A control method of a multi-chiller unit

Abstract

The application discloses a control method of multiple water chillers, comprising the following steps: calculating average cooling load rates PLR of each water chiller under multiple working conditions of starting different numbers of water chillers (i,j) ; calculating evaporation temperatures T e（i,j） and condensation temperatures T c（i,j） of each water chiller under each working condition; calculating weight values DT e（i,j） related to temperature differences between T c（i,j） and T （i,j） ; calculating predicted energy efficiency ratios of each water chiller under each working condition according to a performance model of the water chiller, T e（i,j） and T c（i,j） ; judging water chillers to be loaded or unloaded according to the predicted energy efficiency ratios; calculating a load change rate of a relative demand cooling load of the multiple water chillers at a previous moment, and loading or unloading the multiple water chillers if the load change rate reaches an upper limit value of the cooling load change rate of the water chiller to be loaded or unloaded. The application realizes high energy efficiency, energy saving and temperature operation of the multiple water chillers.
