Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of blanking processing, and discloses a blanking die, which comprises a die holder, a fixed cutter head and a plurality of cutters, the die holder is provided with a bearing boss, the fixed cutter head can be sleeved on the bearing boss, the side wall of a product to be cut is arranged to be clamped between the fixed cutter head and the bearing boss, the fixed cutter head is provided with a fixed blade, the plurality of cutters are annularly arranged on the outer periphery of the bearing boss and are respectively slidably installed on the die holder, the cutters are provided with cutting blades, on two circumferentially adjacent cutters, one is provided with an outer convex blade, and the other is provided with an inner recess groove, the outer convex blade extends into the inner recess groove, and when the outer convex blade and the fixed blade stagger to cut, the intersection of the two adjacent cutting blades can be covered. In the present application, the outer convex blade and the inner recess groove are arranged on the two adjacent cutters to cooperate with each other, so that the outer convex blade can cut the intersection of the two cutting blades on the basis of the cutting blades during cutting operation, thereby playing a trimming role.
