Abstract

The present invention discloses a multi-outlet water pipe structure, which belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical machinery and equipment. It includes a water inlet cleaning mechanism, a multi-outlet pipe fitting, a connecting mechanism and a sealing mechanism. The water inlet cleaning mechanism includes a water inlet valve, a water inlet frame and a drainage frame. The multi-outlet pipe fitting includes a No. 2 tee pipe, a diversion elbow, a flow pipe, a connecting elbow and a secondary control valve. Through the setting of the connecting mechanism, the forward thread and the reverse thread provided by the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring are used to ensure the connection stability. During the connection process, the movement of the second connecting ring drives the iron positioning tube to move, and the structural combination with the silicone positioning tube ensures the sealing performance of the connection position. In the drainage branch pipe, the sealing mechanism and the connecting mechanism can be coordinated and freely matched with the secondary control valve or the top cover to more perfectly control the guidance of the medicine liquid. The medicine liquid is filtered by the filter cotton installed in the telescopic square tube to avoid the situation where the medicine residue causes the internal blockage of the multi-outlet pipe fitting.
