[0020] [Description of embodiments of this disclosure]
[0021] First, the implementation methods of this disclosure are listed and explained.
[0022] The wire harness disclosed herein,
[0023] [1] The device comprises: a wire harness body having a wire member and an outer member covering the outer periphery of the wire member; a first path limiting member installed on the outer periphery of the outer member to limit the path of the wire harness body; and a fixing member for fixing the first path limiting member to an installation object, the first path limiting member having: an insertion port that opens in a direction orthogonal to the length direction of the first path limiting member and extends throughout the length direction of the first path limiting member; and a first connecting portion that is partially provided in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member, the fixing member having a fixing portion fixed to the installation object and a second connecting portion connected to the first connecting portion.
[0024] According to this structure, the second connecting portion of the fixing member is connected to the first connecting portion, which is partially provided in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member. Therefore, the second connecting portion does not need to be configured to cover the entire circumference of the first path limiting member. Thus, radial miniaturization of the mounting portion of the fixing member can be achieved.
[0025] [2] One of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion is a concave portion, and the other of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion is a convex portion that fits into the concave portion.
[0026] According to this structure, the first connecting part and the second connecting part can be connected in a simplified structure.
[0027] [3] The cross-sectional shape of the first path limiting member orthogonal to the length direction is the same throughout the entire length direction of the first path limiting member, and the first connecting part is provided throughout the entire length direction of the first path limiting member.
[0028] According to this structure, the first path limiting member can be formed by extrusion molding. Therefore, the first path limiting member can be easily manufactured, thus helping to save costs. It should be noted that the concave or convex shape of the first connecting portion of the first path limiting member also has the same cross-sectional shape in the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member.
[0029] [4] The second connecting part can be installed from the end of the first connecting part along the length direction of the first path limiting member to the first connecting part.
[0030] According to this structure, the second connecting part can be installed onto the first connecting part along the length direction of the first path limiting member. As a result, the fixing member can be easily installed onto the first path limiting member.
[0031] [5] The second connecting part is movably connected to the first connecting part in the length direction of the first path limiting member, and a movement limiting part is installed at at least one of the two ends in the length direction of the first path limiting member, the movement limiting part restricting the movement of the second connecting part in the length direction of the first path limiting member.
[0032] According to this structure, the movement restriction part can prevent the fixing member from falling off the first path restriction member.
[0033] [6] The wire harness has a second path limiting member, which is installed on the outer periphery of the outer component to limit the path of the wire harness body. The second path limiting member has a covering connection portion, which is connected to the end of the first path limiting member in the length direction to cover the outer periphery. The covering connection portion functions as the movement limiting portion.
[0034] According to this structure, the first path limiting member and the second path limiting member are connected in the longitudinal direction by the covering connector. Therefore, the path of the wire harness body is continuously limited by the first path limiting member and the second path limiting member. In addition, since the covering connector also serves as a movement limiting member that restricts the movement of the second connector, the structure can be simplified.
[0035] [7] The first path limiting member restricts the path of the straight part, the straight part being the straight portion in the path of the wire harness body, and the second path limiting member restricts the path of the bent part, the bent part being the bent portion in the path of the wire harness body.
[0036] According to this structure, the path of the straight portion is restricted by the first path restricting member, and the path of the bent portion is restricted by the second path restricting member. Thus, deviations of the straight and bent paths of the wire harness body from the desired paths can be continuously prevented.
[0037] [Details of the embodiments of this disclosure]
[0038] The following is a reference to the appendix. Figure 1 Specific examples of the wiring harnesses disclosed herein will be described. In the accompanying drawings, for ease of explanation, sometimes a portion of the structure is shown enlarged or simplified. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios of the various parts may differ in the accompanying drawings. Additionally, the term "orthogonal" in this specification includes not only strictly orthogonal cases but also cases that are substantially orthogonal to the extent that they serve the functions and effects of this embodiment.
[0039] Furthermore, in this specification, "opposite" refers to a position where surfaces or components are directly opposite each other, including not only positions where they are completely opposite each other, but also positions where they are partially opposite each other. Additionally, "opposite" in this specification includes both cases where a component independent of the two parts is interposed between the two parts, and cases where nothing is placed between the two parts.
[0040] Additionally, the term "ring" as used in this specification sometimes refers to any structure forming a ring, or a continuous shape without ends, or a generally ring-shaped structure with gaps, such as a C-shape. It should be noted that the shape of a "ring" includes, but is not limited to, circles, ellipses, and polygons with pointed or rounded corners.
[0041] (Overall structure of wire harness 10)
[0042] Figure 1 The wiring harness 10 shown is, for example, mounted on a vehicle V such as a hybrid vehicle or an electric vehicle. The wiring harness 10 electrically connects two or more on-board devices to each other. On-board devices are electrical devices mounted on the vehicle V. For example, the wiring harness 10 electrically connects an inverter M1 located at the front of the vehicle V and a high-voltage battery M2 located at the rear of the vehicle V, beyond the inverter M1. The wiring harness 10 is, for example, formed as a long strip extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle V. For example, the wiring harness 10 is laid out in the vehicle V such that its middle portion, along its length, passes under the floor of the vehicle V or outside the passenger compartment.
[0043] Inverter M1 is connected, for example, to an electric motor (not shown) that powers the drive wheels of the vehicle. Inverter M1 generates alternating current from the direct current (DC) of high-voltage battery M2 and supplies this AC power to the electric motor. High-voltage battery M2 is, for example, a battery capable of supplying several hundred volts.
[0044] The wiring harness 10 has a wiring harness body 11. The wiring harness body 11 has a wire member 20 and a cylindrical outer casing 30 that surrounds the outer periphery of the wire member 20. The wiring harness 10 has connectors C1 and C2 mounted at both ends of the wire member 20. One end of the wire member 20 in the longitudinal direction is connected to the inverter M1 via connector C1, and the other end of the wire member 20 in the longitudinal direction is connected to the high-voltage battery M2 via connector C2.
[0045] like Figure 2 As shown, the wiring harness 10 has a first path limiting member 40 mounted on the outer periphery of the outer component 30 and a second path limiting member 50 mounted on the outer periphery of the outer component 30. The first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50 limit the routing path of the wiring harness body 11. Additionally, the wiring harness 10 includes a fixing member 60 for securing the first path limiting member 40 to the vehicle V. It should be noted that... Figure 1 The illustrations of the first path limiting member 40, the second path limiting member 50, and the fixing member 60 are omitted.
[0046] (Structure of electrical component 20)
[0047] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the wire member 20 has, for example, one or more wires 21, which are two wires in this embodiment, and a braided member 25 that surrounds the outer circumference of the multiple wires 21.
[0048] Each wire 21 is a covered wire having a core wire 22 and an insulating covering 23. The core wire 22 is conductive, and the insulating covering 23 surrounds the outer periphery of the core wire 22 and is insulating. Each wire 21 is, for example, a high-voltage wire capable of handling high voltage and high current. Each wire 21 can be, for example, an unshielded wire without its own electromagnetic shielding structure, or a shielded wire with its own electromagnetic shielding structure. In this embodiment, each wire 21 is an unshielded wire.
[0049] As the core wire 22, for example, a stranded wire composed of multiple metal wires twisted together or a single-core wire composed of a single conductor can be used. As a single-core wire, for example, a cylindrical conductor composed of a single metal rod with a solid internal structure or a cylindrical conductor with a hollow internal structure can be used. As the core wire 22, stranded wires, cylindrical conductors, and cylindrical conductors can also be used in combination. As the material of the core wire 22, for example, copper-based or aluminum-based metal materials can be used.
[0050] The insulating covering portion 23, for example, covers the entire circumference of the outer periphery of the core wire 22. The insulating covering portion 23 is, for example, made of an insulating resin material.
[0051] The cross-sectional shape of each wire 21, which is the shape of the cross section formed by cutting the wire 21 with a plane orthogonal to the length direction of each wire 21, can be any shape. For example, the cross-sectional shape of each wire 21 can be formed as a circle, a semi-circle, a polygon, a square, a flat shape, etc. In this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of each wire 21 is formed as a circle.
[0052] The braided member 25 is, for example, formed as a cylindrical shape that surrounds the outer circumference of the multiple wires 21. The braided member 25 can be, for example, a braided wire made of multiple metal wires, or a braided wire made of a combination of metal wires and resin wires. The material of the metal wires can be, for example, copper-based, aluminum-based, or other metal materials. Although not shown in the figure, the two ends of the braided member 25 in the longitudinal direction are, for example, at connectors C1 and C2 (see reference). Figure 1 Grounding in, etc.
[0053] (Structure of external component 30)
[0054] The outer casing 30 is formed as a cylinder that surrounds the entire circumference of the wire component 20. In this embodiment, the outer casing 30 is formed as a cylinder. For example, a circumferential wall is continuously formed throughout the entire circumference of the outer casing 30. For example, the outer casing 30 completely seals the interior of the outer casing 30 throughout the entire circumference. For example, the outer casing 30 has the function of protecting the wire component 20 from flying objects and water droplets.
[0055] The outer component 30 is flexible and can be easily bent. Examples of flexible outer components 30 include resin corrugated tubes and rubber waterproof caps. The outer component 30 of this embodiment is a resin corrugated tube formed with corrugated sections of varying diameters repeatedly along its length. That is, the outer component 30 of this embodiment has a corrugated structure in which a large-diameter portion 31 and a small-diameter portion 32, smaller than the large-diameter portion 31, are alternately connected along the length of the outer component 30. The large-diameter portion 31 and the small-diameter portion 32 are each formed, for example, as an annulus around the circumference of the outer component 30. As the material for the outer component 30, synthetic resins such as polyolefin, polyamide, polyester, and ABS resin can be used. It should be noted that... Figure 2 For the sake of simplicity in the accompanying drawings, the external component 30 is shown in a simplified manner.
[0056] (Structure of the first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50)
[0057] like Figure 2 As shown, the first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50 each hold the outer member 30. The first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50 are, for example, more rigid than the outer member 30. The first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50 each have a rigidity that makes them less prone to bending in a direction orthogonal to the length direction of the wire harness body 11 compared to the outer member 30. Therefore, the first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50 each restrict the path of the wire harness body 11. For example, the first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50 each assist the outer member 30 so that the wire harness body 11 does not deviate from the desired path due to its own weight or other factors.
[0058] The first path limiting member 40 is partially provided along the length of the wire harness body 11. For example, the first path limiting member 40 is installed on the outer periphery of the outer component 30 in the straight section 11A, which is a straight portion in the path of the wire harness body 11. The first path limiting member 40 restricts the path of the wire harness body 11 in the straight section 11A. Here, the straight section 11A is the portion of the wire harness body 11 whose path extends straight in one direction. It should be noted that one or more first path limiting members 40 are provided depending on the path of the wire harness body 11.
[0059] The second path limiting member 50 is partially provided along the length of the wire harness body 11. The second path limiting member 50 is installed, for example, on the outer periphery of the outer component 30 at a bend 11B, which is a bent portion in the path of the wire harness body 11. The second path limiting member 50 restricts the path of the wire harness body 11 within the bend 11B. Here, the bend 11B is a portion of the path of the wire harness body 11 that bends away from a straight line. It should be noted that one or more second path limiting members 50 are provided depending on the path of the wire harness body 11.
[0060] (Structure of the first path restriction component 40)
[0061] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the first path limiting member 40 covers a portion of the circumferential periphery of the outer member 30. The first path limiting member 40 is shaped to cover a portion of the circumferential periphery of the outer member 30. The cross-sectional shape of the first path limiting member 40 is generally C-shaped. For example, the first path limiting member 40 covers an area larger than half the circumference of the outer member 30. That is, the first path limiting member 40 covers an area of the outer periphery of the outer member 30 larger than half the total circumference of the outer member 30.
[0062] like Figure 2As shown, the first path limiting member 40 extends along the length direction of the outer member 30 in the straight section 11A. The first path limiting member 40 is formed, for example, into a shape that extends in a straight line in one direction. The cross-sectional shape of the first path limiting member 40 is, for example, the same throughout the entire length direction of the first path limiting member 40.
[0063] The first path limiting member 40 is made of, for example, metal or resin. In this embodiment, the first path limiting member 40 is made of resin. For example, synthetic resins such as polypropylene, polyamide, and polyacetal can be used as the material for the first path limiting member 40. The first path limiting member 40 can be manufactured by known manufacturing methods such as extrusion molding and injection molding. In this embodiment, the first path limiting member 40 is an extruded article manufactured by extrusion molding. Therefore, the first path limiting member 40 can be easily manufactured by using an extrusion molding machine that extrudes the raw material of the first path limiting member 40 in the length direction. Furthermore, multiple first path limiting members 40 with different dimensions in the length direction can be manufactured using a single extrusion molding machine. For example, by using a cutting machine to cut the base material formed by a single extrusion molding machine to an arbitrary length, multiple first path limiting members 40 with different dimensions in the length direction can be manufactured.
[0064] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the first path limiting member 40 has an insertion port 40X that opens in a direction orthogonal to the length direction of the first path limiting member 40. The insertion port 40X extends throughout the length direction of the first path limiting member 40. The first path limiting member 40 has a first end 41 and a second end 42 forming the insertion port 40X, which are the two circumferential ends of the first path limiting member 40. The first path limiting member 40 has a connecting portion 43 that connects the first end 41 and the second end 42. In other words, the first path limiting member 40 has: a connecting portion 43 formed to cover a portion of the circumferential direction of the outer member 30; a first end 41 and a second end 42 provided at the two ends of the connecting portion 43; and an insertion port 40X formed by the first end 41 and the second end 42.
[0065] The connecting portion 43 constitutes a major part of the first path limiting member 40. The radial thickness of the connecting portion 43 is, for example, the same in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40. The cross-sectional shape of the connecting portion 43 is, for example, formed along the outer surface of the outer member 30. The cross-sectional shapes of the first end 41, the second end 42, and the connecting portion 43 are, for example, formed as arcs.
[0066] The first end 41 and the second end 42 are disposed opposite to each other in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40. The first end 41 and the second end 42 are disposed separately from each other in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40 through an insertion opening 40X. In other words, in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40, the gap between the first end 41 and the second end 42 constitutes the insertion opening 40X. Thus, the first path limiting member 40 is formed in a C-shape with the insertion opening 40X in a portion of the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40.
[0067] The top ends of the first end 41 and the second end 42 are formed into curved shapes. In this embodiment, the top ends of the first end 41 and the second end 42 are formed into arc shapes.
[0068] The first path limiting member 40 has a protrusion 45 protruding from the inner surface of the first end 41 and a protrusion 46 protruding from the inner surface of the second end 42. Each protrusion 45, 46 protrudes toward an outer member 30 inserted into the first path limiting member 40 and contacts the outer surface of the outer member 30. Each protrusion 45, 46 contacts the outer surface of the large-diameter portion 31 of the outer member 30. For example, the protrusion 45 protrudes from the inner surface of the tip of the first end 41. For example, the protrusion 46 protrudes from the inner surface of the tip of the second end 42. The cross-sectional shape of each protrusion 45, 46 is, for example, formed as a curved shape. In this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of each protrusion 45, 46 is formed as an arc shape. Each protrusion 45, 46 extends along the length of the first path limiting member 40. For example, each protrusion 45, 46 extends along the entire length of the first path limiting member 40.
[0069] Each protrusion 45, 46 presses against the outer component 30 from the outside. The outer component 30 is elastically held in place by the protrusions 45, 46, and the connecting portion 43. As a result, the connection between the first path limiting member 40 and the outer component 30 becomes secure.
[0070] like Figure 4 As shown, the opening width of the insertion port 40X, that is, the shortest distance between the first end 41 and the second end 42, is less than the outer diameter of the outer component 30.
[0071] The opening width of the insertion port 40X increases due to the elastic deformation of the first path limiting member 40. For example, the opening width of the insertion port 40X increases as the outer member 30 is inserted into the insertion port 40X from a direction orthogonal to the length direction of the first path limiting member 40. When the outer member 30 is inserted into the interior of the first path limiting member 40, the first path limiting member 40 elastically returns to its original shape. As a result, the opening width of the insertion port 40X becomes smaller than the outer diameter of the outer member 30, and thus the first path limiting member 40 is mounted on the outer periphery of the outer member 30.
[0072] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the first path limiting member 40 has a first connecting portion 47 in the connecting portion 43. The first connecting portion 47 is provided partially in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40. In addition, the first connecting portion 47 is provided along the entire length of the first path limiting member 40 in the longitudinal direction. The fixing member 60 is connected to the first connecting portion 47.
[0073] (Structure of the second path restriction component 50)
[0074] like Figure 2 As shown, the second path limiting member 50 is mounted on the outer periphery of a portion of the first path limiting member 40 along its length direction. The second path limiting member 50 is mounted on the outer periphery of the end 40a of the first path limiting member 40 along its length direction. Additionally, the second path limiting member 50 is mounted on the outer periphery of the outer member 30 in the bending portion 11B. The second path limiting member 50 extends along the length direction of the outer member 30 in the bending portion 11B. The second path limiting member 50 is bent, for example, along the shape of the bending portion 11B.
[0075] The second path limiting member 50 has a main body 51 and a cover 52. The second path limiting member 50, including the main body 51 and the cover 52, is made of, for example, metal or resin. In this embodiment, the second path limiting member 50 is made of resin. For example, synthetic resins such as polypropylene, polyamide, and polyacetal can be used as the material for the second path limiting member 50. The second path limiting member 50 can be manufactured, for example, by a known manufacturing method such as injection molding.
[0076] The main body 51 covers a portion of the circumferential periphery of the outer component 30. The main body 51 is shaped to cover a portion of the circumferential periphery of the outer component 30. The cross-sectional shape of the main body 51 is generally semi-cylindrical. The main body 51 covers approximately half of the outer periphery of the outer component 30. The main body 51 extends along the length direction of the outer component 30 in the bending portion 11B. The main body 51 is bent along the shape of the bending portion 11B.
[0077] The second path limiting member 50 has a covering connecting portion 53, including a cover portion 52, at one end of the main body 51 in the longitudinal direction. The covering connecting portion 53 is connected to the end portion 40a of the first path limiting member 40 in the longitudinal direction. The covering connecting portion 53 is composed of the end portion of the main body 51 in the longitudinal direction and the cover portion 52. The covering connecting portion 53 is annular when viewed from the longitudinal direction of the wire harness body 11. The covering connecting portion 53 covers the entire circumference of the end portion 40a of the first path limiting member 40 in the longitudinal direction through the cover portion 52 and the end portion of the main body 51 in the longitudinal direction.
[0078] The cover portion 52 is integrally formed with the main body portion 51, for example. The cover portion 52 is connected to the main body portion 51, for example, by a hinge portion 54. The cover portion 52 can rotate about the hinge portion 54 between an open position and a closed position covering the first path limiting member 40 and the outer mounting member 30. It should be noted that... Figure 2 The cover portion 52 is in the closed position. Additionally, the cover portion 52 has a locking claw 55. The locking claw 55 engages with the locking portion 56 provided on the main body portion 51 when the cover portion 52 is in the closed position. Thus, the cover portion 52 is held in the closed position.
[0079] like Figure 2 As shown, the wire harness 10 has, for example, a sliding limiting member 90, which restricts the sliding movement of the second path limiting member 50 relative to the outer member 30 in the longitudinal direction. The sliding limiting member 90 can be, for example, a resin or metal strapping, fastening ring, or adhesive tape. In this embodiment, the sliding limiting member 90 is adhesive tape. The sliding limiting member 90 is wound around the end of the second path limiting member 50 that is not connected to the first path limiting member 40 and the outer member 30.
[0080] (Structure of fixed component 6)
[0081] like Figure 4 As shown, the fixing member 60 is a member that fixes the first path limiting member 40 to the panel P constituting the floor of the vehicle V. The fixing member 60 is made of metal or resin, for example. In this embodiment, the fixing member 60 is made of resin. As a material for the fixing member 60, synthetic resins such as polypropylene, polyamide, and polyacetal can be used, for example. The fixing member 60 can be manufactured, for example, by a known manufacturing method such as injection molding. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, as an example, one fixing member 60 is provided on the first path limiting member 40, but it is also possible to have a structure in which multiple fixing members 60 are provided on the first path limiting member 40.
[0082] like Figure 3 and Figure 4As shown, the fixing member 60 has: a fixing part 61, which is fixed to the panel P; and a second connecting part 62, which is connected to the first connecting part 47 of the first path limiting member 40.
[0083] As an example, the fixing part 61 has a structure for fixing to a bolt B extending from the panel P. The fixing part 61 has a through hole 63 through which the bolt B is inserted. It should be noted that, in Figure 3 and Figure 4 In the diagram, the three mutually orthogonal directions of the fixing member 60 are shown: width direction X, depth direction Y, and height direction Z. Bolt B is inserted into the through hole 63 along the height direction Z.
[0084] The fixing part 61 has a first side surface 61a facing the panel P in the installed state when mounted to the vehicle V. One end of the through hole 63 in the height direction Z is open on the first side surface 61a. That is, the through hole 63 has a bolt insertion port 64 for inserting a bolt B on the first side surface 61a. It should be noted that the through hole 63 in this embodiment is also open on both sides in the depth direction Y.
[0085] A locking portion 65 is provided inside the insertion hole 63, which locks the bolt B inserted into the fixing portion 61 from the bolt insertion port 64 in the axial direction. The locking portion 65 extends, for example, from a pair of inner wall surfaces facing each other in the width direction X of the insertion hole 63. Multiple locking portions 65 are arranged, for example, in the height direction Z. The locking portions 65 are inclined, for example, towards the front side in the insertion direction of the bolt B as they extend inward from the pair of inner wall surfaces. The locking portion 65 locks with the thread of the bolt B in the axial direction at its own tip.
[0086] The fixing part 61 has an elastic piece 66 on the first side 61a. The elastic piece 66 is provided, for example, on both sides of the insertion hole 63 in the depth direction Y. The elastic piece 66 is in elastic contact with the panel P in the installed state when mounted to the vehicle V. That is, the elastic piece 66 imparts an elastic force to the panel P. As a result, the shaking of the fixing member 60 can be suppressed.
[0087] (Structure of the first connecting part 47 and the second connecting part 62)
[0088] The second connecting portion 62 is, for example, a protrusion that extends from the second side surface 61b in the width direction X of the fixing portion 61. It should be noted that in this embodiment, the second connecting portion 62 is integrally formed with the fixing portion 61.
[0089] The second connecting portion 62 has a base 71 extending from the second side surface 61b along the width direction X, and a pair of extension portions 72 extending bifurcated from the top end of the base 71. The pair of extension portions 72 extend from the base 71 to one side and the other side in the height direction Z, respectively. Thus, the cross-sectional shape of the second connecting portion 62 orthogonal to the length direction of the first path limiting member 40 is approximately T-shaped. Furthermore, the cross-sectional shape of the pair of extension portions 72, for example, orthogonal to the length direction of the first path limiting member 40, is formed as an arc along the circumference of the first path limiting member 40. Additionally, in the second connecting portion 62, the cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the length direction of the first path limiting member 40 is formed in the same way as in the length direction of the first path limiting member 40.
[0090] The first connecting portion 47 is a recessed portion that is fitted into the second connecting portion 62. The first connecting portion 47 is provided in a circumferential portion of the connecting portion 43. In the connecting portion 43, the portion opposite to the insertion port 40X is designated as the bottom 43a, and the portions extending from the bottom 43a to the first end 41 and from the bottom 43a to the second end 42 are respectively designated as side portions 43b. The first connecting portion 47 is provided in one of the two side portions 43b.
[0091] In the first connecting portion 47, the cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40 is formed into a generally T-shape, similar to the cross-sectional shape of the second connecting portion 62. Specifically, the first connecting portion 47 has a first receiving portion 81 on which the base 71 of the second connecting portion 62 is disposed, and a pair of second receiving portions 82 on which a pair of extension portions 72 are respectively disposed. The first receiving portion 81 extends radially from the outer peripheral surface of the connecting portion 43 to the interior of the connecting portion 43 along the radial direction of the first path limiting member 40. The pair of second receiving portions 82 extend from the first receiving portion 81 in opposite directions along the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40.
[0092] In the first connecting portion 47, the cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the length direction of the first path limiting member 40 is the same in the length direction of the first path limiting member 40. The first connecting portion 47 is provided along the entire length direction of the first path limiting member 40. That is, the first connecting portion 47 opens in the length direction of the first path limiting member 40 at both end faces in the length direction of the first path limiting member 40.
[0093] The second connecting portion 62 can be installed onto the first connecting portion 47 along the length direction of the first path limiting member 40 through an opening at the end of the first connecting portion 47 in the length direction of the first path limiting member 40. Furthermore, the second connecting portion 62 can move along the length direction of the first path limiting member 40 when connected to the first connecting portion 47, i.e., when the base 71 and each extension 72 are respectively disposed in the first storage portion 81 and each of the second storage portions 82. Therefore, the mounting position of the fixing member 60 can be adjusted along the length direction of the first path limiting member 40.
[0094] like Figure 2 As shown, the covering connecting portion 53 provided at the end 40a of the first path limiting member 40 in the longitudinal direction functions as a movement limiting portion that restricts the movement of the second connecting portion 62 in the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40. That is, the second connecting portion 62, which is connected to the first connecting portion 47, can abut against the covering connecting portion 53, which covers the outer periphery of the end 40a of the first path limiting member 40, in the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40. Therefore, the movement of the second connecting portion 62 in the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40 is restricted by the covering connecting portion 53.
[0095] Furthermore, in the first path limiting member 40, a movement limiting part 91 is installed at the end 40b on the side opposite to the end 40a. The movement limiting part 91 restricts the movement of the second connecting part 62 along the length direction of the first path limiting member 40. For example, a resin or metal strapping, fastening ring, or adhesive tape can be used as the movement limiting part 91. In this embodiment, the movement limiting part 91 is adhesive tape. The movement limiting part 91 is wound around the end 40b of the first path limiting member 40 and the outer member 30.
[0096] The second connecting portion 62, which is connected to the first connecting portion 47, can abut against the movement limiting portion 91, which is wound around the outer periphery of the end 40b of the first path limiting member 40, in the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40. Thus, the movement of the second connecting portion 62 toward the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40 is limited by the movement limiting portion 91. Furthermore, the movement limiting portion 91 also limits the sliding movement of the first path limiting member 40 relative to the outer component 30 in the longitudinal direction.
[0097] The effects of this implementation method will be explained.
[0098] (1) The first path limiting member 40 has a first connecting portion 47 partially provided in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40. The fixing member 60 has a fixing portion 61 fixed to the panel P and a second connecting portion 62 connected to the first connecting portion 47. According to this structure, the second connecting portion 62 of the fixing member 60 is connected to the first connecting portion 47 partially provided in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40. Therefore, the second connecting portion 62 does not need to be designed to cover the entire circumference of the first path limiting member 40. Therefore, radial miniaturization of the mounting portion of the fixing member 60 can be achieved.
[0099] (2) The first connecting part 47 is a recessed part, and the second connecting part 62 is a protruding part that fits into the first connecting part 47. According to this structure, the first connecting part 47 and the second connecting part 62 can be connected in a simplified structure.
[0100] (3) The cross-sectional shape of the first path limiting member 40, that is, the cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the length direction, is the same throughout the entire length of the first path limiting member 40. Furthermore, the first connecting portion 47 is provided throughout the entire length of the first path limiting member 40. According to this structure, the first path limiting member 40 can be formed by extrusion molding. Therefore, the first path limiting member 40 can be easily manufactured, thus helping to save costs. It should be noted that the concave or convex shape of the first connecting portion 47 of the first path limiting member 40 also has the same cross-sectional shape in the length direction of the first path limiting member 40.
[0101] (4) The second connecting part 62 can be installed from the end of the first connecting part 47 along the length direction of the first path limiting member 40. According to this structure, the fixing member 60 can be installed to the first connecting part 47 along the length direction of the first path limiting member 40. As a result, the fixing member 60 can be easily installed to the first path limiting member 40.
[0102] (5) The second connecting portion 62 is movably connected to the first connecting portion 47 in the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40. A covering connecting portion 53, which serves as a movement limiting portion restricting the movement of the second connecting portion 62 in the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40, is installed at the end 40a in the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40. Furthermore, a movement limiting portion 91, which restricts the movement of the second connecting portion 62 in the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40, is installed at the end 40b in the longitudinal direction of the first path limiting member 40. According to this structure, the second connecting portion 62 can be prevented from detaching from the end in the longitudinal direction of the first connecting portion 47 by means of the covering connecting portion 53 and the movement limiting portion 91.
[0103] (6) The wire harness 10 includes a second path limiting member 50, which is mounted on the outer periphery of the outer component 30 and limits the path of the wire harness body 11. The second path limiting member 50 has a covering connection portion 53, which is connected to the end 40a of the first path limiting member 40 in the longitudinal direction in a manner that covers the outer periphery. Furthermore, the covering connection portion 53 functions as a movement limiting portion. According to this structure, the first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50 are connected in the longitudinal direction by the covering connection portion 53. Therefore, the path of the wire harness body 11 is continuously limited by the first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50. In addition, since the covering connection portion 53 also serves as a movement limiting portion that limits the movement of the second connection portion 62, the structure can be simplified.
[0104] (7) The first path limiting member 40 limits the path of the straight portion 11A, which is a straight section in the path of the wire harness body 11. The second path limiting member 50 limits the path of the bent portion 11B, which is a bent section in the path of the wire harness body 11. According to this structure, the paths of the straight portion 11A and the bent portion 11B of the wire harness body 11 can be continuously prevented from deviating from the desired paths.
[0105] This embodiment can be implemented with the following modifications. The above embodiment and the following modifications can be combined with each other within the scope of technical inconsistency.
[0106] For example, such as Figure 5 As shown, the radial thickness of the portion 43x in the connecting portion 43 of the first path limiting member 40 where the first connecting portion 47 is not provided can be made thinner than the radial thickness of the portion 43y where the first connecting portion 47 is provided. With this structure, it is possible to further reduce the radial size of the mounting portion of the fixing member 60.
[0107] In the above embodiment, one first connecting part 47 and one second connecting part 62 are each provided. However, this is not a limitation, and multiple first connecting parts 47 and multiple second connecting parts 62 may be provided. For example, in... Figure 6 In the structure shown, two first connecting portions 47 and two second connecting portions 62 are each provided. It should be noted that in each of the second connecting portions 62 in this structure, the extension 72 extending towards the adjacent second connecting portion 62 in a pair of extensions 72 is configured to be shorter. This minimizes the area occupied by the second connecting portions 62 and the first connecting portion 47 in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40.
[0108] • The second connecting portion 62 in the above embodiment can be installed to the first connecting portion 47 along the length direction of the first path limiting member 40, but is not limited thereto. For example, the second connecting portion 62 can also be configured to be installed to the first connecting portion 47 from the radially outer side of the first path limiting member 40.
[0109] For example, in Figure 7 In the structure shown, the second connecting portion 62 can be mounted to the first connecting portion 47 from the radially outer side of the first path limiting member 40. In this structure, two of each of the first connecting portion 47 and the second connecting portion 62 are provided. Each second connecting portion 62 has a first extension 73 and a second extension 74 extending circumferentially from the top end of the base 71 along the first path limiting member 40. The first extension 73 and the second extension 74 extend in opposite directions from the top end of the base 71. The first extension 73 is longer than the second extension 74 in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40. Furthermore, on the inner circumferential side of the second extension 74, an inclined surface 75 is provided such that the thickness of the first path limiting member 40 in the radial direction thins towards the top end of the second extension 74. In this structure, when assembling the second connecting portion 62 to the first connecting portion 47, firstly, the top end of the first extension 73 is inserted from the outer periphery of the first path limiting member 40 into the second receiving portion 82 from the first receiving portion 81. Then, the second extension 74 is inserted into the first receiving portion 81 together with the base 71. Here, because the second extension 74 has an inclined surface 75, it is easy to insert the second extension 74 into the interior of the first connecting portion 47. According to this structure, and because the second connecting portion 62 and the first connecting portion 47 are partially provided in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40, radial miniaturization of the mounting portion of the fixing member 60 can be achieved.
[0110] • In the first path limiting member 40 of the above embodiment, the first connecting part 47 may also be provided at the bottom 43a of the connecting part 43.
[0111] The concave-convex relationship between the first connecting portion 47 and the second connecting portion 62 is not limited to the above embodiment. That is, the second connecting portion 62 may be a concave portion, and the first connecting portion 47 may be a convex portion that fits into the second connecting portion 62. With such a structure, the first connecting portion 47 and the second connecting portion 62 can be connected in a simplified structure.
[0112] In the above embodiment, second path limiting members 50 may also be provided on both sides of the first path limiting member 40 along its length. In this case, a covering connecting portion 53 is installed at each end 40a, 40b along the length of the first path limiting member 40.
[0113] • The covering connecting portion 53 and the movement limiting portion 91, which serve as movement limiting parts, are respectively configured to cover the outer periphery of the ends 40a and 40b of the first path limiting member 40, but are not particularly limited to this. As long as the structure can limit the movement of the second connecting portion 62 along the length direction of the first path limiting member 40, the movement limiting portion can also be configured to be partially provided in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40. In addition, in the above embodiment, either the movement limiting portion 91 or the covering connecting portion 53 can also be configured not to be installed on the first path limiting member 40.
[0114] The fixing part 61 in the above embodiment is of the type that is fixed to a bolt B extending from the panel P, but it is not particularly limited to this. The fixing part 61 can be changed to, for example, the type that is fixed to a plate-shaped mounting piece extending from the panel P, or the type that is inserted into a hole formed in the panel P for fixing.
[0115] The second path limiting member 50 in the above embodiment is formed to limit the path of the bent portion 11B of the wire harness body 11, but it is not limited thereto. For example, the second path limiting member 50 may be changed to a shape that limits the path of the straight portion 11A of the wire harness body 11. In this case, the bent shape of the main body portion 51 may be changed to a shape that extends in a straight line.
[0116] • The structure of the first path limiting member 40 in the above embodiment can be appropriately modified. For example, as long as the first path limiting member 40 has an insertion port 40X and a structure that can be installed on the outer periphery of the outer member 30, other structures are not particularly limited.
[0117] Alternatively, the protrusion 45 of the above embodiment can be provided at a position in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40 that is further away from the insertion port 40X than the top end of the first end 41.
[0118] Alternatively, the protrusion 46 of the above embodiment can be provided at a position in the circumferential direction of the first path limiting member 40 that is further away from the insertion port 40X than the top end of the second end 42.
[0119] Alternatively, the protrusions 45 and 46 of the above embodiments may be partially provided in the length direction of the first path limiting member 40.
[0120] • At least one of the protrusions 45 and 46 in the above embodiments may also be omitted.
[0121] • The shape of the connecting portion 43 in the first path limiting member 40 of the above embodiment is not limited to an arc shape, and can be changed to, for example, an elliptical arc shape, a U-shaped shape, etc.
[0122] In the above embodiment, the first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50 are harder than the outer member 30, but are not limited thereto; they may also be of equal or less hardness to the outer member 30. That is, the first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50 only need to function in a way that makes the wire harness body 11 less prone to bending than the wire harness body 11 without the first path limiting member 40 and the second path limiting member 50 installed.
[0123] • The external component 30 in the above embodiment may also be an external component in which a metal layer containing a metal material is provided on the outer surface of a resin bellows.
[0124] • The external component 30 of the above embodiments is not limited to a bellows, and may also be an external component without a large diameter portion 31 and a small diameter portion 32.
[0125] • The outer component 30 in the above embodiment may also be an outer component having a slit extending in the length direction of the outer component 30.
[0126] • In the above embodiment, the wire 21 is set as a high-voltage wire, but it is not limited to this. For example, the wire 21 can also be set as a low-voltage wire.
[0127] In the wire component 20 of the above embodiment, the electromagnetic shielding component is specifically embodied as a braided component 25, but it is not limited thereto. For example, the electromagnetic shielding component in the wire component 20 may also be embodied as a metal foil.
[0128] • The braided component 25 in the wire component 20 of the above embodiment can also be omitted.
[0129] In the above embodiment, two wires 21 constituting the wire member 20 are provided, but it is not limited to this. The number of wires 21 can be one or more.
[0130] • The configuration relationship between the inverter M1 and the high-voltage battery M2 in vehicle V is not limited to the above implementation method and can be appropriately modified according to the vehicle structure.
[0131] In the above embodiment, the multiple vehicle-mounted devices electrically connected to the wiring harness 10 are specifically embodied as an inverter M1 and a high-voltage battery M2, but are not limited thereto. The multiple vehicle-mounted devices electrically connected to the wiring harness 10 are not particularly limited as long as they are electrical devices mounted on the vehicle V.
[0132] The embodiments and modifications disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects, and the present invention is not limited to these illustrative examples. That is, the scope of the present invention is shown by the claims, including all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.
