[0033] Before this, it needs to be explained that, for the convenience of description, and in order to enable the person skilled in the art to quickly understand the technical scheme of the present application, the following text only describes the technical features which are relatively strong (directly related or indirectly related) in connection with the technical problems and / or technical concepts to be solved by the present application, and does not further describe the technical features which are relatively weak in connection with the technical problems and / or technical concepts to be solved by the present application. Since the technical features which are relatively weak in connection are common knowledge in the art, the present application will not lead to insufficient disclosure even if it does not describe such relatively weak features.
[0034] As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 , in the first embodiment of the present application, the garbage can 100 of the present application can sterilize the garbage in the garbage can 100 to avoid the bacteria breeding in the can due to the long storage time of the garbage. The garbage can 100 includes a can cover 1, a can body 2, a detection device 3, a spraying device 4, a fan 5 and a controller 6. The detection device 3 is arranged on the can body 2 and is used to detect the odor concentration in the garbage can 100. The spraying device 4 is arranged on the can cover 1 and is used to release sterilizing agent to sterilize the garbage in the garbage can 100. The fan 5 is arranged on the can cover 1 to perform fresh air treatment in the garbage can 100, so that the garbage can 100 does not produce unpleasant odor at the moment when the user opens the garbage can 100.
[0035] As shown in Figure 1 , the can cover 1 is arranged above the can body 2 and is used to close the garbage can 100. The can cover 1 can be arranged on one side of the front part of the can body 2 by hinging, so that the can cover 1 can open and close the garbage can 100 by pivoting. The can cover 1 includes a switch 11, an air inlet 12 and an air outlet 13.
[0036] Continuing to refer to Figure 1 , the switch 11 is arranged on the front side of the garbage can 100. When the user needs to open the can cover 1, the switch 11 can be pressed to open the can cover 1 of the garbage can 100.
[0037] Continuing to refer to Figure 1 , the air inlet 12 penetrates the can cover 1 of the garbage can 100. One end of the air inlet 12 communicates with the inside of the garbage can 100, and the other end communicates with the outside air. The air inlet 12 is used to guide the outside air into the garbage can 100.
[0038] Continuing to refer to Figure 1The exhaust port 13 penetrates the lid 1 of the garbage can 100, and is used to exhaust the gas in the garbage can 100 to the outside of the garbage can 100. Preferably, the exhaust port 13 is arranged on the side of the lid 1 of the garbage can 100 away from the air inlet 12, so as to avoid the problem that the wind just blown out of the exhaust port 13 of the garbage can 100 is introduced into the garbage can 100 through the air inlet 12, and the fresh air effect of the garbage can 100 is poor. Of course, the person skilled in the art can arrange the exhaust port 13 on the rear wall of the barrel body 2 of the garbage can 100 away from the exhaust port 13 according to the needs. Specifically, the exhaust port 13 is arranged at the position close to the lid 1 of the garbage can 100 on the rear wall of the barrel body 2, so as to avoid that the exhaust port 13 is blocked by the garbage in the garbage can 100, and the fresh air effect cannot be achieved.
[0039] Further, although not shown in the figure, in the second embodiment of the present application, the person skilled in the art can also arrange a damper (not shown in the figure) at the exhaust port 13 and a motor (not shown in the figure) for driving the damper to open and close according to the needs, so as to guide the air in the garbage can 100 to the outside of the garbage can 100 through the exhaust port 13.
[0040] In the third embodiment of the present application, the damper can also be arranged as a one-way damper, so that the air passing through the exhaust port 13 is only unidirectionally guided outwards from the garbage can 100.
[0041] Continuing to refer to Figure 1 The detection device 3 is arranged on the side wall of the barrel body 2 of the garbage can 100, and is used to detect the odor concentration in the garbage can 100. Preferably, the detection device 3 is arranged as an odor sensor, and the person skilled in the art can arrange the detection device 3 as other detection devices 3 that can be used to detect the odor concentration according to the needs.
[0042] In the fourth embodiment of the present application, the detection device 3 can also be arranged on the lid of the garbage can 100, so as to detect the odor concentration of the garbage can 100.
[0043] Continuing to refer to Figure 1 The spraying device 4 is arranged on the inner side of the lid 1 of the garbage can 100, and is used to spray the sterilizing agent into the garbage can 100 to sterilize the garbage can 100. The spraying device 4 comprises a sterilizing agent spraying port 41, a sterilizing agent and a driving pump. The sterilizing agent spraying port 41 is arranged on the inner side of the lid 1 of the garbage can 100, and is used to spray the sterilizing agent in the spraying device 4 into the garbage can 100. The sterilizing agent comprises a sterilizing substance and a deodorizing substance. The driving pump is used to drive the spraying device 4 to spray the sterilizing agent, wherein the driving pump can be arranged as an electric pump or a gas pump, and the driving principle of the driving pump has been disclosed in the prior art, which will not be described here.
[0044] Further, the sterilizing agent can be in the form of an aerosol or a liquid. Specifically, the driving pump sprays the sterilizing agent in the form of a liquid, such as atomization. Preferably, the driving pump sprays the sterilizing agent in the form of an aerosol, and the aerosol can adhere to the surface of the garbage, so that the garbage in the garbage can is more fully sterilized.
[0045] As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 The fan 5 is arranged on the lid 1 of the garbage can 100, and a ventilation hole is arranged below the fan 5 for supplying air into the garbage can 100. Specifically, the fan 5 can be configured to be turned on after sterilization in the garbage can 100 is completed, so that external air can enter the garbage can 100 through the air inlet 12, and the air in the garbage can 100 is discharged to the outside of the garbage can 100 through the air outlet 13, so as to realize the function of fresh air exchange of the garbage can 100, and thus when the user opens the garbage can 100, the garbage can 100 will not produce a pungent smell. Further, the fan 5 can also be configured to be turned on when the sterilizing agent is put into the garbage can 100, and the fan 5 rotates at a set speed change frequency, so that the fan 5 provides the garbage can 100 with air waves with high and low pressure changes, so as to make the air waves vibrate the sterilizing agent and the garbage in the garbage can 100, and thus accelerate the penetration of the sterilizing agent into the garbage.
[0046] The control method of the garbage can 100 of the present application will be described in detail below Figures 3 to 5 in combination with the sterilization mode of the garbage can 100.
[0047] As shown in Figure 3 In the first embodiment of the present application, the control method of the garbage can 100 includes:
[0048] In step S110, the odor concentration of the garbage can 100 is detected. The detection device 3 is configured to detect the odor concentration in the garbage can 100 and send the detected odor concentration to the controller 6, so that the controller 6 determines whether sterilization is needed in the garbage can 100.
[0049] In step S120, it is determined whether the odor concentration in the garbage can 100 reaches a preset concentration threshold. When the current odor concentration reaches the preset concentration threshold, it means that there are more bacteria in the garbage can 100, and the spraying device 4 can sterilize the garbage in the garbage can; when the odor concentration of the garbage in the garbage can 100 does not reach the preset threshold, it means that there is a small amount of bacteria in the garbage can 100, and the garbage can 100 does not need to be sterilized. At this time, the concentration range of the detected odor concentration in the garbage can 100 is obtained, the spraying amount of the sterilizing agent is determined according to the concentration range, and the spraying device 4 sprays the sterilizing agent with the spraying amount.
[0050] If the condition is met, the controller 6 controls the spraying device 4 to spray the sterilizing agent to sterilize the garbage. The spraying device 4 releases the sterilizing agent according to the spraying amount of the sterilizing agent to start the sterilization mode of the garbage can 100.
[0051] As shown in FIG. 1, in the first embodiment of the present application, the control method of the garbage can 100 to determine the spraying amount of the sterilizing agent comprises the following steps: Figure 4
[0052] Step S210, detecting the odor concentration in the garbage can 100.
[0053] Step S220, judging whether the odor concentration in the garbage can 100 reaches a preset concentration threshold.
[0054] Step S230, if not, continue to detect the odor concentration in the garbage can 100.
[0055] Step S240, if yes, obtaining the concentration range of the odor concentration, and determining the spraying amount of the sterilizing agent according to the concentration range. The detected odor concentration is matched with the concentration range in the garbage can, and the concentration range corresponding to the detected odor concentration is determined. Different concentration ranges correspond to different spraying amounts of the sterilizing agent, and the spraying amount of the sterilizing agent required by the garbage can 100 can be obtained according to the concentration range.
[0056] Step S250, controlling the spraying device 4 to spray the sterilizing agent with the spraying amount, and reminding the user that the garbage can 100 is sterilizing and not to open it. After the spraying amount of the sterilizing agent is determined, the controller 6 controls the spraying device 4 to release the sterilizing agent with the spraying amount, and reminds the user that the garbage can 100 is sterilizing to avoid opening the garbage can 100 during the sterilization process, so that the sterilizing agent is scattered into the air and causes unnecessary waste.
[0057] As shown in FIG. 1, in the first embodiment of the present application, the control method of the garbage can 100 to determine the spraying amount of the sterilizing agent comprises the following steps: Figure 5
[0058] Step S251, while the spraying device 4 sprays the sterilizing agent, the controller 6 controls the fan 5 to rotate at a set rotating speed and frequency change to make the fan 5 provide the garbage can 100 with air waves with high and low pressure changes, so that the air waves vibrate the sterilizing agent and the garbage, and further accelerate the penetration of the sterilizing agent into the garbage.
[0059] Step S252, after the sterilizing agent is sprayed, the controller 6 controls the fan 5 to stop running.
[0060] Step S253, the garbage can 100 is left for a period of time.
[0061] Step S254, determine whether the length of time that the spraying device 4 stops working reaches a preset length of time. After the spraying device 4 stops working, the sterilizing agent still floats in the air and has not completely settled. When the length of time that the spraying device 4 stops working reaches the preset length of time, it is determined that the sterilizing agent has completely settled and is adsorbed on the garbage in the garbage can 100, that is, the garbage can 100 sterilization mode is completed; when the length of time that the spraying device 4 stops working does not reach the preset length of time, it is determined that the sterilizing agent has not completely settled, and the garbage can 100 is continued to be placed and the length of time that the spraying device 4 stops working is detected.
[0062] Step S255, if it is reached, control the fan 5 to operate to discharge the air in the garbage can 100 to the outside of the garbage can 100; if it is not reached, execute step S253.
[0063] Step S256, in the process of the operation of the fan 5, control the fragrance sprayer to spray fragrance, and determine whether the odor concentration in the garbage can 100 is lower than the lowest preset concentration. If it is reached, execute step S257; if it is not reached, execute step S255.
[0064] Step S257, control the fan 5 to stop operating, and remind the user that the sterilization is completed and the garbage can 100 is cleaned in time.
[0065] In the fifth embodiment of the present application, the upper part of the garbage can 100 is further provided with a display screen (not shown in the figure), which is used to display the reminding information to the user. Of course, the reminding information can be reminded to the user in the form of voice reminding, vibration reminding or short message reminding by the person skilled in the art. Further, in the sixth embodiment of the present application, the switch 11 can also be arranged on the display screen, and the switch 11 can be a touch switch. When the user holds something and is not convenient, the switch 11 can be directly touched to open the garbage can 100.
[0066] In the seventh embodiment of the present application, the garbage can 100 is provided with an indicator light (not shown in the figure), which is used to display whether the garbage can 100 is in the sterilization state. Specifically, the indicator light can indicate that the garbage can 100 is in the sterilization processing mode or the sterilization of the garbage can 100 is completed by being bright or not. When the garbage can 100 starts sterilization, the indicator light is bright to prompt the user that the garbage can 100 is sterilizing; when the sterilization in the garbage can 100 is completed, the indicator light is extinguished to prompt the user that the sterilization in the garbage can 100 is completed and the user can clean the garbage can 100. Or the person skilled in the art can set the indicator light to different colors according to the needs, so that the user can distinguish the sterilization situation in the garbage can 100. Further specifically, the red indicator light is bright, indicating that the garbage can 100 is sterilizing; the yellow indicator light is bright, indicating that the garbage can 100 is performing fresh air replacement; the green indicator light is bright, indicating that the sterilization and fresh air replacement of the garbage can 100 are both completed, and the user should clean the garbage in the garbage can 100 in time.
[0067] like Figure 6 As shown, the trash can 100 is also provided with a controller 6, which is electrically connected to the detection device 3, the injection device 4, the fan 5 and the switch 11 respectively, so that when the switch 11 is turned on, the controller 6 controls the detection device 3 to start detecting the odor concentration in the bin, and determines whether the trash can 100 meets the sterilization conditions. When the sterilization conditions are met, the injection device 4 is controlled to release the bactericide into the trash can 100. After the release of the bactericide is completed, the fan 5 is controlled to turn on, so that the trash can 100 starts the fresh air mode.
[0068] Furthermore, the controller 6 can be implemented using an industrial computer, embedded controller 6, or other electronic control system with certain network transmission capabilities, data storage, and processing capabilities. The controller 6 may include a memory 61 and a processor 62, wherein the memory 61 stores a computer program. When the computer program is executed by the processor 62, it can execute any of the control methods in this embodiment to complete functions such as sterilization mode, fresh air mode, data transmission, and internal control.
[0069] Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention, by installing a detection device 3 for detecting odor concentration and a spray device 4 within a trash can 100, allows the detection device 3 to detect the odor concentration within the trash can 100 and control the spray device 4 to spray a disinfectant based on the odor concentration, thereby sterilizing the environment within the trash can 100. Specifically, the detection device 3 detects the odor concentration within the trash can 100, and the controller 6 determines the odor concentration. Based on the detected odor concentration, the controller 6 then determines the odor concentration range and determines the amount of disinfectant to be sprayed. The controller then controls the spray device 4 to release the corresponding amount of disinfectant, effectively sterilizing the trash within the trash can 100. Therefore, the present invention overcomes the problem of bacterial growth caused by prolonged storage of trash within the trash can 100. It also avoids excessive spraying of disinfectant within the trash can 100, which could result in the excess disinfectant being dispersed into the air when the trash can 100 is opened, resulting in unnecessary waste.
[0070] Furthermore, while the spray device 4 sprays the sterilizing agent in the trash can 100 , the fan 5 is controlled to rotate at a set speed and frequency, so that the sterilizing agent can be quickly adsorbed on the surface of the trash, thereby improving the sterilization efficiency of the spray device 4 .
[0071] Furthermore, after the fan 5 of the lid introduces air into the trash can 100 for circulation, the gas is discharged out of the trash can through the exhaust port 13, so that the trash can 100 also has a fresh air exchange function, so that the trash can 100 will not produce unpleasant odors the moment it is opened by the user.
[0072] Further, by arranging the fragrance at the air outlet 13 of the garbage can 100, the fragrance can be diffused into the air along with the air discharged from the garbage can 100, avoiding the pungent odor feeling to the surrounding personnel.
[0073] So far, the technical solutions of the present application have been described in combination with the foregoing embodiments, but those skilled in the art can easily understand that the protection scope of the present application is not limited to these specific embodiments. Without deviating from the technical principles of the present application, those skilled in the art can split and combine the technical solutions in the above-described embodiments, or make equivalent changes or replacements to the related technical features, and any changes, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the technical concept and / or technical principles of the present application will fall within the protection scope of the present application.
