Abstract

The application discloses a trademark paper folding and wrapping device, which comprises a three-wheel mold box installed on the periphery of a three-wheel, a three-wheel arc-shaped forming plate installed on the top of the three-wheel, and a cleaning cutter installed in the three-wheel mold box. The cleaning cutter comprises a collecting groove, a left cutter and a right cutter, and the left cutter and the right cutter are installed on the upper part of the collecting groove. According to the application, the three-wheel rotates counterclockwise with the cleaning cutter, so that the adhesive dirt and the accumulated dirt on each surface of the three-wheel arc-shaped forming plate, which is in contact with a cigarette packet, can be cleaned, the cleaning task is completed, the cleaning efficiency of the forming plate is greatly improved, the original cleaning mode can be replaced, the damage of the working surface of the forming plate caused by improper cleaning can be avoided, the maintenance efficiency is improved, the long-time shutdown is avoided, the operation efficiency of the equipment is improved, the adhesive dirt and the accumulated dirt on the forming plate can be avoided from scratching the trademark paper of a small-box cigarette packet, and the quality defects of the small-box cigarette packet are avoided, and the product quality is improved.

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of cigarette equipment, more particularly, to a trademark paper folding and wrapping device. BACKGROUND

[0002] In the wrapping process of soft pack cigarette packs, the three-wheel mainly completes the folding and wrapping of the side long edge and the bottom of the trademark paper. In the working process, the upper arc-shaped forming plate of the three-wheel cooperates with the rotation of the three-wheel to complete the folding. Since there are glue points on the outer side long edge of the trademark paper, and the trademark paper is rubbed with the forming plate during the counterclockwise rotation of the three-wheel, the arc-shaped forming plate accumulates glue dirt and dirt at the place where it contacts the cigarette pack. When the glue dirt and dirt accumulate to a certain extent, it will cause damage to the side long edge of the trademark of the cigarette pack, such as scratches and breakage, and then the appearance quality defects of the soft pack cigarette pack will occur. If this problem needs to be solved, the glue dirt and dirt on the forming plate need to be cleaned, which is time-consuming and laborious.

[0008] According to the present application, a trademark paper folding and wrapping device is provided, which comprises a three-wheel, a three-wheel mold box, a three-wheel arc-shaped forming plate, and a cleaning cutter.

[0009] The three-wheel mold box is installed on the periphery of the three-wheel, the three-wheel arc-shaped forming plate is installed on the top of the three-wheel, and the cleaning cutter is installed in the interior of the three-wheel mold box.

After the three wheels 1 rotate 180 degrees counterclockwise, the cleaning blade 4 in the rightmost mold box 2 also rotates to the leftmost position, thus completing the cleaning of the three-wheel arc-shaped forming plate 3. Because the thickness and length of the cleaning blade 4 are matched with the size of the three-wheel mold box, it can effectively clean the glue residue and debris on the three-wheel arc-shaped forming plate. After cleaning, remove the cleaning blade, and the entire process is complete.

Simultaneously, it prevents adhesive residue and grime on the forming plate from scratching the label paper of the cigarette packs, thus avoiding quality defects and improving product quality.

A label folding and wrapping apparatus characterized by comprising: Comprising of: a three-wheel, a three-wheel die box, a three-wheel arc-shaped forming plate, and a cleaning tool; the three-wheel die box is installed on the periphery of the three-wheel; the three-wheel arc-shaped forming plate is installed on the top of the three-wheel; the cleaning tool is installed inside the three-wheel die box; the cleaning tool comprises a collecting groove and a cleaning knife; the cleaning knife is installed on the upper part of the collecting groove; the cleaning knife comprises a left knife and a right knife; both the left knife and the right knife are installed on the upper part of the collecting groove; the left knife is installed at the middle position of the upper part of the collecting groove; the right knife is installed at the edge position on the right side of the upper part of the collecting groove; the height of the left knife is lower than that of the right knife; both the left knife and the right knife are right-edge knives.

2. The label folding and wrapping apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning tool further comprises a handle; the handle is installed at the front end of the collecting groove.
