Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of automotive lamp welding, and in particular, it is a welding device for automotive lamp processing based on multi-directional movement of a fixture, including a welding workbench, on the upper surface of which an automatic welding controller is fixedly installed, and a fixture driving mechanism is fixedly installed on the surface of the welding workbench. For this welding device for automotive lamp processing based on multi-directional movement of a fixture, by setting an automatic welding controller, a fixture driving mechanism, an adjustable clamping mechanism and an automatic welding mechanism, during use, different models of automotive lamps are clamped by the adjustable clamping mechanism, and then the fixture driving mechanism and the automatic welding mechanism are automatically controlled by the automatic welding controller to automatically weld the automotive lamps, thus solving the problem that when the existing ultrasonic welding is used for automotive lamps, according to different models of automotive lamps, welding bases and welding heads need to be customized, resulting in higher welding costs.
