[0022] Figure 1 A schematic diagram of an example environment 100 in which embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented is shown. In the example environment 100, a terminal device 110 has an application 120 installed therein. A user 140 can interact with the application 120 via the terminal device 110 and / or an attached device of the terminal device 110. The application 120 can be a live streaming supporting application. The application 120 can provide live streaming content for users in a live streaming room, and the users in the live streaming room can comment on the content live streamed by the live streaming room. The terminal device 110 can present various user interfaces 150 of the application 120 to the user 140.
[0023] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 communicates with the server 130 to implement provisioning of services for the application 120. The terminal device 110 can be any type of mobile terminal, fixed terminal, or portable terminal including a mobile handset, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a notebook computer, a netbook computer, a smartbook, a tablet, a personal communication system (PCS) device, a personal navigation device, a personal digital assistant (PDA), an audio / video player, a digital camera / camcorder, a positioning device, a television receiver, a radio broadcast receiver, an electronic book device, a game device, or any combinations of the aforementioned devices, including accessories and peripherals for these devices, or any combinations thereof. In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can also be capable of supporting any type of interface for user interaction (such as a "wearable" circuit, etc.). The server 130 can be various types of computing systems / servers capable of providing computing power, including but not limited to mainframes, edge computing nodes, computing devices in a cloud environment, etc.
[0024] It should be appreciated that the structure and functionality of the various elements in the environment 100 are described for illustrative purposes only and do not imply any limitation on the scope of the present disclosure.
[0025] Generally, in a live room, a live room manager can set the live room to display the same comments of the users watching the live content in the form of a single-line hot comment in a predetermined position of the comment area of the live room if the same comments meet a certain condition. This display method cannot better present the comments of the opposing parties or multiple parties with the nature of confrontation for some live content, such as live content with the nature of confrontation. The "nature of confrontation" here can mean that the live content involves at least two parties or multiple parties, and the live content presents a process of determining the winner between the at least two parties through confrontation, competition, or comparison. The live content with the "nature of confrontation" can include, but is not limited to, various competitions such as sports events, game events, and talent competitions. For example, for a football match, the current single-line hot comment cannot intuitively display the user comments supporting the two teams participating in the football match. In addition, the current live rooms, including live content with the nature of confrontation, lack support for background guiding comments, resulting in a poor live room atmosphere and affecting the user's viewing experience.
[0026] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a scheme for online live streaming is proposed. In the scheme, by configuring and presenting a guiding hot comment, the comments of users in a live streaming room can be beneficially guided, so as to improve the atmosphere of the live streaming room and improve the viewing experience of the users. In some embodiments, for live streaming content with an antagonistic nature, the way according to the present disclosure can simultaneously show hot comment content for both or more parties of the antagonism, so as to more intuitively show the comments of the users of both or more parties of the antagonism, thereby further improving the viewing experience.
[0027] Some example embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with continuous reference to the drawings. In the example embodiments to be described below, the concept according to the present disclosure will be mainly described with the example of presenting live streaming content 203 with an antagonistic nature in a live streaming room. It should be understood that the embodiments of the present disclosure are also applicable to live streaming content 203 without an antagonistic nature, such as live streaming content 203 of the dialogue type, single or multi-person talent show, and the like.
[0028] Figure 2 A schematic diagram of presenting an example live streaming interface according to some embodiments of the present disclosure is schematically shown. As shown Figure 2 schematically, in addition to the live streaming content 203 display area, the live streaming interface can also include a comment area 201. During the viewing of the live streaming content 203, the comment area 201 can be displayed by default, thereby presenting more live streaming content 203. The comment area 201 can be presented by triggering in some appropriate manner, so as to show the comments made by the users viewing the live streaming content 203. Figure 2 schematically shown is a diagram in which the comment area 201 is triggered to be displayed. In some embodiments, the comment area 201 can be presented by clicking a button or icon such as “interaction” or “comment” located at a predetermined position (e.g., the bottom) of the live streaming interface. In some embodiments, the comment area 201 can also be presented by clicking the text and icon input box 202 at the bottom of the live streaming interface.
[0029] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to be able to guide the comments of the users, thereby improving the atmosphere of the live streaming room and improving the viewing experience of the users, the management party of the live streaming room can pre-configure at least one guiding hot comment to guide the user comments. The guiding hot comment is a specific sentence that can be used to guide the user comments.
[0030] The guiding hot comments can be set by the operator of the live streaming room or the initiator of the live streaming in the background before or during the live streaming according to needs. In some embodiments, the setting of the guiding hot comments can be based on the live streaming content 203, for example. For example, when the live streaming content 203 is a match between two teams (e.g., including Team A and Team B), the guiding hot comments can include cheering phrases with a tendency to each party, such as "Support Team A", "Cheer for Team B", and the like. In some embodiments, the guiding hot comments can also include phrases without a tendency to each team involved in the live streaming content 203, for example, phrases cheering for the players participating in the match, such as "Cheer for Team A", "Support Team B", and the like. It should be understood that, as mentioned above, the guiding hot comments are also applicable to any appropriate live streaming content 203 without an antagonistic nature.
[0031] In some embodiments, one or more guiding hot comments can be set, and the specific number is not limited. In some embodiments, in order to improve the display effect, the number of characters of the text of the guiding hot comments 205 can also be reasonably set with a maximum character threshold, so as to avoid problems such as the guiding hot comments 205 being unable to be displayed due to too many characters. In addition, the number of characters of the user comments in the live streaming room can also be set with a maximum character threshold.
[0032] Under certain triggering conditions, one or more guiding hot comments will be presented in the user interface of the live streaming room. The triggering conditions and example presentation methods of the guiding hot comments will be described illustratively by means of the accompanying drawings below.
[0033] The triggering conditions of the guiding hot comments 205 can include whether the number of user comments received in the live streaming room that match the preconfigured guiding hot comments reaches a threshold number. The threshold number can be reasonably set according to the live streaming content 203 and the like. For example, in some embodiments, the threshold number can be 10. In some embodiments, the threshold number can be set according to the number of characters of the text of the guiding hot comments 205, for example. Figure 3 In the example in FIG. 2, if the number of user comments "Cheer for Team A" published by the user that match the guiding hot comments 205 exceeds 10, the guiding hot comments 205 "Cheer for Team A" are displayed at a predetermined position in the live streaming room. In some embodiments, it can be determined whether the instantaneous number of matching user comments reaches the threshold number. For example, it can be determined that the rate v of the matching user comments is greater than or equal to z, where the units of v and z can be "comments / second", and z is the threshold number. In some embodiments, it can be determined whether the number of matching user comments reaches the threshold number within a period of time. For example, it can be determined that the number a of matching user comments is greater than x, and lasts for y seconds, where x is the threshold number, and the specific values of x and y can be set according to actual applications.
[0034] If the triggering condition is satisfied (e.g., the number of matching user comments reaches a threshold number), the guiding hot comment 205 is displayed at a predetermined position of the user interface of the live room. For example, Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 8, a guiding hot comment 205 "Player A, cheer up" is displayed at the top area of the comment area 201, which is cheering for a certain player involved in the live content 203. In some embodiments, while the guiding hot comment 205 is displayed, the number of user comments matching the guiding hot comment 205 (e.g., "x10") can also be displayed at a proper position of the user interface (e.g., near the guiding hot comment 205). The displayed number can be a real-time number, which can be updated in real time or at an interval of a predetermined time period (e.g., 0.5 seconds or any other suitable time period). In this way, the user comments with higher heat can be actively guided and displayed, so as to improve the atmosphere of the live room.
[0035] In some embodiments, the guiding hot comment 205 with dynamic effects can also be presented at a proper position of the user interface. On one hand, the guiding hot comment with dynamic effects can be used to represent that the number of user comments matching the presented guiding hot comment 205 is still increasing. On the other hand, the dynamic effects can also attract the attention of the user, thereby helping to guide the user comments. For example, Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 9, a dynamic diagram of the guiding hot comment 205 constantly flickering and advancing to the right side is shown to represent that the number of user comments matching the presented guiding hot comment 205 is still increasing.
[0036] Of course, it should be understood that the user interface display mentioned herein with respect to the dynamic effects is only illustrative and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present disclosure. Any other suitable user interface display with dynamic effects is possible. For example, in some embodiments, the dynamic effects of the presented guiding hot comment can also be in the form of left-right shaking, flickering, etc.
[0037] In addition, in some embodiments, while the guiding hot comment 205 and the number of user comments matching the guiding hot comment 205 are displayed, an icon can also be displayed at a proper position, which can be related to the segment of the guiding hot comment 205. For example, Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 10, a clapping icon is also displayed in the front part of the guiding hot comment 205. Of course, it should be understood that this is only illustrative, and any other icon or identifier can be used to further optimize the display effect of the guiding hot comment 205, such as, but not limited to, a cheering stick, a clapping, or a photo or cartoon image of the player, etc., thereby helping the user watching the live to pay attention. Of course, in some alternative embodiments, the icon or identifier can not be displayed.
[0038] To positively guide user comments and display more diversified user hot comments, the guiding hot comment 205 can be hidden after being presented for a certain time. For example, in some embodiments, if the time length (hereinafter referred to as a first time length) for presenting the guiding hot comment 205 exceeds a certain threshold time length (hereinafter referred to as a first threshold time length), the guiding hot comment 205 is hidden so that other guiding hot comments 205 can be displayed. Each different guiding hot comment 205 can be set to a different presentation time according to different content and adjustments, for example, any appropriate time length between 4-30 seconds.
[0039] In addition, to facilitate the rotation presentation of the pre-configured multiple guiding hot comments, as mentioned above, in some embodiments, the guiding hot comment 205 can also be zeroed. For example, in some embodiments, if the first time length for presenting the guiding hot comment 205 exceeds a certain time length (which can be the first threshold time length for hiding the guiding hot comment 205 mentioned above or any other time length), and the number of user comments matching the guiding hot comment 205 reaches a maximum threshold, the number of user comments matching the guiding hot comment 205 is zeroed, thereby facilitating the presentation of other guiding hot comments 205.
[0040] In some embodiments, the maximum threshold of the number of user comments matching the guiding hot comment 205 can be reasonably set according to the live content 203, etc., for example, the maximum threshold can be set to “999” or “9999”, etc. In some embodiments, if the first time length for presenting the guiding hot comment 205 has not exceeded the first threshold time length for hiding the guiding hot comment 205, but the number of user comments matching the guiding hot comment 205 has exceeded the set maximum threshold, the maximum threshold can be presented near the guiding hot comment 205, and at the same time, the number is still increasing can be represented by appropriate means, which can be but not limited to: the size of the guiding hot comment 205 and / or the corresponding number changes (for example, constantly changing), flashing, color changing, etc.
[0041] The “matching” mentioned above, that is, the “matching” between the user comments and the guiding hot comment 205, can refer to fuzzy matching or exact matching. Fuzzy matching can include the case that the user comments matching the guiding hot comment 205 are fuzzy matched with the text of the guiding hot comment 205, for example, the user comments matching the guiding hot comment 205 can include some mood auxiliaries that do not affect the semantics while including the sentence segment of the guiding hot comment 205. For example, for the guiding hot comment 205 of “supporting player A”, user comments such as “supporting player A ah”, “supporting player A ya” or “I support player A” belong to fuzzy matching with the guiding hot comment 205, so they can be counted in the number of user comments matching the guiding hot comment 205.
[0042] In some embodiments, the fuzzy matching can also include semantic fuzzy matching, i.e., whether to match can be determined later by analyzing the semantics of the user comments. For example, for the leading hot comment 205 of “Support Teammate A”, if Teammate A also has a well-known nickname such as “Little A”, then user comments such as “Support Little A”, “Support Little A!” and the like can also be counted in the number of user comments matching the leading hot comment 205 of “Support Teammate A”. Of course, in order to reduce the amount of calculation, the number of user comments matching the leading hot comment 205 can also be determined by only text fuzzy matching or text exact matching and the like.
[0043] In some embodiments, in order to facilitate users to quickly post user comments matching the leading hot comment, the labels 204 associated with the preconfigured at least one leading hot comment can be presented at a suitable position (e.g., a second predetermined position) of the user interface of the live room. The suitable position can be a position adjacent to the user input box 202, as shown in FIG. 2. In some embodiments, the displayed labels 204 can include leading hot comments that have been presented, are being presented and / or will be presented. For example, in the presented live content 203 such as a ball game, after Teammate A scores a goal, the labels 204-1, 204-2, 204-3 (hereinafter collectively referred to as or individually referred to as labels 204 for convenience of discussion) of “Support Teammate A”, “Teamate A is really great”, “Support Teammate A” can be presented above the input box 202 of the user interface. The labels 204 are matched with the preconfigured leading hot comments. Figure 4
[0044] The user can issue a user comment consistent with the label 204 by a suitable predetermined operation such as clicking the label 204, i.e., the generated user comment is presented in the comment area 201 of the live room. In this way, the user comment is completely matched with the preconfigured leading hot comment 205 of “Support Teammate A”. This way can further facilitate users to post user comments matching the leading hot comment 205, thereby facilitating the presentation of the leading hot comment 205, and further facilitating the improvement of the atmosphere of the live room.
[0045] The foregoing mainly refers to Figure 3 and Figure 4 This describes the triggering timing and presentation method for some non-biased guiding comments. Non-biased guiding comments are those that are not directed at either or more parties involved in the presented competitive live stream content 203. Examples include cheering for players from the two teams in the match or other similar situations. For competitive live stream content 203, meaning it involves at least two parties—a first party and a second party (e.g., representing team A and team B respectively)—a certain number of guiding comments can be pre-configured in the live stream. For example, for team A, guiding comments such as "Go Team A!", "Support Team A!", and "Team A's coach is great!" can be pre-configured, and the same applies to team B. To present these competitive guiding comments 205 fairly and reasonably, and to reflect the support from each party, the guiding comments 205 related to each party can be presented simultaneously only after the number of user comments matching the guiding comments 205 related to each party reaches a threshold.
[0046] Figure 5A An example of this situation is shown. Figure 5A In the example shown, live stream content 203 displays a live video feed of a match between two teams (Team A and Team B). Fans of both teams are watching live stream content 203 and posting comments supporting their favorite teams. The live stream can be pre-configured with guiding comments corresponding to the two teams, such as "Go Team A!" and "Support Team B!". Once the number of comments posted by fans of both teams in the live stream reaches a certain threshold, the guiding comments 205 for both teams are simultaneously displayed in different locations on the live stream interface. Figure 5A The adversarial style shown in the image has 205 guiding hot reviews.
[0047] Regarding the threshold number matching the guiding comment 205, in some embodiments, the threshold number set for each party involved in the live content can be the same. For example, the threshold number of user comments matching the corresponding guiding comment 205 for each team can be set to 100. When the number of user comments matching the guiding comment 205 (hereinafter referred to as the first guiding comment) "Go Team A" corresponding to Team A and the number of user comments matching the guiding comment 205 (hereinafter referred to as the second guiding comment) "Support Team B" corresponding to Team B both reach 100, the first and second guiding comments can be displayed simultaneously in different positions on the user interface, namely, "Go Team A" and "Support Team B".
[0048] Of course, in some alternative embodiments, the threshold number set for each party involved in the live content can also be different. For example, team A is the visiting team, and team B is the home team, the threshold number of user comments matching the corresponding leading hot comment 205 for team A can be set to 50, while the threshold number for team B can be set to 100. In such an example, when the number of user comments matching the leading hot comment 205 for team A, "Team A, cheer up", reaches 50, and the number of user comments matching the leading hot comment 205 for team B, "Support team B", reaches 100, the first and second leading hot comments, i.e., "Team A, cheer up" and "Support team B", can be presented simultaneously at different positions of the user interface, respectively.
[0049] In addition, for the leading hot comment 205 with a tendency, similar to the previously mentioned leading hot comment 205 without a tendency, the real-time number of user comments matching the leading hot comment 205 can also be displayed near the leading hot comment 205 with a tendency, and the icon corresponding to the leading hot comment 205 can be displayed in the appropriate position, etc. For example, the icons of the team logo, team flag, etc. can be displayed near the first and second leading hot comments "Team A, cheer up" and "Support team B", respectively, to optimize the presentation effect of the leading hot comment 205. Of course, in some alternative embodiments, the displayed icons can also be irrelevant to the leading hot comment 205, and can only be some simple dynamic effect icons.
[0050] In some embodiments, in the user interface of the live room, the positions of the leading hot comments 205 for multiple parties involved in the live content can be determined according to the comparison between the numbers of matching user comments associated with each party. For example, the positions of the first leading hot comment and the second leading hot comment are determined by comparing the number of user comments matching the first leading hot comment and the number of user comments matching the second leading hot comment. For example, in Figure 5A , it is assumed that the number of user comments matching the first leading hot comment "Team A, cheer up" is 55, and the number of user comments matching the second leading hot comment "Support team B" is 105, then when presented, the second leading hot comment and the corresponding number of user comments can be presented above the first leading hot comment and the corresponding number of user comments to represent the difference in the number of user comments.
[0051] In some embodiments, after the first and second leading hot comments are presented simultaneously for a predetermined duration (this stage is referred to as the start stage), a competition stage can be entered, as Figure 5BThe number of user comments matched with the first and second leading hot comments can be refreshed in real time or refreshed at a predetermined interval (e.g., 0.5 s) after entering the competition stage, and the change in the position of the first and second leading hot comments is presented in real time according to the number of corresponding user comments. For example, in the competition stage, as time goes on, the number of user comments matched with the first leading hot comment gradually increases from 55 at the beginning to 280, and the number of user comments matched with the second leading hot comment gradually increases from 105 at the beginning to 175. In this process, the presented first leading hot comment can be gradually moved upwards, and the presented second leading hot comment can be gradually moved downwards, so as to realize the case that the first leading hot comment is presented above the second leading hot comment according to the comparison of the number of user comments.
[0052] Of course, it should be understood that the above embodiment of displaying the two leading hot comments 205 up and down according to the difference in the number of user comments matched therewith is only illustrative and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present disclosure. As long as the difference in the number of user comments matched therewith can be more intuitively embodied, any other appropriate presentation mode is also possible. For example, in some embodiments, the up and down positions of the first leading hot comment and the second leading hot comment can also be fixed, and in the competition stage, the positions of the two in the left and right directions can be different according to the number of user comments matched therewith. For example, as shown in FIG. 6B, the more the number of user comments matched therewith, the more the position of the leading hot comment 205 is on the right side, so as to present a more intuitive display of the comment number race of the two, thereby further improving the atmosphere of the live broadcast. Figure 5C
[0053] After the competition stage is presented for a specified duration, the final presentation stage can be entered. In the final presentation stage, the number of user comments matched with the leading hot comments 205 is no longer continuously counted in real time, but the first and second leading hot comments and the final number of user comments matched therewith can be presented according to the final number of user comments matched with the first and second leading hot comments, as shown in FIG. 6C. Figure 5D
[0054] For example, assuming that the final number of user comments matched with the first leading hot comment is 500, and the final number of user comments matched with the second leading hot comment is 800, at this time, a gold medal or “champion” icon can be displayed beside the second leading hot comment, and a silver medal or “runner-up” icon can be displayed beside the first leading hot comment to present the difference, as shown in FIG. 6C. Figure 5D
[0055] As mentioned above, the biased guide hot comments 205 related to the parties involved in the live content 203 (e.g., team A and team B) can be presented simultaneously at different positions of the user interface, and the presentation is divided into three stages, i.e., a start stage, a competition stage, and a final presentation stage. The duration of the three stages can be different respectively, and can be customized as needed. In addition, the total duration of the three stages can also be set, and the guide hot comments 205 are hidden after reaching the threshold duration.
[0056] In addition, the zeroing rule mentioned above also applies to the biased guide hot comments 205. That is, in some embodiments, the number of user comments matching the guide hot comment 205 can be zeroed when the duration of presenting the guide hot comment 205 exceeds a certain duration (which can be the total duration of the three stages mentioned above) and / or the number of user comments matching the guide hot comment 205 reaches a maximum threshold, thereby facilitating the presentation of other guide hot comments 205.
[0057] In some embodiments, after the guide hot comment 205 is displayed, for the guide hot comment 205 to be displayed later, in addition to meeting the requirement of reaching the threshold number, a duration requirement is also needed, i.e., the duration (referred to as second duration) elapsed since the last presented guide hot comment 205 exceeds a certain threshold (e.g., second threshold duration). In this way, an empty window duration can be set between the presentation of two guide hot comments 205, thereby facilitating the user's attention to new guide hot comments 205.
[0058] In some embodiments, for the biased guide hot comments 205, in addition to meeting the requirement that the number of user comments of the opposing parties reaches the threshold number and the duration requirement mentioned above, the interval duration of two biased guide hot comments 205 can also be set. For example, the interval duration of two biased guide hot comments 205 can be set to 30 minutes, or any other duration. In this way, various guide hot comments 205 can be reasonably presented and displayed, thereby improving the effect of improving the atmosphere of the live room.
[0059] In some embodiments, if both the biased guide hot comments 205 and the non-biased guide hot comments 205 meet the presentation conditions described above, in order to present the opposing effect to the user, the biased guide hot comments 205 can be presented preferentially, i.e., the guide hot comments 205 corresponding to the parties involved in the live content 203 are presented simultaneously, and the start stage, the competition stage, and the final presentation stage are displayed as described above, thereby further activating the atmosphere of the live room.
[0060] The above is described with respect to live content involving a first party and a second party, it should be understood that the embodiments discussed can also be similarly applied to live content involving three or more parties.
