Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to a component of an electronic device according to the preamble of claim 1 . Background Art

[0002] This assembly of electronic equipment includes an electronic device housing for accommodating electronic components, a basic strip that can be mounted on the electronic device housing, the basic strip having a plurality of plug receptacles, on which plug modules can be mounted, and a locking device for locking the plug modules on the plug receptacles of the basic strip. The locking device has an operating part that can be moved relative to the electronic device housing in an operating direction to remove the plug module from the basic strip.

[0003] Such a component of an electronic device is known, for example, from DE 10 2014 106 277 B4.

[0004] By equipping the basic strip, a terminal strip can be realized on the electronic device, which can be configured in a variable manner in order to connect electrical conductors to the electronic device. Such terminal strips are usually used in modular electronic devices in order to provide, for example, connection technology for sensors and actuators to control electronics. Such electronic devices are used, for example, in conjunction with so-called fieldbus systems in industrial devices, such as assembly devices, and can be plugged onto support rails in a modular manner in order to be arranged in a compact manner, for example in a workshop. Sensors, from which sensor signals are obtained, and actuators, to which control signals are output, are connected to the terminal strip, wherein display elements for displaying system states, etc. or operating elements for inputting control commands or for adjusting state variables can also be provided in addition.

[0005] Due to the complexity and diversity of the requirements for electronic devices, for example, for assembly equipment, electronic devices are usually developed and manufactured specifically for specific applications. In this case, a specific electronic device contains an electronic component in the form of a circuit board designed according to the existing requirements in a modular electronic device housing, on which a terminal strip designed in a specific way for connecting individual electrical conductors or plugs to the electronic component is installed. Since the requirements for the terminal strip are determined by the electronic component, completely different terminal strips must be used for different electronic components. This makes the production of such terminal strips complex and diverse, and thus increases their costs.

[0006] A plurality of plug modules, for example, for plugging a plurality of sensors, actuators or other elements onto an electronic device, can be inserted into the basic strip, and the terminal strip can be connected to an electronic component, such as a circuit board, enclosed in an electronic device housing via the basic strip. In the finished state, a plurality of plug modules are inserted into the basic strip of the terminal strip and connected to the electronic component enclosed in the electronic device housing via the basic strip.

[0007] In order to hold the plug module on the basic strip in the finished state, a locking device is provided in such a basic strip. An actuating element of the locking device can be actuated to release the locking of the plug module with the basic strip, so that the plug module can be removed from the basic strip. For this purpose, the actuating element can be moved relative to the electronics housing in an actuating direction, so that the locking is released by actuation and the plug module can thus be removed from the basic strip.

[0008] In the electronic device disclosed by DE 10 2014 106 277 B4, such an actuating element is spring-prestressed relative to the base strip by a spring element in the form of a compression spring. The actuating element is guided on the base strip and is tensioned relative to the base strip during actuation, so that after actuation of the actuating element, the actuating element automatically returns to an initial position corresponding to the locking position.

[0009] In such a basic strip there is a need for simple assembly and for simple handling for equipping the electronic device with a plug module and, if necessary, for removing the plug module from the electronic device. Here, the assembly should advantageously be able to be realized in an automated manner. Summary of the invention

[0010] The object of the present invention is to provide an assembly of an electronic device which allows simplified assembly of the electronic device and in which an operating element of a locking device can be operated simply and reliably.

[0011] This object is achieved by the subject matter having the features of claim 1 .

[0012] The arrangement therefore has a spring element which is arranged on the electronics housing and is designed to prestress the actuating part in the direction opposite to the actuating direction towards the electronics housing.

[0013] In the solution of DE 10 2014 106 277 B4, the operating part is spring-preloaded toward the basic strip by supporting the pressure spring on the basic strip, while in this solution, the operating part is preloaded toward the electronic device housing by the spring element. The locking device is used to lock the plug module attached to the plug receiving portion of the basic strip to the basic strip. The locking can be established via the operating part, especially via the locking element arranged on the operating part, wherein the operating part can be operated to release the locking and thus remove the plug module from the basic strip. The operation of the operating part is carried out in the operating direction relative to the electronic device housing, wherein, during the operation, the spring element arranged on the electronic device housing is tensioned, and therefore the adjustment of the operating part is carried out in the opposite direction to the spring preload of the spring element. Due to the spring preload, the operating part automatically resets to the initial position corresponding to the locking position after the operation is completed, so that the plug module installed on the basic strip can be locked with the basic strip again.

[0014] By having the spring element generate a preload between the electronics housing and the operating part, pre-assembly of the spring element is possible. Thus, for pre-assembly, the spring element can be mounted on the electronics housing or the operating part, and the electronics housing (before being provided with the basic strip) or the operating part is delivered within the scope of the assembly together with the spring element arranged thereon. This creates a simplified, automatable manufacturing possibility, wherein in particular the spring element can be arranged on the electronics housing or the operating part in a manner that can be easily pre-assembled.

[0015] In one embodiment, the spring element can be designed as a wire spring, for example. The spring element is made of spring steel, for example, and extends in a plate-like manner, wherein the spring element can be elastically deformed in order to bring about a preload between the electronics housing and the operating element.

[0016] In one embodiment, the spring element is arranged at a first end on the electronic device housing and is operatively connected to the operating part at a second end. The spring element can be pre-installed on the operating part or the electronic device housing. In the installed position, the spring element is connected to the electronic device housing at a first end and interacts with the operating part at a second end, so that when the operating part is adjusted in the operating direction, the spring element is tensioned and a restoring force is thus applied to the operating part.

[0017] In one embodiment, the operating part has a handle member that can be operated by the user and forms an opening. The handle member is located, for example, outside the housing of the electronic device when the electronic device is assembled and thus provides a point of action for the user to operate. The user can engage in the opening with a tool, such as a screwdriver, in order to operate the operating part. In one embodiment, the spring element engages with the second end in the opening of the handle member and is thus operatively connected to the operating part by this engagement.

[0018] The spring element can utilize the second end to be fixedly connected with the operating part. But it is also conceivable that the spring element is loosely supported with respect to the operating part on the second end, for example, by making the spring element just form an interactive contact with the operating part when operating.

[0019] In one embodiment, the spring element is arranged on a narrow end face of the electronics housing extending perpendicularly to the actuation direction. The longitudinally extending actuating part can be moved perpendicularly to the end face in order to cause an unlocking of the locking device in order to remove the plug module from the base strip, wherein during actuation the spring element is deflected and thus tensioned in order to cause a restoring force acting on the spring element to an initial position corresponding to the locked position.

[0020] The actuating element is designed, for example, as an actuating slide which is guided movably along an actuating direction on the base strip or the electronics housing. Preferably, the plug module is locked together with the base strip in the locking position of the locking device by the actuating element, so that the plug module cannot be easily and in any case not accidentally removed from the base strip. The actuating element can be actuated by a movement in the actuating direction, so that when the actuating element is actuated, the locking of the plug module with the base strip is jointly cancelled and the plug module can thus be removed from the base strip.

[0021] In one embodiment, the actuating member has a plurality of locking elements, which are configured to engage in a locking manner with mating elements of the plug modules in the locking position, so that the plug modules are locked relative to the basic strips opposite to the insertion direction. The locking elements of the actuating member are preferably spaced apart from each other along the actuating direction. Each plug module, for example, has at least one mating element, which engages in a locking manner with a corresponding locking element of the actuating member in the locking position. The plug modules can be inserted into the basic strips in a row, for example, along the actuating direction, corresponding to the arrangement direction along which the basic strips extend, so that the plug modules are connected with their mating elements to the locking elements of the actuating member, and adjacent plug modules engage with their mating elements to another locking element of the actuating member spaced apart along the actuating direction.

[0022] In the unlocking position of the actuating element, the locking of the plug modules to the base strip is released, so that a user can easily release one or more plug modules from the base strip.

[0023] The actuating member, for example, has two arms, which respectively carry a plurality of locking elements. The actuating member can be configured, for example, in a U-shaped manner, wherein the arms of the actuating member form the legs of the "U" and the arms are connected to one another by an actuating section, on which a user can act, for example, with a suitable tool to actuate the actuating member.

[0024] The arms preferably extend parallel to each other along the actuation direction and are advantageously arranged relative to the base strip so that they extend on both sides of the base strip and thus accommodate the base strip between them. The U-shaped actuation member thus surrounds the base strip and can be moved longitudinally relative to the base strip along the actuation direction.

[0025] The actuating element is preferably guided longitudinally along the actuating direction on the base strip by means of the arm, wherein the guidance can be provided, for example, by engaging one or more pegs in one or more slots. For example, the arms of the actuating element can each have one or more slots extending in the actuating direction, into which one or more pegs of the base strip engage, thereby providing guidance of the arm on the base strip in the manner of a guideway guide. Since the actuating element is guided on the base strip but not on the housing of the electronics on which the base strip is mounted, the actuating element is independent of the housing and its tolerances. In particular, the actuating element is supported only on the base strip but not on the housing of the electronics.

[0026] The arms of the actuating member preferably each carry a plurality of locking elements. In one embodiment, the locking elements of the arms can be arranged oppositely in pairs when viewed in a transverse direction transverse to the actuating direction. The arms are spaced apart from each other in the transverse direction. Since the locking elements of the arms are arranged oppositely in pairs, one locking element of one arm corresponds to another locking element of another arm, which are axially located at the same position when viewed in the actuating direction. Preferably, a pair of mating elements of a plug module is assigned to the pair of locking elements, so that in the locked position, the pair of locking elements engages in a locking manner with the pair of mating elements of the corresponding plug module, thereby providing a secure and reliable retention of the plug module on the base strip.

[0027] By means of the actuating element, in the locked position, on the one hand, the plug module can be locked relative to the base strip, and on the other hand, a common actuation can be realized to unlock a plurality of plug modules from the base strip. In addition, it can be provided that, by providing a suitable ejection device on the actuating element or the plug module, the ejection of the plug module from the base strip in the opposite direction of the insertion direction is also assisted when the actuating element is actuated. For example, the locking element of the actuating element and / or the mating element of the plug module can each have an ejection slope extending obliquely to the insertion direction, and the corresponding other element strikes the ejection slope when the actuating element is actuated in the actuating direction, so that an ejection force acting on the plug module in the opposite direction of the insertion direction is caused.

[0028] The basic strip preferably extends in the row direction. In the inserted position, the plug modules are arranged in a row along the row direction and inserted into corresponding plug receptacles of the basic strip, so that an arrangement of plug modules adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction is obtained. The basic strip can be composed of a plurality of basic strip modules, which are attached to each other in the row direction to form the basic strip and are fixedly connected to each other, for example by gluing, welding or also by suitable form-fitting elements.

[0029] It can be provided that exactly one plug module can be plugged onto each basic strip module. However, it is also conceivable and feasible that, for example, several plug modules can be plugged onto one basic strip module or one plug module can be plugged onto several basic strip modules.

[0030] The connection to the electronic components enclosed in the electronics housing is established via the base strip. For this purpose, the base strip can be connected to the electronic components, wherein, for example, a predetermined number of electrical individual conductors or plugs can be connected to the plug module. For this purpose, the plug module can, for example, have contact receptacles for plugging in individual conductors, wherein each plug module can include a plurality of contact receptacles for plugging in a plurality of individual conductors.

[0031] The electronic device comprises an electronics housing in which electronic components, such as a circuit board, are enclosed. The basic strip is connected to the electronic components by, for example, plugging the basic strip onto the circuit board and making electrical contact with the conductor tracks of the circuit board by means of suitable solder connections or the like. [0048] Figure 1 and Figure 2An arrangement of electronic devices 1 is shown, which together form a connection device and are each composed of an electronics housing 3 and a terminal strip 2 as well as an electronic component in the form of a circuit board accommodated in the electronics housing 3. The electronics housings 3 of the electronic devices 1 are arranged in a row with one another along the width direction B and can be mounted on a common support rail in a manner known per se, thereby realizing a compact electronic device with a modular, multiple individual electronic devices 1.

[0049] The terminal strip 2 of each electronics housing 3 extends longitudinally on the associated electronics housing 3 along the row direction H. The terminal strip 2 is arranged in the depth direction T above the electronics housing 3 and projects outwardly from the electronics housing 3 in the depth direction T.

[0050] The terminal strip 2 provides an interface for connecting an electrical single conductor or a plug to an electronic component accommodated in the electronic device housing 3. For this purpose, the terminal strip 2 has a plurality of contact receptacles 200, in which contacts 201 are arranged, and these contact receptacles, for example, implement clamping devices for connecting electrical single conductors. In addition, plug connector parts 202, adjustment elements 203 or display elements 204 are provided on each terminal strip 2. A compatible plug can be connected to the plug connector part 202. For example, regulation can be performed by the adjustment element 203, for example, for adjusting a potentiometer. And the display element 204 can display the system status, for example.

[0051] The configuration of each terminal strip 2 depends on the electronic components accommodated in the electronic device housing 3. According to the functions realized by the electronic components accommodated in the electronic device housing 3, different wires or plugs of different external structural units can be connected to the terminal pieces 2.

[0052] Such a connection device 1 can be used, for example, in industrial plants, where, for example, sensors and actuators are to be connected to a higher-level control device. The control device is implemented by electronic components accommodated in an electronics housing 3 and receives sensor signals from sensors connected via a terminal strip 2 and sends control signals to actuators likewise connected via the terminal strip 2.

[0053] In the electronic device 1, the terminal strip 2 is respectively assembled from different basic strips 21 having basic strip modules 210 and plug modules 20, 20A-20F mounted thereon. Here, in order to form the terminal strip 2, the basic strip modules 210 are mounted adjacent to each other along the arrangement direction H, and different plug modules 20, 20A-20F are mounted on the basic strip modules 210. The plug modules 20, 20A-20F have, for example, different numbers of contact receptacles 200 and contacts 201 arranged thereon. The plug modules 20, 20A-20F may differ in the number of contact receptacles, the size of the contact receptacles, the shape of the contact receptacles, the number of contacts arranged in the contact receptacles, the size or shape of the contacts, the arrangement of the contacts, etc. In addition, the plug modules 20, 20A-20F may also realize functions other than connecting electrical individual conductors or plugs, and may be used, for example, as operating elements or display elements.

[0054] exist Figure 1 and Figure 2 In the embodiment shown in , the plug module 20A has, for example, two contact receptacles 200, which can be designed to connect two electrical single conductors in the manner of a clamping device, such as a spring clamp. In contrast, the plug module 20B has four contact receptacles 200, which are smaller in diameter than the two contact receptacles 200 of the plug module 20A. The plug module 20C has six contact receptacles 200, the diameter of which is smaller than the diameter of the contact receptacles 200 of the plug module 20B and the plug module 20A. Another plug module 20D has a plug connector part 202 of the type of a D-sub plug. Yet another plug module 20E implements an operating element on which two rotary adjuster-type adjusting elements 203 are arranged. And the plug module 20F implements a display element, on which a display device in the form of a light-emitting diode is arranged.

[0055] As from Figure 1 and Figure 2 As can be seen in the figure, different contact receptacles 200 and contacts 201 of different plug modules 20, 20A-20C can be configured differently. Thus, the contact receptacles 200 can have different diameters, or the contacts 201 of different plug modules 20, 20A-20F can have different spacings from one another. The contact receptacles 200 with a large diameter can be configured to accommodate individual conductors with a large diameter and a correspondingly large current carrying capacity, while the small contact receptacles 200 are used to accommodate conductors with a small diameter and a correspondingly small current carrying capacity.

[0056] Figure 3 and Figure 4An electronics housing 3 is shown on which an electronic component 4 in the form of a circuit board is arranged, the circuit board having contact openings 40 for connecting a basic strip module 210 of a corresponding basic strip 21 of a terminal strip 2. The electronics housing 3 is formed by two side walls 32, 34, which are connected to each other by end walls 31, 33 and form a box for enclosing the electronic component 4 in the form of a circuit board.

[0057] For assembly, the basic strip 21 is first assembled from a combination of the basic strip modules 210 and connected to the electronic component 4 in the form of a circuit board via the contact opening 40. Then, the basic strip 21 can be inserted into the insertion opening 30 of the electronic device housing 3 along the insertion direction E, corresponding to the depth direction T, together with the electronic component 4, so that the electronic component 4 and the basic strip 21 formed by the basic strip modules 210 are located inside the electronic device housing 3. Then, the corresponding plug module 20 can be inserted into each basic strip module 210 along the insertion direction E, so that the electronic device 1 is completed in the inserted state and the electrical individual conductors 5 can be connected to the terminal strip 2 in this embodiment.

[0058] Figure 5 Another arrangement of electronic devices 1 is shown, each of which has an electronics housing 3 and a terminal strip 2 mounted thereon. Figure 5 The electronic device 1 is similar to the above-mentioned electronic device 1 in its modular structure. Figures 1 to 4 The electronic devices 1 described have the same function and have terminal strips 2, each of which has a plurality of plug modules 20, which are mounted on a basic strip 21 composed of basic strip modules 210 and are connected to the terminal strips 21. Figure 5 In the inserted state shown, it is held on the base strip 21 .

[0059] Each electronic device 1 has a locking device 6, which includes an operating member 60 in the form of an operating slide that can be moved longitudinally along an operating direction O, and is used to lock the plug module 20 with the basic strip 21 in a locked position, so that the plug module 20 cannot be easily and in any case not accidentally removed from the basic strip 21.

[0060] The actuating element 60 is guided longitudinally along the actuating direction O on the corresponding base strip 21 of the terminal strip 2. Figure 6 The tool 7 shown in the figure can operate the operating part 60 along the operating direction O. The tool 7, such as a screwdriver, is attached to the operating section 600 of the operating part 60 with a tool rod 70 and is inserted into the engaging opening 330 on the end side 33 of the electronic device housing 3 with the rod tip 71, so that the operating part 60 can be moved along the operating direction O by tilting the tool 7 in the arrow direction P.

[0061] like Figure 7 and Fig. 8A , Figure 8B As shown, the actuating element 60 is manufactured, for example, as a plastic molded part and has a U-shape. Therefore, the actuating element 60 comprises two arms 61, 62, which are connected to the actuating section 600 and are connected to each other via the actuating section 600. The arms 61, 62 extend longitudinally parallel to each other along the actuating direction O and respectively carry a plurality of locking elements 63 in the form of locking hooks, which are arranged on the arms 61, 62 at intervals from each other along the actuating direction O.

[0062] Here, the locking elements 63 are arranged on the arms 61, 62 of the actuating member 60 in such a way that the locking elements 63 are opposed in pairs along a transverse direction transverse to the actuating direction O. Thus, a locking element 63 of one arm 61 corresponds to a locking element 63 of the other arm 62, and when viewed along the actuating direction O, the locking elements 63 are arranged axially at the same position on the other arm 62.

[0063] The actuating element 60 is guided longitudinally displaceably along the actuating direction O on the associated basic strip 21 of the terminal strip 2 by means of the arms 61, 62. For this purpose, a plurality of elongated holes 610, 620 spaced apart from one another along the actuating direction O are formed on each arm 61, 62 of the actuating element 60, into which the pegs 215, 216 provided on the head 211 of the basic strip module 210 of the basic strip 21 engage and in this way provide a longitudinal guidance of the type of a sliding guide.

[0064] The length of the slots 610, 620 along the actuation direction O also defines the adjustment travel of the actuation member 60 along the actuation direction O. In the locked position, the bolts 215, 216 of the base strip 21 are located at the front ends of the slots 610, 620, which face the actuation section 600, as in Fig. 8A and Figure 8B For unlocking, the actuating member 60 is moved along the actuating direction O, so that the bolts 215 , 216 move in the corresponding elongated holes 610 , 620 and thus move toward the other end of the elongated holes 610 , 620 .

[0065] As from Fig. 8A and Figure 8B As can be seen in the figure, the basic strip 21 is arranged between the arms 61, 62 of the actuating member 60 with its basic strip module 210, so that the arms 61, 62 accommodate the basic strip 21 between them. The actuating member 60 is guided on both sides of the basic strip 21 by the arms 61, 62.

[0066] The locking elements 63 on the arms 61, 62 of the operating member 60 form a pair of locking elements 63 offset from each other in the operating direction O, which engage with the corresponding pair of mating elements 65 of the plug module 20 in the locking position of the operating member 60 and when the plug module 20 is plugged in. Fig. 9A and Fig.11 As can be seen in .

[0067] Fig. 9A Here, a sectional view along line II is shown, wherein the arm 61 of the actuating element 60 and its locking element 63 engaging with the corresponding mating element 65 of the plug module 20 are shown. Fig.11 A sectional view along the line II-II is shown, wherein the viewing direction is opposite, toward the arm 62 of the actuating member 60, on which the locking element 63 is arranged which engages with the corresponding further mating element 65 of the plug module 20. Fig. 9A and Fig.11 As can be seen, in the illustrated embodiment, each pair of locking elements 63 corresponds to a pair of mating elements 65 of the plug module 20. In the locked position of the operating member 60, corresponding to the Fig. 9A and Fig.11 , the locking element 63 of the actuating member 60 engages in a form-fitting manner with the mating element 65 of the plug module 20 so that the plug module 20 is held on the basic strip 21 opposite to the insertion direction E along which the plug module 20 is attached to the basic strip 21.

[0068] like Figure 7 Combination Fig. 9A and Fig.11 As shown, the locking element 63 on the arms 61, 62 of the actuating element 60 and the mating element 65 of the plug module 20 each have a head 630, 650, which in the locked position engages in a corresponding engagement opening 631, 651 of the respective other element 65, 63, so that in the locked position a form fit is established between the plug module 20 and the actuating element 60. The hook-shaped locking element 63 thus engages in a form fit with the likewise hook-shaped mating element 65, whereby the plug module 20 is held on the actuating element 60 counter to the insertion direction E.

[0069] As can be seen from the diagram according to the embodiment of the invention, the locking element 63 cooperating with the corresponding mating element 65 is shown. Fig.10As can be seen in the enlarged view of FIG, on the one hand, the head 630 of the locking element 63 and on the other hand the head 650 of the mating element 65 have, on the side facing the respective other head, respectively, unlocking bevels 632, 652, which face each other and abut against each other in the locked position. The unlocking bevels 632, 652 are respectively inclined relative to the insertion direction E, so that when the plug module 20 is pulled, the unlocking bevels 632, 652 touch each other in the discharge direction A opposite to the insertion direction E. The inclination of the unlocking bevels 632, 652 is not self-locking here. When the plug module 20 is manually pulled in the discharge direction A, the unlocking bevels 632, 652 therefore slide along each other, so that a force is caused in the actuating direction O toward the actuating member 60, and thus the locking between the plug module 20 and the actuating member 60 can be cancelled by pulling the plug module 20 in the discharge direction A.

[0070] The plug module 20 can thus be released from the base strip 21 by manually pulling in the discharge direction O, wherein the locking via the actuating element 60 is automatically and non-destructively released without requiring a separate actuation of the actuating element 60 for this purpose.

[0071] Arranged on the back of each hook-shaped locking element 63 or mating element 65 facing away from the head 630 , 650 is an ejection bevel 633 , 653 which serves to cause the plug module 20 to be ejected from the base strip 21 when the actuating element 60 is actuated.

[0072] If Fig. 9B As shown in , the operating member 60 is moved along the operating direction O, then first the heads 630, 650 of the locking element 63 and the mating element 65 are disengaged from each other, so that the locking of the plug module 20 and the basic strip 21 is cancelled. After the locking is cancelled, the locking element 63 with its discharge bevel 633 is in contact with the discharge bevel 653 of the mating element 65 of the plug module 20, so that during further operation, the discharge bevels 633, 653 collide with each other, thereby causing the plug module 20 to be discharged along the discharge direction A, as shown in FIG. Fig. 9C As shown in .

[0073] Here, Fig. 9CThe state is shown when the actuating element 60 is pulled out to the maximum in the actuating direction O, in which the bolts 215, 216 on the base strip 21 are in contact with the ends of the elongated holes 610, 620 of the arms 61, 62 facing away from the actuating section 600. In this state of maximum extension, the locking element 63 with its discharge bevel 633 strikes against the discharge bevel 653 of the mating element 65, so that the head 630 of the locking element 63 bears on the outside against the head 650 of the mating element 65. The plug module 20 is thus moved relative to the actuating element 60 in the discharge direction A and is thus at least partially lifted out of the corresponding plug receptacle 213 on the head 211 of the base strip module 210 with its plug section 206.

[0074] As from Fig. 9B As can be seen in the figure, the discharge slopes 633 of the respective locking elements 63 are not arranged equidistantly from each other on the arms 61, 62 of the actuating member 60. More precisely, the spacing between the discharge slopes 633 along the actuating direction O varies in such a way that the discharge slopes 633 come into contact with the corresponding discharge slopes 653 of the mating element 65 in a time-graded manner when the actuating member 60 is actuated.

[0075] In the described embodiment, Fig. 9B , the ejection bevel 633 of the locking element 63B (on the right in the view) abuts against the ejection bevel 653 of the mating element 65A, so that when the actuating element 60 is further actuated in the actuation direction O, the corresponding plug module 20 begins to be ejected. In contrast, the ejection bevel 633 of the remaining locking elements 63 does not yet abut against the corresponding ejection bevel 653 of the mating element 65 in this position, wherein the distance between the ejection bevels 633, 653 increases counter to the actuation direction O and is greatest for the ejection bevel 633, 653 shown on the left in the view.

[0076] Therefore, the distances D1, D1′ that the actuating member 60 passes through before the discharge ramps 633, 653 abut against each other are different for each locking element 63. The distance D1 of the locking element 63B on the right side in the drawing is smaller than that of the other locking elements 63. The distance D1′ is the largest for the locking element 63B at the far left side in the drawing.

[0077] This makes it possible that, when the actuating element 60 is actuated, the locking element 63 with its discharge bevel 633 comes into contact with the corresponding discharge bevel 653 of the mating element 65 in a time-staged manner. The force to be applied for discharging the plug module 20 can be reduced in this way, since in particular a release force, i.e. a force for overcoming adhesion, can be applied to the plug module 20 in a time-staged manner.

[0078] In the operation member 60 Fig. 9CIn the actuation position shown in FIG, the plug module 20 is at least partially lifted out of the basic strip 21 in the discharge direction A. In order to prevent the plug module 20 from being able to escape in an uncontrolled manner from the corresponding plug receptacle 213 of the basic strip module 210 of the basic strip 21 when the plug module 20 is discharged, an ejection prevention device in the form of a knob-like projection 207 is arranged on the plug section 206 on the bottom side of the head 205 of the plug module 20, which, when the plug module 20 is moved in the discharge direction A, comes into contact with a fixing section 217 in the form of an edge section on the corresponding plug receptacle 213 of the basic strip module 210.

[0079] In order to remove the plug module 20 from the basic strip 21, the user can, after operating the operating part 60, grab the plug module 20 and pull it out of the corresponding plug receptacle 213 of the basic strip module 210, wherein the protrusion 207 on the plug-in section 206 of the plug module 20 can be moved past the fixing section 217 in the form of an upper edge section of the plug receptacle 213 with relatively little force.

[0080] In the locking device 6, the operating member 60 is Fig.13 The spring element 64 shown is spring-prestressed relative to the electronics housing 3. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the spring element 64 is realized by a leaf spring and is produced from spring steel.

[0081] The spring element 64 is fixed with a first end 640 to a fixing device 35, which is formed on the narrow end side 33 of the electronics housing 3, so that the spring element 64 is fixed to the end side 33 via the first end 640. The fixing device 35 has retaining elements 350, which form a receptacle between them, into which the spring element 64 is pushed with the first end 640 for fixing, so that the spring element 64 is thereby fixed relative to the electronics housing 3.

[0082] With a second end 641 remote from the first end 640, the spring element 64 engages with the handle portion 600 of the actuating member 60. The second end 641 engages in an opening 601 formed in the handle portion 600, so that an effective connection is thus established between the spring element 64 and the actuating member 60.

[0083] When the actuating member 60 is actuated in the actuating direction B to unlock the plug module 20, the spring element 64 is elastically tensioned. Therefore, the actuation of the actuating member 60 is performed against the spring preload of the spring element 64, which results in a restoring force acting on the actuating member 60 after the actuation of the actuating member 60 is completed, and the actuating member 60 is automatically reset to the initial position corresponding to the locked position due to the restoring force.

[0084] Since the spring element 64 causes a prestress between the actuating part 60 and the electronic device housing 3, the spring element 64 can be preassembled in a simple manner. Therefore, for preassembly, the spring element 64 can be arranged on the electronic device housing 3 or the actuating part 60, so that the electronic device housing 3 or the actuating part 60 can be delivered within the scope of the delivery of the assembly with the spring element 64 preassembled thereon. As a result, the assembly of the electronic device 1 can be facilitated and can be automated in a simple manner.

[0085] The idea underlying the invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments described above, but can also be realized in completely different types of embodiments.

[0086] In particular, the plug modules do not have to be all designed identically, but can also be different, such as in Figure 1 Here, the plug module can also be in engagement with a plurality of locking element pairs of the actuating part and thus be held in a locked manner on the basic strip by means of a plurality of locking element pairs.

[0087] The basic strip can be designed in principle in any desired manner and does not have to be designed to consist of a plurality of basic strip modules that are independent of one another in the preassembled state. The basic strip can also be designed in one piece as a one-piece strip.
