Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to a beverage container lid covering an opening of a beverage container, a drinking hole forming method of the beverage container lid, and a beverage container having the beverage container lid. BACKGROUND

[0002] Conventionally, in a large number of beverage sales stores such as fast food restaurants or convenience stores, sales are performed in such a manner that a beverage container lid is used to cover an opening of a beverage container such as a plastic (synthetic resin) or paper cup, so that a beverage such as juice or coffee contained in the inside of the beverage container is not easily spilled from the opening when carried.

[0003] To drink the beverage contained in the inside of the beverage container, the beverage container lid can simply be removed and the beverage can be drunk from the opening, but when the beverage container lid is removed, the beverage adhering to the inside thereof can fly and soil the clothes or the like of the drinker.

[0004] Therefore, many times, an insertion portion of a straw is provided to the beverage container lid, and the beverage in the inside of the beverage container is easily drunk by inserting the attached straw (see Patent Document 1 and the like).

[0005] However, recently, due to the problem of ocean pollution caused by plastic waste and the like, the worldwide trend of de-plasticization is increasing, and as one of them, the trend of canceling the straw made of plastic is also increasing.

[0006] Under such circumstances, there is a demand for a beverage container lid that can form a drinking hole in which the beverage is easily drunk even if the straw is canceled and the beverage container lid is not removed.

[0036] Hereinafter, embodiments exemplified by application of the present application will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0037] [Embodiments]

[0038] First, a case in which a lid for a beverage container according to the present application is applied to a beverage container will be described. Figure 1The beverage container 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. Figure 1 This is an exploded perspective view of the beverage container 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0039] like Figure 1 As shown, the beverage container 2 of the embodiment of the present invention is made of paper and has an opening 3 with a rim 3a on its upper part. It is a bottomed cylindrical paper cup that is mostly used to store beverages 6 such as juice or coffee for sale.

[0040] Furthermore, the beverage container 2 is not limited to paper and can also be made of other materials such as plastic. Moreover, when the beverage container 2 is made of plastic, environmentally friendly biodegradable plastics can be used.

[0041] Furthermore, the beverage container 2 is used for the purpose of selling beverages 6 by sealing the opening 3 with the beverage container lid 1.

[0042] The beverage container lid 1 is made of paper and has: a disc-shaped cover portion 4 that covers the opening portion 3 of the beverage container 2; and a side peripheral portion 5 that is provided on the outer periphery of the cover portion 4 and can engage with the edge portion 3a of the opening portion 3 of the beverage container 2 when the cover portion 4 covers the opening portion 3 of the beverage container 2.

[0043] Furthermore, the beverage container lid 1 is not limited to paper; it can also be made of other materials such as plastic. Moreover, when the beverage container lid 1 is made of plastic, environmentally friendly biodegradable plastics can be used.

[0044] A drinking spout forming line 11 for forming a drinking spout 110 is provided on the periphery side of the cover plate 4. The drinking spout forming line 11 is shaped like the periphery side of the drinking spout 110 and is composed of a roughly U-shaped cutting line 12 and connecting parts 11a and 11b (see also...). Figure 4 Alternatively, the line portion 11 for forming the drinking spout can be implemented as follows: instead of the cutting line portion, a perforation is provided or the thickness is reduced, thereby providing a low-strength portion with lower strength than the general portion of the cover plate portion 4.

[0045] Furthermore, a low-strength folding section 13 with a lower strength than the general section of the cover plate 4 is provided. This low-strength folding section 13 facilitates the valley-fold-based folding between the outer drinking portion 11A and the inner drinking portion 11B of the cover plate 4 on the outer periphery side of the cover plate 4 and the inner drinking portion 11B on the inner side of the cover plate 4 when the drinking portion 11A and the drinking portion 11B surrounded by the drinking portion forming line section 11 of the cover plate 4 are pressed in from above.

[0046] Specifically, the low-strength portion 13 for folding is formed by providing perforations. Alternatively, this low-strength portion 13 for folding can also be implemented by reducing its thickness, etc.

[0047] Furthermore, a low-strength part 14 for folding is provided between the inner end of the mouth-forming line 11 of the inner portion 11B of the cover plate portion 4 and the inner end of the mouth-forming line 11. The strength of the low-strength part 14 for folding is lower than that of the general portion of the cover plate portion 4. This low-strength part 14 for folding makes it easier to fold the mouth-forming inner portion 11B.

[0048] Specifically, the low-strength section 14 for mountain-folding is formed by providing perforations. Alternatively, the low-strength section 14 for mountain-folding can be provided by reducing the thickness by providing grid lines, or it can be implemented without providing the low-strength section 14 for mountain-folding.

[0049] Furthermore, it is provided with a locking part 11c around the periphery of the outer part 11A of the mouthpiece forming, which is raised by being folded and thus folded with the inner part 11B of the mouthpiece forming, and a locking part that can engage with the locking part 11c.

[0050] Specifically, the locking part 11c is formed in the narrowed portion of the expanded portion obtained by generally elliptical expansion of the end of the cover plate part 4 on the outer periphery side of the outer part 11A for forming the drinking spout, and can be engaged with the edge of the drinking spout 110 as the locking part (see also...). Figure 4 ).

[0051] Furthermore, the outer side portion 11A for forming the drinking spout is connected to the surrounding cover portion 4 via left and right connecting portions 11a and upper connecting portion 11b, preventing the outer side portion 11A and the inner side portion 11B for forming the drinking spout from sinking due to their own weight. The number and position of these connecting portions 11a and 11b are not limited to this.

[0052] Next, use Figures 2-4 The method for forming the drinking spout of a beverage container cap according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. Figures 2-4 This is an explanatory diagram showing the method for forming the drinking spout of a beverage container cap according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0053] First, such as Figure 2 (a) and Figure 2 (b) Figure 3 (a) and Figure 3 As shown in (b), when the inner portion 11B of the mouthpiece forming is pressed in from above by a finger F1 such as the thumb or index finger, a valley fold is formed between the outer portion 11A of the mouthpiece forming and the inner portion 11B of the mouthpiece forming at the part of the low strength portion 13 for folding.

[0054] Furthermore, when the outer portion 11A of the mouthpiece forming is pressed into the inner side of the cover plate portion 4 with a finger F1 such as the thumb or index finger, the inner portion 11B of the mouthpiece forming is further folded, and the outer portion 11A of the mouthpiece forming is further folded and raised in the part of the low strength portion 14 of the folding.

[0055] Then, as Figure 4 (a) and Figure 4 As shown in (b), when the outer part 11A for forming the drinking spout is pressed into the inner side of the cover plate part 4 by the thumb or index finger F1, the outer part 11A for forming the drinking spout and the inner part 11B for forming the drinking spout are folded together, and the locking part 11c of the outer part 11A for forming the drinking spout engages with the edge of the drinking spout 110, which is the locking part, to form the drinking spout 110.

[0056] Next, use Figure 5 and Figure 6 The design conditions for the beverage container lid 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be explained. Figure 5 and Figure 6 This is an explanatory diagram illustrating the design conditions of a beverage container lid 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0057] Here, in Figure 5 and Figure 6 In the illustrated beverage container lid 1, A is the width of the connecting portion 11b, B is the width of the connecting portion 11a, C is the interval between the perforations of the low-strength folding portion 13 and the low-strength folding portion 14, D is the interval between the ends of the perforations of the low-strength folding portion 13 and the low-strength folding portion 14 and the cutting line portion 12 of the drinking spout forming line, E is the distance between the low-strength folding portion 13 and the low-strength folding portion 14, and F is the distance between the low-strength folding portion 13 and the locking portion 11c.

[0058] exist Figure 5 and Figure 6 In the beverage container lid 1 shown in (a), for example, when A is set to 0.5mm, B to 0.75mm, C to 0.5mm, D to 3mm, E to 8mm, and F to 8mm, the function is satisfied.

[0059] In contrast, Figure 6 In the beverage container lid 1 shown in (b), E < F. Thus, although the function can be satisfied even when E < F, it is important to meet the following conditions in order to engage the locking part 11c with the edge of the drinking spout 110, which is the locking part.

[0060] For example, in Figure 6In (b) of FIG. 6, when E is set to 15 mm, F = 1.13E, F = 16.9 mm, and when the lid 1 is folded, although 2 mm or so is added, the thickness of the cover portion 4 and the like are taken into consideration, the locking portion 11c can be engaged with the edge portion of the drinking opening 110 as the engaging portion, and the function is satisfied.

[0061] That is, when the thickness of the cover portion 4 is set to X, as long as the formula X ≤ F - E ≤ 2 (unit: mm) is satisfied, in the case of E < F, the function can also be satisfied. In this case, it is more preferable that the formula (A range) 0.5 ≤ A < 1.0 (unit: mm) and the formula (C setting) A ≥ C are also satisfied.

[0062] Of course, the design conditions of the beverage container lid 1 are merely examples, and various designs can be implemented.

[0063] According to the embodiment of the present application described above, since the above-described structure, the straw can be eliminated, and even if the beverage container lid 1 is not removed, the drinking opening 110 that is easy to drink the beverage 6 can be formed.

[0064] Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the beverage container lid 1 and the beverage container 2 are both made of paper, and thus, in addition to the adhesive and the like used, it is possible to substantially completely eliminate plastic.

[0065] Further, according to the drinking opening forming method of the beverage container lid according to the embodiment of the present application, the drinking opening 110 of the beverage container lid 1 can be easily formed by the above-described simple process.

[0066] [Example 1]

[0067] Next, the beverage container lid 1 of Example 1 of the present application will be described using Figure 7 (a) to Figure 7 (f) of FIG. 7.
