Abstract

The application discloses an ethylene device stability temperature measurement COT thermocouple and an insertable protective sleeve pipe thereof, wherein the insertable protective sleeve pipe comprises an outer protective connecting pipe, the lower part of the outer protective connecting pipe is connected with an integrally-formed measuring end, an integrally-formed inner protective pipe is arranged in the outer protective connecting pipe, the bottom of the integrally-formed inner protective pipe is provided with an inner protective pipe temperature measurement head which is integrally formed with the integrally-formed inner protective pipe, the center of the integrally-formed measuring end is provided with a through hole, the inner protective pipe temperature measurement head is arranged to pass through the through hole in the center of the integrally-formed measuring end and is inserted into a cracking furnace base pipe; the length of the inner protective pipe temperature measurement head inserted into the cracking furnace base pipe is 1 / 4-1 / 2 of the inner diameter of the cracking furnace base pipe, and the inner proportion of the inner protective pipe inserted into the cracking furnace base pipe is 5.6-11.5%. The ethylene device stability temperature measurement COT thermocouple and the insertable protective sleeve pipe thereof can ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement and can also ensure that no flow resistance phenomenon occurs.
