[0056] In the following description, preferred exemplary embodiments for implementing this disclosure will be illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, this disclosure is not limited to the following exemplary embodiments. Furthermore, for clarity, the following description and drawings have been appropriately simplified.
[0057] <First Example Implementation>
[0058] First, the construction of a communication device using a fixed device according to this example embodiment will be described. Figure 1 This is a perspective view of a communication device according to an embodiment of this example. Note that a three-dimensional (XYZ) coordinate system is used in the following description for clarity. Here, the negative side of the Z-axis is the direction of gravity.
[0059] like Figure 1 As shown, the communication equipment 1 includes communication gear 2 and fixed equipment 3. Communication gear 2 is, for example, an antenna-integrated base station for a fifth-generation mobile communication system (5G), weighing approximately 7 kg. Communication gear 2 has a rectangular box shape, with its longitudinal dimension (in...) Figure 1 In the middle, the dimension along the Z-axis is longer than the dimension along the lateral direction. Figure 1 The device includes a connector 2a, which is electrically connected to the side of the communication device 2 on the short side. However, the communication device 2 can also be an antenna or the like, which are commonly used in communication.
[0060] The fixing device 3 is configured to adjust the angle of the communication equipment 2, for example, to fix the communication equipment 2 to the main body or the like. Figure 2 This is an exploded view showing a fixed device according to this example embodiment. Figure 2 As shown, the fixing device 3 includes a first clamp 11, a second clamp 12, a ratchet mechanism 13, an offset member (first offset member) 14, and a fixing unit 15. In this document, reference will be made to... Figure 2 The state shown describes the fixed device 3.
[0061] The communication device 2 is fixed to the first clamp 11. The first clamp 11 includes a bracket 21 and an arm 22. For example, when viewed from the Z-axis direction, the bracket 21 has a generally U-shaped basic shape and includes a main surface portion 21a, a first sidewall portion 21b, and a second sidewall portion 21c. The main surface portion 21a has a plate shape that is generally parallel to the YZ plane as its basic shape, and has a generally rectangular shape when viewed from the X-axis direction. Moreover, an opening 21d that penetrates the main surface portion 21a in the X-axis direction is formed at approximately the center of the main surface portion 21a.
[0062] The first sidewall portion 21b protrudes from the end portion of the main surface portion 21a toward the positive X-axis from the positive Y-axis side. Furthermore, the first sidewall portion 21b has a basic plate shape that is approximately parallel to the XZ plane, and is approximately C-shaped when viewed from the Y-axis direction. In the end portion of the first sidewall portion 21b on the positive Z-axis side, a groove portion 21e extending in the Z-axis direction and having an open end portion on the positive Z-axis side is formed, as well as a through hole 21f, which is formed on the portion of the first sidewall portion 21b on the negative Z-axis side.
[0063] When viewed from the Y-axis direction, the second sidewall portion 21c has approximately the same shape as the first sidewall portion 21b, therefore repeated description is omitted, forming the groove portion 21g and the through hole 21h. For example... Figure 1 As shown, the communication equipment 2 is fixed to the bracket 21 by passing the bolt 23 through the groove portion 21e and through hole 21f of the first sidewall 21b and the groove portion 21g and through hole 21h of the second sidewall 21c, and further screwing the bolt 23 into the bolt hole formed on the side of the long side of the communication equipment 2.
[0064] The arm portion 22 includes a placement portion 22a, a first sidewall portion 22b, and a second sidewall portion 22c. The placement portion 22a includes a first portion 22d and a second portion 22e. The first portion 22d has a plate shape that is approximately parallel to the YZ plane as its basic shape. Moreover, when viewed from the X-axis direction, the first portion 22d is approximately inverted U-shaped, and a cutout portion 22f is formed in the end portion of the first portion 22d on the negative Z-axis side (see reference). Figure 3 ).
[0065] The second part 22e has a plate shape that is approximately parallel to the XY plane as its basic shape, and protrudes from the end portion of the cut portion 22f of the first part 22d on the positive Z-axis toward the positive X-axis. The second part 22e is formed, for example, by bending a portion of the first part 22d. When the communication device 2 is fixed to the bracket 21, the end portion of the communication device 2 on the negative Z-axis is placed on the second part 22e.
[0066] The first sidewall portion 22b has a plate shape that is substantially parallel to the XZ plane as its basic shape, and protrudes toward the positive X-axis from the end portion of the first portion 22d of the placement portion 22a on the positive Y-axis side. Moreover, when viewed from the Y-axis direction, the first sidewall portion 22b is substantially b-shaped and includes a first portion 22g and a second portion 22h.
[0067] A through-hole 22i through which the rotating shaft 27 passes is formed in the first portion 22g, and an arcuate portion 22j with a first radius centered on the through-hole 22i is formed at the end portion of the first portion 22g on the positive X-axis side. The second portion 22h protrudes from the first portion 22g toward the positive Z-axis side and is approximately rectangular in shape when viewed from the Y-axis direction. This portion of the first sidewall portion 22b on the positive Z-axis side is fixed to the end portion of the first portion 22d of the placement portion 22a on the positive Y-axis side.
[0068] When viewed from the Y-axis direction, the second sidewall portion 22c has a shape substantially the same as the first sidewall portion 22b, so repeated description is omitted. The second sidewall portion 22c includes a first portion 22m and a second portion 22n, in which a through hole 22k and an arcuate portion 22l are formed. This portion of the second sidewall portion 22c on the positive Z-axis side is fixed to the end portion of the first portion 22d of the placement portion 22a on the negative Y-axis side.
[0069] like Figure 2 As shown, the bracket 21 and the arm 22 are connected by screwing bolts 25 through the connecting member 24 into bolt holes 21i formed in the bracket 21 and bolt holes 22o formed in the arm 22.
[0070] Therefore, since the bracket is designed to be replaceable relative to the arm 22, the arrangement, model, etc. of the communication equipment 2 can be easily changed by replacing the bracket, as will be described later. However, the means of connecting the bracket 21 and the arm 22 are not limited to this; they can also be connected by welding or the like. Furthermore, the bracket 21 and the arm 22 can be formed integrally.
[0071] The second clamp 12 includes a fixing portion 26a, a first sidewall portion 26b, and a second sidewall portion 26c. The fixing portion 26a is fixed to a main body, for example. The fixing portion 26a has a plate shape that is generally parallel to the YZ plane as its basic shape, and has a generally rectangular shape when viewed from the X-axis direction. The first sidewall portion 26b protrudes from the end portion of the fixing portion 26a on the positive Y-axis side toward the positive X-axis side, and has a plate shape that is generally parallel to the XZ plane as its basic shape.
[0072] A through hole 26d for the rotation shaft 27 to pass through is formed in the first sidewall portion 26b, and an arc portion 26e with a first radius centered on the through hole 26d is formed at the end portion of the first sidewall portion 26b on the positive X-axis side. When viewed from the Y-axis direction, the second sidewall portion 26c has a shape that is substantially the same as that of the first sidewall portion 26b, so repeated description is omitted. The second sidewall portion 26c has a through hole 26f and an arc portion 26g.
[0073] The arm 22 of the first clamp 11 is arranged inside the second clamp 12, and the rotating shaft 27 passes through each of the following through holes: through hole 26d of the first sidewall portion 26b in the second clamp 12; through hole 22i of the first sidewall portion 22b in the first clamp 11; through hole 26f of the second sidewall portion 26c in the second clamp 12; and through hole 22k of the second sidewall portion 22c in the first clamp 11.
[0074] Therefore, the first clamp 11 and the second clamp 12 are connected to each other in a manner that allows them to rotate relative to each other about the Y-axis. Incidentally, the rotation axis 27 is fixed to the second clamp 12 in a manner that does not rotate relative to the second clamp 12.
[0075] At this time, when viewed from the Y-axis direction, the second part 22h of the first sidewall portion 22b in the first clamp 11 protrudes from the first sidewall portion 26b of the second clamp 12, and the second part 22n of the second sidewall portion 22c in the first clamp 11 protrudes from the second sidewall portion 26c of the second clamp 12.
[0076] Then, when viewed from the Y-axis direction, the arcuate portions 22j of the first sidewall portion 22b in the first clamp 11 and the arcuate portions 26e of the first sidewall portion 26b in the second clamp 12 are arranged in a substantially overlapping manner, and the arcuate portions 22l of the second sidewall portion 22c in the first clamp 11 and the arcuate portions 26g of the second sidewall portion 26c in the second clamp 12 are arranged in a substantially overlapping manner. Therefore, the fixing device 3 is configured such that when the first clamp 11 rotates relative to the second clamp 12 about the rotation axis 27, the communication device 2 does not interfere with the second clamp 12.
[0077] The ratchet mechanism 13 connects the first clamp 11 and the second clamp 12. Figure 3 This is a perspective view showing a ratchet mechanism according to this example embodiment. Figure 4 This is a diagram showing the periphery of the extracted ratchet mechanism according to this example embodiment. Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the ratchet mechanism 13 includes a first ratchet tooth 31, a second ratchet tooth 32, a lever pawl 33, and an offset member (second offset member) 34.
[0078] The first ratchet tooth 31 has a plate shape that is substantially parallel to the XZ plane, and the first ratchet tooth 31 has a through hole 31a through which the rotating shaft 27 passes. Then, in the outer peripheral portion of the first ratchet tooth 31, the tooth portion 31b is formed along an arc having a first radius centered on the through hole 31a (i.e., the rotating shaft 27).
[0079] The tooth portion 31b is arranged with a predetermined first pitch (e.g., 10°) and is inclined in a counterclockwise direction when viewed from the positive side of the Y-axis. In other words, when viewed from the positive side of the Y-axis, the tooth portion 31b has a shape that allows clockwise rotation of the first ratchet tooth 31 centered on the rotation axis 27 and suppresses counterclockwise rotation.
[0080] The first ratchet tooth 31 is fixed to the inner surface of the first sidewall portion 21b or the second sidewall portion 21c, such that when the rotating shaft 27 passes through the through hole 31a, the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 is along the arc portion 22j of the first sidewall portion 21b or the arc portion 22l of the second sidewall portion 21c of the first clamp 11.
[0081] The second ratchet tooth 32 is plate-shaped and approximately parallel to the XZ plane, and is fixed to the inner surface of the first ratchet tooth 31. Then, in the outer peripheral portion of the second ratchet tooth 32, the tooth portion 32a is formed along an arc having a first radius centered on the rotation axis 27.
[0082] The tooth portion 32a has a shape substantially the same as that of the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31, and is set with a predetermined first pitch. In other words, when viewed from the positive side of the Y-axis, the tooth portion 32a has a shape that is inclined in the counterclockwise direction, and is able to allow the second ratchet tooth 32 to rotate clockwise about the rotation axis 27, and is able to suppress counterclockwise rotation.
[0083] The tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32 is arranged to be offset by a predetermined phase (e.g., 5°) relative to the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31. Therefore, when viewed from the Y-axis direction, the tooth portions 31b of the first ratchet tooth, the ratchet tooth 31, and the tooth portions 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32 are arranged alternately.
[0084] The lever pawl 33 includes a lever body 33a, a rotating shaft 33b, and a fixing clamp 33c. The lever body 33a includes a pawl portion 33d that engages with a toothed portion 31b of a first ratchet tooth 31 or a toothed portion 32a of a second ratchet tooth 32, and the lever body is connected to the fixing clamp 33c so that it can rotate about the rotating shaft 33b extending in the Y-axis direction. The fixing clamp 33c is fixed to the second clamp 12.
[0085] Therefore, when the lever body 33a rotates in a direction close to the first ratchet tooth 31 and the second ratchet tooth 32, the pawl portion 33d of the lever body 33a is engaged with the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 or the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32.
[0086] On the other hand, when the lever body 33a rotates in a direction away from the first ratchet tooth 31 and the second ratchet tooth 32, the pawl portion 33d of the lever body 33a is in a state where it is not engaged with the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 and the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32.
[0087] Here, the lever pawl 33 may be provided with a handle portion 33e, which is picked up by the operator when the operator rotates the lever body 33a in a direction away from the first ratchet tooth 31 and the second ratchet tooth 32.
[0088] The biasing member 34 biases the lever body 33a in a direction close to the first ratchet tooth 31 and the second ratchet tooth 32. The biasing member 34 may be constructed, for example, by a torsion spring, a bending spring, or the like. At this time, one end portion of the biasing member 34 is fixed to the lever body 33a, while the other end portion of the biasing member 34 is fixed to the fixing clamp 33c.
[0089] As described above, the first ratchet tooth 31 and the second ratchet tooth 32 are fixed to the first clamp 11, and the lever pawl 33 is fixed to the second clamp 12, so that the ratchet mechanism 13 is arranged between the first clamp 11 and the second clamp 12.
[0090] When viewed from the positive Y-axis side, as the first clamp 11 rotates counterclockwise relative to the second clamp 12, the biasing member 14 accumulates a biasing force and biases the rotation of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12 clockwise. The biasing member 14 can be constructed, for example, by a helical spring. The biasing member 14 is then arranged inside the fixing device 3 relative to the first ratchet tooth 31, with one end portion of the biasing member 14 fixed to the rotating shaft 27 and the other end portion fixed to the first ratchet tooth 31.
[0091] Here, the biasing member 14 is preferably clamped between the retaining plate 35 and the first ratchet tooth 31, so that it does not twist in the Y-axis direction when the biasing member 14 is twisted. The retaining plate 35 is, for example, a plate bent into a stepped shape, and covers a portion of the biasing member 14 when fixed to the second ratchet tooth 32. However, the retaining plate 35 may also be configured such that the biasing member 14 can be clamped in the Y-axis direction by any component.
[0092] like Figure 1As shown, the ratchet mechanism 13 and the biasing member 14 can also be covered by the cover 36. In this case, it is preferable to form an opening 36a in the portion of the cover 36 in the negative Z-axis direction. The handle portion 33e of the lever pawl 33 protrudes from the opening 36a. Therefore, the operator can easily operate the lever body 33a through the handle portion 33e of the lever pawl 33.
[0093] The fixing unit 15 includes a first through hole 41, a second through hole 42, and a bolt 43. Here, Figure 5 This is a side view showing the state of the bolt passing through the first and second through holes. Figure 6 This is a perspective view showing the state of the bolts being removed from the first and second through holes.
[0094] like Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, a first through hole 41 is formed in the first sidewall portion 26b and the second sidewall portion 26c of the second clamp 12. Then, a plurality of (e.g., six) first through holes 41 are arranged on an arc having a second radius centered on either the through hole 26d of the first sidewall portion 26b or the through hole 26f of the second sidewall portion 26c. However, the number of first through holes 41 is not limited.
[0095] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the second through hole 42 is a bolt hole formed in the plate nut 44. The plate nut 44 is fixed to the inner surface of the first ratchet tooth 31, and the second through hole 42 is formed such that it penetrates the plate nut 44 in the Y-axis direction. A plurality of (e.g., three) second through holes 42 are arranged on an arc having a second radius centered on the through hole 31a of the first ratchet tooth 31.
[0096] When viewed from the outside of the fixing device 3, the aforementioned second through hole 42 is arranged such that it substantially overlaps the following openings: opening 31c formed in the first ratchet tooth 31; opening 22p formed in the first sidewall portion 22b of the first clamp 11; opening 31c formed on the first ratchet tooth 31; and opening 22q formed in the second sidewall portion 22c of the first clamp 11.
[0097] However, the number of second through holes 42, etc., is not limited. Furthermore, the second through holes 42 can be formed in the first sidewall portion 22b and the second sidewall portion 22c of the first clamp 11, or they can be formed in the first ratchet tooth 31.
[0098] like Figure 5As shown, the bolt 43 passes through a first through hole 41 selected from a plurality of first through holes 41 and a second through hole 42 selected from a plurality of second through holes 42, and is screwed into the second through hole 42. At this time, through the combination of the first through holes 41 and the second through holes 42, the first clamp 11 can be fixed relative to the second clamp 12 at each preset angle (e.g., 5°), the details of which will be described later.
[0099] In other words, when the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 or the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32 engages with the pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33, each of the first through holes 41 and each of the second ratchet teeth 32 through holes 42 are arranged such that the bolt 43 can be inserted into any combination of the first through holes 41 and the second through holes 42.
[0100] Here, as Figure 6 As shown, bolt 43 can be connected to second clamp 12 via anti-drop tool 45. For example, anti-drop tool 45 is a wire such as a cable. One end portion of anti-drop tool 45 is connected to bolt 43 via washer 46, and the other end portion of anti-drop tool 45 is connected to first sidewall portion 26b or second sidewall portion 26c of second clamp 12 via fixing plate 47.
[0101] This prevents the bolt 43 from falling out when it is removed from the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42. However, the anti-drop tool 45 is not limited to wire and can have any construction capable of preventing the bolt 43 from falling out.
[0102] Furthermore, the fixing device 3 may include at least one of a first adjusting portion 51 and a second adjusting portion 52 for adjusting the rotation range of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12. More specifically, the first adjusting unit 51 and the second adjusting unit 52 adjust the rotation range of the first clamp 11 within a range from the rotation angle of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12 when the pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33 engages with the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 or the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32, which is arranged on the most clockwise side between the tooth portions 31b and 32a when viewed from the positive Y-axis side, to the rotation angle of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12 when the pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33 engages with the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 or the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32, which is arranged on the most counterclockwise side between the tooth portions 31b and 32a.
[0103] like Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, the first adjustment portion 51 includes a pin 53 and an adjustment groove 54. The pin 53 protrudes from the first sidewall portion 22b or the second sidewall portion 22c of the first clamp 11 toward the outside of the fixing device 3.
[0104] An adjustment groove 54 is formed in the first sidewall portion 26b or the second sidewall portion 26c of the second clamp 12. The adjustment groove 54 is an arcuate groove with a third radius centered on the through hole 26d of the first sidewall portion 26b or the through hole 26f of the second sidewall portion 26c, and a pin 53 is inserted into the adjustment groove 54.
[0105] like Figure 2 As shown, the second adjusting portion 52 includes a pin 55 and an adjusting groove 56. The pin 55 protrudes from either the first sidewall portion 26b or the second sidewall portion 26c of the second clamp 12 toward the inside of the fixing device 3. For example, as Figure 2 As shown, pin 55 can be constructed by protruding bolt 48 from the first sidewall portion 26b or the second sidewall portion 26c toward the inside of the fixing device 3, wherein the bolt 48 is used to connect the fixing plate 47 to the first sidewall portion 26b or the second sidewall portion 26c of the second clamp 12.
[0106] An adjustment groove 56 is formed in the first sidewall portion 22b or the second sidewall portion 22c of the first clamp 11. The adjustment groove 56 is an arcuate groove with a fourth radius, wherein the fourth radius is centered on the through hole 22i of the first sidewall portion 22b or the through hole 22k of the second sidewall portion 22c of the first clamp 11, and a pin 55 is inserted into the adjustment groove 56.
[0107] Therefore, the rotation of the first clamp 11 can be adjusted within the rotation range of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12, wherein the pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33 can engage with the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 or the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32.
[0108] Incidentally, in this example embodiment, the rotation of the first clamp 11 is adjusted between a state where the rotation angle of the first clamp 11 is 0° and a state where, when viewed from the positive side of the Y-axis, the main surface portion 21a of the first clamp 11 is rotated 70° counterclockwise relative to the fixed portion 26a of the second clamp 12. In the state where the rotation angle of the first clamp 11 is 0°, the main surface portion 21a of the first clamp 11 and the fixed portion 26a of the second clamp 12 are arranged parallel to the YZ plane.
[0109] Furthermore, preferably, the fixing device 3 includes a display unit 61 for displaying the rotation angle of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12. Figure 5 As shown, the display unit 61 includes a scale portion 62 and a value indication portion 63.
[0110] The scale portion 62 is provided on the outer surface of the first sidewall portion 26b or the second sidewall portion 26c along the arc portion 26e of the first sidewall portion 26b or the arc portion 26g of the second sidewall portion 26c, and for example, when the rotation of the first clamp 11 is adjusted to 0° to 70° as described above, a scale of 5° is indicated in the range of 0° to 70°.
[0111] However, the range of the scale, etc., can be appropriately changed according to the rotation range of the first clamp 11, the pitch of the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 and the groove portion of the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32, etc.
[0112] A value indicating portion 63 is disposed on the outer surface of the first sidewall portion 22b or the second sidewall portion 22c of the first clamp 11, such that when the first clamp 11 rotates, the value indicating portion 63 moves along the arcuate portion 26e of the first sidewall portion 26b or the arcuate portion 26g of the second sidewall portion 26c of the second clamp 12, and indicates the scale of the scale portion 62 with, for example, a triangular tip. Therefore, the rotation angle of the first clamp 11 can be visually confirmed from the outside of the fixing device 3. However, the value indicating portion 63 can be configured to indicate the scale of the scale portion 62.
[0113] Next, the process of adjusting the tilt of the communication equipment 2 using the fixing device 3 according to this example embodiment will be described. Here, Figure 7 This is a side view showing the initial state of the communication device fixed to the main body. Figure 8 This is a diagram showing the relationship between the ratchet teeth and the lever pawl in the initial state of the communication device being fixed to the main body. Figure 9 This is a diagram illustrating the operation of the fixed equipment when the communication equipment is tilted. Figure 10 This is a diagram showing the relationship between the ratchet teeth and the lever pawl when the communication equipment is tilted. Figure 11 This is a side view showing the communication equipment in its most tilted position. Figure 12 This is a diagram showing the relationship between the ratchet teeth and the lever pawl in the most tilted state of the communication equipment. Figure 13 This is a side view showing the state after the tilt of the communication equipment has been adjusted. Figure 14 This is a diagram showing the relationship between the ratchet teeth and the lever pawl after the tilt of the communication equipment has been adjusted.
[0114] First, in order to fix the communication equipment 2 to the first clamp 11 in the most upright state, when viewed from the positive side of the Y-axis, the operator fixes the second clamp 12 to the main body 5 with bolts 6 while the first clamp 11 is rotated most clockwise relative to the second clamp 12 (i.e., at 0°).
[0115] At this time, as Figure 8As shown, when viewed from the positive Y-axis side, the pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33 engages with the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 or the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32. Furthermore, the bolt 43 passes through the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42, and is screwed into the second through hole 42. Note that in this example embodiment, the pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33 engages with the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 on the most counterclockwise side.
[0116] Then, as Figure 7 As shown, the bolt 23 is passed through the groove portion 21e and through hole 21f of the first sidewall portion 21b on the first clamp 11, and through the groove portion 21g and through hole 21h of the second sidewall portion 21c, and screwed into the bolt hole on the side of the communication equipment 2, thereby fixing the communication equipment 2 to the first clamp 11. At this time, the communication equipment 2 is placed on the second portion 22e of the placement portion 22a of the first clamp 11. Then, as... Figure 1 As shown, the wire 4, which is electrically connected to the connector 2a of the communication equipment 2, is arranged between the first sidewall portion 22b and the second sidewall portion 22c of the first clamp 11.
[0117] Next, the operator removes bolt 43 from the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42. (As...) Figure 7 As shown, before the bolt 43 is removed from the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42, during the operation of fixing the communication equipment 2 to the fixing device 3, the rotation of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12 is constrained by the bolt 43. Therefore, even if the operator accidentally touches the lever pawl 33, the communication equipment 2 will not rotate, thus ensuring safety.
[0118] Next, as Figure 10 As shown, the operator grabs the handle portion 33e of the lever pawl 33 with one hand, and then rotates the lever body 33a away from the first ratchet tooth 31 and the second ratchet tooth 32.
[0119] Then, while maintaining that state, such as Figure 9 As shown, the operator uses their other hand to rotate the communication device 2 in the direction of arrow A, so that the communication device 2 is in its most tilted state (i.e., 70°) via the first clamp 11. Here, in the following description, the direction in which the communication device 2 (first clamp) rotates from 0° to 70° is defined as the direction of arrow A, and the direction in which the communication device 2 rotates from 70° to 0° is defined as the direction of arrow B.
[0120] At this time, since the first clamp 11 attempts to rotate in the direction of arrow A due to the weight of the communication equipment 2, the operator can easily rotate the first clamp 11 simply by attaching the other hand to the communication equipment 2. Then, since the first clamp 11 rotates in the direction of arrow A due to the weight of the communication equipment 2, a biasing force can be accumulated in the biasing member 14. Furthermore, since the rotation of the first clamp 11 is adjusted by the first adjustment part 51 and the second adjustment part 52, it has good operability.
[0121] Then, the operator releases the handle portion 33e of the lever pawl 33, as follows: Figure 12 As shown, this causes the pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33 to engage with the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 or the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32 on the side closest to the direction of arrow B.
[0122] At this point, in this example embodiment, the pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33 engages with the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32 on the side closest to the direction of arrow B, and the rotation of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12 in the direction of arrow A cannot be constrained by the lever pawl 33 and the second ratchet tooth 32, but the rotation of the first clamp 11 in the direction of arrow A is adjusted by the first adjusting portion 51 and the second adjusting portion 52. Therefore, as Figure 11 As shown, in the most tilted state of the communication equipment 2, the rotation of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12 in the direction of arrow A can be constrained.
[0123] Next, the operator rotates communication equipment 2 in the direction of arrow B, causing communication equipment 2 to reach the desired tilt angle. Here, Figures 15 to 18 This diagram illustrates the operation of the lever pawl when the communication equipment rotates.
[0124] As described above, the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 and the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32 have a shape that allows the first clamp 11 to rotate relative to the second clamp 12 in the direction of arrow B. Therefore, as Figures 15 to 18 As shown, when the operator pushes the communication device 2 in the direction of arrow B, the lever pawl 33 is biased to the side close to the first ratchet tooth 31 and the second ratchet tooth 32, and the pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33 crosses one of the tooth portions 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 and the tooth portions 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32. The pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33 engages with the other adjacent tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 and the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32 in the direction of arrow A.
[0125] Therefore, as Figure 14As shown, when the communication equipment 2 is tilted to the desired tilt angle, the pawl portion 33d of the lever pawl 33 engages with the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 or the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32, and is able to suppress the rotation of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12 in the direction of arrow A.
[0126] After that, as Figure 13 As shown, the bolt 43 is passed through the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42, and then screwed into the second through hole 42, thus completing the fixing operation of the communication device 1. At this time, the operator can pass the bolt 43 through the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42 from the outside of the fixing device 3.
[0127] Therefore, the bolt head of bolt 43 is positioned on the outside of the fixing device 3 relative to the first clamp 11 and the second clamp 12. Furthermore, since bolt 43 is connected to the second clamp 12 via the anti-drop tool 45, it has good workability when passing through the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42.
[0128] Furthermore, since the wire 4, which is electrically connected to the connector 2a of the communication equipment 2, is arranged between the first sidewall portion 22b and the second sidewall portion 22c of the first clamp 11, the wire 4 will hardly interfere with the fixing device 3 when adjusting the tilt of the communication equipment 2. Therefore, the operability when adjusting the tilt of the communication equipment 2 can be improved.
[0129] Here, Figures 19 to 21 This is a diagram illustrating part of the combination of the first and second through holes. Incidentally, Figures 19 to 21 This is a diagram viewed from the negative Y-axis. For example, when the rotation angle of communication equipment 2 is 0°, as shown... Figure 19 As shown, the first through hole 41 arranged on the side closest to the direction of arrow B in the six first through holes 41 and the second through hole 42 arranged at the center in the three second through holes 42 overlap each other, so that the bolt 43 can pass through the through holes that are mutually selected.
[0130] When the rotation angle of communication device 2 is 5°, such as Figure 20 As shown, the following first through hole 41 and the following second through hole 42 overlap each other, wherein the first through hole 41 is adjacent to the first through hole 41 arranged on the side closest to the direction of arrow B in the direction of arrow A, and the second through hole 42 is adjacent to the second through hole 42 at the center in the direction of arrow A, so that the bolt 43 can pass through the through holes as mutually selected.
[0131] When the rotation angle of communication device 2 is 10°, such as Figure 21As shown, a first through hole 41 and a second through hole 42 arranged on the side closest to the direction of arrow B overlap each other. The second through hole 42 is adjacent to the second through hole 42 at the center in the direction of arrow B, so that the bolt 43 can pass through the through holes as mutual selection.
[0132] Then, as the rotation angle of the communication equipment 2 increases, the first through hole 41, which is connected to the second through hole 42, shifts in the direction of arrow A and overlaps with the second through hole 42, so that the bolt 43 can pass through the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42, similar to the above mode.
[0133] By combining multiple first through holes 41 and multiple second through holes 42 in this way, the first clamp 11 can be fixed to the second clamp 12 at each preset angle, while minimizing the number of first through holes 41 and the number of second through holes 42.
[0134] Therefore, the enlargement of the first clamp 11 and the second clamp 12 can be suppressed. In addition, the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42 can be arranged at a position away from the rotation axis 27, which also suppresses the enlargement of the first clamp 11 and the second clamp 12 and reduces the shear load on the bolt 43.
[0135] Preferably, the operator can visually identify the combination of the overlapping first through-hole 41 and second through-hole 42 as described above. Therefore, as... Figure 19 As shown, the fixed device 3 may include a marking part 71 and a visual recognition part 72.
[0136] The marking portion 71 indicates the location of the second through hole 42. For example, as shown... Figure 4 As shown, the marking portion 71 is a colored portion fixed to the outer surface of the first ratchet tooth 31. The marking portion 71 is formed as an elongated shape extending along a line that connects the center of each second through hole 42 and the center of the through hole 31a, and is arranged on the side of the through hole 31a opposite to the second through hole 42, such that it extends along the second through hole 42.
[0137] When viewed from the outside of the fixing device 3, the marked portion 71 is arranged such that it substantially overlaps with the opening 22r formed in the first sidewall portion 22b of the first clamp 11 and the opening 22s formed in the second sidewall portion 22c of the first clamp 11.
[0138] The visual recognition portion 72 is, for example, a through hole formed in the first sidewall portion 26b or the second sidewall portion 26c of the second clamp 12. The visual recognition portion 72 is then formed as an elongated shape extending along a line connecting the center of the through hole 26d of the first sidewall portion 26b or the center of the through hole 26f of the second sidewall portion 26c, and the center of the first through hole 41.
[0139] like Figure 19 As shown, at the position overlapping with the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42, the bolt 43 can pass through them. The marking portion 71 and the visual recognition portion 72 are arranged such that the marking portion 71, which is arranged on the line connecting the center of the first through hole 41 and the center of the through hole 26d or the center of the through hole 26f, can be visually recognized by the visual recognition portion 72. Note that in Figure 19 In the above, the marking portion 71 that can be visually recognized from the visual recognition portion 72 is shown by the shaded line, etc.
[0140] On the other hand, the other marking portions 71 are covered by the first sidewall portion 26b or the second sidewall portion 26c of the second clamp 12, and the marking portions 71 and the visual recognition portion 72 are arranged so that they cannot be identified from the visual recognition portion 72. Therefore, when the operator passes the bolt 43 through the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42, the combination of the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42 through which the bolt 43 can pass can be easily visually identified from the outside, and the operability when adjusting the tilt of the communication equipment 2 can be improved.
[0141] The fixing device 3, fixing method, and communication device 1 according to the above example embodiments can accumulate the biasing force of the biasing member 14 by the weight of the communication equipment 2. Therefore, the operability when the operator adjusts the tilt of the communication equipment 2 can be improved. In addition, the combination of the ratchet mechanism 13 and the biasing member 14 allows the operator to comfortably adjust the tilt of the communication equipment 2, and also improves the operability when adjusting the tilt of the communication equipment 2.
[0142] In this example embodiment, since the wire 4, which is electrically connected to the connector 2a of the communication equipment 2, is arranged between the first sidewall portion 22b and the second sidewall portion 22c of the first clamp 11, the wire 4 hardly interferes with the fixing device 3 when adjusting the tilt of the communication equipment 2. Therefore, the operability when adjusting the tilt of the communication equipment 2 can be improved.
[0143] Furthermore, the fixing device 3, fixing method, and communication device 1 according to this example embodiment are configured such that an operator can pass the bolt 43 through the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42 from the outside of the fixing device 3, and the operability of the bolt 43 passing through the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42 is good. At this time, when the bolt 43 is connected to the second clamp 12 by the anti-drop tool 45, the operability of the bolt 43 passing through the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42 can be further improved.
[0144] Furthermore, when the fixing device 3 and the communication device 1 according to this example embodiment include at least one of the first adjustment portion 51 and the second adjustment portion 52 for adjusting the rotation range of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12, the rotation of the first clamp 11 can be adjusted, and the operability when the operator adjusts the tilt of the communication device 2 can be improved.
[0145] Furthermore, when the fixing device 3 and the communication device 1 according to this example embodiment include a display unit 61 for displaying the rotation angle of the first clamp 11 relative to the second clamp 12, the rotation angle of the first clamp 11, and thus the tilt of the communication device 2, can be visually confirmed from the outside of the fixing device 3.
[0146] Furthermore, when the fixing device 3 and the communication device 1 according to this example embodiment include a marking portion 71 and a visual recognition portion 72, the combination of the first through hole 41 and the second through hole 42 through which the bolt 43 can pass can be easily visually identified from the outside of the fixing device 3, and can improve operability when adjusting the tilt of the communication device 2.
[0147] Furthermore, when the ratchet mechanism 13 includes a first ratchet tooth 31 and a second ratchet tooth 32, the pitch of the tooth portion of the ratchet mechanism 13 can be reduced, and the size of the ratchet teeth can also be reduced. Therefore, the tilt angle of the communication equipment 2 can be finely adjusted, while the size of the fixed device 3 and the communication equipment 1 can be reduced.
[0148] Then, since the pitch of the tooth portion 31b of the first ratchet tooth 31 and the tooth portion 32a of the second ratchet tooth 32 can be increased compared to the case where the ratchet mechanism 13 is constructed with a single ratchet tooth, the first ratchet tooth 31 and the second ratchet tooth 32 can be easily manufactured, for example, by stamping. However, the ratchet mechanism 13 may include multiple ratchet teeth, and in this case, the tooth portions of the ratchet teeth are arranged such that they are offset from each other by a phase.
[0149] <Other Examples and Implementations>
[0150] In the first example embodiment, the fixing portion 26a of the second clamp 12 is directly fixed to the main body 5. However, when the fixing portion 26a of the second clamp 12 cannot be directly fixed to the main body 5, for example, Figure 22 As shown, the fixing part 26a can be fixed to the main body 5 by the L-shaped adapter 81. Figure 23 and 24 As shown, by inserting an adapter 82 between the bracket 21 and the arm 22 of the first clamp 11, the communication equipment 2 can be fixed to different types of fixed devices.
[0151] The above-described exemplary embodiments are merely examples relating to the technical concept obtained by the inventors applying the present invention. In other words, the technical concept is not limited to the above-described exemplary embodiments, and various modifications are possible.
[0152] For example, the fixing device 3 and the communication device 1 according to the first example embodiment both include a ratchet mechanism 13, an offset member 14, a fixing unit 15, etc. on the positive side of the Y-axis and the negative side of the Y-axis, but may also include at least one on the positive side of the Y-axis and the negative side of the Y-axis.
[0153] For example, the first clamp 11 and the second clamp 12 are not limited to the above structure, and can be configured such that the communication equipment 2 can be rotatably fixed to the main body 5, etc.
