A filter with a flushing valve

Abstract

This invention discloses a filter with a flushing valve, comprising a filter body, a purified water outlet, a first intermediate port, a second intermediate port, and a drain outlet. A filter element assembly is installed on the water path connecting the first intermediate port and the purified water outlet. The filter element assembly has multiple purified water chambers connected to the purified water outlet. The drain outlet is connected to the first and second intermediate ports. A flushing valve is located at the lower end of the filter body. The flushing valve includes a valve seat and a housing that is sealed to the valve seat. The valve seat is adapted to and sealed to the filter body. A filtered water outlet is provided on the housing, and a water path is connected between the filtered water outlet and the purified water outlet. A source water inlet is provided on the valve seat. A valve core is rotatably installed inside the housing to control the alternating connection or blockage of the water path between the source water inlet and the first intermediate port, and between the source water inlet and the purified water outlet. This invention is used to flush the inner and outer walls of the filter element assembly, removing impurities attached to the filter element assembly, restoring the filter's filtration function, and ensuring the quality of the filtered source water.
