Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a holder and a wire harness. BACKGROUND

[0002] In the past, as a wire harness, there has been a wire harness provided with an electric wire member, a tubular member covering an outer periphery of the electric wire member, and a holder fixed to a length direction end portion of the tubular member (for example, refer to Patent Literature 1). The holder is provided with an inlay portion inlayed in the length direction end portion of the tubular member, a holding piece protruding from the inlay portion to an outside of the length direction end portion of the tubular member and holding the electric wire member, and a fixing protrusion protruding from the inlay portion to a radial direction outside. The fixing protrusion is inserted into a through portion provided on the tubular member, and restricts movement of the holder with respect to the tubular member. In such a wire harness, it is possible to hold a position of the electric wire member with respect to the end portion of the tubular member.

[0003] PRIOR ART DOCUMENTS

[0004] PATENT LITERATURE

[0005] Patent Literature 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2015-35915 SUMMARY

[0006] PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

[0007] However, in the wire harness described above, since a force at the time when the electric wire member is wound with the tape on the holding piece is applied to the holder or a weight of the electric wire member is applied to the holder and the like, there is a possibility that the fixing protrusion is detached from the through portion, and thus the holder is detached from the tubular member.

[0008] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a holder and a wire harness capable of suppressing detachment from a tubular member.

[0009] SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM

[0010] The holder of the present disclosure is provided with an inlay portion inlayed in a length direction end portion of a tubular member covering an outer periphery of an electric wire member, a holding piece protruding from the inlay portion to an outside of the length direction end portion of the tubular member and holding the electric wire member, and a fixing portion protruding from the inlay portion to a radial direction outside, the fixing portion having an extension portion protruding from the inlay portion to the radial direction outside and penetrating a through portion provided to the tubular member, and a bent extension portion bent from a tip end of the extension portion and extended.

[0011] According to this structure, the fixing portion protruding from the inlay portion to the radial direction outside has the extension portion protruding from the inlay portion to the radial direction outside and penetrating the through portion provided to the tubular member, and the bent extension portion bent from the tip end of the extension portion and extended, and thus the fixing portion is less likely to be detached from the through portion. Therefore, the holder is less likely to be detached from the tubular member.

[0012] The wire harness of the present disclosure includes the holding body, the electric wire member, and the tubular member.

[0013] According to this structure, in the wire harness, the holding body is less likely to fall off from the tubular member.

[0014] Inventive Effects

[0015] According to the holding body and the wire harness of the present disclosure, the holding body is less likely to fall off from the tubular member. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0021] [Explanation of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure]

[0022] First, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be explained.

[0023] Holding Body of the Present Disclosure

[0024] [1] includes: an inlay portion inlaid in an end portion in a length direction of a tubular member that covers an outer periphery of an electric wire member; a holding piece that protrudes from the inlay portion to an outside of the end portion in the length direction of the tubular member and holds the electric wire member; and a fixing portion that protrudes from the inlay portion to a radially outer side, the fixing portion having: an extension portion that protrudes from the inlay portion to the radially outer side and passes through a penetration portion provided to the tubular member; and a bent extension portion that is bent from a distal end of the extension portion and extends.

[0025] According to this structure, the fixing portion that protrudes from the inlay portion to the radially outer side has the extension portion that protrudes from the inlay portion to the radially outer side and passes through the penetration portion of the tubular member, and the bent extension portion that is bent from the distal end of the extension portion and extends, so the fixing portion is less likely to fall off from the penetration portion. Therefore, the holding body is less likely to fall off from the tubular member.

[0026] [2] Preferably, the fixing part has a claw part that protrudes from the end of the bent extension and is embedded in a recess provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member.

[0027] According to this structure, the fixing part has a claw portion that protrudes from the end of the bent extension portion and embeds into a recess provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member. Therefore, the claw portion can restrict the movement of the retainer in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical member. Consequently, the retainer is less likely to detach from the cylindrical member.

[0028] The wire harness disclosed herein

[0029] [3] It includes the retainer, the wire member and the cylindrical member.

[0030] According to this structure, the retainer is not easily detached from the cylindrical component in the wire harness.

[0031] [4] Preferably, the through portion is a circular through hole.

[0032] According to this structure, the through-hole is circular, which makes the manufacture of the cylindrical component easier compared to cases where it is designed with other complex shapes.

[0033] [5] Preferably, the through portion is a fixing slit cut from the end face of the cylindrical member in the length direction. The fixing slit has an axial extension portion and a circumferential extension portion. The axial extension portion extends from the end face of the cylindrical member in the length direction to the length direction of the cylindrical member. The circumferential extension portion bends from the end of the axial extension portion and extends in the circumferential direction. The fixing portion is disposed in the circumferential extension portion and can be disposed in the circumferential extension portion through the axial extension portion.

[0034] According to this structure, the through portion is a fixing slit with an axial extension and a circumferential extension. The fixing portion can be arranged in the circumferential extension through the axial extension, so the retainer can be easily assembled into the cylindrical member.

[0035] [6] Preferably, the tape is provided, which is wrapped around the wire member and the retaining piece to hold the wire member in the retaining piece, and the tape is wrapped in the same direction as the direction in which the circumferential extension extends.

[0036] According to this structure, the tape, which surrounds the wire component and the retaining piece, is wound in the same direction as the circumferential extension. Therefore, the force applied to the retaining body during the tape winding operation becomes the same as the direction of the circumferential extension. Thus, it is possible to prevent the fixing part from detaching from the circumferential extension during the tape winding operation.

[0037] [Details of the embodiments of this disclosure]

[0038] The following is a reference to the appendix. Figure 1 Specific examples of the wiring harnesses described herein are illustrated below. In the accompanying drawings, for ease of explanation, portions of the structure are sometimes shown enlarged or simplified. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios of the various parts sometimes differ in the drawings. Moreover, this disclosure is not limited to these examples, but is intended, through the claims, to include all variations within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims. The terms "parallel" and "full length" in this specification include not only strictly parallel or orthogonal cases, but also generally orthogonal cases within the scope of their effect in this embodiment. Similarly, the terms "circle" and "arc" in this specification include not only strictly circular or arc cases, but also generally circular or arc cases within the scope of their effect in this embodiment.

[0039] (Overall structure of wire harness 10)

[0040] Figure 1 The wiring harness 10 shown connects two or more electrical devices. For example, the wiring harness 10 connects an inverter 11 located at the front of a vehicle V, such as a hybrid vehicle or electric vehicle, to a high-voltage battery 12 located at the rear of the vehicle V, closer to the inverter 11. The wiring harness 10 is laid out, for example, passing under the floor of the vehicle V. For example, it is laid out so that the middle portion of the wiring harness 10 passes under the floor of the vehicle V, or outside the passenger compartment.

[0041] Inverter 11 is connected to an electric motor (not shown) for driving the vehicle's wheels, which serves as the power source for the vehicle's propulsion. Inverter 11 generates alternating current (AC) power from the DC power of high-voltage battery 12 and supplies this AC power to the electric motor. High-voltage battery 12 is, for example, a battery capable of supplying several hundred volts.

[0042] like Figure 2 As shown, the wiring harness 10 includes a wire member 20 that electrically connects the aforementioned electrical devices to each other, a cylindrical member 30 that covers the outer periphery of the wire member 20, and a retainer 40 assembled to the end of the cylindrical member 30 in the longitudinal direction.

[0043] (Structure of electrical component 20)

[0044] The wire component 20 has a core wire 21 composed of multiple metal wires and an insulating covering portion 22 that covers the outer periphery of the core wire 21.

[0045] As the core wire 21, for example, a stranded wire formed by twisting together multiple metal wires, or a braided component made by braiding multiple metal wires into a cylindrical shape, can be used. In this embodiment, the core wire 21 is a stranded wire. As the wire material for the core wire 21, for example, copper-based, aluminum-based, or other metal materials can be used. Furthermore, in Figure 2 The diagram illustrates the core wire 21 of the stranded wire.

[0046] The insulating covering portion 22 covers the entire circumference of the outer periphery of the core wire 21. The insulating covering portion 22 is made of insulating materials such as synthetic resin.

[0047] (Structure of cylindrical member 30)

[0048] The cylindrical member 30 is formed into an elongated cylindrical shape. In this embodiment, the cylindrical member 30 is formed into a perfect cylindrical shape. For example, the middle portion of the wire member 20 in the longitudinal direction is housed inside the cylindrical member 30. For example, the cylindrical member 30 surrounds the entire circumference of the wire member 20. For example, the cylindrical member 30 is formed to be more rigid than the insulating covering portion 22 of the wire member 20. For example, a metal tube or a resin tube can be used as the cylindrical member 30. For example, aluminum-based or copper-based metal materials can be used as the material for the metal tube. For example, synthetic resins such as polyolefin, polyamide, polyester, and ABS resin can be used as the material for the resin tube. In this embodiment, the cylindrical member 30 is a metal tube.

[0049] The cylindrical member 30 may be bent into a two-dimensional or three-dimensional shape, for example, in the portion extending upwards from below the floor of the vehicle V. For example, the wire harness 10 may bend the cylindrical member 30 such that a straight wire member 20 is inserted inside the straight cylindrical member 30.

[0050] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the cylindrical member 30 has a circular through hole 31 as a through portion. The through hole 31 is provided near the end of the cylindrical member 30 in the longitudinal direction. The through holes 31 are provided at two locations in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical member 30. The through holes 31 are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical member 30.

[0051] The cylindrical member 30 has a recess 32. The recess 32 is recessed from the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 30. The recess 32 is provided at a position corresponding to the through hole 31. Specifically, the recess 32 is provided at a position slightly farther from the end of the cylindrical member 30 in the longitudinal direction than the through hole 31. In addition, the recess 32 is provided at the same position as the through hole 31 in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical member 30.

[0052] (Maintaining the structure of body 40)

[0053] The retainer 40 includes an insert 41, a retaining piece 42, and a fixing part 43. The insert 41 is formed in a cylindrical shape. More specifically, as... Figure 3 As shown, the cross-sectional shape of the embedded portion 41 is C-shaped. The embedded portion 41 has a first slit 41a extending along its entire length. Figure 2As shown, the embedded portion 41 is embedded in the longitudinal end of the cylindrical member 30. The outer peripheral surface of the embedded portion 41 faces the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 30. The embedded portion 41 has a flange portion 41b. The flange portion 41b is provided at the first end 41c in the longitudinal direction of the embedded portion 41. The flange portion 41b protrudes radially outward from the embedded portion 41. The flange portion 41b is provided in a portion of the circumferential direction of the embedded portion 41. A pair of flange portions 41b are provided at positions adjacent to the first slit 41a. The flange portions 41b abut against the longitudinal end face 30a of the cylindrical member 30 in the state where the embedded portion 41 is embedded in the cylindrical member 30.

[0054] A retaining piece 42 is disposed at the first end 41c in the longitudinal direction of the insert portion 41. The retaining piece 42 protrudes outward from the end of the insert portion 41 in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical member 30. The retaining piece 42 is disposed in a portion of the circumferential direction of the insert portion 41. The retaining piece 42 is disposed on the opposite side of the first slit 41a in the circumferential direction of the insert portion 41.

[0055] The fixing portion 43 protrudes radially outward from the embedded portion 41. Specifically, the embedded portion 41 has a second slit 41e extending from the second end 41d in the longitudinal direction of the embedded portion 41 toward the first end 41c. The embedded portion 41 has a flexible piece 41f sandwiched between a pair of second slits 41e. The second end 41d side of the flexible piece 41f can flex radially. The flexible piece 41f is disposed at two circumferential locations of the embedded portion 41. The flexible pieces 41f are equally spaced circumferentially in the embedded portion 41. The flexible pieces 41f are disposed circumferentially between the first slit 41a and the retaining piece 42 in the embedded portion 41. Furthermore, the fixing portion 43 is disposed on the flexible piece 41f.

[0056] The fixing part 43 has an extension 43a, a bent extension 43b, and a claw 43c. The extension 43a protrudes radially outward from the inset part 41 and passes through the through hole 31 of the cylindrical member 30. The bent extension 43b bends and extends from the end of the extension 43a. In this embodiment, the bent extension 43b extends towards the second end 41d along the length direction of the inset part 41. The claw 43c protrudes from the end of the bent extension 43b toward the outer peripheral surface of the inset part 41 and is embedded into the recess 32 of the cylindrical member 30. The claw 43c engages with the inner wall surface of the recess 32, thereby restricting the movement of the inset part 41 in the direction of disengagement from the cylindrical member 30.

[0057] like Figure 2 As shown, the wire component 20 is held in place of the retaining piece 42 by tape 50. That is, the wire harness 10 includes tape 50. One main surface of the tape 50 is an adhesive layer. The tape 50 is wrapped around the wire component 20 and the retaining piece 42 in a manner that holds the wire component 20 in place of the retaining piece 42.

[0058] The function of this embodiment will be explained.

[0059] In the wire harness 10, as the flexible piece 41f is flexed to the radially inner side and the inner fitting portion 41 is inserted into the cylindrical member 30, when the fixing portion 43 reaches the through-hole 31, the fixing portion 43 is fitted into the through-hole 31. Also, in a state where the through-hole 31 is penetrated by the extension portion 43a and the claw portion 43c is fitted into the recessed portion 32, the holder 40 is fixed to the cylindrical member 30. In addition, the wire member 20 is held to the holding piece 42 by the adhesive tape 50. In the wire harness 10 thus configured, the position of the end portion of the wire member 20 with respect to the cylindrical member 30 can be held. In addition, for example, the wire member 20 can be prevented from sliding against the lengthwise end surface 30a of the cylindrical member 30, and damage to the wire member 20 can be prevented.

[0060] The effects of the present embodiment will be described.

[0061] (1) The fixing portion 43 protruding to the radially outer side from the inner fitting portion 41 has an extension portion 43a protruding to the radially outer side from the inner fitting portion 41 and penetrating the through-hole 31 of the cylindrical member 30, and a bent extension portion 43b bent from the tip of the extension portion 43a and extended. Therefore, the fixing portion 43 is less likely to fall out of the through-hole 31. Therefore, the holder 40 is less likely to fall out of the cylindrical member 30.

[0062] (2) The fixing portion 43 has a claw portion 43c protruding from the tip of the bent extension portion 43b and fitted into the recessed portion 32 provided to the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member 30, and therefore the movement of the holder 40 in the lengthwise direction of the cylindrical member 30 can be restricted by the claw portion 43c. Therefore, the holder 40 is even less likely to fall out of the cylindrical member 30.

[0063] (3) The through portion of the cylindrical member 30 penetrated by the extension portion 43a is the through-hole 31 of a circular shape, and therefore the manufacturing of the cylindrical member 30 becomes easier compared to the case where the through portion is provided in another complex shape.

[0064] <Modified Examples>

[0065] The present embodiment can be implemented in the following modified examples. The present embodiment and the following modified examples can be implemented in combination with each other within a range where there is no technical contradiction.

[0066] ■In the above-described embodiment, it is assumed that the through portion of the cylindrical member 30 is the through-hole 31 of a circular shape, but it is not limited thereto and can be changed to a through portion of another shape.

[0067] For example, as Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown, the through portion can also be formed as a fixing slit 33 cut from the end face 30a of the cylindrical member 30 in the longitudinal direction. The fixing slit 33 has an axially extending portion 33a and a circumferentially extending portion 33b. The axially extending portion 33a extends from the end face 30a of the cylindrical member 30 in the longitudinal direction towards the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical member 30, and the circumferentially extending portion 33b bends from the end of the axially extending portion 33a and extends in the circumferential direction. Furthermore, the fixing portion 43 is disposed in the circumferentially extending portion 33b in such a way that it can be disposed in the circumferentially extending portion 33b through the axially extending portion 33a. In detail, the extension portion 43a of the fixing portion 43 does not cause the flexible piece 41f to flex, but is disposed in the circumferentially extending portion 33b in such a way that it can be disposed in the circumferentially extending portion 33b through the axially extending portion 33a. In addition, with the extension portion 43a disposed in the circumferentially extending portion 33b, the claw portion 43c is inserted into the recess 32.

[0068] In this structure, the retainer 40 can be easily assembled onto the cylindrical member 30.

[0069] In addition, such as Figure 5 As shown, in this example, the tape 50 is wound in the same direction X as the circumferential extension 33b.

[0070] In this structure, the force applied to the retainer 40 during the tape wrapping operation becomes the same direction as the direction in which the circumferential extension 33b extends. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the fixing part 43 from detaching from the circumferential extension 33b during the tape wrapping operation. Therefore, the fixing part 43 is less likely to detach from the fixing slit 33. Therefore, the retainer 40 is less likely to detach from the cylindrical member 30.

[0071] ■In the above embodiment, the fixing part 43 is provided with a claw part 43c, but it is not limited to this and may also be provided without the claw part 43c. In addition, in this case, the cylindrical member 30 may also be provided without the recess 32.

[0072] ■ In the above embodiment, the wire component 20 is held to the retaining piece 42 by the tape 50, but it is not limited to this. For example, it may also be held to the retaining piece 42 by a resin-made cable tie or the like.

[0073] ■ In the above embodiment, the diagram shows that the wire member 20 is a single wire, but it is not limited to this and can also be configured to have a structure with multiple wire members 20.

[0074] ■The recess 32 in the above embodiment can also penetrate the cylindrical member 30.

[0075] ■In the above embodiment, the bent extension 43b is provided to extend along the length direction of the inlaid portion 41 toward the 2nd end portion 41d side, but is not limited thereto, and can be provided to extend in other directions from the tip of the outer extension 43a in a bent manner.

[0076] ■In the above embodiment, the through-hole 31 is provided to be two in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical member 30, but is not limited thereto, and can be provided to be one in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical member 30 or three or more. Also, the fixing portion 43 is provided to be two in the circumferential direction of the inlaid portion 41, but can be changed to the number corresponding to the through-hole 31, and can be provided to be one in the circumferential direction of the inlaid portion 41 or three or more.

[0077] ■In the above embodiment, the wire harness 10 is provided to electrically connect the inverter 11 and the high-voltage battery 12, but is not limited thereto, and can be provided to electrically connect other electrical devices.

[0078] ■In the above embodiment, as shown in Figure 3 , the flexible sheet 41f can also have the end portion on the 1st end portion 41c side in the length direction of the inlaid portion 41 as a fixed end, and the end portion on the 2nd end portion 41d side in the length direction of the inlaid portion 41 as a free end, and the fixing portion 43 can be provided to the free end of the flexible sheet 41f. Each flexible sheet 41f of the embodiment is sometimes referred to as a cantilever leaf spring.

[0079] ■As shown in Figure 2 , the outer peripheral surface of the free end of each flexible sheet 41f can also support the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 30 in the radial direction.

[0080] ■In the above embodiment, as shown in Figure 2 to Figure 4 , the bent extension 43b can also have the end portion on the outer extension 43a side as a fixed end, and the end portion on the claw portion 43c side as a free end, and can not be able to flex in the radial direction of the inlaid portion 41 with the fixed end as a base point.

[0081] ■In the above embodiment, as shown in Figure 2 to Figure 4 , it can also be that the claw portion 43c can have a tip end facing the outer peripheral surface of the inlaid portion 41, for example, the outer peripheral surface of the flexible sheet 41f, and the tip end of the claw portion 43c has an inclined surface that inclines from the inside to the outside of the inlaid portion 41 in the radial direction as it goes from the 1st end portion 41c toward the 2nd end portion 41d in the length direction of the inlaid portion 41.

[0082] ■As shown in Figure 2As shown, each flexible piece 41f can also extend in the axial direction with the outer circumferential surface of the flexible piece 41f facing the claw portion 43c of the corresponding fixed portion 43 in the radial direction. A gap smaller than the wall thickness of the cylindrical member 30 can also be provided between the end of the claw portion 43c of each fixed portion 43 and the outer circumferential surface of the corresponding flexible piece 41f.

[0083] ■In the above embodiment, as shown in Figure 2 , when the inner insertion portion 41 is further inserted in the state where the fixed portion 43 is inserted into the through hole 31 and the flexible piece 41f is elastically restored to the radial outside, the claw portion 43c can cross the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member 30, and the bent extension portion 43b can flex to the radial outside of the inner insertion portion 41. When the insertion of the inner insertion portion 41 is further performed, the claw portion 43c can be inserted into the recessed portion 32, and the bent extension portion 43b can be elastically restored to the radial inside of the inner insertion portion 41, and the holder 40 can be fixed to the cylindrical member 30.

[0084] ■The holder 40 of the embodiment can also be formed of a synthetic resin material, as in Patent Document 1.

[0085] ■Sometimes each fixed portion 43 of the embodiment is referred to as a hook or a synthetic resin hook. Sometimes the outer extension portion 43a, the claw portion 43c, and the bent extension portion 43b of each fixed portion 43 are referred to as the base end of the hook, the end of the hook, and the intermediate portion between the base end and the end of the hook.

[0086] ■In the above embodiment, as shown in Figure 4 , 5 , the axial extension portion 33a of the fixing slit 33 can also be formed to have a width dimension in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical member 30 that is the same as or slightly larger than the width dimension of the outer extension portion 43a in the circumferential direction of the inner insertion portion 41. The circumferential extension portion 33b of the fixing slit 33 can also be formed to have a width dimension in the length direction of the cylindrical member 30 that is the same as or slightly larger than the thickness dimension of the outer extension portion 43a in the length direction of the inner insertion portion 41.

[0087] ■In the above embodiment, as shown in Figure 4 , 5 , the recessed portion 32 can be provided at a position in the length direction of the cylindrical member 30 that is slightly farther from the end portion into which the inner insertion portion 41 is inserted than the circumferential extension portion 33b, and can be provided at the same position in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical member 30 as the circumferential extension portion 33b.

[0088] ■In the above embodiment, as shown in Figure 4 , 5As shown, when the insertion portion 41 is inserted into the tubular member 30, the extension portion 43a enters the axial extension portion 33a and moves along the axial extension portion 33a from the base end to the tip end thereof. As the extension portion 43a approaches the tip end of the axial extension portion 33a, the claw portion 43c crosses over the outer peripheral surface of the tubular member 30 and the bent extension portion 43b flexes to the radially outer side of the insertion portion 41. As the extension portion 43a moves to the tip end of the axial extension portion 33a, the holding body 40 rotates relative to the tubular member 30 in the circumferential direction (direction X), the extension portion 43a enters the circumferential extension portion 33b and moves along the circumferential extension portion 33b. As the rotation of the holding body 40 progresses, the claw portion 43c enters the recessed portion 32 and the bent extension portion 43b elastically returns to the radially inner side of the insertion portion 41, and the holding body 40 is fixed to the tubular member 30.

[0089] The combination of the holding body 40 having the claw portion 43c and the tubular member 30 having the recessed portion 32 of the embodiment is sometimes referred to as a tubular outer assembly configured to protect the electric wire member 20.
