.10 and Fig.11 The auxiliary reel 15 is described in detail.
[0088] In some examples, the winding mechanism 10 may further include an auxiliary winding shaft 15 independent of the winding shaft 11 (see Figure 5 and Figure 6 ). In some examples, the second clamping member 14 may be coupled to the auxiliary winding shaft 15, and the first clamping member 13 may be coupled to the winding shaft 11. In some examples, the second clamping member 14 may be coaxially coupled to the auxiliary winding shaft 15, and the first clamping member 13 may be coaxially coupled to the winding shaft 11. In this case, the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 may be fixed to the winding shaft 11 and the auxiliary winding shaft 15, respectively, so that the gap 17 is formed between the winding shaft 11 and the auxiliary winding shaft 15, so that the metal wire 2 can be wound into the coil 3 between the winding shaft 11 and the auxiliary winding shaft 15.
[0089] In addition, in some examples, the auxiliary winding shaft 15 can be arranged opposite to the winding shaft 11, and the central axis of the auxiliary winding shaft 15 is on the same straight line as the central axis of the winding shaft 11. In some examples, the auxiliary winding shaft 15 can include an elongated cylinder 15a and an oblate cylinder 15b. The circular bottom surfaces of the elongated cylinder 15a and the oblate cylinder 15b are connected to form the auxiliary winding shaft 15. In some examples, the elongated cylinder 15a and the oblate cylinder 15b are coaxially connected.
[0090] In addition, in some examples, the second clamping member 14 may include three oblate cylinders. The three oblate cylinders are stacked in sequence to form the second clamping member 14. In some examples, the three oblate cylinders may be an oblate cylinder 14a, an oblate cylinder 14b, and an oblate cylinder 14c in sequence. The radius of the circular bottom surface of the three oblate cylinders, i.e., the oblate cylinder 14a, the oblate cylinder 14b, and the oblate cylinder 14c, decreases in sequence. In some examples, the oblate cylinder 14a, the oblate cylinder 14b, and the oblate cylinder 14c are stacked in a coaxial manner. In some examples, the bottom surface of the oblate cylinder 14a is opposite to the bottom surface of the first clamping member 13, and the oblate cylinder 14c is connected to the auxiliary winding shaft 15.
[0091] In addition, in some examples, the long cylinder 15a and the flat cylinder 15b can be hollow cylinders. In some examples, the flat cylinder 14c is inserted into the hollow flat cylinder 15b, so that the second clamping member 14 can be fixed to one end of the auxiliary winding shaft 15 (see Fig.10 and Fig.11 ). In some examples, the shape of the hollow portion of the flat cylinder 15b is the same as that of the flat cylinder 14c. In some examples, the cross-sectional diameter of the hollow portion of the flat cylinder 15b is equal to or slightly greater than the bottom diameter of the flat cylinder 14c. In some examples, the depth of the hollow portion of the flat cylinder 15b is equal to or slightly greater than the length of the flat cylinder 14c.
[0092] In some examples, the flat cylinder 14 c of the second clamping member 14 may be a torus. In some examples, the flat cylinder 14 a of the second clamping member 14 may be a truncated cone, and the circular bottom surface of the truncated cone with a smaller bottom radius is opposite to the first clamping member 13 .
[0093] The examples disclosed herein are not limited thereto, and the auxiliary winding shaft 15 may be in the shape of a cuboid, a prism, a truncated cone, etc. In some examples, the connection between the auxiliary winding shaft 15 and the second clamping member 14 may be an adhesive connection, a mechanical structure connection, or a connection using, for example, the mutual attraction of a magnet. In some examples, there may be multiple auxiliary winding shafts 15, and there may be multiple second clamping members 14 that cooperate with each auxiliary winding shaft 15.
[0094] Fig.12 It shows Figure 1 The three-dimensional structural diagram of the shaping sleeve 16 in the winding device 1 is shown. Fig.13 It shows Figure 1 The schematic diagram of the matching of the shaping sleeve 16 with the first clamping member 13, the second clamping member 14 and the wire core 12 in the winding device 1 is shown. Fig.12 and Fig.13 The calibrator 16 will be described in detail.
[0095] In some examples, the winding mechanism 10 may further include a sizing sleeve 16 (see Figure 5 and Figure 6 ). In some examples, the shaping sleeve 16 can cooperate with the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14, and the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14 are embedded in the shaping sleeve 16. In this case, the metal wire 2 and the coil 3 are kept clamped by the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14, and the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14 are embedded in the shaping sleeve 16, so that the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14 can be better fixed to better maintain the shape of the coil 3.
[0096] In addition, in some examples, the sizing sleeve 16 can be formed by a hollow cylinder 16a and a ring 16b connected together, the inner diameter of the bottom surface of the hollow cylinder 16a is the same as the outer diameter of the bottom surface of the ring 16b, the ring 16b is arranged at the bottom surface of the hollow cylinder 16a, and the outer circumference of the ring 16b is connected to the outer circumference of the hollow cylinder 16a (see Fig.12 In some other examples, the shaping sleeve 16 may also be formed in one piece by a cylindrical sleeve 16a and an annular component 16b matching the cylindrical sleeve.
[0097] In addition, in some examples, the size of the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 can match the inner diameter of the bottom circle of the hollow cylinder 16a, so that the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 can be embedded in the hollow cylinder 16a (see Fig.13 ).
[0098] In some examples, the inner radius of the ring 16 b may be slightly larger than the radius of the bottom circle of the auxiliary winding shaft 15 , so that the auxiliary winding shaft 15 can pass through the shaping sleeve 16 to fit the shaping sleeve 16 onto the auxiliary winding shaft 15 .
[0099] In addition, in some examples, the shaping sleeve 16 can be sleeved on the auxiliary winding shaft 15 , and the end of the shaping sleeve 16 without the ring can face the direction of the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 to accommodate the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 .
[0100] In addition, in some examples, the inner surface of the end of the shaped sleeve 16 without a ring can be provided with anti-slip stripes. In some examples, the inner surface of the end of the shaped sleeve 16 without a ring can be provided with threads (see Fig.13 In some examples, under the action of the anti-slip stripes or threads, the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 can be stably embedded in the shaping sleeve 16.
[0101] In some examples, after the coil 3 is wound, the coil 3, the wire core 12, the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14 can be embedded in the shaping sleeve 16. In this case, the coil 3 can be fixed after the coil 3 is wound to maintain the shape of the coil 3. In other examples, after the coil 3 is wound, the coil 3, the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14 can be embedded in the shaping sleeve 16.
[0102] In some examples, after the coil 3 is wound, the coil 3, the core 12, the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14 can be kept embedded in the shaping sleeve 16 to cure the coil 3. In this case, the shape of the coil 3 can be maintained during the curing process.
[0103] In some examples, the curing process may be selected from at least one of self-drying curing, baking curing, cooling curing, and heating curing. In this case, different curing methods may be selected according to the adhesive to achieve a better curing effect.
[0104] The examples disclosed in the present invention are not limited to this. The molding sleeve 16 may also be provided with a mechanical structure that cooperates with the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14, or may be provided with an inner pad made of a soft material such as rubber, plastic, etc., so that the molding sleeve 16 can receive the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 more stably and appropriately.
[0105] In some examples, the shaping sleeve 16 can also be designed as an openable ring structure. When the coil 3 is wound, the shaping sleeve 16 can be opened to separate it from the auxiliary winding shaft 15. After the coil 3 is wound, the opened shaping sleeve 16 can be directly sleeved on the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 to close it, so that the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 are sleeved therein.
[0106] Fig.14 It shows Figure 1 The bottom view of the second clamping member 14 in the winding device 1 is shown.
[0107] In some examples, the second clamping member 14 may also have an opening 141 arranged along the length direction of the winding shaft 11 (see Fig.14 In this case, the adhesive can be injected into the metal wire 2 and the coil 3 sandwiched between the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14 through the opening 141, so that the metal wire 2 and the coil 3 are more fully covered by the adhesive.
[0108] In addition, in some examples, after the coil 3 is wound, an adhesive may be injected between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 from the opening 141. In this case, the adhesive may be applied to the coil 3 again so that the coil 3 is more fully coated with the adhesive.
[0109] The examples disclosed herein are not limited thereto, and the opening 141 may also be provided as a structure that can be opened and closed, so as to control the opening and closing of the opening 141 as required, so that the adhesive is better stored between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14. In addition, a plurality of openings 141 may be provided. The openings 141 may be provided at various positions of the second clamping member 14, so that the adhesive may be injected into the coil 3 from various directions, so that the coil 3 is fully covered by the adhesive.
[0110] Fig.15 It shows Figure 1 The three-dimensional structural diagram of the coating mechanism 20 in the winding device 1 is shown. Fig.16 It shows Figure 1 The coating mechanism 20 in the winding device 1 is shown in a rear perspective view. Fig.17 It shows Fig.16 The coating mechanism 20 in the winding device 1 is shown as a cutaway perspective schematic diagram taken along the section line BB'. Fig.18 It shows Figure 1 The top view of the coating mechanism 20 in the winding device 1 is shown. Fig.15 , Fig.16 , Fig.17 and Fig.18 The coating mechanism 20 is described in detail.
[0111] In some examples, the coating mechanism 20 may include a container 21 for containing a biocompatible adhesive (see Fig.15 At this time, the guide path L can be set in the container 21, and the metal wire 2 can pass through the adhesive in the container 21 along the guide path L and then be sent to the winding mechanism 10 to be wound into the coil 3.
[0112] In addition, in some examples, the container 21 may include an outer wall 211 and a cavity 212 (see Fig.15 In some examples, the outer wall 211 may be roughly in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, and a cylindrical cavity 212 is formed in the outer wall 211. The cavity 212 may be used to accommodate a biocompatible adhesive. In some examples, the cavity 212 may be a cylindrical groove formed in the outer wall 211, and the opening of the groove 11d is formed on the upper surface of the outer wall 211.
[0113] The examples of the present disclosure are not limited thereto, and the number of containers 21 may be multiple. When winding a plurality of metal wires 2, the plurality of metal wires 2 may pass through the corresponding containers 21 respectively. In some examples, the outer wall 211 may be in the shape of a cube, a cylinder, a prism, etc. The cavity 212 may be in the shape of a cube, a cuboid, a prism, a truncated cone, a cone, etc.
[0114] In some examples, when the winding device 1 is used to wind the coil 3, the metal wire 2 may first pass through the biocompatible adhesive in the container 21 so that the biocompatible adhesive is coated on the metal wire 2. Then, the metal wire 2 coated with the biocompatible adhesive may be fixed on the winding shaft 11. Then, the winding shaft 11 is rotated to wind the metal wire 2 coated with the biocompatible adhesive into the coil 3. Since the metal wire 2 is coated with the biocompatible adhesive before being wound into the coil 3, the wound coil 3 will also be coated with the biocompatible adhesive, so that the coil 3 has a biocompatible outer layer, thereby improving the biocompatibility of the coil 3.
[0115] In some examples, the outer wall 211 may have a guide portion for guiding the metal wire 2 so that the metal wire 2 is immersed in the adhesive. In this case, the metal wire 2 is better guided through the container 21, and the metal wire 2 is better coated with a biocompatible adhesive.
[0116] In addition, in some examples, the guide portion may include a through hole 211a penetrating the outer wall 211 and a notch 211b formed on the outer wall 211 and opposite to the through hole 211a (see Fig.16 At this time, the guide path L can be formed in the guide portion, and the guide path L can guide the metal wire 2 to first pass through the notch 211b into the container 21, then pass through the adhesive in the container 21, and finally pass through the container 21 from the through hole 211a.
[0117] In some examples, when winding the coil 3, the metal wire 2 can first enter the container 21 from the gap 211b along the guide path L, then pass through the adhesive in the container 21, and finally pass through the container 21 from the through hole 211a, so that the metal wire 2 is immersed in the adhesive.
[0118] The examples disclosed herein are not limited thereto, and the guide portion may allow the metal wire 2 to penetrate the container 21 horizontally or vertically. In some examples, the container 21 may have multiple guide portions, so that multiple metal wires 2 may be guided simultaneously. In some examples, one guide portion may also guide multiple metal wires 2 simultaneously, in which case, multiple metal wires 2 may be guided simultaneously, thereby improving winding efficiency.
[0119] In some examples, the coating mechanism 20 may further include a wire pressing portion 22 for applying pressure to the metal wire 2 to damp the sliding of the metal wire 2 (see Fig.15 ). In this case, a tensioning force can be provided to the metal wire 2 during the winding process, so that the metal wire 2 remains taut, thereby making the winding process more stable.
[0120] In some examples, during the winding process, the metal wire 2 can be passed through the wire pressing portion 22 to apply pressure to the metal wire 2, so that the metal wire 2 is kept in a taut state. In this case, it can be prevented that the metal wire 2 is loose during the winding process and affects the winding process.
[0121] In some examples, the wire pressing portion 22 may include a pressure block 221, a first pressure sheet 222, a second pressure sheet 223, and an outer wall 224 (see Fig.17 ). In some examples, the pressure block 221, the first pressure sheet 222, and the second pressure sheet 223 may have the same bottom surface shape.
[0122] In some examples, a cavity 212 may be formed in the outer wall 224. In some examples, the cavity 212 may have a cross section that is the same as the bottom shape of the pressure block 221, the first pressure sheet 222, and the second pressure sheet 223. In some examples, the cross section of the cavity 212 may be equal to or slightly larger than the bottom surface of the pressure block 221, the first pressure sheet 222, and the second pressure sheet 223. The first pressure sheet 222 and the second pressure sheet 223 may be placed in the cavity 212. In the cavity 212, the second pressure sheet 223 may be placed at the bottom layer, the first pressure sheet 222 may be stacked on the second pressure sheet 223, and the pressure block 221 may be stacked on the first pressure sheet 222. In some examples, the depth of the cavity 212 may be equal to or slightly larger than the sum of the thickness of the first pressure sheet 222 and the thickness of the second pressure sheet 223.
[0123] In addition, in some examples, the cavity 212 may be cylindrical, and the first pressure sheet 222 and the second pressure sheet 223 may be oblate cylindrical. When the first pressure sheet 222 and the second pressure sheet 223 are placed in the cavity 212, they can cooperate with the cavity 212 to fill the cavity 212.
[0124] In some examples, the first pressure sheet 222 and the second pressure sheet 223 may be silicone sheets. The pressure block 221 may be an iron block.
[0125] In some examples, the outer wall 224 may also be formed with a notch 224a and a notch 224b (see Fig.18 In addition, in some examples, when the housing 212 formed by the outer wall 224 is in the shape of a cylinder, the notch 224a and the notch 224b may be arranged on the circumference of the cylinder in a relative manner.
[0126] In addition, in some examples, the notch 224a of the outer wall 224 and the notch 211b of the outer wall 211 may be the same notch, that is, the outer wall 224 and the outer wall 211 share a notch and are connected together. In this case, the guide path L may pass through the wire pressing portion 22. The guide path L may guide the metal wire 2 to pass through the notch 224b into the wire pressing portion 22, and after passing through between the first pressure plate 222 and the second pressure plate 223, pass through the wire pressing portion 22 from the notch 224a (also the notch 211b) to enter the container 21, and then pass through the adhesive in the cavity 212 and pass out from the through hole 211a.
[0127] In some examples, when winding the coil 3, the metal wire 2 can be passed through the notch 224b into the wire pressing portion 22, and after passing through between the first pressure plate 222 and the second pressure plate 223, it can pass through the notch 224a (also the notch 211b) out of the wire pressing portion 22 and enter the container 21. After entering the container 21, the metal wire 2 passes through the adhesive in the cavity 212, passes through the through hole 211a, enters the winding mechanism 10, and is wound into the coil 3. In this process, the pressure block 221 presses the first pressure plate 222 and the second pressure plate 223, so that the metal wire 2 can be clamped between the first pressure plate 222 and the second pressure plate 223, thereby damping the sliding of the metal wire 2.
[0128] The examples disclosed herein are not limited thereto, and the first pressure sheet 222 and the second pressure sheet 223 may be other sheet-like objects, such as rubber sheets, plastic sheets, metal sheets, etc. In some examples, the first pressure sheet 222 and the second pressure sheet 223 may be a soft block-like object having a channel through which the metal wire 2 can pass. The soft block-like object is squeezed by the pressure block 221 to deform the channel, thereby applying pressure to the metal wire 2. In some examples, the first pressure sheet 222 and the second pressure sheet 223 may also be pulleys with two connected contours, and the metal wire 2 passes through the contours where the two pulleys are connected, thereby clamping the metal wire 2.
[0129] Fig.19 It shows Figure 1 The following is a perspective exploded view of the adjustment mechanism 60 in the winding device 1. Fig.19 The adjustment mechanism 60 is described in detail.
[0130] In some examples, the winding device 1 may further include an adjustment mechanism 60 for adjusting the distance between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 (see Figure 1 and Figure 2 In this case, the distance between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 can be adjusted by operating the adjustment mechanism 60, so that the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 can better clamp the metal wire 2 and the coil 3.
[0131] In addition, in some examples, the adjustment mechanism 60 may include an adjustment member 61, an adjustment bracket 62, and a connection member 63 (see Fig.19) and a push rod (not shown). In some examples, the adjusting member 61 may be movably disposed on the adjusting bracket 62. The push rod may be placed in the auxiliary winding shaft 15 and used to push the second clamping member 14. The connecting member 63 may be used to connect the adjusting member 61 and the push rod. When the winding device 1 is used, the adjusting member 61 may be operated to push the push rod, and then the push rod pushes the second clamping member 14, thereby adjusting the spacing between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14. In this case, the spacing between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 can be more conveniently adjusted.
[0132] In addition, in some examples, the adjusting member 61 can be a bolt, and the bolt is roughly in a shape composed of a small cylinder and a long cylinder superimposed, the small cylinder is the head of the bolt, and the long cylinder is the tail of the bolt. The adjusting bracket 62 can be composed of a T-shaped base and a bracket roughly connected by a rectangular parallelepiped and a semi-cylinder. In some examples, the thickness of the rectangular parallelepiped can be the same as the thickness of the semi-cylinder. The semi-cylinder on the bracket can be provided with a through hole capable of receiving the bolt. The bolt can be inserted into the through hole and pass through the through hole to expose the tail. The tail of the bolt can be connected to the connecting member 63. In some examples, the bolt and the connecting member 63 can be connected in a coaxial manner. The connecting member 63 can be formed by superimposing two cylinders, the two cylinders are respectively a large cylinder and a small cylinder, the bottom radius of the large cylinder is slightly larger than the bottom radius of the small cylinder, the bottom surface of the large cylinder is connected to the tail of the bolt, and the bottom surface of the small cylinder is connected to the push rod. The auxiliary winding shaft 15 may be hollowed out to receive the push rod. The push rod is placed in the auxiliary winding shaft 15, the push rod head may be connected to the second clamping member 14 and the push rod tail may be connected to the connecting member 63. In some examples, the bolt, the through hole of the adjustment bracket 62, the connecting member 63 and the central axis of the push rod may be on the same horizontal line. In some examples, the bolt, the through hole of the adjustment bracket 62, the connecting member 63 and the central axis of the push rod may be collinear.
[0133] In some examples, when the winding device 1 is used, the bolt can be rotated to screw into or out of the through hole of the adjustment bracket 62, thereby changing the length of the portion of the bolt exposed from the through hole of the adjustment bracket 62. In the process of screwing the bolt into or out of the through hole of the adjustment bracket 62, the bolt can push the connecting member 63, then the connecting member 63 can push the push rod, and finally the push rod can push the second clamping member 14, thereby adjusting the distance between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14.
[0134] The examples disclosed herein are not limited thereto, and the push rod may also be provided with a scale to measure the distance the second clamping member 14 is pushed. The bolt may also be provided with a scale to accurately adjust the distance between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 .

[0145] In some examples, the winding device 1 may further include a driving mechanism 40 connected to the winding shaft 11 (see Figure 1 and Figure 2 ). The driving mechanism 40 can be used to drive the winding shaft 11 to rotate. In this case, the driving mechanism 40 can be operated to drive the winding shaft 11 to rotate so as to drive the metal wire 2 to be wound into the coil 3, thereby providing power for the process of winding the metal wire 2 into the coil 3 in the winding device 1.

The adhesive is applied to the metal wire 2 by the coating mechanism 20 (step S200). The metal wire 2 coated with the adhesive is fixed to the winding mechanism 10, and the metal wire 2 is wound into the coil 3 by the winding mechanism 10 (step S300).
[0156] In some examples, in step S100 , a metal wire 2 for winding into a coil 3 and a biocompatible adhesive may be prepared.
[0157] In some examples, the winding device 1 may have a winding spool 11 for winding the metal wire 2 .

[0165] In some examples, in step S200, the metal wire 2 may pass through the container 21 along the guide portion. In this case, the process of coating the metal wire 2 with the adhesive can be made more stable.
[0166] In some examples, adhesive can be injected into the coil 3 sandwiched between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 through the opening 141, so that the coil 3 is fully covered by the adhesive. In some examples, after the coil 3 is wound, the adhesive can be injected into the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 through the opening 141. [0173] In some examples, the winding device 1 may include a driving mechanism 40 connected to the winding shaft 11 , and the winding shaft 11 is rotated by controlling the driving mechanism 40 .
[0174] In some examples, the handle portion 41 may be shaken to rotate the reel 11 .
[0175] In some examples, in step S300, the metal wire 2 and the coil 3 may be clamped between the first clamp 13 and the second clamp 14 to clamp the metal wire 2 and the coil 3. In this case, the process of winding the metal wire 2 into the coil 3 can be made more stable.

[0177] In some examples, the adjusting member 61 can be operated to push the push rod, and then the push rod pushes the second clamping member 14 , thereby adjusting the distance between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 to clamp the metal wire 2 between the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 .
[0178] When the coil 3 is wound, the metal wire 2 first passes through the biocompatible adhesive and then is wound into the coil 3 in the winding mechanism 10. The wound coil 3 is coated with the adhesive, thereby improving the biocompatibility of the coil 3.
[0179] In some examples, the metal wire 2 may be fixed to the wire core 12 in step S300 (step S310 ). In this case, the coil 3 may be wound around the wire core 12 to form the coil 3 .
[0180] In some examples, in step S310 , one end of the metal wire 2 may be inserted into a wire groove of the wire core 12 to fix the metal wire 2 to the wire core 12 .
[0181] In some examples, step S300 may further include maintaining the shape of the coil 3 (step S320). In this case, the shape of the coil 3 can be maintained after the coil 3 is wound.
[0182] In some examples, in step S320, the first clamping member 13 and the second clamping member 14 may be covered with a shaping sleeve 16 to maintain the shape of the coil 3. In this case, the shape of the coil 3 can be maintained after the coil 3 is wound.
[0183] In some examples, step S300 may further include curing the adhesive applied on the coil 3 (step S330). In this case, the wound coil 3 can be cured and formed.
[0184] In some examples, the curing process may be selected from at least one of self-drying curing, baking curing, cooling curing, and heating curing. In this case, a suitable curing process can be selected according to actual needs.
