Abstract

The control circuit comprises a current sampling circuit, a voltage sampling circuit, a voltage regulator, a current regulator, a start-up control circuit, a frequency limiting circuit, and a drive circuit. The main principle of the TCM mode control method based on the switched-capacitor hybrid Buck converter is as follows: Peak-to-peak current closed-loop control is employed, sampling both the output voltage and the current flowing through the inductor. When the converter is operating at a high frequency, it is kept at a fixed frequency; when the converter is operating at a relatively low frequency, it is kept at a variable frequency.
