A pressure water test method applicable to conglomerate in Western China

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of grouting pressure water testing technology, specifically to a pressure water testing method suitable for conglomerate in Western China. It includes the following steps: diamond or alloy drilling is used for the borehole pressure test; the borehole is flushed using a water pressure method; the working pipe for the pressure water test is inspected before the plug is inserted, and strict water-stopping measures are taken at the joints; the plug is fixed inside the concrete cover plate and accurately positioned; the air vent valve is opened before the test section is pressurized, and closed after continuous water flow; the regulating valve is adjusted before flow observation to ensure the pressure of the test section reaches a predetermined value and remains stable, and the final value is taken as the calculated value; the pressure water test of the test hole is conducted in sections from top to bottom as the borehole deepens; the permeability of the test section is obtained from the pressure and flow rates measured in each section. By fixing the plug inside the concrete cover plate, the sealing between the plug and the conglomerate in Western China is improved, the accuracy of the test results is enhanced, and the operation is simple.
