Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an optical imaging device, and in particular to an electronic device, a camera module and a polarization device thereof. Background Art
[0002] In recent years, the camera module used for imaging has developed into one of the standard accessories of portable electronic devices (e.g., smart phones), and the market has put forward higher requirements for the imaging quality of the camera module. In order to make the camera module have higher imaging quality, in addition to paying attention to the hardware of the camera module (e.g., image sensor, filter, lens, etc.), the adjustment of parameters for different shooting environments also needs to be taken into account. Those skilled in the art should know that the brightness of the image taken by the camera module is related to the exposure of the image, and the exposure of the image is related to the amount of light entering the camera module, and whether the image is overexposed or underexposed, it will affect the clarity of the image.
[0003] There is a polarizing film on the market that can shield and transmit incident light. It can be installed on the outside of the lens of a camera (for example, a SLR camera or a micro-single-lens camera). When shooting outdoor scenes, such as shooting scenery or landscapes, the polarizing film is installed on the outside of the camera lens to assist in adjusting the parameters of the shooting environment, so that the texture of the strong reflective parts of the scenery or landscape can be clearly expressed. Accordingly, when shooting in a dark environment, the polarizing film needs to be moved away from the outside of the camera lens to avoid the situation where the image taken by the camera is dark and affects the image quality.
[0004] As an accessory of a camera with a relatively large volume, the existing polarizing film needs to be manually installed and disassembled, which makes it impossible for the existing polarizing film to be applied to the camera module, which is one of the standard accessories of portable electronic devices. Therefore, integrating the function of the polarizing film in the camera module is a technical problem that the inventor of the present invention is committed to solving. In addition, the existing polarizing film needs to be manually rotated to adjust its polarization effect, which makes the use of the polarizing film more difficult and cannot be applied to the camera module, which is one of the standard accessories of portable electronic devices. [0051] Reference Figure 1B When the polarization device 200 is in the non-polarized state, the component of the polarization device 200 for providing the polarization function is moved away from the photosensitive path of the module device 100, so that the incident light directly enters the interior of the module device 100 through the optical lens 104, so as to be imaged by the photoelectric conversion by the photosensitive chip 102. At this time, the camera module 1000 is suitable for imaging in a weak light environment.
[0052] By switching the state of the polarization device 200 between the polarization state and the non-polarization state, the camera module 1000 can produce clear images in a variety of shooting environments.
[0053] Continue to refer to the attached Figures 1A to 7BThe polarization device 200 includes a driving unit 10 and a polarization unit 20 drivably connected to the driving unit 10, and the driving unit 10 is used to drive the polarization unit 20 to slide. Each group of the first coils 13 is respectively mounted on each of the plate bodies 121 of the first circuit board 12, so that each group of the first coils 13 is respectively located on each side of the driving seat 11. Each first magnet 14 is respectively arranged on each side of the polarization unit 20, so that the position of each first magnet 14 corresponds to the position of each group of the first coils 13. When each of the board bodies 121 of the first circuit board 12 supplies power to each group of the first coils 13 at the same time, the magnetic field generated by each group of the first coils 13 interacts with each of the first magnets 14 to simultaneously drive the polarization unit 20 at opposite sides of the polarization unit 20, so as to allow the polarization unit 20 to slide smoothly along the track formed by the driving seat 11. In other words, both opposite sides of the polarization unit 20 can be driven, so as to allow the polarization unit 20 to slide smoothly along the track formed by the driving seat 11.
