Abstract

Embodiments of the present application provide a service recommendation method, an electronic device and a readable storage medium, and relate to the technical field of computers. The method obtains service consultation information and a consultation scene according to a consultation request initiated by a target object on a consultation page of a client in response to the consultation request, the target object having been authenticated by an enterprise; acquires a preset patent service model and a business scene set; in a case where the consultation scene belongs to the business scene set, generates recommendation consultation data corresponding to the consultation scene and the service consultation information through the patent service model; associates the recommendation consultation data with preset service guidance corresponding to the recommendation consultation data to form page display data; and displays the page display data in a display area of the consultation page. The embodiments of the present application can exhibit customized services to high-quality users, guide the users to find more valuable information, and improve user stickiness and business conversion efficiency.

TECHNICAL FIELD
