[0020] [Explanation of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure]

[0021] First, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be explained.

[0022] [1] The connector of the present disclosure includes: three or more first terminals electrically connected to electric wires; and a housing that holds the three or more first terminals, the three or more first terminals being arranged along a first direction, each of the first terminals having a first electric wire connecting portion to which the electric wire is connected, a first terminal connecting portion to which a counterpart terminal is connected, and a first intermediate portion provided between the first electric wire connecting portion and the first terminal connecting portion, the three or more first terminal connecting portions being arranged at a first interval along the first direction, the three or more first electric wire connecting portions being arranged at a second interval along the first direction, the first interval and the second interval being different from each other, the three or more first intermediate portions being formed in mutually different shapes according to a difference between the first interval and the second interval, and the three or more first terminals having identification portions for identifying each other.

[0023] According to this configuration, each of the first terminals has the first electric wire connecting portion, the first terminal connecting portion, and the first intermediate portion, the three or more first terminal connecting portions are arranged at the first interval, and the three or more first electric wire connecting portions are arranged at the second interval different from the first interval. In addition, the three or more first intermediate portions are formed in mutually different shapes according to a difference between the first interval and the second interval. Therefore, the three or more first terminals have mutually different shapes. In this case, when the three or more first terminals are identified based only on the difference in the shape of the first intermediate portion at the time of assembly of the connector or the like, a large amount of time is required for the identification. Thus, the assembly workability of the connector is reduced. In view of this, in the connector of the present disclosure, the identification portions for identifying each other are provided to the three or more first terminals. Thus, even when the three or more first terminals have mutually different shapes, the three or more first terminals can be easily identified based on the identification portions. Therefore, the time required for the identification of the three or more first terminals can be shortened, and the assembly workability of the connector can be improved.

[0024] [2] Preferably, the three or more first terminal connecting portions are arranged at a certain first interval along the first direction, the three or more first electric wire connecting portions are arranged at a certain second interval along the first direction, in the three or more first terminals, an offset amount in the first direction of the first electric wire connecting portion and the first terminal connecting portion varies in an arithmetic progression according to a difference between the first interval and the second interval, and the three or more first intermediate portions are formed in mutually different shapes according to the offset amount in the corresponding first terminal.

[0025] According to this configuration, three or more first terminal connecting portions are arranged at a first interval, and three or more first wire connecting portions are arranged at a second interval. Further, three or more first intermediate portions are formed in mutually different shapes according to the amount of displacement in the first direction of the first wire connecting portions and the first terminal connecting portions. Therefore, the difference between the first interval and the second interval can be absorbed by the shapes of the respective first intermediate portions. That is, the difference between the first interval and the second interval can be absorbed by the structure of the first terminal alone. For example, the lengths of the wires connected to the first terminals are not set to mutually different lengths, and the difference between the first interval and the second interval can be absorbed by the structure of the first terminal alone.

[0026] [3] Preferably, each of the first terminals has a width extending in the first direction, and the difference between the first interval and the second interval is smaller than the width of the first terminal.

[0027] According to this configuration, the difference between the first interval and the second interval is smaller than the width of the first terminal. Therefore, the amount of change in the amount of displacement in the first direction of the first wire connecting portions and the first terminal connecting portions, specifically, the amount of change in the above-described amount of displacement in the two first terminals adjacent in the first direction, becomes smaller than the width of the first terminal. Thus, the degree of change in the shape of the first intermediate portion in the two first terminals adjacent in the first direction becomes smaller. As a result, it becomes more difficult to recognize three or more first terminals by the difference in shape alone. Therefore, the smaller the difference between the first interval and the second interval, the more remarkable the effect of providing the recognition portion for each of the first terminals.

[0028] [4] Preferably, the recognition portion is provided to a portion of the first terminal that is not covered by the housing.

[0029] According to this configuration, the recognition portion is provided to the portion of the first terminal that is not covered by the housing. Therefore, the recognition portion can be confirmed even in a state in which the first terminal is held by the housing. Thus, three or more first terminals can be easily recognized based on the recognition portion even in a state in which the first terminal is held by the housing.

[0030] [5] Preferably, the housing has an opening, each of the first terminals has the first wire connecting portion extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction toward the inside of the opening, the first intermediate portion extending from the inside of the opening in a direction in which the opening penetrates, and the first terminal connecting portion extending in the second direction from the first intermediate portion to the side opposite the first wire connecting portion, and the recognition portion is provided to a surface of the first intermediate portion extending along the direction in which the opening penetrates.

[0031] According to this configuration, the recognition portion is provided to a surface of the first intermediate portion that extends in the through direction of the opening. Therefore, for example, in a state where the first terminal is held by the housing, the recognition portion is also easily visually recognized through the opening. Therefore, the three or more first terminals can be easily recognized based on the recognition portion.

[0032] [6] Preferably, the recognition portion is a printed character formed on the first terminal.

[0033] According to this configuration, the recognition portion is constituted by the printed character. Therefore, it is possible to suppress interference of, for example, fingers of an operator who assembles the connector with the recognition portion. Thus, it is possible to improve the assembly workability of the connector. In addition, it is possible to suppress an increase in the size of the first terminal due to the provision of the recognition portion.

[0034] [7] Preferably, further comprising: a second terminal provided in alignment with the three or more first terminals in the first direction; and a lock connector provided between the first terminal and the second terminal in the first direction, the second terminal having the recognition portion.

[0035] According to this configuration, the lock connector is provided between the first terminal and the second terminal in the first direction. With this lock connector, it is possible to easily detect whether the connector is connected in a normal position with respect to a connection object. In addition, since the recognition portion is also provided for the second terminal, the first terminal and the second terminal can be easily recognized based on the recognition portion.

[0036] [8] Preferably, the second terminal has a second wire connecting portion connected to the electric wire, a second terminal connecting portion connected to the counterpart terminal, and a second intermediate portion provided between the second wire connecting portion and the second terminal connecting portion, an interval between the first terminal connecting portion and the second terminal connecting portion adjacent in the first direction is an interval larger than the first interval, and an interval between the first wire connecting portion and the second wire connecting portion adjacent in the first direction is the same as the second interval.

[0037] According to this configuration, the interval between the first terminal connecting portion and the second terminal connecting portion adjacent in the first direction is set to an interval larger than the first interval. Therefore, for example, it is possible to appropriately arrange the lock connector between the first terminal connecting portion and the second terminal connecting portion.

[0038] [9] Preferably, the number of the first terminals is five or more.

[0039] According to this configuration, the number of the first terminals having different shapes is five or more, and thus the number of types of components increases. In this case, it becomes complicated to recognize the five first terminals. Therefore, the more the number of the first terminals, the more the effect of providing the recognition portion for each first terminal becomes significant.

[0040]

[10] The wire harness of the present disclosure includes: a first connector having three or more first terminals and a housing that holds the three or more first terminals; a second connector having three or more third terminals; and three or more electric wires that electrically connect each of the first terminals and each of the third terminals. The three or more first terminals are arranged in a first direction. Each of the first terminals has a first electric wire connecting portion to which the electric wire is connected, a first terminal connecting portion to which a counterpart terminal is connected, and a first intermediate portion provided between the first electric wire connecting portion and the first terminal connecting portion. The three or more third terminals are arranged in the first direction. Each of the third terminals has a third electric wire connecting portion to which the electric wire is connected. The three or more first terminal connecting portions are arranged in the first direction at a first interval. The three or more first electric wire connecting portions are arranged in the first direction at a second interval. The three or more third electric wire connecting portions are arranged in the first direction at the second interval. The first interval and the second interval are different from each other. The three or more first intermediate portions are formed in different shapes from each other according to a difference between the first interval and the second interval. The three or more first terminals have a recognition portion for recognizing each other.

[0041] According to this configuration, each of the first terminals has the first electric wire connecting portion, the first terminal connecting portion, and the first intermediate portion. The three or more first terminal connecting portions are arranged at the first interval. The three or more first electric wire connecting portions are arranged at the second interval different from the first interval. In addition, the three or more first intermediate portions are formed in different shapes from each other according to the difference between the first interval and the second interval. Therefore, the three or more first terminals have different shapes from each other. In this case, when the three or more first terminals are recognized only on the basis of the difference in the shape of the first intermediate portion at the time of assembly of the first connector and the wire harness or the like, a large amount of time is required for the recognition. Thus, the assembly workability of the wire harness is reduced. In view of this, in the wire harness of the present disclosure, the recognition portion for recognizing each other is provided to the three or more first terminals. Thus, even in the case where the three or more first terminals have different shapes from each other, the three or more first terminals can be easily recognized on the basis of the recognition portion. Therefore, the time required for the recognition of the three or more first terminals can be shortened, and the assembly workability of the wire harness can be improved.

[0042]

[11] Preferably, the lengths of the electric wires are the same.

[0043] According to this configuration, the lengths of the electric wires are the same. Therefore, compared to the case where the lengths of the electric wires are different, an increase in the types of components can be suppressed.

[0044]

[12] Preferably, one of the first connector and the second connector is electrically connected to the inverter, and the other of the first connector and the second connector is electrically connected to the motor, and the three or more wires are high-voltage wires to which high voltage is applied.

[0045] Based on this configuration, a wiring harness can be used for the conductive path between an inverter and a motor that are subjected to high voltage.

[0046] [Details of the embodiments of this disclosure]

[0047] The following is a reference to the appendix. Figure 1 Specific examples of the connectors and wire harnesses disclosed herein are described below. In the accompanying drawings, for ease of explanation, some components are sometimes shown enlarged or simplified. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios of the various parts sometimes differ in the accompanying drawings. In the accompanying drawings, mutually orthogonal XYZ axes are illustrated. The term "orthogonal" in this specification includes not only strictly orthogonal cases but also cases where they are approximately orthogonal to the extent that they achieve the desired effect in this embodiment. Additionally, in this specification, when referred to as "along," the angle formed by the reference direction and the extending direction of the object is preferably 10 degrees or less. In this case, the angle formed by the reference direction and the extending direction of the object is preferably 5 degrees or less, more preferably 1 degree or less, and most preferably 0 degrees, i.e., parallel. Furthermore, the invention is not limited to these examples, but as indicated by the claims, it is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.

[0048] (Composition of wire harness 10)

[0049] like Figure 1 As shown, the wiring harness 10 has a connector 20, which has three or more terminals 30. The three or more terminals 30 are arranged along a first direction D1. In this embodiment, the first direction D1 is along the Y-axis. The wiring harness 10 also has a connector 80, which has three or more terminals 90. The three or more terminals 90 are arranged along the first direction D1. The wiring harness 10 may have, for example, three or more wires 110 that electrically connect the terminals 30 and 90. The wiring harness 10 may be, for example, a wiring harness that electrically connects vehicle electrical equipment such as motors and inverters to each other. The connector 20 may be electrically connected to an inverter, for example. The connector 80 may be electrically connected to a motor, for example.

[0050] (Composition of wire 110)

[0051] like Figure 2As shown, each wire 110 has: a core wire 111, which is conductive; and an insulating sheath 112, which surrounds the outer periphery of the core wire 111 and is insulating. Each wire 110 is, for example, a high-voltage wire to which a high voltage is applied. "High-voltage wire" in this specification refers to wire conforming to the "JASO D624 (2015)" standard. The rated voltage of a high-voltage wire is more than 30V and less than 600V in the case of AC voltage, and more than 60V and less than 750V in the case of DC voltage.

[0052] Each wire 110 has a first connecting portion 120 that connects to a terminal 30. The first connecting portion 120 is located at one end of the wire 110 along its length. At the first connecting portion 120, the end of the core wire 111 protrudes from the insulating covering portion 112. At the first connecting portion 120, the end of the core wire 111 exposed from the insulating covering portion 112 is connected to the terminal 30. Figure 1 As shown, each wire 110 has a second connecting portion 130 that connects to the terminal 90. The second connecting portion 130 is provided at the end of the wire 110 on the side opposite to the first connecting portion 120 in the longitudinal direction. In the second connecting portion 130, similar to the first connecting portion 120, the core wire 111 (see reference) Figure 2 The end of the terminal is connected to terminal 90.

[0053] Three or more wires 110 are arranged along the first direction D1. Each wire 110 extends, for example, along the X-axis. Each wire 110 extends, for example, straight along the X-axis. For example, each wire 110 has the same length. In this specification, "same" means not only completely identical, but also that the objects being compared are slightly different from each other within the range of manufacturing tolerances and assembly tolerances.

[0054] (Composition of connector 20)

[0055] like Figure 2 As shown, connector 20 is fitted into the enclosure 200 of the inverter. Enclosure 200 has an opening 201.

[0056] like Figure 1 As shown, connector 20 has a housing 50 that holds more than three terminals 30.

[0057] A metal plate 60 protruding outward from the outer periphery of the housing 50 is integrally provided on the housing 50, for example. The plate 60 has a plurality of mounting holes 61. The plate 60 is inserted into each mounting hole 61 for mounting the plate 60 to the housing 200 (see reference). Figure 2 (Not shown) Bolts. The connector 20 is assembled to the housing 200 via the plate 60.

[0058] (Composition of the shell 50)

[0059] The housing 50, for example, has a cylindrical portion 51 and a holding portion 52 for holding a plurality of terminals 30. The housing 50 is, for example, a single component in which the cylindrical portion 51 and the holding portion 52 are formed integrally. The housing 50 is, for example, made of an insulating resin material.

[0060] like Figure 2 As shown, the cylindrical portion 51 has an opening 53 extending through it. The direction of the opening 53 is, for example, along the Z-axis. Figure 1 As shown, opening 53 is, for example, formed into an oblong shape.

[0061] The retaining portion 52 protrudes from the cylindrical portion 51 toward the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 51. For example, the retaining portion 52 protrudes downwards from the cylindrical portion 51 toward the wire 110 in the figure. For example, the retaining portion 52 is positioned offset from the center of the cylindrical portion 51 in the first direction D1. For instance, the center of the retaining portion 52 in the first direction D1 is offset from the center of the cylindrical portion 51 in the first direction D1 in one direction of the first direction D1 (to the left in this embodiment).

[0062] The retaining portion 52 retains a portion of the terminal 30 and a portion of the wire 110 including the first connecting portion 120. For example, multiple terminals 30 connected to multiple wires 110 and housing 50 are integrated by insert molding. A portion of each terminal 30 and each first connecting portion 120 are embedded in the retaining portion 52, for example.

[0063] like Figure 2 As shown, a groove 54 is provided in the portion of the housing 50 opposite to the box 200, which surrounds the opening 53. An annular sealing member 55 is provided in the groove 54 to seal between the housing 50 and the box 200.

[0064] A guide portion 56 is provided in the housing 50 opposite to the box body 200, for example, protruding toward the box body 200 in a direction away from the cylindrical portion 51. The guide portion 56 is inserted into the interior of the opening 201 of the box body 200, for example, along the inner peripheral surface of the opening 201. The guide portion 56 has a guiding function that guides the terminal 30 toward the interior of the opening 201 when the housing 50 is assembled to the box body 200.

[0065] (Construction of terminal 30)

[0066] like Figure 1 As shown, each terminal 30 protrudes from the holding portion 52 toward the interior of the opening 53 in a second direction D2 that intersects the first direction D1. In this embodiment, the second direction D2 is along the X-axis and is orthogonal to the first direction D1.

[0067] Each terminal 30 has a wire connection portion 31, a terminal connection portion 32, and an intermediate portion 33 disposed between the wire connection portion 31 and the terminal connection portion 32. Each terminal 30 is a single component formed by integrating the wire connection portion 31, the terminal connection portion 32, and the intermediate portion 33. Each terminal 30 is formed of a metal material such as copper, copper alloy, aluminum, aluminum alloy, or stainless steel. Furthermore, each terminal 30 has a width extending in a first direction D1. That is, the first direction D1 is consistent with the width direction of each terminal 30. In addition, the length direction of each terminal 30 is a direction orthogonal to the width direction of each terminal 30, extending in the direction in which the wire connection portion 31, the intermediate portion 33, and the terminal connection portion 32 are arranged.

[0068] like Figure 2 As shown, the first connecting portion 120 of the wire 110 is electrically connected to each wire connecting portion 31. A core wire 111 exposed from the insulation covering portion 112 is joined to the wire connecting portion 31. As a joining method between the wire connecting portion 31 and the core wire 111, crimping, ultrasonic welding, optical welding, and other known joining methods can be used.

[0069] like Figure 1 As shown, each wire connection portion 31 has a bending portion 34 that bends in the XY plane in a direction intersecting both the first direction D1 and the second direction D2. The bending portion 34 is set, for example, based on the offset between the center of the cylindrical portion 51 in the first direction D1 and the center of the holding portion 52 in the first direction D1.

[0070] like Figure 2 As shown, the first end 31A of the wire connection portion 31, which connects to the intermediate portion 33 along its length, protrudes into the interior of the opening 53. Here, the portion of each wire connection portion 31 that engages with the core wire 111 and extends to the bend portion 34 is covered, for example, by the housing 50. Furthermore, the first end 31A of the wire connection portion 31 protrudes from the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 51 toward the interior of the opening 53, and is exposed from the cylindrical portion 51 and the retaining portion 52.

[0071] like Figure 2 As shown, the middle portion 33 is, for example, formed in a plate shape. The middle portion 33 bends from the first end 31A of the wire connection portion 31 and extends along the third direction D3 toward the opening 201 of the housing 200. In this embodiment, the third direction D3 is along the Z-axis and is perpendicular to the first direction D1 (see reference). Figure 1 The third direction D3 of this embodiment is orthogonal to the second direction D2. The third direction D3 is aligned with the through direction of the opening 53. The middle portion 33 protrudes from the opening 53, for example. A portion of the length direction of the middle portion 33 protrudes from the opening 53 toward the third direction D3, for example. For example, the end of the middle portion 33 that connects to the terminal connection portion 32 in the length direction is located outside the opening 53 and inside the opening 201 of the housing 200.

[0072] The terminal connecting portion 32 is provided at the end portion on the opposite side of the wire connecting portion 31 in the length direction of the terminal 30. The terminal connecting portion 32 is formed in a plate shape, for example. The terminal connecting portion 32 is bent from the intermediate portion 33 and extends in the second direction D2 to the side opposite to the wire connecting portion 31. The terminal connecting portion 32 extends in the second direction D2, for example. The terminal connecting portion 32 is located outside the opening 53, and inside the opening 201 of the case 200, for example.

[0073] The terminal connecting portion 32 has an insertion hole 35 that penetrates the terminal connecting portion 32 in the third direction D3. The insertion hole 35 is formed in a circular shape, for example. The axis direction in which the center axis of the insertion hole 35 extends coincides with the penetration direction of the opening 53. The entirety of the insertion hole 35 overlaps the opening 53 when viewed in plan from the third direction D3.

[0074] Each terminal 30 is formed in a crank shape, for example. The cross-sectional shape of each terminal 30, for example, when cut by an XZ plane, is formed in a crank shape. Each terminal 30 is formed in a crank shape by the wire connecting portion 31 that extends in the second direction D2, the intermediate portion 33 that extends in the third direction D3 from the wire connecting portion 31, and the terminal connecting portion 32 that extends in the second direction D2 from the intermediate portion 33, for example.

[0075] The plurality of terminals 30 are electrically connected to a plurality of counterpart terminals 202 made of metal that are provided inside the opening 201 of the case 200. Although the illustration is omitted, the plurality of counterpart terminals 202 are arranged in the first direction D1 (refer to Figure 1 ) as with the plurality of terminals 30. The counterpart terminal 202 has a penetration hole 203 that penetrates the counterpart terminal 202 in the third direction D3. The penetration hole 203 is formed in a circular shape, for example. The counterpart terminal 202 is fitted with a nut 204 that communicates with the penetration hole 203, for example. The terminal 30 and the counterpart terminal 202 are fastened by a bolt 205 that is inserted into the insertion hole 35 of the terminal 30 and the penetration hole 203 of the counterpart terminal 202 and screws the nut 204.

[0076] As Figure 3As shown, the three or more terminals 30 have a total of six terminals: terminal 30A, terminal 30B, terminal 30C, terminal 30D, terminal 30E, and terminal 30F. The six terminals 30A to 30F have different shapes. For example, the intermediate portions 33 of the six terminals 30A to 30F are formed with different shapes. Specifically, the intermediate portions 33A of terminal 30A, 33B of terminal 30B, 33C of terminal 30C, 33D of terminal 30D, 33E of terminal 30E, and 33F of terminal 30F are formed with different shapes. The six intermediate portions 33A to 33F bend from the first end 31A of the wire connection portion 31 in a direction intersecting both the first direction D1 and the third direction D3 and extend toward the end of the terminal connection portion 32. The amount of bending in the direction intersecting both the first direction D1 and the third direction D3 of the six intermediate portions 33A to 33F is different for each other.

[0077] like Figure 1 As shown, the structures of the six terminals 30A to 30F, except for the middle portion 33, namely the wire connection portion 31 and the terminal connection portion 32, are formed to be identical in shape and size. For example, in the six terminals 30A to 30F, the bending amount of the bend 34 of the wire connection portion 31 is set to the same bending amount. In other words, the six terminals 30A to 30F differ only in the structure of the middle portion 33. Furthermore, the positions of the wire connection portions 31 in the second direction D2 in the six terminals 30A to 30F are all set to the same position. The positions of the terminal connection portions 32 in the second direction D2 in the six terminals 30A to 30F are all set to the same position.

[0078] (Composition of the identification unit 40)

[0079] like Figure 3 As shown, the six terminals 30A to 30F each have an identification portion 40 for identifying each other. The identification portion 40 is provided, for example, in a position where it can be seen visually. The identification portion 40 is provided, for example, in a position where it can be seen from outside the housing 50 when the terminals 30A to 30F are held by the housing 50. The identification portion 40 is provided, for example, in the portion of the terminals 30A to 30F not covered by the housing 50. The identification portion 40 is provided, for example, in the middle portions 33A to 33F. For example, the identification portion 40 is provided on the surface of the middle portions 33A to 33F of each terminal 30A to 30F extending along a third direction D3 consistent with the through direction of the opening 53. Figure 2 As shown, the identification portion 40 is, for example, provided on the surface of the intermediate portion 33 facing the second direction D2. The identification portion 40 is, for example, provided on the surface of the intermediate portion 33 facing the second direction D2, and also on the surface of the second direction D2 facing the terminal connection portion 32. Figure 3As shown, the identification part 40 is provided, for example, in the portion of the intermediate portions 33A-33F that protrudes outside the opening 53. The identification part 40 is configured, for example, by printing characters formed on the surface of the intermediate portions 33A-33F. In this embodiment, the identification part 40 is a mark “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, “E”, and “F” printed on the surface of the intermediate portions 33A-33F respectively. Furthermore, the mark printed as the identification part 40 is not particularly limited. The mark printed as the identification part 40 is preferably, for example, a mark with sequential order. For example, as the identification part 40, the mark “1”, “2”, “3”, “4”, “5”, and “6” may also be printed on the surface of the intermediate portions 33A-33F respectively.

[0080] (Composition of cover unit 70)

[0081] like Figure 4 As shown, connector 20 has, for example, a cover unit 70 mounted on housing 50. Cover unit 70 has a cover 71, an interlocking connector 72, and an electromagnetic shielding cover 73.

[0082] The cover 71 closes one end of the opening 53 in the third direction D3. For example, the cover 71 closes the side of the opening 53 opposite to the side facing the housing 200 (refer to Figure 2). The cover 71 has, for example, a fitting portion 74 that engages with the inside of the opening 53. The fitting portion 74 closes the opening 53. A sealing member 75 is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 74. The sealing member 75 seals between the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 74 and the inner peripheral surface of the opening 53. The cover 71 is, for example, made of an insulating resin material. The cover 71 is, for example, fixed to the electromagnetic shielding cover 73 by screws or the like.

[0083] Interlock connector 72 is the electrical detection connector 20 relative to the inverter housing 200 (see reference 200) which is the object of connection. Figure 2 The connector 20 is connected in the correct position relative to the housing 200. When connector 20 is connected in the correct position relative to the housing 200, interlock connector 72 engages with a waiting connector (not shown) located inside the housing 200. Interlocking circuit is formed by interlock connector 72 and waiting connector. When interlock connector 72 engages with waiting connector, connector 20 and inverter become energized.

[0084] The interlocking connector 72 protrudes from the mating portion 74 toward the opening 53. The interlocking connector 72 extends from the mating portion 74 toward the terminals 30A to 30F in a third direction D3. The interlocking connector 72 is, for example, disposed between terminals 30A and 30B in a first direction D1. When the cover unit 70 is assembled into the housing 50, the interlocking connector 72 is arranged side-by-side with the six terminals 30A to 30F in the first direction D1.

[0085] The electromagnetic shield cover 73 is made of a conductor such as a metal, for example. The electromagnetic shield cover 73 covers a side in the housing 50 opposite to the side facing the cabinet 200 (refer to FIG. 1). The electromagnetic shield cover 73 is fixed to the board 60 by bolt fastening or the like, for example. Figure 2 ) The electromagnetic shield cover 73 is made of a conductor such as a metal, for example. The electromagnetic shield cover 73 covers a side in the housing 50 opposite to the side facing the cabinet 200 (refer to FIG. 1). The electromagnetic shield cover 73 is fixed to the board 60 by bolt fastening or the like, for example.

[0086] (Structure of connector 80)

[0087] As shown in FIG. 8, the connector 80 is fitted to a housing of a motor not shown. The connector 80 has a housing 100 holding three or more terminals 90. The connector 80 has six terminals 90, for example. The six terminals 90 are arranged along a first direction Dl. The six terminals 90 each have the same shape, for example. Figure 1

[0088] (Structure of housing 100)

[0089] The housing 100 has a cylindrical portion 101 formed in a cylindrical shape and a holding portion 102 holding the plurality of terminals 90. The housing 100 is a single member in which the cylindrical portion 101 and the holding portion 102 are formed in one body, for example. The housing 100 is made of a resin material having insulating properties, for example.

[0090] The cylindrical portion 101 has an opening 103 penetrating the cylindrical portion 101. The penetration direction of the opening 103 is a direction along the Z axis, for example. The opening 103 is formed in an oblong shape, for example.

[0091] The holding portion 102 protrudes from the cylindrical portion 101 to the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical portion 101. The holding portion 102 protrudes from the cylindrical portion 101 toward the electric wires 110 upward in the drawing, for example. The holding portion 102 holds a part of the terminals 90 and a part of the electric wires 110 including the second connecting portions 130. The plurality of terminals 90 and the housing 100 connected to the plurality of electric wires 110 are integrated by insert molding. A part of each terminal 90 and each second connecting portion 130 is embedded in the holding portion 102, for example.

[0092] (Structure of terminal 90)

[0093] Each terminal 90 protrudes from the holding portion 102 toward the inside of the opening 103. Each terminal 90 extends in a second direction D2 intersecting the first direction Dl.

[0094] Each terminal 90 has a wire connecting portion 91 and a terminal connecting portion 92. Each terminal 90 is a single member in which the wire connecting portion 91 and the terminal connecting portion 92 are formed as one body. Each terminal 90 is formed of, for example, a metal material such as copper, copper alloy, aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or the like. Further, each terminal 90 has a width that extends in the first direction D1. That is, the first direction D1 coincides with the width direction of each terminal 90. In addition, the length direction of each terminal 90 is a direction orthogonal to the width direction of each terminal 90, and extends in a direction in which the wire connecting portion 91 and the terminal connecting portion 92 are arranged.

[0095] The second connecting portion 130 of the electric wire 110 is electrically connected to the wire connecting portion 91. The core wire 111 of the electric wire 110 is, for example, joined to the wire connecting portion 91 (refer to FIG. 2). Figure 2 ).

[0096] The terminal connecting portion 92 is, for example, formed in a plate shape. The terminal connecting portion 92 protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 101 toward the inside of the opening 103, for example, and is exposed from the housing 100.

[0097] The terminal connecting portion 92 has an insertion hole 93 that penetrates the terminal connecting portion 92 in a direction along the Z axis. The insertion hole 93 is, for example, formed in a circular shape. The axis direction in which the central axis of the insertion hole 93 extends coincides with the penetration direction of the opening 103. When viewed from above in a direction along the Z axis, the entirety of the insertion hole 93 overlaps the opening 103.

[0098] The plurality of terminals 90 are electrically connected to a plurality of counterpart terminals made of metal that are provided inside a housing of an electric motor that is not shown. The terminal connecting portion 92 of the terminal 90 and the counterpart terminal are, for example, fastened by a bolt that is not shown.

[0099] (Detailed structure of the wire harness 10)

[0100] Next, the configuration of the wire harness 10 will be described more specifically with reference to Figure 5 to FIG. 4. Figure 5 is a schematic view that shows the positional relationship of the three or more terminals 30, the three or more terminals 90, and the three or more electric wires 110.

[0101] The six terminals 30A to 30F are arranged side by side along the first direction Dl. The terminal connection portions 32 (first terminal connection portions) of the five terminals 30B to 30F (first terminals) are arranged at intervals Pl along the first direction Dl. Here, the interval Pl is the interval between the terminal connection portions 32 of the adjacent terminals 30B to 30F in the first direction Dl. The interval Pl is, for example, the distance along the first direction Dl between the centers in the width direction of the terminal connection portions 32 of the adjacent terminals 30B to 30F in the first direction Dl. At this time, the center in the width direction of the terminal connection portion 32 coincides with, for example, the position of the first direction Dl on the central axis of the insertion hole 35. In the present embodiment, the terminal connection portions 32 of the five terminals 30B to 30F are arranged at a certain interval Pl along the first direction Dl. That is, in the five terminals 30B to 30F, two or more (here, four) of the intervals Pl are all set to the same distance. Specifically, the interval Pl between the terminal connection portions 32 of the terminals 30B, 30C, the interval Pl between the terminal connection portions 32 of the terminals 30C, 30D, the interval Pl between the terminal connection portions 32 of the terminals 30D, 30E, and the interval Pl between the terminal connection portions 32 of the terminals 30E, 30F are all the same distance.

[0102] The interlocking connector 72 is provided between the terminal connection portion 32 of the terminal 30A and the terminal connection portion 32 of the terminal 30B adjacent in the first direction Dl. The terminal connection portion 32 of the terminal 30A is provided, for example, so as not to interfere with the interlocking connector 72. Therefore, the terminal connection portion 32 (second terminal connection portion) of the terminal 30A (second terminal) is provided apart from the terminal connection portion 32 (first terminal connection portion) of the terminal 30B adjacent in the first direction Dl by an interval P2 larger than the interval Pl. Here, the interval P2 is the interval between the terminal connection portions 32 of the terminals 30A, 30B adjacent in the first direction Dl. The interval P2 is, for example, the distance along the first direction Dl between the centers in the width direction of the terminal connection portions 32 of the terminals 30A, 30B adjacent in the first direction Dl. The interval P2 is larger than the interval Pl by an amount to avoid the interlocking connector 72.

[0103] The wire connection portions 31 (first wire connection portions) of the five terminals 30B to 30F are arranged at intervals P3 along the first direction D1. Here, interval P3 is the distance between the wire connection portions 31 of adjacent terminals 30B to 30F in the first direction D1. For example, interval P3 is the distance along the first direction D1 between the centers of the wire connection portions 31 in the width direction of adjacent terminals 30B to 30F. In this embodiment, the wire connection portions 31 of the five terminals 30B to 30F are arranged at a certain interval P3 along the first direction D1. That is, in the five terminals 30B to 30F, two or more (four in this case) intervals P3 are all set to the same distance. Specifically, the distance P3 between the wire connection portions 31 of terminals 30B and 30C, the distance P3 between the wire connection portions 31 of terminals 30C and 30D, the distance P3 between the wire connection portions 31 of terminals 30D and 30E, and the distance P3 between the wire connection portions 31 of terminals 30E and 30F are all the same.

[0104] The wire connection portion 31 (second wire connection portion) of terminal 30A is provided with a gap P4 between it and the wire connection portion 31 (first wire connection portion) of the adjacent terminal 30B in the first direction D1. Here, the gap P4 is the distance between the wire connection portions 31 of adjacent terminals 30A and 30B in the first direction D1. The gap P4 is, for example, the distance along the first direction D1 between the center of the wire connection portion 31 of terminal 30A in the width direction and the center of the wire connection portion 31 of terminal 30B in the width direction. In this embodiment, the gap P4 is the same distance as the gap P3. That is, the gap P4 between the wire connection portions 31 of adjacent terminals 30A and 30B in the first direction D1 is the same as the gap P3. Therefore, the wire connection portions 31 of the six terminals 30A to 30F are arranged along the first direction D1 at a certain gap P3.

[0105] In this embodiment, the wire connection portions 31 of the six terminals 30A to 30F are formed to have the same shape and size. Furthermore, the positions of the wire connection portions 31 of the six terminals 30A to 30F are aligned in the second direction D2. Therefore, the intervals P3 and P4 are the same distance in both directions along the length of the wire connection portions 31. That is, the intervals P3 and P4 between the first end 31A connected to the middle portion 33 and the intervals P3 and P4 between the portions of the six wire connection portions 31 connected to the wire 110 are the same distance.

[0106] The intervals P3, P4 are different from the interval PI. In the present embodiment, the intervals P3, P4 are smaller than the interval PI. The intervals P3, P4 are different from the interval P2. In the present embodiment, the intervals P3, P4 are smaller than the interval P2. In each of the five terminals 30B to 30F, an offset occurs between the center in the width direction of the wire connecting portion 31 and the center in the width direction of the terminal connecting portion 32 in the first direction D1 due to the difference between the interval PI and the interval P3. Specifically, in each of the five terminals 30B to 30F, the center in the width direction of the first end portion 31A of the wire connecting portion 31 and the center in the width direction of the terminal connecting portion 32 are offset by an amount a1 in the first direction D1 according to the difference between the interval PI and the interval P3.

[0107] In the present embodiment, the offset a1 in the first direction D1 of the wire connecting portion 31 and the terminal connecting portion 32 in the five terminals 30B to 30F varies in an arithmetic progression according to the difference between the interval P1 and the interval P3. To be more specific, in the terminal 30F, the width direction center of the first end portion 31A of the wire connecting portion 31 and the width direction center of the terminal connecting portion 32 coincide with each other. That is, in the terminal 30F, the offset a1 of the first end portion 31A of the wire connecting portion 31 and the terminal connecting portion 32 in the first direction D1 is 0. In the terminal 30E adjacent to the terminal 30F, the position of the width direction center of the first end portion 31A of the wire connecting portion 31 and the width direction center of the terminal connecting portion 32 are offset from each other by a distance of the difference between the interval P1 and the interval P3 in the first direction D1. That is, the offset a1 in the terminal 30E becomes a distance of the difference between the interval P1 and the interval P3, that is, (P1-P3). In the terminal 30D adjacent to the terminal 30E, the position of the width direction center of the first end portion 31A of the wire connecting portion 31 and the width direction center of the terminal connecting portion 32 are offset from each other by a distance of twice the difference between the interval P1 and the interval P3 in the first direction D1. That is, the offset a1 in the terminal 30D becomes a distance of twice the difference between the interval P1 and the interval P3, that is, (P1-P3) x 2. Similarly, the offset a1 in the terminal 30C adjacent to the terminal 30D becomes a distance of three times the difference between the interval P1 and the interval P3, that is, (P1-P3) x 3. The offset a1 in the terminal 30B adjacent to the terminal 30C becomes a distance of four times the difference between the interval P1 and the interval P3, that is, (P1-P3) x 4. In this way, with the terminal 30F as a reference, the offset a1 increases by the amount of the difference (P1-P3) between the interval P1 and the interval P3 as the terminals 30E, 30D, 30C, 30B are arranged in this order. That is, in the five terminals 30B to 30F, the amount of change of the offset a1 of the terminals 30B to 30F adjacent to each other in the first direction D1 becomes the difference (P1-P3) between the interval P1 and the interval P3. Here, the amount of change of the offset a1 of the terminals 30B to 30F adjacent to each other in the first direction D1 is, for example, smaller than the width of each terminal 30B to 30F. For example, the amount of change of the offset a1 of the terminals 30B to 30F adjacent to each other in the first direction D1 is smaller than 1 / 2 of the width of each terminal 30B to 30F.

[0108] As described above, the terminal 30A is arranged with a larger interval P2 than the interval P1 from the adjacent terminal 30B. However, the interval P4 between the wire connecting portion 31 of the terminal 30A and the wire connecting portion 31 of the terminal 30B in the first direction D1 is the same interval as the interval P3. Therefore, in the terminal 30A, the positions of the width direction center of the first end portion 31A of the wire connecting portion 31 and the width direction center of the terminal connecting portion 32 are offset by an amount a2 in the first direction D1 according to the difference between the interval P2 and the interval P4. For example, the offset amount a2 in the terminal 30A becomes a distance obtained by adding the difference (P1-P3) x 4 between the interval P1 and the interval P3, that is, the offset amount a1 in the terminal 30B, and the difference (P2-P4) between the interval P2 and the interval P4.

[0109] The six intermediate portions 33A to 33F are formed in mutually different shapes according to the difference between the interval P1 and the interval P3. The five intermediate portions 33B to 33F (first intermediate portion) are formed in mutually different shapes according to the offset amount a1 in the corresponding terminal 30B to 30F. The intermediate portion 33A (second intermediate portion) is formed in a shape different from the intermediate portions 33B to 33F according to the offset amount a2 in the corresponding terminal 30A. The five intermediate portions 33B to 33F are formed in shapes extending in a direction intersecting the first direction D1, for example, in a manner to absorb the offset amount a1 in the corresponding terminal 30B to 30F. The intermediate portions 33B to 33F are formed in shapes bent in a manner to extend in the first direction D1 by the amount of the offset amount a1 in the corresponding terminal 30B to 30F, for example. In this way, the amount of bending in the intermediate portions 33B to 33F is set according to the offset amount a1 in the corresponding terminal 30B to 30F, that is, the difference between the interval P1 and the interval P3. That is, the angle formed by the direction in which the intermediate portions 33B to 33F extend and the first direction D1 is set according to the offset amount a1 in the corresponding terminal 30B to 30F. Therefore, in the intermediate portions 33B to 33F, the greater the offset amount a1 in the corresponding terminal 30B to 30F, the greater the amount of bending. That is, in the intermediate portions 33B to 33F, the amount of bending gradually becomes greater in the order of the intermediate portion 33F → the intermediate portion 33E → the intermediate portion 33D → the intermediate portion 33C → the intermediate portion 33B. Here, in the case where the amount of change in the offset amount a1 of the terminals 30B to 30F adjacent to each other in the first direction D1 is small, the difference in the amount of bending in the intermediate portions 33B to 33F adjacent to each other in the first direction D1 becomes small. Therefore, in the case where the amount of change in the offset amount a1 is small, the degree of change in the shape of the intermediate portions 33B to 33F adjacent to each other in the first direction D1 becomes small. In this way, when the difference in the shape of the five intermediate portions 33B to 33F becomes small, it becomes difficult to recognize the five intermediate portions 33B to 33F only by the difference in the shape. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the terminals 30B to 30F each are provided with the recognition portion 40 for recognizing the terminals 30B to 30F from each other.

[0110] The intermediate portion 33A is formed in a shape extending in a direction intersecting the first direction Dl, for example, in a manner to absorb the offset amount a2 in the terminal 30A. The intermediate portion 33A is formed in a shape bent by the amount of offset a2 in the first direction Dl, for example. The amount of bending in the intermediate portion 33A is the largest among the intermediate portions 33A to 33F.

[0111] The six electric wires 110 are arranged at intervals P3 along the first direction Dl, for example. Here, the interval P3 in the electric wires 110 is the interval between the adjacent electric wires 110 in the first direction Dl. The interval P3 in the electric wires 110 is the distance along the first direction Dl between the center axes of the adjacent electric wires 110 in the first direction Dl, for example. In the present embodiment, the six electric wires 110 are arranged at intervals P3 along the first direction Dl.

[0112] The six terminals 90 are arranged at intervals P3 along the first direction Dl, for example. Here, the interval P3 in the terminals 90 is the interval between the adjacent terminals 90 in the first direction Dl. The interval P3 in the terminals 90 is the distance along the first direction Dl between the centers in the width direction of the terminals 90 in the adjacent terminals 90 in the first direction Dl, for example. In the present embodiment, the six terminals 90 are arranged at intervals P3 along the first direction Dl. In this way, the six electric wires 110 and the six terminals 90 are arranged at the same intervals P3 in the first direction Dl as the wire connecting portions 31 of the six terminals 30A to 30F. In addition, the positions in the second direction D2 of the wire connecting portions 31 of the six terminals 30A to 30F are aligned. The positions in the second direction D2 of the six terminals 90 are aligned. Therefore, the lengths of the six electric wires 110 can be set to be the same.

[0113] Next, the effects of the present embodiment will be described.

[0114] (1) The three or more terminals 30B to 30F each have a wire connecting portion 31, a terminal connecting portion 32, and an intermediate portion 33. The terminal connecting portions 32 of the three or more terminals 30B to 30F are arranged at intervals PI along the first direction Dl. The wire connecting portions 31 of the three or more terminals 30B to 30F are arranged at intervals P3 different from the intervals PI along the first direction Dl. In addition, the three or more intermediate portions 33B to 33F are formed in mutually different shapes according to the difference between the intervals PI and the intervals P3. Therefore, the three or more terminals 30B to 30F have mutually different shapes. In this case, when the three or more terminals 30B to 30F are identified based only on the difference in the shapes of the intermediate portions 33B to 33F at the time of assembly of the connector 20 or the like, a large amount of time is required for the identification. Thus, the assembly workability of the connector 20 is reduced. In view of this, in the connector 20 of the present embodiment, the identification portions 40 for identifying each other are provided to the three or more terminals 30B to 30F. Thus, even in the case where the three or more terminals 30B to 30F have mutually different shapes, the three or more terminals 30B to 30F can be easily identified based on the identification portions 40. Therefore, the time required for the identification of the three or more terminals 30B to 30F can be shortened, and the assembly workability of the connector 20 can be improved.

[0115] (2) The terminal connecting portions 32 of the three or more terminals 30B to 30F are arranged at certain intervals PI, and the wire connecting portions 31 of the three or more terminals 30B to 30F are arranged at certain intervals P3. In addition, the three or more intermediate portions 33B to 33F are formed in mutually different shapes according to the offset amount al in the first direction Dl of the wire connecting portions 31 and the terminal connecting portions 32. Therefore, the difference between the intervals PI and the intervals P3 can be absorbed by the shapes of the intermediate portions 33B to 33F. For example, the lengths of the wires 110 connected to the terminals 30B to 30F are not set to mutually different lengths, and the difference between the intervals PI and the intervals P3 can be absorbed only by the structure of the terminals 30B to 30F.

[0116] (3) The difference between the intervals PI and the intervals P3 is smaller than the width of each terminal 30B to 30F. Therefore, the variation amount of the offset amount al in the first direction Dl of the wire connecting portions 31 and the terminal connecting portions 32, specifically, the variation amount of the above-mentioned offset amount al in the first direction Dl of the adjacent terminals 30B to 30F becomes smaller than the width of each terminal 30B to 30F. Thus, the degree of change in the shape of the adjacent intermediate portions 33B to 33F in the first direction Dl becomes small. As a result, it becomes more difficult to identify the three or more terminals 30B to 30F only by the shapes of the intermediate portions 33B to 33F. Therefore, the smaller the difference between the intervals PI and the intervals P3, the more significantly the effect of providing the identification portions 40 to each of the terminals 30B to 30F, that is, the effect of the above-mentioned (1) appears.

[0117] (4) The recognition portion 40 is provided in a portion of the terminal 30B to 30F that is not covered by the housing 50. Therefore, the recognition portion 40 can be confirmed, for example, in a state where the terminals 30B to 30F are held by the housing 50. Therefore, in the state where the terminals 30B to 30F are held by the housing 50, the three or more terminals 30B to 30F can be easily recognized based on the recognition portion 40.

[0118] (5) The recognition portion 40 is provided in a surface of the intermediate portion 33B to 33F that extends in the penetration direction of the opening 53. Therefore, the recognition portion 40 is easily visually recognized through the opening 53, for example, in a state where the terminals 30B to 30F are held by the housing 50. Therefore, the three or more terminals 30B to 30F can be easily recognized based on the recognition portion 40.

[0119] (6) The recognition portion 40 is constituted by a printed character formed on the surface of the terminal 30B to 30F. Therefore, it is possible to suppress, for example, the fingers of an operator who assembles the connector 20 from interfering with the recognition portion 40. Thus, it is possible to improve the assembly workability of the connector 20. In addition, it is possible to appropriately suppress an increase in the size of the terminal 30B to 30F due to the provision of the recognition portion 40.

[0120] (7) The interlocking connector 72 is provided between the terminal 30A and the terminal 30B in the first direction D1. At this time, the interval P2 between the terminal connecting portion 32 of the terminal 30A and the terminal connecting portion 32 of the terminal 30B that are adjacent in the first direction D1 is set to an interval larger than the interval P1. Thus, it is possible to appropriately suppress interference of the terminal connecting portion 32 of the terminal 30A with the interlocking connector 72, and to appropriately arrange the interlocking connector 72 between the terminal connecting portion 32 of the terminal 30A and the terminal connecting portion 32 of the terminal 30B.

[0121] (8) Like the terminals 30B to 30F, the recognition portion 40 is provided in the terminal 30A. Therefore, the terminals 30A to 30F can be easily recognized based on the recognition portion 40.

[0122] (9) The number of the terminals 30B to 30F arranged at the interval P1 is set to five. According to this configuration, the number of the terminals 30B to 30F that are different in shape is five, and thus the types of components in the wire harness 10 increase. In this case, it becomes complicated to recognize the five terminals 30B to 30F. Therefore, the more the number of the terminals 30, the more the effect of providing the recognition portion 40 for each terminal 30, that is, the effect of the above (1) is significantly exhibited.

[0123] (10) The lengths of the respective electric wires 110 are the same. Therefore, compared to a case where the lengths of the respective electric wires 110 are different, it is possible to suppress an increase in the types of components in the wire harness 10.

[0124] (Other Embodiments)

[0125] The above-described embodiments can be implemented with the following modifications. The above-described embodiments and the following modified examples can be implemented in combination with each other within a range in which the technology does not become contradictory.

[0126] • The position at which the identification portion 40 is formed in the above-described embodiments is not particularly limited. For example, in the above-described embodiments, the identification portion 40 is provided at a portion of each terminal 30 that is not covered by the housing 50, but the position at which the identification portion 40 is formed is not limited to this. For example, the identification portion 40 can be provided at a portion of each terminal 30 that is covered by the housing 50, such as the wire connection portion 31. Even in this case, the terminal 30 can be identified based on the identification portion 40, for example, in a state before the terminal 30 is held by the housing 50, and thus the assembly workability when the connector 20 is assembled can be improved. In addition, the identification portion 40 can be provided at the terminal connection portion 32 of each terminal 30.

[0127] • In the above-described embodiments, the identification portion 40 is configured by a printed character formed on the surface of each terminal 30, but is not limited to this. For example, the identification portion 40 is not particularly limited as long as it has a structure by which three or more terminals 30 can be identified.

[0128] For example Figure 6 As illustrated in FIG. 6, the identification portion 40 can be configured by the protrusion 41 provided to each terminal 30. For example, the protrusion 41 is provided to the terminal connection portion 32 of each terminal 30. The protrusion 41 is provided to the terminal connection portion 32 of each of the six terminals 30A to 30F in such a manner that it protrudes outward from a position different from those of the other terminals 30 in the outer side surface of the terminal connection portion 32 of each terminal 30. For example, each terminal connection portion 32 is formed in a circular shape. The protrusion 41 protrudes outward from a position different from those of the other terminals 30 in the circumferential direction of the terminal connection portion 32 of each of the six terminals 30A to 30F. By providing such a protrusion 41 to each terminal 30, the six terminals 30A to 30F can be easily identified based on the position at which the protrusion 41 is formed.

[0129] • In the above-described embodiments, the identification portion 40 is provided to each of the terminals 30A to 30F, but is not limited to this. For example, the identification portion 40 of the terminal 30A can be omitted.

[0130] • In the above-described embodiments, the wire connection portion 31 is formed in the same shape and the same size in the six terminals 30A to 30F, but is not limited to this. For example, the wire connection portion 31 can be formed in a different shape in the six terminals 30A to 30F.

[0131] • In the above embodiment, the positions of the wire connection portions 31 of the six terminals 30A to 30F in the second direction D2 are all made the same position, but are not limited thereto. For example, the positions of the wire connection portions 31 of the six terminals 30A to 30F in the second direction D2 can be made different from each other.

[0132] • In the above embodiment, the terminal connection portions 32 of the six terminals 30A to 30F are all made the same shape and the same size, but are not limited thereto. For example, the terminal connection portions 32 of the six terminals 30A to 30F can be made different from each other.

[0133] • In the above embodiment, the positions of the terminal connection portions 32 of the six terminals 30A to 30F in the second direction D2 are all made the same position, but are not limited thereto. For example, the positions of the terminal connection portions 32 of the six terminals 30A to 30F in the second direction D2 can be made different from each other.

[0134] • In the above embodiment, the lengths of the three or more electric wires 110 are all made the same, but can be made different from each other.

[0135] • In the above embodiment, the two or more intervals P1 of the terminal connection portions 32 of the three or more terminals 30B to 30F are all made the same distance, but can be made different from each other.

[0136] • In the above embodiment, the two or more intervals P3 of the wire connection portions 31 of the three or more terminals 30B to 30F are all made the same distance, but can be made different from each other.

[0137] • In the above embodiment, the interval P1 is made larger than the interval P3, but can be made smaller than the interval P3.

[0138] • The position of the interlock connector 72 in the above embodiment is not particularly limited. For example, the interlock connector 72 can be provided between the terminal 30B and the terminal 30C in the first direction D1. In this case, for example, the interval between the terminal connection portion 32 of the terminal 30B and the terminal connection portion 32 of the terminal 30C becomes the interval P2. Also, the interlock connector 72 can be provided outside the terminal 30A in the first direction D1. For example, the interlock connector 72 can be provided in the first direction D1 in such a manner that the terminal 30B, the terminal 30A, and the interlock connector 72 are arranged in this order. In this case, the interval between the terminal connection portion 32 of the terminal 30A and the terminal connection portion 32 of the terminal 30B can be made the interval P1.

[0139] • The interlocking connector 72 in the above-described embodiment can also be omitted.

[0140] • The shape of the wire connecting portion 31 in the above-described embodiment is not particularly limited. For example, the bent portion 34 in the wire connecting portion 31 can also be omitted.

[0141] • The shape of the terminal connecting portion 32 in the above-described embodiment is not particularly limited. For example, the insertion hole 35 in the terminal connecting portion 32 can also be omitted. In this case, for example, the terminal connecting portion 32 of the terminal 30 can adopt a male terminal formed in a pin shape, and the counterpart terminal 202 can adopt a female terminal. The same modification can also be applied to the terminal 90.

[0142] • In the connector 20 of the above-described embodiment, the terminal connecting portion 32 of the terminal 30 can also be located inside the opening 53 of the housing 50. In this case, in a state where the connector 20 is fitted to the case 200, the counterpart terminal 202 is located inside the opening 53.

[0143] • In the above-described embodiment, the first connecting portion 120 and the second connecting portion 130 of the electric wire 110 can also not be respectively buried in the housing 50 and the housing 100. In this case, for example, with respect to the holding portions 52, 102 configured to be able to insert the electric wire 110, a sealing member that seals between the holding portions 52, 102 and the electric wire 110 can be provided.

[0144] • The number of the terminals 30 in the connector 20 of the above-described embodiment can be appropriately changed.

[0145] • The number of the terminals 90 in the connector 80 of the above-described embodiment can be appropriately changed.

[0146] • The connector 20 of the above-described embodiment can also be a connector that has a terminal different from the terminal 30. Similarly, the connector 80 can also be a connector that has a terminal different from the terminal 90.

[0147] • In the above-described embodiment, the connector electrically connected to the inverter is the connector 20, and the connector electrically connected to the motor is the connector 80. However, it is not limited thereto. For example, the connector electrically connected to the inverter can be the connector 80, and the connector electrically connected to the motor can be the connector 20.

[0148] • In the above-described embodiment, the wire harness that electrically connects the inverter and the motor is the wire harness 10, but it is not limited thereto. For example, the wire harness that electrically connects two or more electrical devices mounted on a vehicle other than the inverter and the motor can be the wire harness 10.

[0149] • The electric wire 110 in the above-described embodiment can also be a low-voltage electric wire to which a low voltage is applied.

[0150] • The embodiments disclosed this time are illustrative in all aspects and are not limited to the embodiments described above. The scope of the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiments but is shown by the claims and intends to include all modifications equivalent in meaning and scope to the claims.
