Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a pocket and a pocket sewing process, the pocket comprising a front panel, a back panel and an inner pocket sewn between the front panel and the back panel; the inner pocket comprising a first pocket cloth and a second pocket cloth sewn together, the pocket opening edge of the first pocket cloth being sewn with the pocket opening edge of the front panel, the front panel and the inner pocket being fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the pocket opening respectively; the back panel and the second pocket cloth being sewn to the lower end of the pocket opening along a first sewing line at the side seam respectively; the front panel and the back panel at the lower part of the lower end of the pocket opening being sewn along a second sewing line at the side seam; the inner pocket at the lower part of the lower end of the pocket opening being sewn along the back panel welt at the lower part of the lower end of the pocket opening at the side seam. The pocket opening lower end is processed by slitting, the front panel, the inner pocket and the back panel are not directly sewn at different times, only the front panel and the back panel are sewn, and then the inner pocket at the lower end of the pocket opening is fixed with the back panel welt, which reduces the thickness of the pocket seam welt, makes the thickness of the pocket seam more uniform, and makes the front of the pocket more flat and beautiful.

Technical Field

[0011] S1. Take the front piece and the first pocket fabric, and sew the first pocket fabric and the front piece together along the pocket opening edge of the first pocket fabric and the pocket opening edge of the front piece;

[0012] S2. Take the second pocket fabric and sew the first pocket fabric and the second pocket fabric together to obtain the inner pocket;

[0013] S3. Sew the second pocket fabric and the back piece together along the first seam line from top to bottom at the side seam to the lower end of the pocket opening;

[0014] S4. Sew the front piece and the back piece located at the lower part of the bag opening along the second seam line at the side seam;
