Furthermore, as the mounting portion 2e, a locking portion 9 to which a clip (not shown) is mounted is provided.

[0039] Figure 4 This is the appearance diagram of the first bolt 5. Figure 4 (a) is a top view, Figure 4 (b) is the side view. Figure 4 (a) and Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 5( b ), the first bolt 5 includes a shaft portion 5 a (first shaft portion), a rotation preventing portion 5 b (first head portion plate), and a washer 5 c (first midway portion plate).

[0040] The shaft portion 5a is a rod component having an external thread formed on the circumference of at least the front end 5a1 side for engaging a nut. Furthermore, when the tailgate trim 1 of this embodiment is fixed to the tailgate panel 101, the first bolt 5 is positioned such that the front end 5a1 of the shaft portion 5a faces the tailgate panel 101. The axis of the shaft portion 5a is the axis L1 of the first bolt 5. The diameter of the shaft portion 5a is set to a size sufficient to allow the shaft portion 5a to be inserted into the bolt insertion notch 7a1 of the first fastening portion 7, which will be described later. In the following description, the end of the shaft portion 5a opposite the front end 5a1 is referred to as the rear end. When the first bolt 5 is attached to the first fastening portion 7, the shaft portion 5a is inserted into the bolt insertion notch 7a1 of the first fastening portion 7, which will be described later.

[0041] The rotation preventing portion 5b is connected to the rear end of the shaft portion 5a. This rotation preventing portion 5b is a plate-shaped portion provided so as to bulge in the radial direction of the shaft portion 5a from the shaft portion 5a. As shown in (a) of FIG. 10, the rotation preventing portion 5b is formed in a rectangular shape having a pair of long sides 5bl and a pair of short sides 5b2 as viewed in the direction along the axis Ll. In addition, in the present embodiment, the direction along the long sides 5bl of the rotation preventing portion 5b is the direction of movement when the first bolt 5 is attached to or detached from the first fastening portion 7. The rotation preventing portion 5b is formed in a plate shape having a smaller thickness dimension (dimension in the direction along the axis Ll) than the short sides 5b2. Figure 4

[0042] In a state in which the first bolt 5 is attached to the first fastening portion 7, such a rotation preventing portion 5b is disposed in the space on the side opposite the rear hatch panel 101 of the fastening wall 7a of the first fastening portion 7 described later. In the case of the nut of the shaft portion 5a in which the first bolt 5 is attached, the rotation preventing portion 5b abuts against a portion of the first fastening portion 7, thereby preventing the first bolt 5 from rotating in the circumferential direction about the axis Ll.

[0043] In addition, as described above, the direction along the long sides 5bl of the rotation preventing portion 5b is the direction of movement when the first bolt 5 is attached to or detached from the first fastening portion 7. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the width dimension Dl of the rotation preventing portion 5b as viewed in the direction into the space of the fastening wall 7a on the side opposite the rear hatch panel 101 is the interval dimension of the long sides 5bl (length dimension of the short sides 5b2).

[0044] The washer 5c is provided at a position closer to the front end 5al of the shaft portion 5a than the rotation preventing portion 5b. The washer 5c is provided so as to bulge in the radial direction of the shaft portion 5a from the shaft portion 5a and is formed in a circular shape as viewed in the direction along the axis Ll. This washer 5c is formed in a circular plate shape having a smaller thickness dimension (dimension in the direction along the axis Ll) than the diameter.

[0045] In a state in which the first bolt 5 is attached to the first fastening portion 7, such a washer 5c is disposed in the space of the fastening wall 7a of the first fastening portion 7 on the side of the rear hatch panel 101 described later. The washer 5c abuts against the surface of the rear hatch panel 101 as needed via, for example, a sealing washer or the like for waterproofing, which is not shown. That is, the washer 5c directly or indirectly abuts against the surface of the rear hatch panel 101.

[0046] In addition, as described above, the direction along the long sides 5bl of the rotation preventing portion 5b is the direction of movement when the first bolt 5 is attached to or detached from the first fastening portion 7. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the width dimension D2 of the washer 5c as viewed in the direction into the space of the fastening wall 7a on the side of the rear hatch panel 101 is the diameter dimension of the washer 5c.

[0047] Figure 5 is an external view of the second bolt 6, Figure 5 (a) of FIG. 6 is a plan view, Figure 5 (b) of FIG. 6 is a side view. As Figure 5 (a) and Figure 5 (b) of FIG. 6, the second bolt 6 has a shaft portion 6a (second shaft portion), a rotation prevention portion 6b (second head portion plate), and a washer 6c (second intermediate portion plate).

[0048] The shaft portion 6a is a bar member in which an external thread for screwing a nut is formed on a peripheral surface at least on the side of a front end 6al. In addition, in a state where the rear quarter trim 1 of the present embodiment is fixed to the rear quarter panel 101, the second bolt 6 is arranged such that the front end 6al of the shaft portion 6a faces the side of the rear quarter panel 101. The shaft center of this shaft portion 6a is the shaft center L2 of the second bolt 6. The diameter of the shaft portion 6a is set to a size such that the shaft portion 6a can be inserted into the bolt insertion slit 8al of the second fastening portion 8 described later. In addition, in the following description, the end on the side opposite the front end 6al of the shaft portion 6a will be referred to as the rear end. In a state where the second bolt 6 is installed to the second fastening portion 8, such a shaft portion 6a is inserted into the bolt insertion slit 8al of the second fastening portion 8 described later.

[0049] The rotation prevention portion 6b is connected to the rear end of the shaft portion 6a. This rotation prevention portion 6b is a plate-shaped portion provided so as to bulge in the radial direction of the shaft portion 6a from the shaft portion 6a. As Figure 5 indicated in (a) of FIG. 6, the rotation prevention portion 6b is formed in a rectangular shape having a pair of long sides 6bl and a pair of short sides 6b2 when viewed in the direction along the shaft center L2. In addition, in the present embodiment, the direction along the long sides 6bl of the rotation prevention portion 6b is the direction of movement when the second bolt 6 is attached to or detached from the second fastening portion 8. The rotation prevention portion 6b is formed in a plate shape having a thickness dimension (dimension in the direction along the shaft center L2) smaller than the short sides 6b2.

[0050] In a state where the second bolt 6 is installed to the second fastening portion 8, such a rotation prevention portion 6b is arranged in the space on the side opposite the rear quarter panel 101 of the fastening wall 8a of the second fastening portion 8 described later. In the case where a nut is installed to the shaft portion 6a of the second bolt 6, the rotation prevention portion 6b abuts against a portion of the second fastening portion 8, thereby preventing the second bolt 6 from rotating in the circumferential direction about the shaft center L2.

[0051] In addition, as described above, the direction along the long sides 6bl of the rotation prevention portion 6b is the direction of movement when the second bolt 6 is attached to or detached from the second fastening portion 8. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the width dimension D3 of the rotation prevention portion 6b as viewed in the direction into the space on the side opposite the rear quarter panel 101 of the fastening wall 8a is the dimension (length dimension of the short sides 6b2) of the interval between the long sides 6bl.

[0052] The gasket 6c is provided at a position closer to the front end 6al of the shaft portion 6a than the rotation prevention portion 6b. The gasket 6c is provided so as to bulge radially from the shaft portion 6a, and is formed in a circular shape as viewed in the direction along the shaft center L2. The gasket 6c is formed in a circular plate shape having a thickness dimension (dimension in the direction along the shaft center L2) smaller than the diameter.

[0053] In a state where the second bolt 6 is installed to the second fastening portion 8, such a gasket 6c is arranged in a space of the rear hatch panel 101 side of the fastening wall 8a of the second fastening portion 8 described later. The gasket 6c abuts against the surface of the rear hatch panel 101 as needed via, for example, a sealing gasket or the like for waterproofing, which is not shown. That is, the gasket 6c directly or indirectly abuts against the surface of the rear hatch panel 101.

[0054] Further, as described above, the direction along the long side 6bl of the rotation prevention portion 6b is the direction of movement when the second bolt 6 is attached to or detached from the second fastening portion 8. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the width dimension D4 of the gasket 6c as viewed in the direction into the space of the rear hatch panel 101 side of the fastening wall 8a is the diameter dimension of the gasket 6c.

[0055] Here, if the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 are compared, at least one of the length dimension and the diameter dimension of the shaft portion 5a and the shaft portion 6a, for example, differs depending on the kind of the nut to be installed or the like. That is, the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 are bolts of different kinds, and cannot be substituted for each other.

[0056] In the present embodiment, such the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 differ in the shape as viewed in the direction of installation to the installation portion 2e. Specifically, the width dimension D4 of the gasket 6c of the second bolt 6 is larger than the width dimension D3 of the gasket 5c of the first bolt 5, and is larger than the interval dimension Dc of the one-plate-side protrusion 7c and the other-plate-side protrusion 7c of the first fastening portion 7 from each other, which is described later.

[0057] Further, the width dimension Dl of the rotation prevention portion 5b of the first bolt 5 is larger than the width dimension D2 of the rotation prevention portion 6b of the second bolt 6, and is larger than the interval dimension Db of the one-panel-opposite-side protrusion 8b and the other-panel-opposite-side protrusion 8b of the second fastening portion 8 from each other, which is described later. Further, the width dimension D2 of the rotation prevention portion 6b of the second bolt 6 is smaller than the interval dimension Db of the one-panel-opposite-side protrusion 8b and the other-panel-opposite-side protrusion 8b of the second fastening portion 8 from each other.

[0058] Figure 6 is an appearance view of the first fastening portion 7, Figure 5 (a) of FIG. 1 is a plan view as viewed from the normal direction of the inner wall surface 2a4 of the appearance wall 2a, Figure 6 (b) of FIG. 1 is a plan view as viewed from Figure 6(a) is a side view viewed in the direction of arrow A. The first fastening portion 7 includes a fastening wall 7a (first fastening wall), an opposite-panel-side protrusion 7b (first opposite-panel-side protrusion), and a panel-side protrusion 7c (first panel-side protrusion).

[0059] The fastening wall 7a is the wall portion to which the first bolt 5 is attached. It is positioned approximately parallel to the rear tailgate panel 101 (the inner wall surface 2a4 of the exterior wall 2a). The anti-rotation portion 5b of the first bolt 5 abuts the fastening wall 7a from the side opposite the rear tailgate panel 101. By screwing a nut onto the front end 5a1 of the first bolt 5, the first bolt 5 is pulled closer to the rear tailgate panel 101, and the anti-rotation portion 5b presses against the surface of the fastening wall 7a opposite the rear tailgate panel 101.

[0060] like Figure 6 As shown in (a), a bolt insertion notch 7a1 is formed in the fastening wall 7a. The bolt insertion notch 7a1 is a substantially C-shaped recessed portion that opens onto one side of the rectangular fastening wall 7a when viewed from above. The opening on one side of the bolt insertion notch 7a1 serves as an entrance 7a2 for inserting and exiting the shaft 5a of the first bolt 5 into and out of the bolt insertion notch 7a1. In this embodiment, the entrance 7a2 opens in the direction in which the exterior wall 2a extends (i.e., the vehicle width direction).

[0061] The central portion of the bolt insertion notch 7a1 is formed into a circular shape slightly larger than the diameter of the shaft portion 5a of the first bolt 5, allowing the shaft portion 5a to be inserted therethrough. Furthermore, a pair of notches 7a3 are provided near the entrance portion 7a2 of the bolt insertion notch 7a1. These notches 7a3 prevent the shaft portion 5a inserted through the central portion from easily falling out of the bolt insertion notch 7a1.

[0062] In this bolt insertion notch 7a1, the shaft portion 5a of the first bolt 5 is formed so as to be movable in the radial direction of the shaft portion 5a via the inlet portion 7a2, thereby being inserted and removed. Specifically, in the bolt insertion notch 7a1, the shaft portion 5a of the first bolt 5 is formed so as to be movable in the radial direction of the shaft portion 5a via the inlet portion 7a2, thereby being inserted and removed from the bolt insertion notch 7a1. In other words, in this embodiment, the fastening wall 7a includes the bolt insertion notch 7a1 that allows the shaft portion 5a of the first bolt 5 to be inserted and removed in the radial direction of the shaft portion 5a.

[0063] Two panel-opposite-side protrusions 7b are provided projecting from the fastening wall 7a on the side opposite to the rear tailgate panel 101. These two panel-opposite-side protrusions 7b, i.e., a pair of panel-opposite-side protrusions 7b, are arranged so as to sandwich the inlet 7a2, and at least a portion thereof is positioned closer to the inlet 7a2 than the center of the bolt insertion notch 7a1.

[0064] The panel opposite side protrusions 7b regulate the size of an object that can enter the space on the opposite side of the fastening wall 7a from the hatchback panel 101. That is, the two panel opposite side protrusions 7b prevent an object whose size is larger than the interval size Da between the two from entering the space on the opposite side of the fastening wall 7a from the hatchback panel 101.

[0065] In the present embodiment, the interval size Da between one panel opposite side protrusion 7b and the other panel opposite side protrusion 7b is larger than the width size Dl of the rotation prevention portion 5b of the first bolt 5. Therefore, the panel opposite side protrusions 7b allow the rotation prevention portion 5b of the first bolt 5 to enter the space on the opposite side of the fastening wall 7a from the hatchback panel 101.

[0066] The panel opposite side protrusions 7b extend in a straight line along the long side 5bl of the rotation prevention portion 5b, which is disposed in the space on the opposite side of the fastening wall 7a from the hatchback panel 101. Therefore, when the rotation prevention portion 5b is to be rotated in the circumferential direction centered on the axis Ll of the first bolt 5, the rotation prevention portion 5b comes into abutment with the panel opposite side protrusions 7b, preventing the first bolt 5 from rotating about the axis Ll.

[0067] In addition, the panel opposite side protrusions 7b extend to the opposite side from the hatchback panel 101 before reaching the appearance wall 2a, and are connected to the inner wall surface 2a4 of the appearance wall 2a. The panel opposite side protrusions 7b also function as support portions that support the fastening wall 7a so that a gap is formed between the fastening wall 7a and the inner wall surface 2a4 of the appearance wall 2a. In the present embodiment, the panel opposite side protrusions 7b are connected to the inner wall surface 2a4 of the side wall provided at the end portion of the appearance wall 2a, for example.

[0068] The two panel side protrusions 7c are provided so as to protrude from the hatchback panel 101 side of the fastening wall 7a toward the hatchback panel 101 side. The two panel side protrusions 7c, i.e., the pair of panel side protrusions 7c, are disposed so as to sandwich the entrance portion 7a2, at a position closer to the entrance portion 7a2 side than to the central portion of the bolt insertion cutout 7al. The panel side protrusions 7c regulate the size of an object that can enter the space on the hatchback panel 101 side of the fastening wall 7a. That is, the two panel side protrusions 7c prevent an object whose size is larger than the interval size Db between the two from entering the space on the hatchback panel 101 side of the fastening wall 7a.

[0069] In the present embodiment, the interval size Db between one panel side protrusion 7c and the other panel side protrusion 7c is smaller than the width size D4 of the washer 6c of the second bolt 6. Therefore, the panel side protrusions 7c prevent the washer 6c of the second bolt 6 from entering the space on the hatchback panel 101 side of the fastening wall 7a.

[0070] Further, in the present embodiment, the interval dimension Db of one panel side protrusion 7c and the other panel side protrusion 7c is larger than the width dimension D3 of the washer 5c of the first bolt 5. Therefore, these panel side protrusions 7c allow the washer 5c of the first bolt 5 to enter the space on the rear door panel 101 side of the fastening wall 7a.

[0071] Figure 7 is an appearance view of the second fastening portion 8, Figure 7 (a) of FIG. 8 is a plan view as viewed from the normal direction of the inner wall surface 2a4 of the appearance wall 2a, Figure 7 (b) of FIG. 8 is a side view as viewed from the arrow B direction of (a) of FIG. 8. The second fastening portion 8 has a fastening wall 8a (second fastening wall) and a panel opposite side protrusion 8b (second panel opposite side protrusion). Figure 7

[0072] The fastening wall 8a is a wall portion in which the second bolt 6 is installed, and is disposed substantially in parallel with the rear door panel 101 (the inner wall surface 2a4 of the appearance wall 2a). The rotation prevention portion 6b of the second bolt 6 abuts against this fastening wall 8a from the side opposite the rear door panel 101. By screwing a nut on the front end 5a1 side of the second bolt 6, the second bolt 6 is pulled close to the rear door panel 101 side, and the side of the fastening wall 8a opposite the rear door panel 101 is pressed by the rotation prevention portion 6b.

[0073] As shown in (a) of FIG. 8, a bolt insertion cutout 8a1 is formed in the fastening wall 8a. The bolt insertion cutout 8a1 is a substantially C-shaped recess provided to open on one side of the fastening wall 8a which is rectangular in plan view. Further, the opening of the bolt insertion cutout 8a1 provided on one side of the fastening wall 8a is used as an entrance portion 8a2 for the shaft portion 6a of the second bolt 6 to enter and exit the bolt insertion cutout 8a1. In the present embodiment, the entrance portion 8a2 opens in the direction in which the appearance wall 2a extends (i.e., the vehicle width direction). Figure 7 The central portion of the bolt insertion cutout 8a1 is formed in a circular shape slightly larger than the diameter dimension of the shaft portion 6a of the second bolt 6, and is formed so as to be able to insert the shaft portion 6a. Further, a pair of notches 8a3 is provided in the vicinity of the entrance portion 8a2 of the bolt insertion cutout 8a1, and the pair of notches 8a3 is used to suppress the shaft portion 6a inserted in the central portion from easily coming off the bolt insertion cutout 8a1.

[0074]

[0075] In the bolt insertion cutout 8a1, the shaft portion 6a of the second bolt 6 is formed so as to be movable in the radial direction of the shaft portion 6a via the entrance portion 8a2. That is, in the bolt insertion cutout 8a1, the shaft portion 6a of the second bolt 6 is formed so as to be movable in the radial direction of the shaft portion 6a via the entrance portion 8a2, thereby entering and exiting the bolt insertion cutout 8a1. That is, in the present embodiment, the fastening wall 8a has the bolt insertion cutout 8a1 that allows the shaft portion 6a of the second bolt 6 to enter and exit in the radial direction of the shaft portion 6a.

[0076] Two panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b are provided so as to protrude from the side of the fastening wall 8a that faces the side opposite the back door panel 101. These two panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b, or pair of panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b, are arranged so as to sandwich the entrance portion 8a2 therebetween, and at least a portion of the panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b is arranged closer to the entrance portion 8a2 than to the central portion of the bolt insertion cutout 8a1.

[0077] These panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b regulate the size of an object that can enter the space on the side of the fastening wall 8a opposite the back door panel 101. That is, the two panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b prevent an object having a size greater than the interval size Dc between the two panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b from entering the space on the side of the fastening wall 8a opposite the back door panel 101.

[0078] In the present embodiment, the interval size Dc between one panel-opposite-side protrusion 8b and the other panel-opposite-side protrusion 8b is smaller than the width size D3 of the washer 5c of the first bolt 5. Therefore, these panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b prevent the washer 5c of the first bolt 5 from entering the space on the side of the fastening wall 8a opposite the back door panel 101.

[0079] These panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b extend in a straight line along the long side 6b1 of the rotation-preventing portion 6b, which is arranged in the space on the side of the fastening wall 8a opposite the back door panel 101. Therefore, when the rotation-preventing portion 6b is to be rotated in the circumferential direction centered on the shaft center L2 of the second bolt 6, the rotation-preventing portion 6b abuts against the panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b, thereby preventing the second bolt 6 from rotating about the shaft center L2.

[0080] In addition, the panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b extend toward the side opposite the back door panel 101 before reaching the appearance wall 2a, and are connected to the inner wall surface 2a4 of the appearance wall 2a. These panel-opposite-side protrusions 8b also function as support portions that support the fastening wall 8a so as to form a gap between the fastening wall 8a and the inner wall surface 2a4 of the appearance wall 2a.

[0081] Further, the second fastening portion 8 has a buried portion 8c buried between the one panel opposite-side protrusion 8b and the other panel opposite-side protrusion 8b. The buried portion 8c is buried between the one panel opposite-side protrusion 8b and the other panel opposite-side protrusion 8b in such a manner that an opening for insertion of the rotation prevention portion 5b of the second bolt 6 is left in the space on the side opposite to the tailgate panel 101 of the fastening wall 8a.

[0082] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, two of the mounting portions 2e at each end in the vehicle width direction of the appearance wall 2a are first fastening portions 7. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, one (total two) of the mounting portions 2e adjacent to the first fastening portions 7 at each end in the vehicle width direction of the appearance wall 2a are second fastening portions 8. Figure 2 Figure 2

[0083] In the case of mounting the tailgate garnish 1 of the present embodiment on the tailgate panel 101, for example, in a state in which the clips mounted on either of the locking portions 9 are slidably locked on the tailgate panel 101, the pin portion of the positioning portion 2d is inserted into a grommet or the like provided on the tailgate panel 101.

[0084] By thus inserting the pin portion into the grommet, the tailgate garnish 1 of the present embodiment is positioned with respect to the tailgate panel 101. Thereafter, the shaft portion 5a of the first bolt 5 mounted on the first fastening portion 7 and the shaft portion 6a of the second bolt 6 mounted on the second fastening portion 8 are inserted through the through hole provided on the tailgate panel 101. Then, nuts are screwed with the shaft portions 5a and 6a of the first and second bolts 5 and 6, and the tailgate garnish 1 is fastened to the tailgate panel 101.

[0085] The tailgate garnish 1 of the present embodiment as described above is a vehicle exterior member fastened with respect to a tailgate panel 101, and has an appearance wall 2a having an appearance surface on at least a portion of an outer wall surface 2al, and first and second fastening portions 7 and 8 provided on an inner wall surface 2a4 of the appearance wall 2a and fastened to the tailgate panel 101.

[0086] Further, the first fastening portion 7 has a fastening wall 7a having a bolt insertion cutout 7a1 through which the shaft portion 5a of the first bolt 5 can pass in the radial direction of the shaft portion 5a. Further, the first fastening portion 7 has a pair of panel opposite side protrusions 7b provided so as to protrude from the fastening wall 7a toward the side opposite to the rear quarter panel 101. The pair of panel opposite side protrusions 7b define the size of an object that can enter the space on the side opposite to the rear quarter panel 101 of the fastening wall 7a. Further, the first fastening portion 7 has a pair of panel side protrusions 7c provided so as to protrude from the fastening wall 7a toward the side of the rear quarter panel 101. The pair of panel side protrusions 7c define the size of an object that can enter the space on the side of the rear quarter panel 101 of the fastening wall 7a.

[0087] Further, the second fastening portion 8 has a fastening wall 8a having a bolt insertion cutout 8a1 through which the shaft portion 6a of the second bolt 6 can pass in the radial direction of the shaft portion 6a. Further, the second fastening portion 8 has a pair of panel opposite side protrusions 8b provided so as to protrude from the fastening wall 8a toward the side opposite to the rear quarter panel 101. The pair of panel opposite side protrusions 8b define the size of an object that can enter the space on the side opposite to the rear quarter panel 101 of the fastening wall 8a.

[0088] Further, in the rear quarter trim 1 of the present embodiment, the interval size Da of one panel opposite side protrusion 7b and the other panel opposite side protrusion 7b of the first fastening portion 7 is larger than the interval size Db of one panel opposite side protrusion 8b and the other panel opposite side protrusion 8b of the second fastening portion 8.

[0089] According to the rear quarter trim 1 of the present embodiment, the first fastening portion 7 and the second fastening portion 8 are provided at positions at which they are fastened to the rear quarter panel 101. A pair of panel side protrusions 7c protruding from the fastening wall 7a provided with the bolt insertion cutout 7a1 toward the side of the rear quarter panel 101 are provided on the first fastening portion 7. Therefore, by providing a portion (washer 6c) having a width size larger than the interval size of the pair of panel side protrusions 7c from each other on the second bolt 6 mounted on the second fastening portion 8, it is possible to prevent the second bolt 6 mounted on the second fastening portion 8 from being mounted on the first fastening portion 7.

[0090] Further, according to the tail gate trim 1 of the present embodiment, a pair of panel opposite side protrusions 7b protruding from the fastening wall 7a provided with the bolt insertion cutout 7al to the side opposite to the tail gate panel 101 is provided on the first fastening portion 7. A pair of panel opposite side protrusions 8b protruding from the fastening wall 8a provided with the bolt insertion cutout 8al to the side opposite to the tail gate panel 101 is provided on the second fastening portion 8. Further, the interval dimension Da of one panel opposite side protrusion 7b and the other panel opposite side protrusion 7b of the first fastening portion 7 is larger than the interval dimension Db of one panel opposite side protrusion 8b and the other panel opposite side protrusion 8b of the second fastening portion 8. Therefore, for the first bolt 5 installed on the first fastening portion 7, by providing a portion (washer 5c) having a width dimension larger than the interval dimension Db of the panel opposite side protrusions 8b and a width dimension smaller than the interval dimension Da of the panel opposite side protrusions 7b, it is possible to prevent the first bolt 5 installed on the first fastening portion 7 from being installed on the second fastening portion 8.

[0091] Thus, according to the tail gate trim 1 of the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the first bolt 5 installed on the first fastening portion 7 from being installed on the second fastening portion 8, and it is possible to prevent the second bolt 6 installed on the second fastening portion 8 from being installed on the first fastening portion 7. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the installation position of the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 from being erroneous.

[0092] Further, the tail gate trim 1 of the present embodiment has the first bolt 5 whose shaft portion 5a is inserted into the bolt insertion cutout 7al and installed on the first fastening portion 7, and the second bolt 6 whose shaft portion 6a is inserted into the bolt insertion cutout 8al and installed on the second fastening portion 8. Therefore, the tail gate trim 1 can be a tail gate trim assembled with the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6. Therefore, when the tail gate trim 1 is installed on the tail gate panel 101, it is not necessary to perform the work of installing the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 on the tail gate trim 1, and it is possible to simplify the installation work of the tail gate trim 1.

[0093] Further, in the tail gate trim 1 of the present embodiment, the first bolt 5 has a shaft portion 5a inserted into the bolt insertion cutout 7al of the first fastening portion 7, a rotation prevention portion 5b protruding from the shaft portion 5a to the radial direction of the shaft portion 5a and disposed in the space on the side opposite to the tail gate panel 101 of the fastening wall 7a of the first fastening portion 7, and a washer 5c protruding from the shaft portion 5a to the radial direction of the shaft portion 5a at a position closer to the front end 5al of the tail gate panel 101 side of the shaft portion 5a than the rotation prevention portion 5b and disposed in the space on the tail gate panel 101 side of the fastening wall 7a of the first fastening portion 7.

[0094] Further, the second bolt 6 has: a shaft portion 6a which is inserted through the bolt insertion cutout 8al of the second fastening portion 8; a rotation prevention portion 6b which is provided so as to bulge in a radial direction of the shaft portion 6a from the shaft portion 6a and is disposed in a space on the side opposite to the hatchback panel 101 of the fastening wall 8a of the second fastening portion 8; and a washer 6c which is provided so as to bulge in a radial direction of the shaft portion 6a from the shaft portion 6a at a position of a front end 6al of the shaft portion 6a on the hatchback panel 101 side closer than the rotation prevention portion 6b and is disposed in a space on the hatchback panel 101 side of the fastening wall 8a of the second fastening portion 8.

[0095] Further, a width dimension D4 of the washer 6c as viewed from a direction into the space of the fastening wall 8a on the hatchback panel 101 side is larger than an interval dimension Dc of the one panel side protrusion 7c and the other panel side protrusion 7c of the first fastening portion 7. Further, a width dimension Dl of the rotation prevention portion 5b as viewed from a direction into the space of the fastening wall 7a on the side opposite to the hatchback panel 101 is larger than an interval dimension Db of the one panel opposite side protrusion 8b and the other panel opposite side protrusion 8b of the second fastening portion 8. Further, a width dimension D2 of the rotation prevention portion 6b as viewed from a direction into the space of the fastening wall 8a on the side opposite to the hatchback panel 101 is smaller than the interval dimension Db of the one panel opposite side protrusion 8b and the other panel opposite side protrusion 8b of the second fastening portion 8.

[0096] According to the hatchback garnish 1 of the present embodiment, the first bolt 5 can be formed in a shape which can be mounted on the first fastening portion 7 but cannot be mounted on the second fastening portion 8, and the second bolt 6 can be formed in a shape which can be mounted on the second fastening portion 8 but cannot be mounted on the first fastening portion 7.

[0097] Further, in the hatchback garnish 1 of the present embodiment, the washer 5c and the washer 6c are used as the first intermediate portion plate and the second intermediate portion plate. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide the first intermediate portion plate and the second intermediate portion plate as separate components, and the shapes of the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 can be simplified.

[0098] Further, in the hatchback garnish 1 of the present embodiment, the rotation prevention portion 5b and the rotation prevention portion 6b are rectangular, the panel opposite side protrusion 7b of the first fastening portion 7 extends linearly along one side of the rotation prevention portion 5b, and the panel opposite side protrusion 8b of the second fastening portion 8 extends linearly along one side of the rotation prevention portion 6b. Therefore, in the case where the nut is attached to or detached from the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6, the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 can be prevented from rotating.

[0099] The preferred embodiment of the application has been described above with reference to the drawings, but the application is not limited to the above-described embodiment. The shapes and combinations of the respective components shown in the above-described embodiment are one example, and various changes can be made according to design requirements and the like without departing from the spirit of the application.

[0100] For example, in the above-described embodiment, the structure of the vehicle exterior member of the application, which is the rear quarter panel trim 1, has been described. However, the application is not limited to this. For example, the application can be applied to a front bumper trim or a door side garnish.

[0101] Further, in the above-described embodiment, the structure in which the rear quarter panel trim 1 has the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 has been described. However, the application is not limited to this. For example, a structure in which the rear quarter panel trim 1 does not have the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 can be adopted. In this case, the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 are prepared separately, and the first bolt 5 and the second bolt 6 are attached to the rear quarter panel trim 1 when the rear quarter panel trim 1 is attached to the rear quarter panel 101.
