Abstract
This invention discloses a rapid and non-destructive method for detecting the fatty acid content of rice. Hyperspectral images of rice are acquired using a hyperspectral instrument, and a spectral correction method is employed to highlight the spectral information of rice fatty acids and eliminate the spectral influence of the rice husk. This allows for the establishment of a high-precision predictive model for rice fatty acids, achieving rapid and non-destructive detection of rice fatty acid content. This method solves the problems of existing methods, such as destructive nature, complex pretreatment, long processing time, and the need for chemical reagents.
